Best Mandi / madhabi in Dubai. Well cooked chicken. Rice is available in two colours . Rice was surplus and enough for two people . They serve complementary soup also with this Mandi/ Madhabi.
Loved their mandi and madfoon both. Rixe were good meat was cooked. A little late with the order but then tasted well. Staff was good. A fine place as we were seeking food urgently. Reccomended

Chicken madhbee. Enough for me and wife. But ordered extra rice just in case. The food did not disappoint. Delivered well on time. There is no point eating any mandi madhbee if you get it cold so getting it on time is very important.
Very good taste, good salads , good quantity & fast delivery. Delivery staffs were so nice to customers.
With a great variety of items to choose from Tibba Restaurant for Mandi and Madhbi is in my top 3 list of Mandi restaurants in the UAE.
This time around we were a group of friends out again for some mandi followed by fresh kunafa. And believe me, they have one of the best kunafa in town.
Some other items to try are the Fahsa and the Burma, both with the Yemini bread called Mulawwa.

Havent had food from this place as of yet, but am a regular customer for their kunafa. Their cheese and cream kunafa both are flawless and the best ive tried so far undoubtedly. Specially when the sweet sugar syrup is poured on top of the hot dish, it is just the best!
Have been long wanting to go here and finally made it, We tried the Ribs Haniz and the Chicken Mandi. Finished it well with a portion of Kunafa which was just amazing!
I have ordered from Tibba several times and there are 2 constants. Super fast delivery time and good tasting food. They are about 3km from my place and have even had a delivery in 15min as if they were waiting for my order!
Mandi tastes better with Tibba anytime. Just a small repeat observation, they do not look out for special requests placed while ordering. Else, Tibba is just the best in this area.

Me and my wife visited here for a dinner. As you can see this restaurant is very highly occupied one with separate entry for families. Very neat and clean place which i have ever visited from a Yemeni one.
First of all a big thanks for the crews which was very attentive and fast. As one of my friend suggested to try their haneez, we opted the same Ribs. Ufff.. The meat was so tender and juicy and you can even finish the full flush😁. As i was with my wife i have to give her the share🤕, as two will be too heavy for us and even highly choloestroed😤😤😤.
We have not even let the bones to go as it was.The rice was well flavored and colored,it was little thicker in size compared to some Mandi restaurants. But it will go like anything till the tummy filled up. we have ordered One Fattoush also to join this haneez and it was also exceptional. Dont forget to have a sip for their complimentary mint tea after your loaded stomach which makes your dinner to level 100.Overall a happy late night dinner experience.

This is my favourite spot for Mandi or Madfoon! Recently tried a new dish called Meat Burma! And OMG!! It’s soooo tasty ... Specially with their huge bread which is again one among the best breads I have ever tasted! And they have recently added a huge seating area for family section! A must to visit!

They are AWESOME!!!! Just loved their food. We ordered for the first time. I must say the delivery was super fast. Whoa...in just 15 mins 😲. We ordered Chicken Madbee and Kunafa. The food was really hot. The rice was fluffy and flavorful. The chicken was juicy and soft. It had spicy chutney and soup as accompaniments. The quantity was ample enough for two persons. They had even kept a plastic sheet to avoid the mess. Kunafa was simply yummm. It was crispy and the filling was super cheesyyy and soft. Couldn’t stop eating 😋. One of the best Kunafas ever had from a restaurant. The food was not overly priced and it’s worth the money. Will definitely order again. Part of mine and my family's friday ritual is heading to Tibba at 1pm for lunch. I'm giving 5 stars just for the two dishes which they prepare better than anyone else (atleast in my opinion) : 'Mutton Madfoon' and 'Haniz (ribs)'. If you are a lamb lover (which I am) then these two dishes can certainly create some 'emotions' within your taste buds. Give it a try and thank me later :)

Easily the best Mandy restaurant in the area.. The portions were huge and the Meat madfoon is one of the best I have had.. If I ever crave for fresh ,juicy and tender meat.. ill head to Tibba.

The best mandi of all time. Haniz ribs is mouth watering. Have a taste on the kunafa aswell once done with the main course. Always takeaway on the rice is must . I recommend it
I can't believe I never tried this place before.
The Full Shoulder Haniz and the Salta Fahas both were exceptionally awesome.
The meat just separated from the bone as you pulled it and so soft and packed with flavour. The Full Rib Haniz was also awesome. The small pieces of fat around the meat was...just ....I have no words. Just awesome.
Also the great part is that compared to many Mandi places out there they serve a flavorful starter soup.
I tried their Kunafa and it wasn't the best but there are better places for Kunafa.

Had been to their business bay branch earlier. But since this is closer, decided to go here. They have maintained the same concept and arrangement at this place as well - they have both sit-down and tables and chair formats to choose from.
we sat down for our food, and decided to order mandi. before being served with mandi, we were offered mutton soup, which is really delicious. We went in for chicken mandi, which was really good. The quantity is sufficient for two people.
Best restaurant for Mandi, Madhbi and Madfoon. Good place . good sitting arrange , good utilisation of space. They serve Verity of delicious kunafas .... so yammi. So far best Mandi & Madfoon i have ever tasted.
There is possibly no way i can define how good the food was. I can firmly say that yes this is the best mandi i had till date. From the soup till the lambs ribs everything was fresh and amazingly flavoured. Truly a yemeni gem in dubai.

The Mandi both chicken and Mutton was good with lentil soup and Tomato chutney. Tried there chicken Haniz too very fresh chicken. The Mandi was worth the taste with good portion. The ambience traditional Arabic , but service could have been better as they missed chicken Mandy first time and had to remind them twice for the same.

Literally the best mutton madfoon in Dubai. I have tried Madfoon from many many restaurants in UAE, but nothing match near to Tibba mutton madfoon. 5 star for it. I'm just saying about mutton madfoon only here.
One among the best Mandhi, madhbi, madfoon available in Dubai. Mutton mainly, haneedh- shoulder or ribs, both are equally good. Fresh and cooked to perfection with the flavour of meat having a roller coster ride around our senses. Rice is different from the other usual mandhi spot, its long grain rice but at the same time a little fluffy like a short grain. A mist try place for mandhi lovers.
I had mutton mandi and chicken madfoon. It’s good over here, but you have better options here in Dubai. I don’t want to mention the restaurant names. Service is also good, good staffs.
A perfect place for Arabic food. Well trained stuff with complete knowledge of food & ingredients. Arab food culture is shown by them proper sitting area for family’s.

The best of the best place for Mandi/ Madhbi/ Madfoon ! Been a loyal customer for the last 6 years, and only now finally getting down to reviewing them. Excellent food, great quantity, reasonably priced( a little pricier than the small Mandi places) and definitely value for money. If you haven’t been there you should!( off course if you like Yemeni cuisine that is:) )

Visited this place today for dinner. The place is very spacious & there weren't much people. Good staff service & simple atmosphere.
We studied the menu and decided to order full shoulder mutton haneeth and chicken mandi. The food arrived quick. The accompanying soup and salad were good. It came with two types of rice. I actually was surprised to see the bright color of rice ( just too much of food color ❌). Both had same flavour & it was perfectly cooked. It would have been better if they had good flavour in rice (it was more like a normal rice for me). So basically rice dint fancy me.
The best mutton Haneeth so far I have ever had. The portions were huge & the meat was well cooked and literally fell off the bone. It was just PERFECT 👍. I must say their chicken mandi were also good.

This branch is way older than the one at business bay and i have been eating here for the better part of 8 years now. It was you know once in 6 months meat mandi or madfoon.
I took my friend along once who in his 25 years of life never had lamb. I convinced him into trying their lamb mandi and madfoon, and now he is all about meat and avoids chicken like the plague.
Fast forward to 2015 and i tasted their Ribs hanith and now that's all i have. The ribs hanith is the best meat can taste, without chemicals or funny stuff. I have this every 3 weeks on an average. Love it.
Yemeni food is real good. The Mandi(Mutton) is an amazing dish, yet priced on the hefty side. The Madhby is not far behind. The quality of rice is completely different than a Mughal style Biriyani. Ravished with Zhug, it serves approximately 2 people on a budget. Moving on to the sweet section, the Basbousa is amazing. The syrup used fulfills the tastebuds.
Another great place that offers good mandi. We ordered for the meat mandi. It was delicious. The meat was succulent and cooked differently. Definitely will come back.

Had visited this place during lunch time ordered for 3 things :-
1. Haneeth Laham Rib - the Rib was excellent super soft & juicy but the rice was decent I wish they could have made the rice a bit more softer .
2. Mutton Madfoon - the best Madfoon so far I have ever had the meat was so soft and it was just melting in my mouth .
3. Kunafa - freshly prepared and it was very crispy and tasty as well I very much enjoyed it .
Staff people of this location are very poor as in they do not give much attention they were rude I wish they would have been much more polite .
One of my favorite places to have Mandi, I recommend you all to try their Mutton haneed with mix Rice.
Other dishes to try salmon fish, kunafa, basbosa.

A very spacious , neat and clean place for Arabic and Yemeni style foid . I like their mutton Hanid very much. Meat Hanid is the best among all . They have different varieties of food . And they are also maintaining the taste and quality.
Typical Arabian (Yemeni) restaurant I personally like Arabian food for red meat as the meat tastes much better when they are not over spiced. Red meat has its own taste a simple garlic/ginger and salt will please your taste buds. Typically Arabian food is less of spices and you can taste the meat. I am a great fan of red meat. I don’t typically like chicken in Arabian restaurant as chicken doesn’t taste better without spices.
Tibba serves one of the best Haneed and Kunafa. The meat is cooked rightly with not too sharp spices, one can easily pinch the meat off the bone. I ordered mandi rice along with that which is my typical order. One must try hanned, mandi and Kunafa.
Awesome Madfoon. They took my order with great ease. I got the delivery in 15 minutes which is pretty quick. It tasted so good. This is the first time I tried Madfoon and I loved it. The meat was very tender and tasty. I would love to order more from Tibba.
This is probably one of the best places to relish chicken Bukhari or Mandi. Serving started with mutton soup and salads followed by our order. The chicken was perfectly grilled and the rice was good as well together with tomato puree. For non-rice lovers they do have tandoori roti as an option too.

What a delight to land here after craving some fine Arabic food for a month.
This place is really enjoyable, as we can sit in a majlis. They have the regular seating option too. The service is literally at our fingertips as they come at the click of a button. Hence, it was quick and efficient.
The Madfoon, Chicken and Mutton tasted delectable. 3 plates were more than enough for 8 people.
For desserts, Kunafa all the way! Whenever I'm away from Dubai, I crave for Kunafa and this one successfully satisfied my cravings. We ordered 2 Kunafas. The first one was soft and easy to cut. But the second one was a little rugged, nevertheless delicious. It could have been heated a little more to make it consumer-friendly.

This place is one of the popular places for Mandi and had a lot of people visiting throughout the late evening. Placed an order for the Chicken Mandi, Mutton Mandi and a Cheese Kunafeh. Service was quick, the Mandi served alongside a standard Soup, which was really delicious, Salad and the Tomato-based Sauce which surprisingly, tasted good as well. The Mandi was delicious, however, the Mutton Mandi costs twice as much as the Chicken Mandi, and isn't all that great, so one could stick to the Chicken items on the menu. The Cheese Kunafeh was too good. Overall, cheap prices and a great value for money.

Give it a try, you might love it. And sit in the traditional area, it's more fun that way. I don't know why, I think eating mandi in a traditional setting is more enjoyable than on a table. It's like 'When in Rome, do as the Romans do.'

This is the best place for mandi I have come across in Dubai. They serve you complimentary soup at the beginning of the meal which is just tooo good for free. Haneet ribs meat and madfoon meat is a must have. They serve two kind of rice with every order. Half white and half orange. I always ask them to get full white as I find orange one too bland.
For desserts, kunafa with cream is very good. You can end your meal with complimentary black tea.
The only draw back of this place is the location as it is only the way to sharjah industrial area. You may encounter huge traffic jam during peak hours on weekdays. Weekends should be fine.
Excellent Arabic food, if you are someone who likes Arabic food, I strongly suggest you give a try.
