The chapatis (pulkhe) were awesome and like home made. Although the restaurant is small inside but they have a large outdoor seating area. I agree preparing fresh chapatis and parathas take time but they really need improvement in food service by time. Recommended.

(التعليق الأصلي) I ordered Dal -Rice from this place , To be Honest the taste was amazing and dal felt it was homemade, and the rice was also cooked properly,Taste was very nice. But the rice offered in the container was very less it was not even filled half hence i was disappointed. They charged 2 aed extra for Papad which is often complimentary in almost maximum restaurants in dubai & it was a dry fire roast papad not oil fried. Was expecting oil fried papad Aed 2 extra. You can try this place if you are indian food lover.

Decently packaged. Delivery on time. Size of the parathas are quite okay. 10-11 dhs per paratha feels more though. The gobi paratha was so-so. One chole and one dahi small bowls each were given together. Both of them were quite tasty. Specially the chole. Lassi was at only 3 dhs additional cost and it was more value compared to cost. I wish there was an option of choosing salted lassi. Recommended.

I ordered chole bhature and samosa chaat. To start with please note - don’t trust the restaurant for timely delivery of food and also to provide you actual update on food delivery. I was not getting any proper update from this restaurant.. Small restaurant and not much choice for paratha lovers. We had ordered for home delivery of Methi paratha, aloo paratha and mix special paratha. This is our go to place for their filling paratha and thali. The staff here is very polite and helpful. We have enjoyed their paneer paratha, aloo paratha and methi aloo paratha. Although the service can be a bit faster but the taste of the food served is superb. Also this place is very economical to the pockets. Would recommend to anyone who would want to have yummy parathas.

I have been visiting and ordering from them since a looooong time now..to be honest I've survived somany times on my flights because of them..I always pack and take their food when Im traveling.. especially their parathas are to die for..they always customize it to my liking..authentic khana..u will not miss home..the staff are super friendly and lovely and always go out of their way..I like that they are always smiling..Girish Sir whose the owner always takes special interest in the customer's preferences..as they are punjabi..they are extremely generous with their servings and prices are soooo reasonable and pocket friendly. Not once have they asked me for a review..since I was going through the menu..I thought its a must know to people who miss home. A customer was beating a staff inhumanly & the Indian owner did not call Police although I & my wife requested to do so. He started behaving with us rudely. We ordered 3 thaali and 3 aloo paratha combo they gave 2 thaali and 3 aloo combo, and we had to wait an hour for the other thaali. This joint believes in keeping it simple. The menu is small but the parathas are big on taste. Lovely parathas with a large dollop of butter and a really good lassi with a dash of rooh afza to give that additional taste. The rajma chawal is a little disappointing though. I have visited this place for 3 rd time and everytime I visit this place losses it's charm. But the quality of food has also gone in little down side. I still remember my 1st and 2nd cost. The paratha used to be full of stuffing and on this visit it was half of what I had before. Had ordered 2 mooli paratha l. But both were different in taste. 1st paratha was perfect mooli paratha and 2nd was like ok types. Soya chaap which was highlight of my previous menu was not available. We discovered this place when we were literally walking by pass this restaurant and we read buy 1 get 1 free 🤣 the pure desiness in us was shouting to dine in right away! But, we chose to go back soon and so we did and took our friends and relatives too to try the place out! When they had their 1 on 1 deal going on you could choose from their deal menu and they had thali’s, proper thali’s too and we went for that! We tried out all 3 of their thali’s and they’re pretty reasonable and very filling too! The prices of the thali are from 7dhs onwards and the highest it goes upto 15dhs! All 3 of them are very good and delicious! Do not forget to try their sweet lassi, they are one of the best things I have had in a very longtime! So thick and not too sweet either, absolutely love it! A must try for all the thali’s and sweet lassi! Overall - A little confused staff, not too small or too big indoor seating but they do have an outdoor seating too! Parking can be an issue in this part of bur dubai, they are located near the museum! If you’re a health freak then this place isn’t for you 😋 though their food is a little on a spicer side but very good food, I wouldn’t eat it everyday either but once in a blue moon wouldn’t harm anyone 😋

Well this place do some justice to it’s name and quality in respectable proportions. They do have issues with reference to pricing context to the serving size but there’s a tiny margin that they are getting due to few reasons attached to them, therefore they are still in a good zone of rating. Just yesterday we had there Gobhi Adraki paratha combo, khasta parathas, Tawa Rotis & Podina Parathas. Over all sizes of their parathas are little on the smaller end comparing to competition in the market. If they increase the sizes by around 30% - 35% then their sizing issue will be resolved and they will not loose points in Q chart. The taste is nice of all that we tried. I can’t comment for the rest of the variety in the menu but what we ate, tasted nice and good. Based on their Q chart the rating is as follow: 1) Quantity 2.5/5. 2) Quality 3.5/5. 3) Taste 4/5. 4) Pricing 2.5/5. 5) Total 3.5/5. Suggestion: Improve your serving size and you can instantly attain 4/5. Improve quality more so you’ll be easily at 4.5/5. Now THE BALL IS IN YOUR COURT 👍 but keep the good work up.

Assalamwalekum, just passing by bur dubai saw this place and with hesistant decided to go for it as we were hungry. Just ordered vada pavs for take away and the expectations were unbelievable. The best vada pavs i have ever tasted in Dubai so far. The pav was fresh, the vada was perfectly made and the chutneys added were just amazing yummmmmmm. It was perfect filling. It's is located on the extension road of Meena Bazaar - 5 mins walk from Arabian Courtyard / Dubai Museum. Simple Ambiance. Service was ok. The staff seems to be not-hygienic. Ordered methi paratha. The taste was ok (had a high expectation after reading reviews). Paratha tasted average, we can make similar paratha at home (nothing Punjabi about it). Curd didn't taste well. Butter was bit salty. Will visit once again, to try their meal and koki paratha, maybe yesterday wasn't a good day. Pricing is good. Taste average. I will prefer Paratha King for my cravings of Paratha. Worse delivery ever seen from a restaurant, delivery time they tell is 15-20 mins and it's ur good luck if the food gets delivered on this time frame. It took 1 hour 10 mins for them to deliver 1 paratha with tea. Even my building is 5 minutes distance from restaurant. This happened third time with me. Please its a request from the management or owner either tell the exact time while taking order or else please inform about delay. If it will be continuous u will definitely loose ur regular nd loyal customers. 2 times I avoided to review bt still nothing is changed .

This restaurant is just located beside my place, i have been here a couple of times. The prices have been increased from before, but unfortuantely not the quality and quantity. The food is good for take away, but not dining. The ambience is not that great. The food is tasty👍 (+1). The parathas are delicious. Overall a good place to fill your stomach.

This is a place to be in then,Parathas r huge with Good Filling & Iceing on cake is a Piece of butter they put on Parathas.Yes Parathas r heavy on tummy but really tasty....... Dahi pakoda Kadhi & Rice tastes yummy too with Meethi Lassi. They have Different combos of paratha & khulchas. Service is good & Rates aren't high, The only issue here is hygiene,Resto is not clean,With broken furniture . Give it a try once.

For the love of paratha only!!!! This place guys is just for takeaways. But trust me their parathe will never dissapoint you. This has no interiors no specific ambience. Its just paratha at your service. I absolutely love gobhi pararha they make here. Its too good! Kali daal is also instant hit. Mix pratha special was out of the world. Loved every bit of it!

Pure Punjabi Taste ........................ I visited there many times ...as getting the same punjabi taste every time at very affordable & reasonable price. Must go place if looking for Authentic-Delhi-Taste in Dubai. Aloo Gobhi Fry is all time favorite alongwith Butter Tandoori Roti & Mawa Lassi. Dal Dhabe Wali is again a must-try.

Dingy looking place that is not at all inviting. With furniture and interiors in a bad condition. Having said that their aloo parathas are decent. And if you are okay for a takeaway or home delivery, that's a better option. --A drop of ink may make a million think. @AyaashPaw

This place is best for their Aalo (potato) Parathas, which remind you of back home. They put a piece of butter on top of the hot parathas before bringing to your table and serve yogurt and pickle with it. Instead of trying other parathas, stick with this one and you'd stay happy....I expected a lot from their Mix parathas but the "mix" turned out to be a lot of onion and cauliflower.

Vegetarian review Went there for morning breakfast Have asked the only guy standing there if koki parantha is nice he suggested to go for it, Tried the koki parantha which disappointed me a lot as it was made of maida instead of atta(wheat) and they did not tell about it Outside sitting area chairs and table were in bad condition Also the plates were not that hygienic Had to ask for tissue box Tea was made of fresh milk but in English style so didn't tasted good The chhole bhature was equally without taste without adequate salt which could have been better Seems like my first and last visit to this place

We ate today here.. thali taste was good but initially thali was totally cold and we have to send it back to make food hot. After 20 min thali came. Taste was good and quantity is also fine as per price. But 1 regular glass of buttermilk was charged 5 dhs which is totally unexpected price as per place and quantity. Plain Labanh of 75 fils charged 5dhs.

Nice place and surprisingly tasty food. The ambience is something that should not look at judge the place. The thali was nice and I loved the chilly paneer although I wish they had softer fresh paneer. Will try again

Good option for a Friday breakfast, the aloo cheese parath are worth a mention, fantastic for a quick parcel getaway. Need to work on the ambience of the place though.

From the mouth of a vegetarian - this place is unkempt and dining inside might not be a preference for most but their aloo cheese paratha was good. The chai was a bit sweet for my liking but was still decent. Service was good and the server there was ever smiling and friendly. The paratha was piping hot when it came and the server put a dollop of butter for us to spread on to it. Made it more tasty Even the yoghurt served with it was smooth and good. Preferably for take away. Best part is you can see them from a glass window outside making the parathas hot and fresh.

Its a small joint by worth trying. I ordered 1 plate chole bhatura and it was surprisingly very good but the only problem is the quantity maybe because I got it parceled. I wanted to sit there and eat, unfortunately the A/C wasn't working. this joint is best during winters. They have open dining area as well. Do give it a try if in meena bazaar.

We usually order food from this place two or three times in a week. Though it is a very small joint with only few options available to try the place is fair with affordable price. In the end i would like to say that the food is not that great but its manageable if you don't want shell out a good amount of money. Also they need to concentarte on cleanliness

Loved the food.i had ordered punjabi thali its unlimited and amazing ,punjabi kardi pakorda is the best. They got less salt ,less oil in their sabzi which is good and its tasts just like homemade. They are working on thier interiors but once thts done i think ita gna b even better. Value for money,good food and service.

2 days back on Friday evening tried their parathas and Punjabi thali and it was truly awesome. Try to get place outside and enjoy hot parathas with chilling atmosphere. Only they need to change some tables@ and chairs as most of them look dirty and also to keep the gas bank closed as cylinders were lying outside. Overall food and service was good.

These guys know only one thing "how to prepare delicious food", but they are bad at ambience, service and marketing. I believe they are aware about it and that's why their prices are so low. Unarguably the best parathas in UAE even though they do not have variety like paratha express or 101 parathas but they are right with basics. I like aloo Pyaj , koki, gobhi, mooli parathas. They have options with cheese also but those are Ok. Chole bhature will make you remember of Delhi's traditional food, taste of chole got improved; seems cook for chole bhature got changed. They serve Punjabi thali also which is value for money. Basic place with 4-5 tables. Service is manageable , menu is with limited options and big portions. Do not expect much from restaurant except delicious food and this is what their positioning is, bang on taste. We ordered chole bhature, aloo pyaaz and mooli parathas and plate of mixed (aloo, pyaaz and gobhi) kulcha and total bill was aed 35 only. Parathas are surved with butter, pickle, curd or daal which complements the parathas. Try lassi also. Overall a typical Delhi style Dhaba with AC meant for foodies and bachelors. You can go along with family if you are fine with basic ambience.
