قائمة متميزة، طعام لذيذ، أطباق ممتازة، البرجر البقري هائل، خيارات البرقر الدجاج محدودة جدا أو تكاد تكون منعدمة، اسعارهم مرتفعة نوعا ما، صحن الباستا 74 درهم تقريبا!.. فرع الشيخ زايد جميل لكن يعيبه ان تغسيل الايدي يقتضي دخول دورات المياه وهذا مقرف. الدور العلوي لم اراهم يدخلون فيه احدا على الرغم من زياراتي الكثيرة جدا. لكن موقع المطعم على الشارع الاجمل عربيا يغفر لهم كل ما سبق. ما يروق لي في هذا المطعم أنه يفتح حتى الساعة الثالثة صباحا في أغسطس، وهذا مناسب جدا لنا كسياح. الطاقم ودودون ومتعاونون، والنظافة لا بأس بها. لاحظت أنهم يوميا الساعة الثانية صباحا يقومون برش المبيدات الحشرية في بعض جنبات المطعم.

Applebee’s surely knows how to present and make their food the classic American way. Located in three comfortable locations for Dubai residents; Dubai Festival City, Mirdif and Trade Centre, it is a must visit to try at least one good heavy dish to fulfill your foodie needs! Lunch time meals for less than 50 AED with drinks is always good and Applebee's is working hard to get people to their restaurant. Some personal favorites are siracha shrimps, wings, Caesar salad, fiesta lime chicken, parmesan chicken and salmon. We tried Santa Fe chicken with a delicious cheese sauce but again was served with mashed potatoes which had a very strong garlic flavor. Great ambience and Speedy service. Manager was quick responsive for the comments . Enjoyed our meal and recommendations for a casual dining experience. Worth visiting there

This review is a little late. I just saw the photos in my phone gallery and realized I hadn’t posted on Zomato yet. I enjoy their lunch deals always. Food is fresh and yumm. Cheese ticks are never in the lunch menu but if you are a cheese lover they are a must try.

This was the first time we tried the outlet after the change in management. We ordered the country fried chicken and smothered chicken. We weren’t impressed with the quality of either dish. The fried chicken seemed dry, the Spanish rice seemed a little undercooked and the vegetables were also dry and lacked flavor. The smothered chicken was average, nothing bad or good about it. The dessert on the other hand, which we received complimentary through the entertainer app was delicious. In terms of service, the staff were courteous,polite and professional. No complaints there.

Don't really know the reason for the name change of this restaurant, but it isn't only a name change. The menu has changed too and seems like it has become more precised. we did order a few things and weren't really impressed by any. Beef & Shrimp Sizzling Fajita [AED 79] The Beef had a stink to it and the rice were unpalatable. The Taco Bread that came with the sizzler was good tho. Cheese Trio Chicken Penne [AED 63] Your everyday typical pasta. Smoothered Chicken [AED 62] was better than the sizzler. The chicken was tender and the mash potatoes was okay. Roasted Garlic Steak [AED 79] This dish was probably the best of all the things we ordered, but not extra ordinary if looked into individually. The steak was juicy alright and the side of baked mushroom with spinach and cheese made for a nice combination.

An absolute disaster and the worst choice we made for lunch! It seems they are in the process of changing the name/brand and unfortunately we still decided to give it a go because of our previous experiences at Applebees which haven't been all that bad. We order the Parmesan grilled chicken. The portion was small and not appetizing at all and to my utter dismay while halfway through my food I realized the chicken was under cooked!! And this is after my children had finished their chicken so I was horrified to say the least. Spoke to the manager who took the plate back to the chef and didn't come back. Later after asking what's the update she casually says ' the chef says the junior cook hadn't checked the time properly but will do in the future'. Unapologetic and totally lost. Poorly trained staff! Poor quantity and quality of food!! Do not waste your time/money!!

So it’s been 10 mins and one of the staff approaches the couple sitting next to us who are not Indian and turns around the moment he sees us. Upon highlighting the same to the outlet supervisor, response was we are too busy but in reality there aren’t many tables being waited. In a nutshell, we experience this indifference cos we are Indians. Not experienced and expected such hurtful behaviour.

Chicken Fettucine Carbonara was not that great to my expectation, the grilled chicken was burned and the taste was bad and I couldn’t find any beef bacon as they have described in their menu. Total disappointment. Chicken Tender Platter was a normal boneless fried chicken and I would like to recommend to have the platter as an appetizer. The staff was really busy and slow. I asked for the refill of my Pepsi and they were really slow and had to recheck on it to get it on my table.

Food delivery is very very slow it will take almost 2 hours for them to deliver your food. It’s not the driver’s fault (i think since most zomato guys comes in the restaurant early).

I ordered 5 main courses 1 starter and 3 drinks and in final billed I used 2 Zomato gold assuming 2 least charged main courses to be reduced but we were charged for four main courses and 3 drinks instead of 3 main courses, starter and 3 drinks which we find unfair.

We had a fantastic dinner at Applebee's - Shiekh Syed. The service was excellent and the food was very tasty. The Cajun pasta was fantastic and out favorite baby back ribs is excellent its always above and beyond. Very bad food. The rips came raw and sent back to kitchen 3 times to cook it but in the end manager said we will cook it in microwave and still row!!! Service so bad long time to refill the pepsi or to find any one attended the table. The plates stayed dirty and no one clean the table even when the manager approach to the table. I ordered one Medium Rare Steak but I got a Well Done Steak instead. So I just talked to one of the staffs and she was really attentive and kind :) she quickly changed my dish and brought me a new one. Thank you Regini It was my first time in Applebee’s for me and my friend and we enjoyed the lunch. Good localization, good offers for the weekdays and good service :) Just give a try!

I confirmed if they are serving Blue ribbon brownie desert. Based on confirmation I purchased the Cobone voucher. But after 10 mins they said its not available and simply asked to cancel the voucher without any regret. Absolute unapologetic. We left without having anything else. No staff cared as well. We visited this restaurant last weekend to attend a birthday dinner. Ordered quite a variety of dishes. Sizzling Chicken Fundido was my personal favourite, it tasted brilliant, grilled chicken was soft and well marinated, the amalgamation of Chicken & Cheese was amazing.

I am writing this review only for ‘Skeikh Zayed RD branch’ of Apple Bees. We took dinner there on Friday 13th September around 9:00 pm. Thank you very much for spoiling my family’s dinner when one of your male staff (in blue shirt uniform) told us in the middle of the dinner that ‘Fountain Drink’ cannot be re-filled , if its being shared. I was sharing fountain drink with my two small kids who were enjoying the food until this guy brought me the re-filled drink for third time and rudely spoke to us in the middle of dinner. I never had such awful behavior from Apple bees staff. I have been visiting other branches for more than 5 years in UAE but never any of your staff spoke to us in this way. I was surprised. Apple bees should inform their guests before ordering if there is some rule on drinks and not during the dinner to make guests uncomfortable. Your staff should say such thing in courtesy and not in a way to make guests uncomfortable. Moreover, the water drops from the roof AC was leaking on our table. We complaint about it to the same person. Without even apologizing for inconvenience, he told us that there is no free table and move your plates in a safe place on table. In my previous experience, Apple bees staff had always asked us ‘if the food is good’ or ‘if you need something more’. Last night this guy or any of the team member did not bother about it. We were very disappointed with such behavior.

We had the beef back ribs. The food was great as well as the atmosphere. The staff was also very helpful and provided us with helpful feedback about what to order. this is one of my favorite restaurants in Sheikh Zayed Road.

The food here hs always been yummy. We always order the steak and the burgers. They also have offers on Entertainer and Smiles so you get a great deal. However it’s easily “just another American restaurant”. The place seems a bit ‘tired’ and there’s harldy anything new . Good for a quick burger fix.

I tried this place on the weekend using zomato gold. This place is super crowded during the weekends so expect to wait for couple of minutes if you decide to dine in during peak hours. The server recommended me to try their passion fruit juice n I'm glad I took his suggestion. The drink was superb to quench your thirst with the perfect tangy taste. Then we has the cowboy burger wherein we replaced the beef patty with Chicken and chicken sizzler. I really loved the chicken sizzler, but I found its portion size less comparetively. All in all, this is an amazing place and pocket friendly if you decide to use Zomato Gold or Entertainer.

I'll start with the service of the restaurant as their incompetence in particular was so off putting and appalling that we didn't enjoy the food we ordered. There were 3 servers who waited on our table, there was no proper communication between the staff. They would forget what we had ordered and keep coming back to our table to re-check and ask again. The order was very slow and the staff was ignorant. Me and my friends ordered Roasted Garlic Steak, Sizzling Skillet Fajitas & Ribeye. Roasted Garlic Steak tasted good especially the mushroom cap filled with creamed spinach - relished it! Ribeye was really yum. Sizzling Skillet Fajitas was decent - not great. While the food was fairly food, the reason I'm going with 2 stars is because of the awful service. I really hope they can get the place in order.

Ordered a cowboy burger for lunch . The burger was nice with a juicy patty and bacon . The only problem was that the fries were packed together with the burger which had made them soggy and non edible , even the fried onion ring was soggy . Suggest to pack these separately .

The food was not upto the mark at all. We ordered the ribeye steak wich was soo tough to bite into and was way too dry. The newyork strip was ok but better than the ribeye. The sides that were provided the mash and steamed veggies was cold. It didn't feel fresh at all. Totally disappointed with this place.

Just ordered the chocolate molten cake and apple pie. The apple pie is good. Goes very well with their vanilla ice cream. The chocolate meltdown cake was not good at all. It used to be one of the best desserts back in the days. Had to throw it away.

Have been there twice. The first time ordered the ribs with classic barbecue sauce. Unfortunately the meat at the end was grilled a bit more than necessary and it was very chewy. Visited a second time, this time told the staff that I want the ribs to be soft and not like the last time and it was perfect. The ribs were tender and falling off the bone. Service was a bit slow. But they were full inside. Staff still did a tremendous job. Zomato gold adds Value to your money. Will go back again to try more items

I had been over here with a couple of friends for lunch as they had Zomato gold available at this branch. The ambience is good and the staff is kind . We started with some Chilli Cheese Fries, which were average in taste as the cheese dip provided was not fresh so we asked them to replace it and were kind enough to replace it with a better cheese dip . We had ordered a couple of dishes for the Main course, which were Fiesta Lime Chicken, Country Fried Chicken and Steak . The Fiesta Lime Chicken and country fried chicken was pretty average in taste and the steak was not that good . I felt the taste of the dishes has gone down , previously it used to taste much better as I have tried the food at multiple Apple Bees Branches . The finale to our meal we tried the triple Chocolate Meltdown which was a delicious end to the meal .

One of the most disappointing restaurant experience in Dubai. I had ordered a medium-well steak, which was served to me rare, twice! Even the waitress was embarrassed. The third time it was served well done, by which time I was over it and asked for my bill. The manager (in blue shirt) was more interested in putting up Eid decorations that he was in customer service. You’d have to pay the guy for him to crack a smile! Not even a courtesy visit to apologize for the inconvenience. My wife’s order was fine, but I left the store bewildered at the sheer incompetence of the kitchen staff and the manager. Some training will do them well!

Today is a Thursday night. I know it is a busy day, and the restaurant is almost full. But it doesn’t make sense to sit us on a table, make us wait for 20 minutes, got ignored by two service staff twice, to the fact that we are seated right in front of the bar area where every staff passes bye us. We’ve been to the pointe branch. The view is amazing but the staff wasn’t exactly professional. They brought the wrong order and we had to wait until they change it and brought more coke than we ordered and wanted us to take them anyways. Also they didn’t know about Zomato gold and the staff took my phone to ask the manager, I found later by coincidence that he put 5 stars for themselves without asking us so I had to reset his review. The food was too salty that I wasn’t able to finish it and also the portions is enough only if you’re not so hungry.

Another great place for some good American cuisine with good ambience. The pricing was previously quite high but now with offers on every platform for Applebee's including entertainer, smiles, zomato gold, cobone and Groupon we come here more often. My wife likes their burgers while i like the steaks and also the country fried chicken. Overall the service is decent, ambience and food is good & hence we like Applebee's for American cuisine.

Nice location, very accommodating staffs, we’ve been here so many times, tried different dishes in their menu, but the most loved for us is the mushroom steak skillet, not a fan of their short ribs, it’s kindly dry, coleslaw’s good.

The food was nice we ordered, Appetizer Platter is huge we almost finish it the our drinks was Oreo Milkshake with whipping cream(there 2 option of Oreo Milkshake its either with or without whipping cream) i love whipping cream that why i order it, then our main course was New York Strips Steak with mash potato and vegetable. It was our 1st time in Applebees, when we arrive the ambience was so nice, the smell of the restaurant is so sweet. We really like it here and for sure will come back. #steak #cheese #mashpotato

@groupon Is Being Really Helpful To Go To These Fancy Restaurants 😍 This Offer Was Buy One get One Free Main Course Meal😍 About Food Beef Back Ribs - Fall Off the Bone Tender And The Korean Sauce Was Just Prefect With It (they have choice in barbeque Sauce Aswell but I would recommend Korean Sauce) . Cowboy Ribeye Portobello - it was medium slightly well done it was Juicy and Was Very Flavorful ❤️ . The Drink - The Mint Peach Mojito Was So Damn Good❤️ . . Price wise it's on the expensive side but if you go with the Offers like @groupon @entertainergcc it is Worth going 😍❤️

I visited the Shk Zayed branch with my cousin and ordered ribeye steaks. Besides the slow service (the crew were very polite and courteous though), the steak was really bad. The meat looked old and didn't look char-grilled at all. The taste was hideous. Very disappointed.

I've visited Applebee's a few times before. They serve classic american food, portions are massive and can be shared but food quality has been average every visit. This time we went there to try the ribs, and got the spare Ribs and Baby back with the Honey BBQ and Korean mix. The Ribs were cooked well but I hardly found a difference in the flavors, both tasted exactly the same. Hopefully they change it up before the next visit.

I don't why I always have bad service experience in Applebee's. It is taking forever before we get served. Sometimes, we have to request for basics like fork, tissue, plates. Like come on, we should have it by default. If it's not for food, I will not visit here again. So, 3 stars solely for the food or maybe because I waited long enough and get too hungry to the point that everything I eat is okay. 🙄 wait there is more, you have ask for the bill twice or thrice or else you will be idle again.
