i have to say it is the best pistachio cake i have ever tasted. who would have thought mangoes and strawberry pairs well with pistachios.the pistachio custard has a very subtle taste that matches the tanginess of the fruits. perfect combo!i would definitely recommend this cake to my friends and relatives.
Ordered the new pistachio cake. Decoration was simple but nice. Delivery was timely. Sponge was great. Lots of nuts so good. But the frosting had a slightly odd taste. It was not bad definitely, but not finger licking delicious - kind of thick and gloppy. Perhaps had too much cream instead of butter or maybe something else. Overall every one liked the cafe but left the frosting on the side.
Ordered the swiss chocolate cake and the eggless dark chocolate fudge for a combined birthday party of my wife, me and my sister. Each cake was soft and moist and delectable. Each bite took us to chocolate heaven. The dark chocolate fudge is to die for.

Having seen a lot of people talk about this place on Instagram, we recently decided to order a birthday cake from here. I called them to check which flavors they had available that day (last minute decisions) - but to my surprise, I was told I could pick a flavor and they will have the cake ready in an hour. That's pretty amazing for a busy bakery!! We decided to order the chocolate lotus biscoff cake (500 gms). The cake was super delicious and had a lotus biscoff fence - which they managed to keep fresh (wasn't soggy at all when we cut into it after 2 hours)
Ordered a Fruit Custard Cake, it was pretty good. Except I found the ratio of custard to cake a bit off. Custard is more than the cake, so eating it became a bit messy.
Otherwise, an overall okay cake. The delivery was immaculate.
The manager was very professional giving me another perfect and delicious cake after the delivery boy handed me the first cake completely smashed. In this case, after speaking to the manager, he immediately sent me another brand new cake. I admired the manager action!

Ordered Egg-less Belgian Cake. It was really good and tasty! The staff called to inform me that it will be delivered in 1 1/2 hours, so it was nice of them to do that.
However, the delivery charge was really high. It was 21 aed, it's a rip off. I hope you consider reducing it so customers will order often.

I have ordered two eggless cakes from Ribbons and Balloons they are affordable and they taste delicious. It is quite rare to buy online a reasonable and flavourful eggless cake which can be delivered immediately and this place hits the spot. We ordered their signature red velvet cake and chocolate ganache. The delivery was on the same day and super quick so I was really happy overall!

I tried and tasted many places and overall extremely satisfied with the way chitra handled the entire process.
All my deliveries were done in shj and dxb. Everyone enjoyed the cake. I asked for a bit of a design element and a free hand for creativity. Turned out great.
For the price, the taste, and most importantly an accommodating provider who truly understands to satisy a customer and be straightforward sums up my experience.

Ordered a half kg Raspberry cake as well yesterday for my bday . They delivered it on time and The cake tasted great too . But I feel they need to improve on the presentation of the cake especially the writing part.
We did take of Devils Chocolate Cake, it was super yummy and we wouldn't mind paying for this.
But we would recommend they can have a budget cake for same taste so people can spread more joy and happiness by not thinking to much about this super delicious cake.
