My Only Favourite Place For 🥨
Review Time 😎🥨 Pretzel and Coffee is something I can never say NO to neither for my breakfast nor as an on the go quick fix. @pretzelworldae is my most favourite place. Its hand-rolled Pretzels are soft tasty and freshly baked. The best part is they ain't fried but baked. @pretzelworldae has 3 branches in Dubai, which are located in La Mer, Dubai Mall and Motorcity. The one which we tried was its Motorcity Branch.
Pretzels are tasty snack that can be enjoyed any time, all of Pretzels are baked fresh daily in each store. In fact, customers can see them being rolled, stretched and tossed into the air to get their unique Pretzel shape, right before their very eyes.
@pretzelworldae are hand-rolled Pretzels which are available in a delicious range of both sweet and savoury toppings, such as Moscow Glaze, Columbian Cookie, Swiss Cheese or Meat Lovers.
This time we had it in the Afternoon which Perfect for a mid-morning or afternoon snack. We ordered Pepperoni & Cheese and Herbs & Cheese. Pretzels are not complete if you will not try their Milkshakes , Smoothies and Coolies. We had Bondi (Blue Orange) for myself, Mango Paradise Smoothie for @talal_bin_fahadd and Salted Caramel Milkshake for my Hubby. These Pretzels are in good portion size and best part is its baked kot fried. This is one of the best casual place to snack and our regular spot.

After some spicy food this is almost perfection. Staff are normally very welcoming and happy to see us. Gin, the guy who helped us is always smiley and joyful. Kudos.
Tried pretzel for the very first time and trust me we are already addicted to it . This place has a simple decor with some really good varieties of pretzel . Both to satisfy your taste for sweet as well as some other great varieties the shakes and other drinks are also totally fabulous. Would surely visit their other branches too . Best part of this place is that the pretzels are not only fresh made but it’s Baked as well.

This was our first shot at trying our first pretzels ever and thank God we tried it from the right place as they make one of the best pretzels in Dubai. We started with milk shakes followed by cheese and Jalapeño pretzel which btw was really good and to our surprise Raya loved it as she is very picky in what she eats.
Then we had their famous California Cinnamon and Columbian cookie which were good as well. Last but not the least, the sloppy pretzel was a cherry on the top.
Over all a good first time expereince and we are glad that we once again dared to try new stuff which we haven't tried before.
The staff at the Motor City location are always very friendly. My family really enjoys going here for an after dinner dessert. Watching the pretzels get created is fun to watch.

A very cute cafe, with friendly staff. Serving hot freshly baked pretzels. My daughter loves it! And now I do too. The Italian and triple cheese is soo good.
The pretzels are sooo good. I got California cinnamon and it was amazing! Great to forfil my craving for sweet food. So fresh, and delicious.
Pretzel World Motor City Dubai
Location is ok, not hard to find on the map. Parking is difficult. There's always too much traffic as it's next to the First Avenue Mall.
The staff are friendly, welcoming and polite. We ordered a variety of pretzels, sweet and savory. Cookie, Chocoholic and Cinnamon for the kids. My personal favorite was the Caramel Delight! Generous topping of coconut and caramel sauce. They also serve hot and cold drinks.
Large seating area and space to watch your pretzels being freshly made 🥨.
If you are looking for a sweet/savoury craving to be fulfilled then you should definitely try this place out. I recommend trying California Cinnamon, Salted and Flakey.

Pretzel World is a brand that specializes in different kinds of pretzels. Pretzels are usually eaten as appetisers or dessert but are not too popular in the middle east due to the lack of exposure in the market. PW does a great job of representing the concept of pretzels and has a variety of flavours that covers the two different kinds of variations – with filling and without.
Love pretzels, got the right place for you! A nice leisuring place for amazing pretzels. Starting with the BBQ meat lovers with cheese ozzing through with bits of ham, the cheese and ham pretzel, the cheese and bits of ham going together in your mouth giving the presence of relaxation counting every bite, the caramel coconut with Carmel running over the pretzel to top it of with the flakes of coconut and finally Colombian cookie pretzel with crumbs of milk chocolate orea. Highly recommended for meat and sweet lovers.

I have tried the Cin City and Herbs cheese, i loved the taste of both of them.

We have tried take away orders from PretZel World. The staff is helpful, their location in motor city is great and their food is awesome.
We have tried their Sausage Pretzels, Turkey Ham& Cheese Pretzel and Chocolicious Pretzel. It's not like we know all the pretzel types in the world, but for us pretzels were always the crispy cracker format. Here it's more bready, if it was called Sausage wrapped in soft bread. We won't have seen any issue with that :)
Going beyond what it's called. The Cheese Sausage Pretzel is just awesome. They use very good quality of Sausages and the cheese/bread in a fresh Pretzel is like a combo made in heaven. The Turkey Ham & Cheese Pretzel was the traditional shape , bready, cheesy awesomeness again. They don't hold back on the cheese and it shows in the final product. The basic pretzel for Chocolicious is the same bread which is then brushed in chocolate followed by a wrapping of chocolate crumble. This one was chocolaty goodness but it was done very well basically the pretzel isn't too sweet. It looks indulgent but the bread base neutralizes the flavour very cleanly.
All in all we enjoyed our experience with Pretzels. Their coffees are good too. Definitely would be trying them again.
We walked passed Pretzel World in Motor City and decided to give it a try. We ordered the Pepperoni, BBQ and Italian pretzel. They all tasted good and fresh, a bit like pizza. I find it a bit amusing that it says that the pretzels are baked and not fried, as an original pretzel is always baked anyway.
We ordered their assorted pretzels which included ham & cheese, pepperoni & cheese & chocoholic and cheese hot dog with cappuccino. The pretzels were delicious and worth the money. The cheese hotdog was just ok but a bit too pricey for 21 dhs. The cappuccino was also fine but would try the frappes next time. Definitely trying their pretzels again! Thanks for the prompt delivery
The service was brilliant, amazing ppl.
We tried the chocolate pretzel and loved it. We also added a frappe for just AED 4 and was a pretty exciting deal. We got the hazelnut frappe and was one of the best frappe I've ever had.
They also do have savory pretzels, but didn't try any.
Will definitely go again for the pretzel and the frappe.
Service was good, the staff were helpful and polite. The pretzels were made to order so they were fresh and hot when they were served. The American Cheese Dog was good, the hotdog inside was juicy while the pretzel crust had a bit of crunch to it because of the cheese. I also enjoyed their hazelnut frappe, it wasn’t too sweet so it’s a drink that you can keep sipping on while you chill in a cutely decorated cafe. The place is well lit so if you’re the type that works or studies in cafes, this is a good spot for you.
Stopped by 🥨 World for lunch. Had the Italiano which has Italian spices and sundried tomatoes. The pretzel was a decent size. Ate half and took the other half away (tried not to be greedy). It tasted pretty much like a pizza.
Also ordered the frappe with it as they had a promo: add AED 4 to your pretzel order for a frappe. I thought given the promo, they may skimp on the size but it was a medium sized cup 👍🏼
After a short while we ordered the Columbian Cookie pretzel to share. At first we were not sure what to make of the taste as it’s not one of your typical flavors, but a few bites in you get into it and it’s quite nice.
All in all, the quality is pretty good. For 3 pretzels and 2 frappes it came to AED 67. Probably a bit steep given that pretzels don’t have a lot of popularity in the UAE. Would stop by again if craving though.
Decided to try sweet pretzels from Pretzel world and they were good. I really recommend the caramel pretzel which has coconut shavings on it as well. I couldn’t but sneak in something salty as well the hotdog which had good flavors and the dough around it was crispy and yum.
I've finally made it to the Pretzel World. Ordered two different pretzels - one savory, with cheese and sundried tomatoes, another one sweet "Moscow glaze". Pretzels are freshly made. Soft, tasty dough and delicious toppings make it so good and difficult to stop and not order more. Coffee was good too. The staff is nice and friendly, service was quick. Highly recommend this place!
Is the best comfort place around, were you can have your eats , Best services and customer Care, enough parking space , out and basement and hygienicaly are second to none.
Nice spot to come for a light bite - staff is very friendly, pretzels are fresh and hot, seating is quite comfortable. I would come back again if I have a craving for a pretzel.

I love this place but the waiting period is a bit long.

I was in the area when I came across this place. They were giving out samples for different flavors, I tried their Cin City flavor and decided to go in to try other flavors as well.
I ordered the Mini Pretzels which had 4 mini pieces for 24 AED. Tried the following flavors which was a mix of Sweet and Savory options: Chocoholic, Cin City, Herbs and Cheese and Cheese and Jalapeño.
My favorites were Herbs and Cheese and the Cin City.
They have a lot of flavors available which I would like to try during my next visit.
Tried the regular Cappuccino along with the pretzels. 14 AED for the regular size.

I was quite surprised when I realized that pretzels in Dubai are something of a rarity. A quick search on Zomato reveals that there are just three or so places in Dubai that sell this German/American classic and I’m quite lucky to have one near me. This newly opened shop is a great place for a quick bite. I absolutely enjoyed the freshly baked pretzels and for the price, they’re not too bad. If you’re unsure of what to grab for a quick bite, pretzel world is a worthy option.
I’ve had the following:
1) Herbs and cheese pretzel: The pretzels served here are made with simple ingredients that pack a punch where needed. This savory pretzel has cheese in every bite and the subtle herbs complement the cheese quite well. This is my go-to option and I’m sure that it won’t be a disappointment to anyone.
2) Cheese and Jalapeno: The juicy jalapenos add a dash of hotness to the pretzel and has a more sharply defined taste palette than the former. This is another great option.
3) California Cinnamon: Compared with the former two, I found this to be one dimensional. While there is an ample quantity of cinnamon and sugar on the pretzel, the pretzel lacks the punch of the former. I haven’t tried the other sweet options but I’m positive that they will be a whole lot better than this.
Prepared fresh, pretzel world delivers where it counts. I just wish that the pricing would be a tad bit more economical.

nice and light Pretzels. newest addition to a new type of food in the motorcity area which can be called as a food court city now. cos of all the new malls and restaurants opening nearby. Will try more flavours next time
Pretzel is one of my must have s while i travel to Europe. While I got to know from a friend that this place serves fresh awesome Pretzels, couldnt stop visiting. And here i was on a weekend morning waiting for the doors to open. I was defnitely the first customer of the day. Greeted by the lovely staff , i chose to have California cinnamon in sweet and Ham and cheese in savory. While i stood watching the passionate baking of pretzels which was out of oven in 8 mins. Both the pretzels were soft unlike the regular crispy ones . But tasted heavenly. Very reasonably priced, excellent taste and a super lively team of staff . If you love pretzels dont forget to visit here .

Love it! We stuffed ourselves with BBQ Meat Lovers, Ham & Cheese, Italiano, California Cinnamon and Flakey. Great tasting pretzels. Staff were really informative and helpful too.
First time to visit Pretzel world, the pretzel is getting prepared freshly and live in front of U which is very entertaining and you can also see the cleanliness of the place and process. It was nicely baked and tasting nice. You need to try different flavors and judge but there should be some dipping served as side like salsa or melted cheese... etc. Because in some part of the pretzel the dough is more than the toppings and you feel like eating plain bread which could be avoidable and add to the taste and experience.

Loved the place and the service! It makes a great midnight snack. Got a cappuccino for 10dhs and 4 pretzels freshly baked for 24dhs. Would definitely go again to try the savory pretzels!

I didn’t go with alot of expectations...... but to my surprise it was awesomely delicious and fresh. We ordered oliveandcheese ,sausage and cheesenherb. If you ask, my recommendation will be #cheesenherbs 🧀 🌿 .
This is an #Australian 🇦🇺 chain rocking in #Dubai .Great serving size and taste for almost Dh20. I will definitely go there again.

Really like this cafe. So many diffrent varieties of pretzel are available. Really yummy in taste. Its quite fullfilling. Huge space for sitting. They should come in entertainer app.

Stumbled on this restaurant by accident. However I’m really glad I did. I really enjoy pretzels and to have a place near me that makes them fresh to order is great.
I tried the cheese and herb pretzel and the hotdog. The pretzel was really good. Not as greasy as some of the other places I’ve tried so I didn’t feel too guilty after having one. The flavours were mild and not too obtrusive. I’d like to try some of the other flavours in the future to get a better opinion however I was pleased with the flavour, quality and price. 19Aed is about what you’d expect to pay in Dubai. The portions are large enough to fill you up.
The American hotdog (large beef sausage wrapped in pretzel bread) was good too. Nice thick sausage and very satisfying, good if you want something a bit heartier. Once again it was not overly greasy. I had it with the cheese dip which was ok but I didn’t feel it added much flavour to the experience so you may want to give it a miss to save the added calories.
Overall very pleased and I look forward to trying more flavours
It’s always exciting when there is a new restaurant opens near home, but when their food is delicious, it’s priceless.
Pretzel World came highly recommended by a friend and as a pretzel lover, I decided to try it right away. The location is very convenient and there is direct parking available in front of the store. Team is very friendly and the interiors are nice. It has a coffee house vibe.
I tried cinnamon pretzels to satisfy my sweet tooth. It was quite nice and accompanying americano was good as well.
It’s a nice place to come and enjoy a conversation, as well as stopping by and picking up a freshly baked pretzel.
