From fries to burger to finally shake, everything was so perfect and delicious. The patty was tender and delicious with spicy crispy fries. The milkshake was addicting as you can have no idea about it. The best part is even you get full, you can’t stop yourself from eating it. Best of above all in the everything
Went to have only their famous Dessert of Fanta Cake. This is a Carrot cake with the Logo of Fanta on the top with Fanta Cream Cheese, Fanta Nectar inside small bubble balls & Lotus Soil.
Excellent in taste and i thoroughly enjoyed this one. Great Dessert.
Visited with my family to celebrate my birthday and was served by Amedu. Started with some cheesy fries followed by risotto, Mexican pizza (my favorite) and chicken parmigiana. The staff made me feel special by getting my a red velvet cake with a decorated plate. The cake was moist and soft and way better than Cheesecake Factory. Thank you Sugar Factory and Team !

We went to this American eatery last friday evening after spending couple of hours in La mer beach front area. We had two drinks a Classic mojito (with mint, lime & soda) for myself & a Mango coconut cooler for my friend. @25 AED each.It’s little pricy but absolute refreshing with a very prompt service.Additionally my friend orders sea food soup which had coconut broth with loads of different sea foods including fish, prawns, squid, muscles & calamaries, looks delicious. @35 AED quality well balanced with the quantity. A must try item as starter.With huge sitting area spread across two floors, interior looks typical NY styled with bright lights ,long tables & sofas , with a gigantic LED Screen displaying fashion street visuals, wall full of Hollywood celebs who visited this Brand in US gives you a typical American restaurant feeling. Out door sitting area, including balcony is perfect for winter season.

I have been eyeing this american eatery for sometime. I have tasted the gigantic drinks they offered in citywalk, before. Here I had a seafood soup which was a coconut broth with different seafoods for example clams, mussels, squid, prawns and fish. At 35 dhs, it was a very good soup and in large quantity to fill you up. We had two more drinks- a mojito for my friend and a Mango coconut cooler for myself , after a hot and sweaty outdoor day. Both at 30 dhs, they were quite refreshing.
The interiors were decorated in typical american style with bright lights, long tables and sofas, pics of celebrities on the walls and extensive use of glass and mirrors and a huge screen displaying visuals.
I liked the party mood there and large quantities of food as per the American tradition. They have various tex-mex food menu , wide ranging huge goblets of drinks menu , and even a humongous gargantuan sized Sundae at 450 dhs !! The food items are all fresh and tasted nice, the seafoods were juicy, the mussels, calamari and prawns were particularly so.
Service is pretty fast. The manager particularly is very attentive. They also have contact-less ordering facility through zomato QR coding.
Apple & lotus sundae. It wasn't disappointing and it made for an excellent way to end a sunny summer's day at the beach.
Sous vide apples were a nice touch(thank you chef) and the crumble a much needed texture. A bit too sweet for me though. But I didn't hesitate to take it down. Thank you Sugar factory.
Not sure if that was a cake base you used for the sundae. It's a tad too stiff for my liking. Not as crunchy.
Perfect for a dinner. Appart from food you can sit back and relax yourself. Candy themed restaurant is a brand world wide andofcourse they charge much. But please train your staff.

I love their breakfast, specially using Zomato Gold it saves me a lot of money with 1+1 food. I gave it 4 stars though because their egg benedict changed, I liked it better before. Their service was good too, people are nice and they will assist you whatever you need. This branch has a cool decoration too.
Went late night. The server Mr. Khan was very helpful and giving good suggestions. The portions are really good and the tortilla chips were fresh and dip was awesome. It was made in house. Sandwich was also large. Good ambience and lovely interior. Overall nice place to go to. Oh yes, do try the drinks, its a different experience.
Overall amazing ambience desserts are very good they have variety in their menu however had one bad experience got plastic piece in my main course

I had organized a birthday for my son at sugar factory, the manager Mr Raju went out of the way to make it a memorable evening for us. He did a set menu for us at an excellent price. The restuarant in charge Dhawa and his staff were very helpful throughout the evening.
The food was delicious and the celebration sundae was extraordinary. I will be looking forward to be hosting more family gatherings at Sugar factory.

Had an amazing experience out here, courteous staff and an attentive manager.
Tries out the philly steak monster burger, and trust me it was amazingly beefy and cheesy and one BIG one too.
Blue ocean signature drink:- This one gave me goosebumps with this kind of weather, just passed on trough my nerves like a roller coaster. Refreshing i would say.
Mashed Potato:- This was one of the best, no lumps, mashed to perfection i would say.
Will surely visit to try out their other dishes.

A superb dining experience!
We visited Sugar factory in La Mer at Jumeirah, Dubai on a weekday for dinner. They serve a wide variety of dishes and beverages, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. The interiors are beautiful and lift up your spirits.
Here is a review of what we tasted:
1. Beverages: The Oceans blue goblet was mystical with the effect of dry ice. It was deliciously refreshing! The Tie Dye milkshake was amazing too - so creamy and yummy.
2. Starters and burger:
Tomato, mozzarella and basil on a ciabatta: I was never a fan of this one, but I really enjoyed it!
Fire cracker shrimp: This is worth trying - the shrimp was succulent and the crackers were crackling tasty.
Ouzi lamb burger: This Arab-American fusion burger is an innovative one! It was an extra large size and we shared it.
3. Dessert:
The fanta cake was yummy as was the malva pudding. A sweet treat to the eyes and tongue!
The staff is friendly and obliging. The ambience is superb! Car parking is available at La Mer - can be validated for upto 3 hours by the restaurant.

The food was beautifully plated and the quantity was good. It may seem a little pricey, but for the location, ambience, food quality and service, I think its worth the money. The staff were courteous and friendly. Overall, a very good experience.

A restaurant by the beach is fantasized by many as a quiet dinner by the end of a tiring day. Sugar Factory at the fabulous beach of La Mer is one of the restaurants that we chose. Contrary to the name, this restaurant has lots of appetizers and continental food in addition to their exquisite choice of desserts. the food was simple but its taste was outstanding. It was a nice experience, one you should try.
First time at this place and it was very cool experience. I love the presentation of food. Feeling baby while eating rainbow mini burger. Food is very good staff is friendly and ambience is very cool.

Love this place and their staff for their outstanding customer service and the food.
it was really a nice experience having this nice treats here in sugar factory. The staffs are very accomodating the food is nice i love their food presentation the fries are crispy and golden. their pizza is delicious and freshly out of the oven. the place is so clean , and by the way we ordered those different colored burgers it was juicy and delicious. so for the overall experience here is very satisfying i couldn’t wait to come back here again.
The golden Shrimps were by far, the BEST I’ve had so far. The sauce was a burst of flavours and in addition, the crunchiness of the shrimp was no less that I was tempted to ask for a second serving!
The pastas were really nice although the garlic bread could use some more flavour. The drink was also super refreshing.
The main aspect is the staff who was super friendly and were on their feet to allow you to have the best experience possible!

The Mai Tai Goblet had me drooling even before I stepped into @thesugarfactory
This one was the most perfectly balanced Mai Tai in terms of sweetness & sourness. I shared it with my fellow and it was enough for both of us.
It bubbled through our 2 hour long meal and yea we were munching the whole time 🤣
I had a sip of goblets from the adjacent table which had couple of my friends(hehe..had to taste it) and their passion fruit & berry goblets were also so super yumm!! When you go to @thesugarfactory, be sure to order One of the goblets! They are so worth it 💯
This outlet was located @lamerdubaiand it is wonderful to take a stroll here after a meal.

Service: 9/10. Very attentive & dishes arrived on the table in perfect timing. I think we were taken care of by Lawrence & he was very attentive.
Ambience:Casual dining in retro classy. I loved the touch of glitz & glam.
Pricing: Slightly expensive but definitely worth every penny.

Though this place is pretty well known for their eye-pleasing drinks and lip-smacking desserts. the main course they served us was very very delightful as well.
we were very pleased when we were offered with their special menu.
For drinks, we had 2 of their signature Goblets. The Virgin Lollipop passion is a mixture watermelon, coconut, apple & pineapple to create an amazing blend which was refreshing and palatable. for the touch of amazing, they garnish the drink with lollipops, thus the name.
For some tropical goodness, we tried their Mai Tai Goblet drink which is a mixture of Fresh orange and pineapple juice with Coconut. Both the drinks were amazing to the eyes and your taste glands are sure to thank you.
For Appetizers, we tried their Bao Sliders. This dish consists of three different of chicken varieties: crispily fried bao buns with sriracha chicken, honey Chilly chicken & Buffalo chicken. Mac Cheese Pops was one of the yummiest dishes I have in a long time. Mac & Cheese is really good to have as it is in its plan form, but when turned into a crumb fried macaroni and cheese poppers it gets a whole new taste which was nothing short of amazing. The mac & Cheese pops are served with marinara sauce.
Also tried their firecracker shrimps: Crispy fried shrimp tossed with chef's special creamy sriracha sauce. Being spicy yet appetising was its speciality.
For the Main Course, we tried their Tex Mex Savoury Waffle. The dish consists of warm waffles with chicken ragu, grilled chicken, Guacamole, beans and corn salsa. Served along with grated cheese and nachos. First, the dish is huge and should be pretty filling on its own but the flavour with the many things on the plate is sure to create a marvel.
The second dish served was called Grilled Salon: Pan roasted Norwegian Salmon with mash potatoes, grilled asparagus with lemon butter sauce. A true delight for salmon lovers.
For Dessert, we had a classic sundae, a truly attractive looking dish with a delightful taste. The dish consists of three scoops of your favourite ice cream, covered with your own choice of sauce (you can choose from hot fudge, pineapple, strawberry & cream sauce)and topped with toasted walnuts, sprinkles, whipped cream and our favourite, CHEERY ON TOP!
No wonder the place is so famous for its deserts.
Great variety of main courses to pick from. They cover almost everything from burgers to thai curry both of which tasted excellent. Their quality, serving portion and taste all are exceptional. The appetizers are great too.
I really enjoy their drinks which are served in pretty goblets.
Overall it always is a tasteful and enjoyable experience.
Cool ambience and friendly staff esp Lawrene who helped us worthy of the vouchers and Jonathan the kid friendly guy 👦. Thought their appetizer ‘Bow Wow’ lacked the sides n would’ve been complete with at least some fries. The main dishes were quite filling. Loved their Lychee drink n the V cake. Thanks to their Chef n Manager who visited tables for reviews and feedbacks. Look forward to visiting this sweet place again.
I absolutely loved the set up. The experience was one of a kind. However, with a family of 6, it tends to get pricy especially having all wanting to try one of those amazing drinks
Food was amazing! Would definitely recommend the Mac & Cheese Pops, best I’ve had in Dubai. Deserts were delicious, especially the s’mores pancake. Our server was fantastic, even the manager came to our table and was very friendly. We went for a birthday party and they accommodated us very well, the staff were hospitable and made sure we had a great time. I would also recommend anyone who visits to download their Tablez Rewards app as it gave us 25% off our bill.
When my friend told me about this place, I thought its gona be a place of desserts and rainbows, and to my surprise this restaurant has a wide variety of food as well! The presentation of the items is nice, ambiance is joyful. Would definitey recommend this place.

Colorful candies and sweets 🍭 🍬 comes in my mind when I think of Sugar factory but was completely surprised by the variety that they offer in the menu when I actually visited them. The sugar factory at Lamer is really spacious with two floors of dining area with both outdoor and indoor seating.

Lovely spacious restaurant tucked away in La Mer. We make it a point to visit this joint when we are in La Mer. You can expect big portion for every dish so get your tanks ready:)
