الاكل كان مالح بشكل ملحوظ.. و ما في سوبر فايزر تحكيله و الشباب ما حد بمون ولا بيعرفو شو يسوو بهيك حاله UPDATE: last time i ate there the food was soooo SALTY... And NO supervisor.. He is out of the shop.. And all the workers cannot take decision.. Finally i paid for a food.. And i took it with me then i threw it in the trash bin I hope they will be back to good Taste the authentic real Shawarma and fried chicken there Despite the high traffic in the shop still they offer same taste Service is not so great, but i give them a reason

Ordered 1(3set) shawarma and extra shawarma for 39aed. After reaching room found that 1 shawarma is Missing and usual french fries. Shawarma size smaller than before. First time in this laffah. Very disappointing

Hoggers In Dubai

Definitely one of the top shawarma spots. I dont know many places that serve better shawarma than this. I've heard the Sharjah branch is even better than this though. They are very affordable and made with Lebanese sauces that add greatly to the taste. It does get crowded here during peak hours so order if you stay close or get take away.

Its not easy to impress me when it comes to shawarma.I am very peculiar about my shawarma.I want it in thin lebanese bread with lots of sauce,pickles and chicken/meat.I can never accept a dry shawarma rolled in quboos(served in almost all cafeterias across uae). I wanted to try out Arabic shawarma from laffah as i heard some great reviews about their arabic shawarma.Finally visited their branch in hor al anz,Dubai for a take away.

Laffah is hands down the best Shawarma place. Got to know about this a few years ago on Reddit, and I couldn't be more glad. I always have their Chicken Shawarma in Lebanese bread with Tahini. The bread is nicely toasted, and the chicken is grilled to perfection. Food is always fresh, even post 12 in the night. There can be no weekend for me without having Laffah. If they had a branch closer to where I stayed, it'd certainly be frequented more. Their consistency is 95%!

Laffah is the best restaurant to go for a chicken shawarma. We usually take takeaways from this outlet of Laffah. Place is usually crowded in the evenings. The potato slices we get here is so very tasty, they sprinkle some unique masala powder on top which gives the sliced potatoes its taste. So if craving for chicken shawarma and fried potatoes this is a place to go.

One of the best shawarmas in town. The broasted chicken is also nice. For all the die hard broasted chicken fans this is definitely the place to check out. Prices are reasonable and the restaurant is usually busy all the time. The good thing is they have lots of seats so you won’t need to wait for too long. And don’t forget their signature chips which are lovely as well. The service is just ok but then with the quality of food you wouldn’t mind too much. Definitely a place I would recommend to everyone

It was a dine in and the experience would have been lot better if the serving staff would give us our space. They were like right in your face whilst ordering and settling the bill. They were staring right at us standing at our table despite being expected of them to give customer the space they need! And I just hope they make the fries a little crispier!

OMG! This place has literally the best best boasted chicken. When you are hungry at night and you crave something crispy yet with lots of flavor, this is your place. The fries are something to wait for because the spices added to them make them just melt in your mouth. In addition to the crisps, you should order shawarma or tawook! Best ever! Juicy, tender, loads of garlic, potatoes and yet crispy.

If you're a lover of shawarma, fries of all kinds, big platings of chicken, sandwiches filled with meat and large portions that won't cost a bomb, then this is your place! A very busy venue at Al Mamzar Centre with a team of busy chefs behind the counter, preparing orders back to back! Tables are always occupied and there's plenty of people standing around for their take away orders! Definitely doing well so good luck to Laffah!

Sufficient dine-in seating space, pretty neat, quick service. Most of the diners ordered pretty much similar items - shawarmas, the sliced potato plates, broasted chicken served along with the potato slices. Upon being seated, we were served complimentary pickles along with a sauce (tasted similar to garlic sauce). Our group ordered: 1. Slices Potato Plate: large portion size sufficient for 3-5 people. Crunchy and soft at the same time. However, they do add a seasoning (that tastes similar to the tastemaker sachets one find inside Maggi Noodles packets familiar with Indians). This seasoning makes it not too pleasant tasting. 2. Chicken Shawarma: the Arabic bread option, was oily. But tasted alright. Portion size good enough for one person. The sauce and fillings portion size was good too. 2. Meat Shawarma: tasted ok, but the chicken shawarma was better. Portion size including fillings size was alright. Overall, value for money inspite of the average taste. Good spot for a quick bite.

Okay so i’m reviewing only based on the potato slices. That’s the only reason i’m giving 3. Because i cannot give more for potato slices. It was my basically long dream to try the potato slices from al laffah, at the time in shj. I was excited to come here. So we had this potato slices from a long trip. And it was good. It had a lot of masala and it comes with a garlic dip. We ate a lot actually it was good. Crunchy at the same time soft.

Foods are great. But the staffs are impolite, not nice, and not accommodating specially the filipina waitresses. We always dine in your restaurant in Abu Hail with our officemates, and we always experience the same service, this is really disappointing as we thought our "kabayan" will atleast be nice.

I have always loved laffah. Arabic Shawarma Meal is the best here. However, their outlet in Mamzar is not so good. Especially after them telling me I have to make an order of atleast 30AED so as to get it delivered just across the road near to al mulla plaza.

A really nice and popular place for shawermas. i tried the lamb shawermas in both the arabic bread and tanoor bread while the kids had the chicken options. Both were very nice and succulent. For the potatoes we ordered the crinkle fries which the kids simply loved. We also tried their fried broast chicken which also disappeared rather quickly!

Laffah has gained it's good reputation from it's branches in Sharjah. This branch, however, served us with dissapointment and I would not recommend it to anyone. We called the restaurant to order in a small Arabic shawerma meal which costs 19 AED. But since the minimum order charge was 25 AED, I was asked to order the Large Arabic shawerma meal - which was what I did, given the fact that they said the delivery was free, so why not? However when the food arrived, they charged us extra on top of the bill. When asked about this to the delivery guy, he said that it's the salik charge and that if I had any concerns, I have to call the restaurant directly. When I called the restaurant the phone attendent said that they charge for salik and they "don't know why". Those were his exact words. I insisted on speaking to his manager but he refused. To be completely honest, I have never been charged for salik for any sort of home delivery. I have been charged a "delivery fee" but never for SALIK and it completely doesn't make sense to deliver for free and charge for salik. Anyhow, coming to the food, by the time it reached us, it wasn't hot anymore . The chicken was hard and the bread was crispy, unlike any other laffah arabic shawerma I have had before. :(

Good shawarma however it could do a lot better with its customer service . Last time i checked treating customers regardless of their color or nationality was the right way to go but i guess the ones at the counter taking the order thinks the customer being a brown dude can give him the right to treat me however he likes. Improve your service.. Your food is great.. Be like the other branches in sharjah.

اتصلنا بالمطعم عشان نعمل أوردر طلب مننا ان الاوردر يكون ب 300 درهم بحجة ان المكان بعيد جمعنا الاوردر و رجعنا اتصلنا بيه راح قايلنا لا انا عايز اوردر ب 400 درهم! حاجة قمه في قله الزوق و الاستغلال و الجشع! طلبت من الموظف يديني رقم مدير المطعم اداني رقم فرع الشارقه بالعافيه و رفض يديني اسمه، طبعاً الأخ اللي رد عليا في فرع الشارقة و قالي انه المدير قالي هشوف الموضوع و ارجع أكلمك ولا عبرني، ضيعولنا وقتنا علي الفاضيتحديث: رجعت كلمت الأخ قاسم مدير فرع الشارقة الساعة 14:45 و وعدني ان مدير فرع دبي هيكلمني خلال خمس دقايق و طبعاً محدش عبرني لحد دلوقتي كالعاده Called the restaurant to make an order, the guy asked for a minimum order of 300 Dirhams as the location is far! no problems walked around the whole department at work, collected the order from the people, called the guy back & he was like I want a minimum order of 400 dirhams otherwise I won't deliver! greed at it's best & using people's need to make more money! asked the guy to give me the restaurant manager's number, he refused & after I insisted he gave me the number for the Sharjah branch & refused to give me his name, called the Sharjah branch a guy called Qasem answered & claimed to be the restaurant's manager, refused to give me the name of the guy I spoke with earlier & told me the Dubai manager will call you after 5 minutes, till the moment I wrote this review no one bothered to call me back after me calling a few times to follow up. update: the restaurant manager Ayman called me now, refused to give me his name as well in the beginning, gave me all the non-logical excuses to cover up for his greedy incompetent employee to the limit that I had to tell him you know what it's my mistake am sorry!

One of the finest Shawarma I ever had in the UAE🌯 I think nobody else serves as good as this people does in the whole UAE! If you ever want to taste what an actual Shawarma taste like.. grab a Shawarma @Laffa Restaurant! I tried Beef & Chicken both.. & was overwhelmed with the taste! Do try fried potatoes, it's really yum😋 Couldn't snap a pic but fosure I'll when I'll visit the next😎

Ambience 5/5 The place is located right next to the Al Qiyadha Metro Station and at one of the busiest area. The place was large and even had space outside the restaurant. Respectable to accommodate enough crowd at Rush Hour. Service 3/5 I sensed the other waitress were friendly but the one who served me wasn't quite nice. She was kind of being reluctant and didn't have patience. But we got the food served in less than 5 minutes. Menu & Pricing 4/5 They didn't have so much of items sacked up. Instead they had few and all the prices were affordable and acceptable. They had few of their Signature items too like that Full Potatoe Fries. Quality & Quantity 5/5 I went with couple of my friends and ordered Meat Shawarma, Broasted, Seshawook and their Signature Fries. I was absolutely satisfied with everything we ordered. Their Signature fries is a must try. It was crispy and delicious. Whatever we ordered was able to fulfill all our tummies. Overall it's a good place to have a brunch or dinner with friends and family for affordable prices.

Just after the 1st Match of PSL we came here as we knew that this place will be opened till late.. In a group and one one choice... Shawarma.. One of those places in Dubai which serves the most authentic and humongous shawarma. .. Extremely luscious and scrumptious to fill your belly.. I prefer Chicken Shawarma the regular one... And those Fries...oh gosh they are big in size and terrific in taste.. Make sure you order fries on every visit..you won't regret. . Although they had a lot of options. . Service is good.. Ambiance will make you hungry 😅

better dine in, but service is too much slow and sometimes you keep calling waitress there for anything and they wont listen to you. although I just keep going there because of taste of broasted chicken and potato chips with spices.. the taste is just woww.. shawarma is having unique taste.. good for families and friends..
