We ate gulkand kulfi, Malai badaam, and butterscotch. All were scrumptious. Gulkand was showstopper. We also tasted chili kulfi. It was also uniquely delicious. Beautiful arrangement and insta-friendly decor. Very friendly service! Totally satisfied customers � will definitely visit again.
The dining experience during COVID was excellent. The staff were all taking proper precautions, there was sanitizer bottles on each table (bonus- the sanitizers smelt great). The food (deluxe thali) tasted great and service was also great. Special thanks to Rupendar and Sonpal for making our experience enjoyable.

So I have been to Chappan Bhog before covid 19, but this is my first visit since Covid-19 safety measures have been implemented in restaurants. What I was impressed about is that, there was someone to open the door for you, and greet you before they check your temperature and then you can choose to sit at your table. Due to covid-19, there are four tables on both the lower and upper floor. There are stickers for 2 meter distance at the sweets counter. We were craving for cheat today, so we ordered Ragda Patti's, Pav Bhaji, Pani Puri and Lassi. Food is served in disposable plates and single used plastic is given. We asked for Ruafza to be added to the Lassi, as my husband loves it. I have always loved their chaats as a kid. Love the fact that the taste and flavour of the food is consistent in all their branches around the country. I fell in love with their food when I used to visit them in Abu Dhabi, and it does remind me if my childhood till now. Overall the service of the restaurant was pleasant and the staff was friendly.

Chhapan bhog, and we ensured we had chappan things! We had some dosa, pav bhaji, aloo puri, chhole bhature, vada pav, vanilla milkshake. They specialise in the north indian affair - chhole bhature. I liked pav bhaji the least. The food came really hot and fresh to us. It was a nice weekend brunch.

Very nice deluxe thali available at Chappan Bhog.
Very very courteous service with very patient servers courteous throughout with every demanding need. Decent variety of options in the thali, all pretty normal variety, no outstanding dish that blows your mind. Prices a bit expensive, thali can be easily in the AED30-40 range instead of Aed50 price. Overall excellent service makes up for the pretty normal dishes.

Superb food when it comes to taste north indian food. Must try their deluxe thali. Paneer masla. Staff is very friendly speicly our host Mr. Jagbeer Parmar knows very well how to make your guests feel comfrtable. He is the best.

You know something. All the boxes we ordered today were emptied to the last piece and gravy drop. It’s been a long time we had food this tasty and cooked to perfection. This is how the food should be. The spicy achari aloo the paneer tikka Nawabi and peas pulao are outstanding. I m still missing the spicy achari aloo. Fantastic cooking guys. Awesome. We would soon come back at least for the achari aloo

After a really long long time we got to have some really delicious and authentic vegetarian food where we all ended up saying " wah kya khana tha" c'mon when a hard core non veg eater says this. It definitely means that the food was genuinely amazing.

Situated in Karama, Chhappan Bhog is an eatery which offers your palate whatever it craves; be it chaats, South Indian & North Indian delicacies, parathas, sweets, etc. I was invited here for a tasting session by SocialismUAE, and my dining experience with them was marvelous.
The ambiance of the restaurant is very pretty, well - lit, and can accommodate a good number of guests, as they have seating downstairs as well as upstairs too. Their service won our hearts as the servers there were courteous and always on our feet to serve us.
For the drinks and food, we tried out the following:
Mango lassi: just right in consistency and refreshing, this drink was fairly sweet, had a lovely taste of mango and was very pleasing.
Soft drink 7 up.
Pani puri: crispy spheres of puri had a filling of sprouts, boondi and black chana. It was delicious, as the flavours of sweet, tangy and spicy blended very well.
Dahi batata puri: crispy puris stuffed with potato, green chutney, black chana, topped with creamy yogurt, chutneys and sev was exemplary and delectable. This, too, offered a perfect blend of sweet, spicy and tangy.
Punjabi samosa with cholley: tasty samosa pieces topped with yummy cholley was absolutely outstanding. It was flavourful, mildly tangy and spicy.
Their chaats are definitely a must have!
Chutneywala paneer tikka: soft pieces of paneer marinated in green chutney (mint and coriander). This was mildly spicy, full of flavours and appetizing.
Peshwari cholley: soft chick peas cooked well with essential condiments and spices, making it flavoursome and mildly spicy.
Bhatura: non - oily and fried to perfection, this was soft and tasty.
Aloo kulcha: thin, stuffed with mashed, spiced potatoes, we loved this aloo kulcha till the last bite. Non - oily and perfect!
Vegetable biryani: long grain rice were freshly prepared and colourful. Perfectly tossed with vegetables and spices, it was full of flavours and palatable to the palate. Served with a yummy boondi raita.
Ras malai: thick patty was soft and featured a smooth texture. The rich flavour of saffron was delightful.
We also received a box of their kaju katli which was freshly prepared, thick and soft.
Thank you Chhappan Bhog team for hosting us. Will definitely return soon to try other items on the menu.

I was happy to find restraunt that has indian food in dubai with proper Indian food and taste. We ordered dal tadka with roti and biryani. The food was very good in taste and stomach filling. Also we had kachori which was tasty.
For ending we ordered Kala jamun and I must say it was perfect sweet for ending the lunch.
Only thing is they don't serve or maybe we need to tell them.
Outide India in Abu-Dhabi this is one of the best places to have good indian food on budget. I had sev Puri, tikki chat and rabri Falooda, I recommend rose Falooda and rabri Falooda from this place. It's amazing!!!

Nice food and superb service, particularly one guy called Jagbir has given us a very good service . Daal tadka was superb Must place to visit for vegitarians.

This place is not usually crowded and severs average dishes ! Their thalis are nice buta bit expensive! The food is not really worth but it's average! Nice for one time visit only!

Nice and tasty food, good environment. The service was quick. Paneer dishes are really good. And most importantly it was hygienic which is very important factor for any restaurant.
This place got very amazing vegetarian food... we ordered deluxe thali & was fully satisfied by it as it consisted of decent quantity a person can finish it.. It is the best place to even get the Indian sweets as they have a special counter for that as well.
The aloo tiki that we had for starters was okay.The bhatura served was superb.Had a sweet craving and finished the meal with soft fluffy gulab jamuns.
The waiters were very attentive and one of the safest bets in Karama

Very good restaurant as per Dubai standards! Loved the food and the ambience. Rajendra's service was very quick and nice. Guy's a legend and a good attendant. I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you wanna have some cool north indian dishes. I only visit this place for their delicious chole batura and dahi batata puri. Have also had home deliveries amd they are quite efficient in their service. Its quite famous and busy throughout the week as its quite famous for their Indian dishes.

I visited karama branch on one Friday morning for breakfast. But it took time for them to attend me, though there is no other customers. They looked like very sleepy. Masala dosa and poori I tried both are good but not up to my expectation since I travelled from Alquoz only to taste their food. I tried their Discovery garden branch also later, that was not customer friendly and the lady who was in charge was with stone face. No place for hand wash. Wishing that they can improve and serve better.
Love their Masala Paranthas. Staff is very cooperative and polite. Can have a better ambience though. Sitting arrangement is not that good. Good place to take parents along. Nice family restaurant.

This is a must visit place for people looking for vegetarian Indian food in Dubai. I have visited there couple of times and literally loved everything thing they served. During my various visits to this place I have tried Channa Bhatura, Rajma Chawal (one of my personal favourites), Tadka Daal and Jeera Rice, Vegetables Biryani, Thali (which comes with many varieties full course meal), Palak Paneer and Roti. Yes for the ones with sweet tooth and missing Indian sweets must visit this place becasue they make you forget you are not in India with literally every sweet item on their counter.
