During our staycation in Al Naseem Hotel, we had breakfast at The palmery restaurant - what an experience, I totally loved it😍From the staff to service & food everything was awesome. I loved their bread specially crossant, never had this satisfactory crossant in my life ever before.
As the expectations would be with the name, the food was a justice of the brand and a good satisfaction to my taste buds.
We had a celebratory lunch at the Palmery yesterday. My first time at the Al Naseem and needless to say, it's a beautiful place. Loved the layout of the Palmery with its wandering pathways and airy feel. We chose to sit outside with the Burj Al Arab as the backdrop. The staff were extremely accommodating and pleasant.
The spread was decent although nothing out of the ordinary. The grills were good. The sushi bar was average. The desserts were also decent with apple crumble and tarts being the best of the lot.
However, the ambience was above par.
Had wonderful relaxed lunch with family and friends. The spread is so elaborate and staff is very warm and welcoming. Will recommend to everyone to enjoy the buffet at The Palmery.
Situated at Jumeirah’s newest hotel, The Palmery did not disappoint. The buffet had a great selection of dishes and the set up was spacious making it more enjoyable to browse around and try each dish. What I loved about this place is the separate kids buffet with pasta, popcorn and other kiddie treats. You can also walk around outside afterwards and enjoy a great view of the Burj Al Arab!
Tried Breakfast Buffet.
Ambience:
Nice and feel of freshness even in humid summers. Comfortable seating and staff very pleasant and helpful.
Food:
U have all the best of breakfast buffets.
Massive variety of cereals with fresh and Frozen yoghurts.
Live kitchen with Eggs to order
Arabic, Indian, Chinese and Mediterranean small but nice portions besides standard continental.
Gluten free food available too.
Service:
Staff as said was always there to help.
Perfect!!! I had a wonderful dinner with my friends at Palmery.
Friendly and professional service by Easter and Adilet, and very nice drinks were recommended and made by Dammar, also want to say thank you to supervisor Ajay and Binod who really taking care of us.
Food is quite good and varied ,atmosphere is very nice.Would definitely come here again.
I had lunch with friends here in Feb 2019. I suggest that you dine here al fresco because the view is breathtaking. My most favorite is their laksa soup. There’s a huge selection of delectable desserts. Will definitely try their brunch next time!
Went here for dinner with the wife, Al Naseem is a modern hotel based on classic Arab theme.
The Palmery is a small quaint restaurant with an intimate feel in the evening. I was welcomed by th manager by my first name and chose to sit outside to enjoy the mild breeze, lighting on the table can be improved, I could barely see my food but it also did give it a romantic feel.
Food was international with good variety of Pakistani , Arabic and Asian cuisines. Desserts and ice cream is vast, so if you have a sweet tooth like me be sure to leave some space.
I was there yesterday with my colleagues. Very beautiful place and perfect view!
We had a lunch.
So tasty and fresh! It was wonderful! Good service! Good food! Good place!
Thank you!
Starting from the very good service to the convincing variety of food. The taste is very good for all Options we have tried
It was a Saturday lunch and that is the international variety.. not themed
The place has a good ambience where some parts of it have a view on the pool area and famous Burj Al Arab
I can definitely recommend it, and I'll go again
I visited the food heaven last night that is "The Palmery" .... it's definitely a heaven for foodies ... food service ambience everything is up to the mark as it is associated with such a great name Jumeirah .. They are serving Jumeirah quality .. Last night Arabian theme was the concept so main cuisine what they served was arabic but so many other options were also available like Sushi , pastas and indian curries .. Sushi was really very good ... As it was buffet so countless options were available and whatever food I had it was yummmmm .. Deserts were also amazing .. I was literally confused what to have after eating lot's of starters and main course .. No words to describe last night's experience .... Definitely want to be there again to try another theme night ..
I was browsing through my photos when I realized I haven’t made a review about The Palmery. My colleagues and I had Iftar here last Ramadan and the ambience plus the variety of food in their buffet were great! Food was delicious as well however a little improvement would go to their staff. They need to be more friendly and attentive to their guests.
Buffet spread is good. Really good and efficient staff. Space is good. With view of pool and sea. Has close private lounge for a good peace lunch.
All and all must visit and don’t miss the sea food spread. They have lot to offer
Pretty good restaurant. The staff is very friendly. Food has a good spread. Sushi and sashimi are pretty tasty.
Loved the beef steak in the buffet. The sauces and salad are very good.
We recently got a chance to explore the lavish iftar at The Palmery. It was an awesome experience all was upto the mark from delicious cuisine to the service. And the beautiful ambience was so appealing to our eyes. A must visit place for all...
Went for Ramadan Iftar, and totally loved the place and ambience ! The food was really delicious, there was a lot of options to choose from, and I didn't get the chance to taste 40% of the food available , however everything I had was good and everyone with me complimented on their food ! The staff were friendly but seemed busy and that's fair enough as the whole resturant was fully booked for the night !
Am definitely visiting again !
Wonderful buffet (Iftar spread). Staff were amazing, great customer service. Ambiance and design of the restaurant was wonderful (be sure to ask for a seat outdoors)
Birthdays are special, don't you think? Palmery made it even more special with their wide spread dinner and breakfast buffets.
The arabic grills which were served for dinner were mouthwatering.
The dessert layout was not very impressive but there was definitely a lot of effort put into them, because they tasted awesome. The served icecreams for breakfast as well.
The Staff and Service was excellent.,Child friendly.
The ambience was just average but it had a good view of Burj Al Arab.
If i had to choose between breakfast and dinner buffet here i would suggest the dinner buffet as it had more variety.
Wow! Absolutely WOW!
This should be the envy of every lux hotel in Dubai!
Scenic Burj Al Arab views...and the resort pool/gardens
Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner
Food: 10/10
(Just look at the options, I wish I could attach more pictures!)
Sushi (made fresh for you!), Live grille station, Salads, Mezze, Arabic, Indian, Italian (pasta, pizzas), fruits, ice cream, desserts (3 different sections), fresh seafood...the list is endless.
Okay this isn't your Kaleidoscope at The Atlantis. There's no mayhem. There's no queuing up. This is one-on-one with the chef on how you want your meat done!
Service: Poor / Non-existent! 3/10
Jumeirah needs to promptly address this bit. I didn't get to meet the restaurant manager, Alex, otherwise I would have highlighted it to him directly. Besides being seated by the hostesses...there was no element of attention given to the table. And it was not just ours but others felt it too! Had to repeatedly ask for basics...water, removing dishes, etc.
I look forward to being a regular. Just need the service element addressed.
