As I walked inside this restaurant the modern interiors yet classy seating with spacious area was quite positive vibes. As you sit down they serve you a welcome drink of lime soda and fried paratha . No doubt their services were very fast and the staffs are friendly and active including the Manager who was quite humble. The starter I had was the Dynamite mushroom,crispy fried with beautiful coating and served with black sesame . Then the salad was just so good ,It was the cold shrimps tossed in sirracha sauce which was totally yum to the taste buds.The mains was their all time Keralite favourite fish curry cooked in claypot served with plain rice enough for 3 people to eat. Then was the Chilli chicken I ate with Malabar Parathas which was my favourite and finger licking good. Both quality and quantity was up to the standards. Then was their signature drinks one was the Chakka Manga Malagu ,blend of mangoes ,jackfruit and little kick of green chillies totally different and tastes so good . Other one was the 'Nannari Sherbet 'blend of pineapples ,fresh squash and basil seeds ,quite refreshing. The last not the least was the Elaneer Coconut pudding it was smooth but tastes just ok. When your go to place fails you ! Ente Malabar was our place for chilli chicken and porotta .. but their quality controls have failed terribly .. we ordered Semi gravy all time and this is the second time it comes like this watery gravy .. the food is no longer the quality it was ! Sorry guys you have lost a loyal customer and we are not returning ! The response you gave was positive when I called you up to complain ... however the food quality has dropped and I am writing this so that it might help you actually !

First time I had ordered Non veg combo meal, Pothi choru, chilli chicken, chicken stew and wheat paratha, pothi choru was outstanding and the paratha was good, non veg combo meal was average and it came delivered in a fancy package, chilli chicken and the chicken stew was alrite, but most importantly the food came delivered hot, being quite impressed <br/><br/>I ordered 2nd time for Pothi choru, Mapilla chicken biryani, chicken lollipop and the ridiculous elaneer pudding and the food came in cold everything was cold except the chicken biryani though it tasted good Pothi choru was good, lollipop was average as it was cold and dry. Worst part the pudding which my friend had ordered and had consumed while I suspected it not to be vegetarian and with a doubt called to check with the restaurant and the manager has no idea and after a while confirmed it to have gelatin(fat of fish or beef) I can’t explain what an horrible experience to feed a vegetarian this and when asked why it is been mentioned as vegetarian desserts the manager questioned me is it so

Been here for the first time !! Not many veg options when compared to other similar restaurants.. ambience and service was good . Food was nice but limited veg options is the only concern for us to come back !!

I love the taste of the food served here... Had breakfast last Saturday and also ordered food tonight ... Everything I tasted here is awesome. The chicken biryani was really so tasty flavourful and lovely aroma. Loved the pepper mutton masala too. The chicken lollipops however were not very great but every thing else was upto the mark. The staff is very polite and friendly.. They also very welcoming and treat the customers very well. Will definitely recommend this place to others too.

Very good restaurant for dine in and even for home delivery. Best packing and mostly timely delivery. Though quantity of portions are not so high comparing to similar restaurants and pricing.. overall ...best place..

We went for a very late night dinner! Around 1.30 am! We thought we will be greeted by frowning waiters due to the time, but on the contrary the waiters were quite pleasant and friendly!<br/>The food was good as well! 'Ente Malabar' which means 'My Malabar' is truely a brand new hidden gem that certainly deserves more attention for the quality and taste of the food served. I have really nothing other then praise for them.This is an amazing place for the ones who wish to try authentic Malabari cuisine.<br/><br/>Ambience was vibrant and had a pleasing vibe.<br/><br/>We ordered for their signature drink which was Nannari sherbat and chakka manga mulagu sherbet. Both were something new and very refreshing.<br/><br/>For starters we ordered for fish Koliwada which was nice, crispy from out but tender insider, taste was amazing. Mushroom dynamite was good. We also tried chemmeen porichathu and meen porichathu which was basically prawn and fish fry, a must have starters.<br/><br/>For mains we tried meen pollichathu, which was pomfret fish wrapped in banana leaf. It has the base of onion which makes it very tasty to have with appams. Meen curry, the gravy was tangy and with enough spiciness, well made fish in a perfect gravy, no second thoughts in saying it was definitely the best.<br/><br/>Wheat rotis and appam were hot, soft and freshly prepared both went well with the gravies we ordered.<br/><br/>For dessert we had payasam ala mode, which was hot and served with a scoop of ice cream in it. It was mouth wateringly delicious, a must have. We even tried their jackfruit ice cream and falooda, both were equally good.<br/><br/>Presentation was very appealing and eye pleasing.<br/><br/>Service was very quick. Got a chance to try Ente Malabar @ Al Nahda 2 yesterday. Ordered Kadala Curry, Chicken Homestyle Curry, Chilli Chicken & Kerala Paratha. Really impressed!!! The packing of the  food was good and the taste was also superb...especially the Kadala Curry had a unique taste. Highly recommended!!!

ordered for Fish fingers and chicken lollipop...it was ok probably will not order next time...but I will definately give Ente Malabar second chance and will try authentic Kerala food next time..

Very Tasty Food. Tried Prawns Mango Curry , Chicken Homestyle Curry along with Wheat Paratha and Pathiri and were really delicious. <br/>Fish Chatti Chor is a must try item.

I had ordered Appam and chilly chicken, Appam I couldn’t eat because of the salt, appam normally will be in white color but I got the appam with brown color, so you can imagine the quality. I had to wait 2 hours to get such a bad quality food

Al Nahda is a desi food spot which makes it extremely competitive for restaurants to standout and build a reputation. This is the most pronounced as far as kerala cuisine is concerned. So here comes Ente Malabar into this scenario and suffice to say they done a great job. We ordered their chicken Biriyani, wheat and coin parottas as well as the beef ulathiyathu. The food was great, the packing was excellent and the delivery was much ahead of the committed timeline. Aiming to turn this into a regular spot!

I ordered multiple times from here, and they have never failed to disappoint me, food delivery is on time, with slight delays during rush hours, for which, the delivery man apologies. Food is always great and of good quality, neatly packed.On the whole, their dedication to food quality and customer service is excellent. Please keep up the good work, you guys are doing great!! 😁😁

Amazing South Indian food. Every thing on the menu is a delight. Moreover, very innovative in making and updating new dishes. Have been going to Ente for over six months and we feel happy and excited eating their delicious food. The service is super. The management is interested and keen on customer satisfaction. We all know Malayalees and Gulf are synonyms of each other. You can see N number of Malabar Restaurants and Cafeterias around, but it takes something special to stand out.<br/>Chef Gladwin Anthony, previously the Head Chef at Saffron Lounge by Vineet Bhatia, has very recently moved on to the next chapter in his Culinary Journey where he wants to collaborate his love for food and his home soil together. Thus, taking on the challenge to steer Ente Malabar to be one of the finest Malabar Restaurants in Dubai. He is ready to bring out his new menu very soon to the restaurant.<br/>The restaurant has a good ambience and is extremely spacious. They've got a good theme going, and really homely staff.<br/>Coming to the food, I tried quite a few things from their menu;<br/>The Chatti Choru; Brown rice served with a spicy fish curry, a fish fry, a thoran, some pappadum and chutney in an earthen pot. The concept is for one to eat this whole meal by themselves inside the pot itself, just like Malabaris used to do back in the day.<br/>Kallappam with Fish Moilee and or Vegetable Ishtew. I'm personally a die hard Fish Moilee fan, and I must say it matched my expect. Then the Kallappam which again was just plain beautiful. The stew however, just about very average.<br/>Ari Pathiri and Mutton Pepper Masala; the Mutton was pretty overcooked and was dry and chewy.<br/>Puttu and Kadala Curry; a highlight dish in their breakfast menu, that is served throughout the day. This is a typical combination that could possibly never go wrong.<br/>Chemeen Porichatu; prawns on their shell marinated with Kerala spices. Brought some good flavour on the palate.<br/>Dynamite Mushrooms; a Vegetarian Replica of the Dynamite Shrimp. The sauce, perfect-o. But the coating was too thick and it didn't even feel like there was any mushroom in it.<br/>The Kulikki Sherbet; extremely refreshing and had a really sweet pineapple flavour to it.<br/>And finally, The Payasam Ala Mode; a traditional Jaggery Payasam recipe served with Vanilla Ice Cream.<br/>All in all, I'd like to say I'm happy with my experience here, however, I'm eagerly waiting for the new menu. One of my personal Favourites to order lunch! Absolutely love their kerala Veg meals & biriyanis. It so packed with flavour and just like home cooked meals. Never failed to impress. Keep up the good work 👍

Food: The food is so mallu. It’s tasty and it has the exact order of taste. Ordered chattichoru (both beef and fish) both of them were really good. There are many restaurants being opened at Al Nahda 2 being a residential area and Ente Malabar is one among them that you need to visit if you haven’t. If you are a malabarian then memories of home comes from the first bite of the food here. And as a common person, i have come here several times along with family to enjoy the food. The menu here is put together by Chef Biju and Chef Gladwin. Interiors are something you have to look out for, found it quite attractive. Seating arrangements were comfortable and can seat quite a big crowd.

I placed order online. Delivery time was decent. I had ordered butter chicken and beef ularthiyathu. Butter chicken gravy was good, but the chicken pieces seemed like just put into the curry . Pieces were cooked but bland.. beef was also decent. Apparently their Management is commenting on other reviews but honestly I don't see any improvement

Please don't order chutty chore based on the picture that you see on their menu. And the fish chutty chore for AED.18 is definitely overpriced (as all their other dishes) compared to what they serve and what we get in the nearby popular restaurant for AED 10. It just had the smallest fish fry, lot of fish gravy, chutta pappadam,little thoran+ mezhukkupuratti, and white chammanthi(not the yummy one displayed on menu).<br/>The 3 stars I gave is for their chemmeen puttu which was certainly good.<br/>And the worse one served was a dish named ilaneer pudding (AED. 15) that never ever had at least a single bit of ilaneer taste ( tender coconut) . It not even seemed like a pudding. <br/>I would really appreciate them for their huge space and good ambience and of course a great team to serve and really wish if the management decides to cut down the prices so that most of the seats gets occupied atleast on peak times.

Been here on a thursday afternoon for lunch and tried there set meals which was good but their kozhi porichathu was just ok, meen porichathu had a foul smell of old fish and their homestyle chicken curry the chicken tatsed old and foul as well. The food overall was not good excpet for the meals.

Me and family visited the restaurant on the new year day for the lunch.. We ordered chicken and mutton dum Biriyani also chicken fry.. the biryani was one of the worst dum biryani i had in my life.. usually the chicken biryani will have a normal taste even that was missing in this.. mutton pieces was very hard... the final disappointment was the chicken fry which came at the end of the meal and it was too hard and full of jeera in it... the rating i gave is for the time tea which was only item that we all like.. this was on the new year day and may be because of the rush they couldn’t deliver the nice food... the staff was good and the ambience was nice...

Ente Malabar opened in the streets of Al Nahda less than a year ago and we have tried them a couple of times since we stay nearby and wanted to have something different from the usual ones. The menu here is put together by Chef Biju and Chef Gladwin. It is designed in a unique way like a newspaper!. This time we visited for a review to taste the new additions.

It was for lunch for that we had visited Entemalabar restaurant roughly by around 12:45 and order for Mutton biryani and fish chatti chor however we waited for more than 20 mins to get the food, taste was average , clean and spacious ambience, over priced!<br/><br/>Netholi fry was soggy and not masala not incorporated well. <br/><br/>High time improvement needed on timely delivery, pricing and quality. <br/><br/>Kulki sarbath priced at AED 18 that was a sad surprise when compared to other hotels serving at a starting price of AED 5 with a great taste! <br/><br/>Below Avg restaurant! Not satisfactory .

The ambience looks good, well arranged and spacious. Graffiti is pretty good for a resturant. The staff is also coperative. However, the food was quite surprising for me, based on the reviews previously held by the restaurant.Our group was unanimously bit disappointed for the food served. We had briyanis, chicken dishes, non veg thali etc. For all it was common, something amiss. Briyani rice was overcooked, prawns were not marinated, curry masala was amiss. Not worth the wait for the food and very poor service and delivery. While ordering Chilly Chicken I was informed by the Restaurant that the chilly chicken is not in the Chinese type and would be tossed up in Malabar Spices. The description of Chilly Chicken on the Zomato also mentions about the same. But the Chilly Chicken is purely in Chinese type and there are no Malabar spices at all and the chicken is only half cooked. The porotta is not great as well compared to other similar restaurants. While the restaurant commits to deliver in 45 minutes, they deliver only after 90 minutes and that too after multiple followups.<br/>

Good food and service <br/><br/>They management has to consider the waiting time after the order. It takes long time. Overall food taste is good. <br/><br/>Recommend to people who likes to try Kerala food .

We ordered for pothi chicken biryani(wrapped in banana leaf), and Matipalli chi biryani and chilli chicken and few other items. But sad to say, this is most boring biryani experience I have had. It lacked so many ingredients, no salt, not spicy as I had expected, the fried onions were sweet, the lemon pickle was sweet. Altogether completely bland food. Except for packing, rest was horrible.

Food is rich in spice and flavours which we expect from a Kerala cuisine restaurant. The interior and staff are also good, only drawback I find is the price is bit on higher side.

Ordered chicken lolipop would rate it 4* <br/>Butter chicken- 4*<br/>Nan- 1* it was so pathetic<br/>Butter nan- 1* I was not able to tear it or chew it... literally my jaws started paining...

Ordered the nadan puttu and kadala but wasn't satisfied with the amount of serving of the kadala curry , also the erachi puttu is dry and a curry is required or it's like eating puttu powder there is something a miss there, but will give points for the nadan spices , mutton cutlet with spice mango puree was an excellent combination. So few items need improvement but altogether should say it's satisfactory.

Recently ordered food from Ente Malabar for dinner. We got the kadai panner, Kerala porota and chilli chicken. The packaging was good, although the delivery time was very long.<br/>The food unfortunately did not meet expectations.<br/>Kadai Paneer - I generally don't fuss over oil or ghee in my food, but the amount of oil in this curry was too much. Further, the bell peppers weren't fully cooked and the flavours didn't balance. There was spice but no balance of flavours.<br/>Kerala Porota - The Porota was the saving grace. Fresh, hot and fluffy!!! Loved them!<br/>Chilli chicken (as reviewed by my friend) - The curry was not edible. We presumed that chilli chicken would be dry but it was gravy. The chicken was not cooked through and we ended up not having the curry at all.<br/><br/>Overall, I can't comment on the ambiance and the service, considering it was a home delivery, but I would think twice before ordering from here. I'm sorry Ente Malabar!!! No hard feelings!

We have been fans of Ente Malabar, the food is just awesome. the flavours are great and have remained consistent from the time we set foot in the restaurant. We have dined in and have also ordered for home delivery. Really good food!.. Thank you!

Been to Ente Malabar couple of times and ordered online couple of times too.Repetitive ordering itself justify my rating.It is one of the many kerala restaurants in Dubai but one of the few to stick to traditional way of cooking kerala meals.Be it the pothi choru or the Regular kerala meals they present it in the most appealing manner both in terms of taste and service.<br/><br/>Coming to the biriyani which they call Mappila biriyani is not the regular Dum Biriyani i guess.Its not a negative but those expecting Dum will be disappointed and for those who want a change from Dum can try it for sure and wont be disappointed,maybe even surprised at the new taste.<br/><br/>Pricing is reasonable especially while ordering through Zomato.Only grouse is that the Date pickle and tamarind chutney were missing the second time i ordered for biriyani.I don’t want to nitpick because they stay true to the quality of the food each time I order.<br/><br/>Hoping to try Chatti choru next time and keep up the good work guys!<br/><br/>

Good food with authentic malabari cuisine. Highly recommend their pothi biriyani and fried chicken. Its just soul food. When you wanna stay home and eat some good old fashioned, home style food.. This is the place in al nadha to be.

Food was good but not great this time around. The lolypops were too dry n stiff, fish polichthu was 2 small slices a bit charred so no flavour of the Masala, their Biryani was small grain rice with some onion lumps in it n a big chicken Pc. But the dalfry was flavorful and the steamed rice was long grain but less in quantity- container had blank spots in the corners. <br/>Previous wow factor was not there in this order - need to be more consistent in your flavors.

Disappointend with the online option for the Meen Milakeethathu (Fish Curry) which had an add on option for either bread or rice.<br/>The rice was not available in the drop down list so i mentionned it in the 'message' option of the order.<br/>Got a call telling me it's a mistake and i have to pay for it as it is an extra and that was not included.<br/>The meal was at AED17.60 and i paid extra AED5 cash to the delivery man and now the option displays AED14.10 on the app for the same menu without extra adds on.<br/>Where is that difference in the price coming from suddenly?<br/>How can you display the wrong information on the app and only tell the customer after ordering?<br/>Any issues or miscommunication with zomato or whatever should have been fixed before you sell your product to the customer.

Guys didn’t deliver my complete order and when I called back blamed it on Zomato for a glitch in the system. I requested them to deliver the breads anyway which I was happy to pay for - which they refused saying it was a Friday and hence busy. However, food was good! The mushroom dynamite and coffee shop cutlet are to die for - I loved it 😊<br/>Rating is for the terrible service!

I never had problems with South Indian food with very few exceptions. Ordered Mapilla Mutton biriyani last night through Zomato from #Ente Malabar and delivery was quick than expected. Packing was good with biriyani, egg, papad, pickle, chammandhi and sweet. Biriyani was very hot and tasty with mutton well cooked. Loved the aroma and taste. Quantity was just right. Recommended for biriyani lovers. 👍👍👍

Food was nice but the delivery was very much delayed. I got the food 45 minutes after the time said while ordering. The restaurant was found irresponsive to calls also..

we had food from entemalabar last week food was ok.but it will be taken above 35 minute. i orderd malabar mutton soup, chicken porichathu,mutton pepper and paratha i don't know why taken this much of time. also very hot in restaurent. we had third time from there.this 3 time waiter repeat the AC tripped today morning.horrible hot

Briyani we received was simply delicious. A must try. Delivery, even better. Received it within 30 mins and well packaged. Keep up the good work!!

Me & my hubby had a dine in on last Saturday evening ... A mutton biryani my hubby ordered & I ordered #Chattichoru<br/>Mutton biryani was good at appearance and even taste wise can give 3-4 star but #Chatti choru dear management it was really horrible ...2 spoons of mezhukkupuratti ,fish gravy on the other side immersed in bitter lemon pickle ,a piece of fried fish and underneath the rice half cup water or rasam really I don't know why it was like dt ...I just had 4-5 spoons of rice and just leave it so ....we paid and leave and may be bcuz of left over food or from our expression even being the first time visitors ,and only being ourselves as customers in that outlet present at that time , neither the manager or any staff didn't bothered to ask even how was the food !!!

Excellent place to have lunch or dinner with family. The cuisine is typical Kerala Malabar type but really tasty and fresh. Our favorite item is Munnar Chicken curry and Appam. The curry is really creamy and has fresh coconut flavor and is not spicy and excellent for kids. The fish kanthari is also excellent try. And in beef you must try the beef ularthu. They also have deer meat dish but didn’t like it much and fish tawa fry which was costly but the fish was small and with less flesh but a big head.. the staffs are very friendly and it’s a very neat and clean place to dine.

Best South Indian restaurant I have been to !<br/><br/>I was recommended by one of my friends to visit this place and we finally got the chance to be there! <br/>From the moment your enter, all you see is such courteous smiles from the employees! They sure know how to treat their customers!<br/><br/>Food - brilliant! I can’t remember what you calm it but I had this amazing pot of rice soaked in fish curry and it was amazing! <br/><br/>I did had the chance to deliver in and it was the best! They sure don’t mind to give away big good portions! <br/><br/>All in all! One restaurant you can seriously go to which is value for money! 🤙

Ordered Mappila Mutton Biriyani, Beef ullathiyathu and Pothichoru<br/>Deliver was 45 minutes late.<br/>Taste Mappila biryani was Ok.<br/>Pothichoru was dry and nothing served as separate gravies.<br/>Beef Ullathiyethu was not at all authentic taste.<br/><br/>Portions biryani and Pothichoru was good quantity, but beef ullathiyethu was less for the price.

One of the worst experience I had. Don’t how these guys come to food industry. Fill the stomach and tongue with money rather buying their food. Gave a nonsense food over roasted parota. This money i feel that I have done the charity

We are group of friends and we ordered Mutton Biryani, Butter Naan, Buttered Chicken and Beef Curry. We are so happy because the food taste was so good and the service staffs are very nice.

I placed an order through zomato and the delivery was very quick. I did not have to do a follow up with the restaurant. The quality of the food was good. Good value for money..

Went in here for Onam and the place was packed. <br/>I’ve had the Onam Sadhya at many other places but this one is right one up there.<br/>The food was awesome and the service was good as well. Something I realised while having dinner here is I kept ordering appam and porotta just because the chatti fish curry was splendid and plenty. Took some time to arrive at our table, but came out great.

Ordered for a chatti chor. I remember only paying them. Ordered from a different restaurant and I remember having yummy food. Never again. Thanks.

First they start with Jeera Water, good for health. we ordered beef fry, chicken curry and butter chicken. Beef fry with fried curry leaves was yummy. Next chicken curry was very good, they have added with pepper and finally butter chicken was totally different taste than other place. Lite sweet with pepper sprinkled all over. Over and above naan and parota was also good. Totally it is perfect place to have good late night dinner. Believe me all the dishes were served hot. Thanks

I first heard about the place on radio but then the rating of ente malabar was just around 3.3 so i thought it wouldn't be great. Recently ratings were higher so I thought i should try and take a call myself. I must say i was quite impressed. The ambience is good but there is a slight issue with the ac cooling where we initially sat, then moved and got coolers near us so it was fine. The staff were good. We got deep fried porota as a complimentary munchie - similar to papads being served first which was unique and really tasty. We ordered the malabari calamari(3.5/5) - not maida fried and more like squid roast, chilli chicken, porota and puttu. All the items were tasty and overall it was a very nice experience. Pricing is fair as well. Slight improvement could be done for the chilli chicken quantity.

Visited this place with a friend for lunch. I ordered Fish Curry Meals which was ok. Nothing great. My friend ordered Chicken Biriyani in which the rice was overcooked, he said. He dint like it.<br/><br/>Staff was good. Good interiors and ample seating. Like most medium budget Kerala restaurants.<br/><br/>Not a very satisfying first experience. Will try some other dishes another day.

Not worth it<br/>Ordered beef ularthiyatu and fish koliwada with some parothas. Total waste of money. Price is too high for the quantity served! I have had better beef ularthiyatu at other malabar restaurants. This was too dry, flavorless and boring

Another addition to the umpteen number of kerala food joints in dubai. <br/><br/>Tried their breakfast which is served only during the weekends. Decent appam with stew and beef with puttu combo at very reasonable prices. Ample parking around and service with smile. The tea was good but very sweet.

Friday’s are our regular days for an outing for lunch. But this Friday, we decided to go for a takeaway and dine in at home. We ordered a vegetarian thali and a mutton and chicken biriyani. The thali has fresh curries and was really tasty. The biriyanis were really yummy with the chutneys served adding the perfect taste. We had wished if they had scaled down the oil. The food came in outstanding packing by a malayalee restaurant. Hope to dine-in the future.

Wow. Loved the beef curry with porotta and puttu 😋 too good taste and quality. Tea was also good. Great ambience, loved the way the menu is designed. Great service, friendly staffs. Overall great.

got to know about ente Malabar from a colleague . started with ONAM SADYA - one of the best sadyas in UAE .  Was worth the price too . <br/>Then tried out the porotta and beef varattiyathu <br/>porotta- soft , fluffy and flaky <br/>beef was a bit hard - but perfect with the tasty porottas<br/>yet to visit the place<br/>delivery was a bit delayed <br/>rating 4.5/5

Accidentally happened to visit Ente Malabar, expecting another mallu restaurant. Totally surprised and overwhelmed by the service and the presentation. I ordered a simple kappa mathi curry combo, which came in a chatti (mud pot) and was just like my mom’s recipe. Our second dish was beef ularthiyathu - right spices, just the way I wanted. Not to mention the welcome lemonade drink and deep fried parotta starter which came complimentary with our meal. Total value for money. This place is truly the Malabar, as the name suggests. Worth a visit 😊👍

So ,thought I'd review this place having eaten from here three or four times.<br/>The first time I ordered a pothi choru but was a disaster as I received the order in a plastic container rather than a banana leaf that too two hours late ,living just about five mins away.<br/>The second was a visit with family friends on a Friday however their Kerala meals got over quite early but did try the Mahe Veg curry that was quite nice and different with seasonal veggies.<br/>Later ordered chemmeen puttu (yumm could have more Chemmeen hardly got a bite of two to three bites)and puttu kadala that was nice too and value for money I thought.<br/>And finally visited them again last evening and had the chemmeen manga itta curry that was quite different from the usual.It was yellow in colour and had mango but could'nt taste the flavour of the manga and they used frozen prawn so barely any flavour of succulent prawn.<br/>So overall for now its a 4 star only because of the Chemeen Puttu/Puttu Kadala.😊<br/>

Since i am from malabar .. thought to have a meal from here..so thought of ordering a takeaway ..the person who told me sadya is there since it is onam..went ahead to try the sadya..they told it will take 45 minutes for delivery..so i told i will come and collect..they confirmed sadya will be ready in 10 minutes..i reached in 15 min and sadya was not ready since that motta rice was not available(after i reached only, they informed motta is not available)...i waited for another 15 minutes to get my meals..during the festival of happiness, i am not writing much.. just a suggestion.. before we confirm an order , please make sure you have all checklists ticked..<br/><br/>Regarding the sadya..it was tasty and with more than traditional sides and 3 types of payasam..<br/><br/>It was good to relish the kerala thanima..<br/><br/>However,Will try next time in a relaxed mood to see how the normal food will be..<br/><br/>Thanks

We visited Ente Malabar twice in the past 2 months, and I must say it's been a delight dining here. We tried a lot of their dishes; we specially loved the Koliwadi Fish, Vegetable cutlets and Prawns Porichathu for the Starters. Their Chatti Fish curry was nice and the Mutton pepper was also ok. I wasn't particularly impressed by their Biryani (chicken and veg both). Their drinks were a refreshing twist, but their desserts left a lot to desire, specially the Falooda (which was just ice cream with some dry fruits) but the Elaneer pudding was something new for us.<br/><br/>Altogether, it was a good experience, and we would definitely visit again!

I walked into this place this evening.. being little under the weather i ordered a mutton soup.. which lived up to my expectations... i liked the crispy paratha also ..goes well to begin with.. The coconut milk based veg. stew was also very nice.. i loved the interiors... its nice clean open. bright.. very positive.. Also didnt give me the same usual keralite restaurant feel which was very welcoming.. The service also was nice.. everyone was warm.. the menu was to the point & simple..

This was the first time experience to try the Kerala fine cuisine . Had the invite here so wanted to surely give it a try. As I walk inside the restaurant ,the organised chairs and tables ,the decor with the modern touch ,the spacious restaurant ,the ambience was total excellent .The staffs are friendly ,the services is quite quick .<br/>The first thing they serve is the short glass of lemon juice was quite nice with the fried parathas as a complimentary .<br/>At Salad I had the "Prawn Cocktail " and starter was the "Mushroom dynamite" both was super delicious ,as didn't expected the modern way of cuisine.Had the mutton soup in Malabar Style which was fresh and flavoursome.<br/>The drinks what I had was also another winners , I had two of their signature drinks one was the "Chakka Manga Malagu Sherbet" blend of mangoes ,jackfruit and touch of green chillies. The other one was the "Malabar Nannari Sherbet" mixture of pineapples and basil seeds with squash". The mains were the 'Fish Curry and Chilli Chicken"served with rice ,which was quite nice.<br/>The last not the least comes the dessert which was "Elaneer Coconut pudding " which was smooth and just ok in taste ! Good place to try the fine Kerala cuisine.

Tried this restaurant,had their mutton cutlets;Chicken curry + parotha. The cutlets were nice n the unique mango dip was a surprise..pity the quantity was minuscule.the chicken curry was also different from the standard fare at all Kerala food outlets .overall a good discovery..Will need to come back n savour the rest of the dishes on offer

You can never go wrong with South Indian Food. Ente Malabar is definitely no different. I ordered the Mango fish curry, steamed rice and fried king fish. Everything tasted amazing and different. The service was great, the place was clean and the staff was very friendly. I definitely recommend you eating here. Being a Pakistani I always loved South Indian food and have never come across any restaurant that was below par. So Ente Malabar keep up the good work and tasty food. See you soon

I had tried their meals through zomato, home delivery and it was really good hence visited the restaurant with guests from out of town, again to have meals but the waiters informed us that meals were over. At 2:30pm? On a friday afternoon lunch usually spills over till 4pm in Dubai... So I had the porotta and Mahe vegetable curry, surprisingly the curry was really good.<br/>I tries the tender coconut pudding which was average and the kulukki sharbat was made of pineapple juice(it was informed to us before serving though).<br/>Service could be better. The shop was almost empty and yet we had to wait long times in between to places orders.<br/>

I’m a regular customer with these guys and so ordered the one plus one Biriyani offer... BIG MISTAKE!! Well, 0.5+0.5 is not exactly 1+1. I received two biriyanis with one small chicken piece in each; I had to kinda search for these pieces. If you cannot deliver quality, please don’t come up with such offers. It’s called an eyewash. I’d rather order 2 biriyanis at full price. Big disappointment.

Buy 1 get 1 free for biriyani is not something u see everyday as a kerala Restaurant promotion. The quality of the biriyani has not been compromised today I have ordered beef curry hope that turns out good. The guy who takes the order is very attentive.

We had ordered chicken biryani for dinner and it was perfect in taste and packing ... And also I have tried the nadan tea it was amazing ... Definitely need to go back again to try other dishes on the menu soon ....

Went in for a long due authentic Kerala dinner night and was not disappointed. Between the crisp, fluffy Kerala Porottas and Rice Patthiris, the Malabar Beef Curry stood out a champion for the home-weary Mallu tastebuds. The right blend of pepper on meat, inside the 'varuttaracha' curry is positively a taste I would seek out again.<br/><br/>The sole blemish of the night, partly to be blamed on our poor choice, was the Chilli Chicken (requested as a gravy dish). True the Malabar spices in the description put us off, greeting us was an excessive ketchup induced, starchy gravy. It was a bit difficult to digest for a stomach set on just Keralite entrées.<br/><br/>Wound down with an Elaneer Pudding and a Jackfruit Gellato, both which had their good moments, save the unnecessary saffron flavouring to the former; simply sticking to our natural roots would have been key here.<br/><br/>Will definitely be back for round two with better picks from our side and gracious use of the coupons we were presented with at the end of our meal.

One of the worst experience asking for home delivery. Made an order for lunch and food is still not delivered even after 2 hours. Even after repeated calls i dint see any actions from the resraurant. Im still waiting but no sign of delivery. Extremely disappointing. Will never make an order from ente malabar ever again.<br/>

Ordered a Home Style Chicken Curry and Mutton Pepper Masala. Yummy food.... home made taste! The mutton was a little on the saltier side and chicken was just perfect! Kudos to the chef 👌
