I ordered before and had bad experience with delivery, and I made a comment to the management and they called me to listen and try to solve the problems and he was the manager for JBR branch, I loved how they r professional and honest.

They delivered my food late last night and the did was not that great. The management followed up with me and insisted on replacing the meal next time I order, which I did today.
The food was great and fresh and was delivered in 30-40 mins. They do care about the customers and changed a bad experience I had with a good one.

We happen to visit chicks n friends outlet in JBR for dinner. Very good ambience and smiling staff. We ordered for Buffalo strips, crispy chick wraps, hot dog balls and cheesy fries. Everything arrived and was served promptly ontime. Loved their wraps and the cheesy fries and forgetting the famous nutella french toast.

We have had the first visit after some recommendations to try this joint in JBR.
Food ordered: 1- Big chicken Burger, 2- Fried Burger, 3- Buffalo Strips, 4- Chicken Noodles and Hotdog Balls. I would rate them all 4.5/5 stars. They were served fresh and hot. Service: Cashiers greeted us and were so welcoming and professional taking the order (Pamell). Tried to suggest us some dessert but we were full. Ambience: The restaurant was clean and neat and have seen the food was prepared safely. The dining area is decorated nicely in attractive manner.
Conclusion: A nice joint to have food when on the beach!

My favorite chicken place in JBR! Never disappointed with the taste and consistency, Garlic sauce and the rice was amazing. Chicken is always crispy and the portions served are generous. Tried the delivery service, taste was still the same and it came hot. Very prompt service as I forgot to change my number and they did reach out.

Been here for dinner last weekend. After a long walk in The Beach at JBR, was famished and this place just pulled me in . Attractively done up interiors, a cute place with a choice of fried and grilled chicken and couple of other interesting stuff too .

Everything was pretty good , we loved the Charcoal grilled chicken the best . Hot dog balls was something new and kids loved it . Salad was fresh and yum.
Overall a nice place if you are a chicken lover.
