Nice place next to beach !! Usually there is a line. They have both hot and cold beverage options plus variety of indian snacks.
Recommend for good weather it is really nice to grab a cup of tea and sit at the beach !!

My jumeirah beach visit is incomplete without having filli tea , the staff is super friendly, i find saffron tea much sweeter than the regular tea so if you are someone who doesn’t like their tea too sweet then go for the regular one. Overall it’s the best tea and snacks shop in that beach area.
And the good thing about filli is that everything is at reasonable price.
Quality and quantity both are good.
Fries, warps, club, burgers everything is good.

With the climate changing, evenings are very pleasant. A hot cup of tea with friends seems to be a must on weekends. We normally go to Filli to have their famous Zafrani tea. Its very soothing to have such tea especially in the evenings.
Situated on Kite Beach overlooking the Burj Al Arab, I completely love this Filli branch for Chai and quick bites.
This tiny little filli doesn't have any tables and chairs, just take aways. You take your little parcels and settle on the nearby benches and tables at the beach.
Basically enjoy an amazing cup of tea from Filli's with a great view and atmosphere.
Don't forget to nibble on a Chocolate cookie. They are just awesome!
P. S - It's open for late night drives too!
The tea with a view. I love it. The little samosas with the imli chutney tamarind sauce and the breeze and the beach and the waves. The zafrani karak is a favorite. Love it.
This place feels like home for me ... I came with friends to kite beach specially for their tea ... I tried most of the menu ... the blue storm is just refreshing in summer ... the fries ... sambosak are the best in winter ... their casacada ... I came hundred of times and will come millions again 😊
Always been a fan of zaafrani chai from filli.. It’s a must have when you’re visiting this area. The location is great as it’s on the beach. The service is tad bit slow as there’s always a queue for ordering. But overall really like filli.

Located at a perfect spot on the beach this tea joint is not to be missed ... they serve some of the best milkshakes and mocktails along with delicious paratha rolls and sandwiches ... not to forget the yummy alu samosa ... especially when the weather is beautiful and rainy ... its one of my favorite tea places ... 👍🏼

This place is our go to place for that mid night Chai on the beach side. Zaffran Chai has got that peculiar taste, that no Karak chai can beat across Dubai. Best thing about this cafe is its location on the Kite Beach. It is on the peaceful side of the Kite Beach, wherein you can take the hot Zaffran Chai and just roam around on the beach in the chilly, windy nights.
A double pinch of saffron differentiates the Karak Chai at Filli from everyone else’s. It’s the perfect reward after a long walk along Kite Beach on a windy, chilly winter’s day.
Love the ambience. Absolutely love it. Had the egg sandwich and the cheese paratha. Loved the cruncy elements in the sandwich. It was very different. Also, the paratha was well made. It was crunchy and a must try.

This is my all time fav chill out spot. You want to chill and have a nice time with affordable budget friendly food and drinks. Then you must! Visit here. I adore the idea of Filli's history and how they came into being. If you haven't visited this place yet and your a chai person get your cars and rush because you don't want to miss out on this place! My favorite being (zafron milk) but if your chai person you should try out the zafron chai or the masala chai! Mahn it's worth every sip.

I haven’t had better samosas in my life and yes I’m a desi, just have not had samosas that even come close to theirs. Dubai and it’s love for chai, their Zafran is just right. Also it’s a great location to just unwind after a long day with your close ones at this beach over chai & samosas.
Great place to hang out at night specially during cooler months. Comfort / fast food to go with their show stopper zafran chai. Vada pao, bite sized samosas, wraps and sandwiches all quite flavourful. Ideal for late night weekend drives, tea & a quick bite by the sea

Filli really needs no introduction. This particular outlet is just a kiosk with no seating, however you do find municipality benches around.
I definitely love the Zaffran tea, though most of my friends are not a fan of it, I definitely keep going back to Filli for the Zaffran Chai.
I would definitely love to try their menu consisting of things other than Zaffran tea!!
Who doesn't love tea must have a boring life. 🤣Kidding aside, I never tried their food, I just love to keep coming back for their regular tea. And especially in this branch which is just within the beach, it's a great company along with friends. A little expensive though than the normal 1Dhs teas, but no complaints at all.
Probably the only fillis that serve tea with sugar other outlets serve sugar with a pinch of tea!

The hype is real. The regular tea is just too good, always best to try with combination of their mouth-watering samosas.
If you prefer strong tea then you might as well go for Zafrani tea but the hot favorite still remains to be the regular Filli tea.
Filli tea is one of the best for a quick bite. Just located very close to beach it was a perfect outlet to have here. Ordered chicken tikka wraps with zaffron tea. Wrap and tea were great with good service and friendly staff. I loved the ambience. Must try if u ever visit kite beach.

Yesterday been to this beautiful beach after spending some great outing with my friends we had sing-off cup off tea and coffee. As usual their tea had great aroma and perfect blends of herbs and spices. Really enjoyed. Kudos team.
Best Zafraani chai in the world! That’s the only thing I have honestly tried at this place and will keep coming back for more. I just wish they wouldn’t make it soooo sweet.
Ordered one zafaran chai and cookies to go along with it. The tea was delicious and refreshing whereas the cookies tasted good but it felt like something was missing.

Even though it's a small kiosk at kite beach, it can be easily spotted due to the long lines outside. The sandwich with tea combo is so worth the price. We absolutely loved it and the tea is soo good!

I always visit filli and love the tea here. Staff here is very friendly and professional especially Mr. Rewash. Aside from tea, there sandwiches are also good.
This cafeteria is located on the kite beach such an amazing location where u can have a quick bite and karak!

Nothing fancy only if you're feeling like having a quick cafeteria food like parata or club sandwich but they have a really good Karak with saffron for 6 DHS little expensive compared to other places, but trust me it's totally worth it!
SERVICE:
They are fast and friendly sometimes there might be a que so you would have to wait.
AMBIENCE:
This is an outdoor place where it's perfect in winter time to come and enjoy a sweet cup of kark while enjoying the sound of the sea.

Overlooking the beautiful beach in Umm Suqeim, Filli is magnificently placed to serve folks that flock to the area to relax and catch a quick cuppa over the weekend. What I absolutely love are their little Aloo Samosas with peas. They go so well with the Zafrani Chai.
They have another secret weapon up their sleeves. Try their Zinger. It gives KFC a real run for their money. Recommended!

Absolutely loved the service, it was quick and the long line was served very fast. Beautiful place, creating the perfect ambiance to snack on some quick bites and enjoy their signature zafran tea. However, when I went there, it was hot and humid, so I decided to go for the lotus shake instead of the signature tea. Cold and refreshing - perfect to bring relief after walking in the humid weather. It was thick and creamy and one of the best lotus shakes I've ever had! However, you just can't help but notice the amount was too less for its price.

I was in Dubai for a Vacation, on last day of my visit, my co-brother took my family to this place and ordered for Saffron Tea & Milk. Decided to have it in our car, well packed, Saffron Tea was excellent, it was thick & strong. Everyone enjoyed it. Quantity was huge, to my surprise my son had one full Saffron milk but I shared only half because of quantity.
It is in my daily visit place in my next Dubai vacation.

Our search for good Karak chai at 6 pm yesterday brought us to Filli on the beach. Great tea. Had the zafran and regular tea. Absolutely fantastic. Very refreshing tea. Great flavor. And to top it all delicious samosa in small bite sizes. The ambience was also fantastic....dusk, beach, superb chai and samosa. A must visit if you are in the area.

I ordered the tea like always and the vegetable samosa. The tea was made to perfection like always and served hot.
The samosa was baked well and was not oily as well.

Go there while the weather is still nice. Get a box of alloo samosas and that sinful Saffron Chai that is more like a dessert really.
And if you go there on Thursday or Friday night, have the patience to queue up. It is very gratifying.
A great location for a hot cup of "CHAI" filli has..their zafran chai is the best n I believe the best selling too...have tried many other tea shops but this get me dragged towards it just like a magnet!!
And what is a chai without hot samosas..they r small but tasty...however a drawback is that they dont have an option of sugarless!!! Wht if a diabetic person has the habit of chai but cant have sugar 😰 and also if we ask them less sugar as i need they jst put more water!!
However they said they are working on the same...but god knwz when!

I am a big fan of zafran tea they serve at this place. It's amazing. Samosas and wraps are also good.
Their cold beverages are also very nice.
I have visited many of their other outlets and the taste is same (good).
Due to high demand, the service takes longer time, but worth waiting.
Enjoy the hot tea in the mornings or evenings or late in the night, especially in the current good weather.

I have and I am sure I will always be in love with the filli tea . Ordered for a zafrani filli Chai . It was freshly prepared and served within 5 mins of time . Since 2nd December is Tommorow they served in a very unique glass which was very nice and yes of course the tea like always was excellent no doubts on that . Staff people at this place are decent so the service is super quick . Ambience wise this place is also good .
After a nice drive down to Jumeira with my friend Naushad and Basheer, after a short walk at Kite Beach we were excited to drink tea and we saw a new concept called the Filli tea n talk.
I tried drinking the Saffran Tea which was so mouthwatering. It tastes much better than a ordinary chai which you find in cafeterias.
As I'm coming from Doha I have am not sure of any other branches of this Filli but I tried it at Kite Beach in Jumeira so you should try it too.

I don't know what it is about beach and water that makes you hungry! After a swim at the beach, we stopped by Filli for a quick bite. There is ample space around it to sit and the views are like no other. you can see the Burj al Arab on one side and the Burj Khalifa on the other. There is ample parking available. There is a jogging track right next to it. I saw a lot of people in the evening just chilling on the benches with their tea and snacks.

~ Drinks - We ordered the Oreo shake which was the perfect blend of chocolate and had a great rich texture. It was quite filling. Also had their popular Zaffran tea which was quite good. It is slightly on the sweeter side.
~ Food - We had the Chicken club sandwich to share. It came with four portions of the layered sandwich that was layered with ketchup, mayo, chicken and veggies. It also came with a side of fries.
Overall I appreciated their portion sizes and good value for money.

Small little outlet of famous FILLI CAFE. The taste and quality of tea is as usual very good. Sometimes they take lot of time due to rush and being a small unit.

The best zafrani chai I have ever had! Today,for the first time I tried their samosas. It was simply superb. Not just fresh but was extra hot as well. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends out there.
karrak, is ok. its better then a lot of other places, but its not enough to make me a regular. but i still respect the try, as well as the double saffron is fairly priced. the karrak search continues

One of the best location of Filli by far. Located near Kite beach is a small kiosk set up with a perfect ambience of beach right behind and tables and chairs set too. What an apt place to have hot tea or cold coffee or any kund of snacks,taling it to the beach and chilling around.
Heard a lot about this entrepreneur who started this tea shop back in 1991 and how quickly it became so famous all over dubai. Well.. must say kuddos to the saffron tea.
When you sit on the beach. . Sipping the zaffran tea. .you can of course feel the "mohabbat"!
The snacks are a little over priced but tastes nice. Would love to go back more for my new found "mohabath"!
