A simple and cozy place to join friends for coffee or simply chill while you are at the mall. The décor is classy, and the place has good espressos and good hygiene measures without compromising on the overall experience.

This is quaint little coffee shop located in Dubai mall right next to the metro exit. Tried the americano and a chocolate chip coffee . Also red velvet coffee. The red velvet coffee was amazing. The cookie was average. Even the americano was decent enough. To anyone who is going to Dubai Mall this is one coffee shop you shouldnt miss !!

The pastries and cake selection is what really drawed us towards the cafe.<br/><br/>We ordered the Spanish latte and pistachio coffee, both tasted extremely bitter and the pistachio was not even blended properly; there was a small line of like pistachio paste at the bottom that just stuck there.<br/><br/>The chocolate croissant was soft from the inside but lacked the crunch factor and needed more chocolate.<br/><br/>The tiramisu cake was horrible sadly, the exterior was this coffee jelly which was a texture I hated and couldn't bare eating, the filling was soggy and bitter coffee. I couldn't even finish it.<br/><br/>The place had a cute ambiance for instagram pictures but the bill was over 100dhs for food we couldn't even finish and didn't enjoy what so ever.<br/><br/>The staff were friendly but need better training on how to make the beverages and the service was slow and they didn't even know where there cutlery was.

Newly renovated and the deco is nice! (Very instagrammed!!) I had a chai latte with a coffee shot, pretty standard. The only thing I notice is that the staff are not very smiley. Minor thing but it makes a great deal in a long run (as the space is open and many people passing by might notice)

Hey people! Rubicons has definitely got an amazing make over may be like some weeks back. It's like same old taste, friendly place, cozy & amazing cheerful staff. Would definitely recommend it to anyone any day. Why 3 stars then? Cause I reached there past 2 days at brunch, getting a coffee was mandatory for me so Americano it was as usual. Felt as though there was an error of some sought and was sure about it as this is the only place in Dubai Mall where I catch sip of coffee. Asked the staff & they politely said we changed our brand. Seriously? Why would you do that was my reaction. Your usual coffee was soo damn awesome. RUBICONS COFFEE you guys need to get back the old taste. Do whatever. Cheers!

One of the best cafes out der at dubai mall .. you've got an amazing variety at their menus plus the food and the dessert are delicious and freshly made !! Even the concept and ambiance i like it .. its very peaceful and spreads love and happiness ♡ go there and enjoy and if you have any complaints keep it to yourself coz there is nothing to complete about ♡

This is so horrible coffeplace. i was there Last week to have a snack but there croissants is so bad..it was so hard like 1week already and there orange juices is not really fresh and it's cost of 23dh..not worth it to pay this amount.but the most worst is this staff his name christopher and he was talking to me so badly and rudely.never come to this coffeshop.food is so bad and behaviors so bad.

A week ago I was here in this coffee shop...i ordered a coffee as they said that this is their signature .. But the coffee was so bad....and one philipine guy explained to me very rudely and no respect at all..he is not suitable to work in this field...his so tough even to his colleague....

We are here again at Rubicons Coffee the place that you can relax while drinking coffee while eating thier new Kunafa it was amazing experience i had taste their kunafa there not so sweet as i eat somewhere in dubai which the kunafa was terrible sweet i love the sweet cream cheese while having thier cinnamon honey latte once again thanks for the recommend of the staff rose she's friendly and talkative personality one's again thank you see you next time.

As we were coming back to room after the whole shopping,we saw Rubicon's coffee near the metro link.we stop there to take rest and have some smoothies to regain energy.As we sit the waitress came to us with the charming smile,her name was Jane,she was so friendly and she suggested us the smoothies(Caribbean kiss,Green Machine and strawberry split) that was new to us.we were worried like how it would taste but we were so amazed with the taste.it was freshly made as she had informed us.I would love to say that if you have been to Dubai mall then you should be at Rubicon's coffee,you will get the wonderful service and excellent taste.<br/>

I have always loved going there. The avocado date shake is just out of the world. The staff is always smiling and courteous. My wife enjoyed the Raspberry Love as well.

The waitress, unfortunately, had such an attitude, she was muttering stuff to herself and acting in a very reluctant unwelcoming way. the coffee (though ordered sweet) was served absolutely bitter and in a very weird chunky way, as if it was not stirred at all. first and last time

Worst experience ever. <br/>The sandwich did not taste good, was served barely warm and wasn’t fresh. And it was my first meal of the day. Really, only out of respect to a nice waitress I didn’t send it back. Maybe it was my mistake. <br/>

Im a coffee lover me and my husband was there @Rubicons Coffee it was very nice place and very accessable to metro link no need to hurry and we stay and we had some coffee and dessert and it was amazing experience very delecious coffee specially thier butter pecan latte its very creative taste you will never forget the delicious taste and thier Special Fondue the chocolate melt was perfect and it was really cheap rathan going to any other places and for the staff Jane who shes really had knowledge about what they sell it very good suggestion keep it up and thank you

Its been my first time to have this wonderful and amazing taste of coffee and all cakes had delicious taste specially tiramisu and blueberry cheese cake sliced I've been there today whooaah i will visit there every weekends and all the employee had a good service keep it up make more varieties of cakes and drinks thank you.

i visited Rubicons Caffee in Dubai Mall ! Amazing Coffee, Menu to be impressive with good selection,i will definitely come again to try out their salad specially for Rocca pomelo prawn salad.<br/>The service and dine in seating area and seats very comfortable too !

The menu had a variety and huge selection of beverages, ranging from coffees to smoothies to teas. My cinnamon honey latte was one of the best i had! Comfortable chairs as well👍🏼

Last weekend I went back to my favourite coffee shop in Dubai mall and I was amaized with their new menu, a waitress recommended their ' Rubicon's Blue' who knew red bull could taste better with a few things added in it. The service was great staff is friendly. Surely a place to be.👍

Right at the entrance of Dubai mall as you walk from metro , this place has a big seating area. Their molten hot chocolate was one of the best I have ever had. Great selection of cakes. Waffles is a try must .

We ordered the “SIGNATURE” Rubicons Mocha (for me) and Toffee (my wife) Frap. We were expecting to be welcomed by a visually appealing drink. Because its signature, right? It supposed to be your big gun. I was expecting to be blown away. Turns out to be very disappointing. And the taste? Its meh... i had better. Talk about signature.....

Easily the finest coffee shop in The Dubai Mall , and arguably the best in the UAE . With one important exception (discussed below), this coffee shop has been consistently good for some years, and recently has gotten even better and Prices are relatively modest, especially given the quality. The drinks , salads ,sandwiches and cakes are the best is an exceptional taste . Range of delicacies, including wonderful desserts. Be forewarned, though, that there is an important exception to this coffee shop quality: the toasted turkey sandwich!! ..... This occurs even when I warn against it. Oh well, at last the coffee was excellent.

Went to dubai mall along with some friends and we tried their butter peacan latte which was amazing...we also ordered cappuccino along with smoked salmon sandwich that was equally good..so overall the coffee & food was good along side of good ambience and decent service!

Specifically went to this place as I heard recently that they have some amazing cakes, sandwiches/paninis & salad. And it was wonderful to know that they always have great food to fill your tummy. I went to this place last evening, as i was looking some places in Dubai mall to shop, then i found them located near to the metro link area, the dine-in was very well presented and organised which made to sit there with my friends, i ordered their HOT CHOCOLATE , PECAN LATTE & A CAFFE LATTE for my friends, i found the host who welcomed me nicely and gave us seats, then she got the nice presentable menu and took our order and suggested us to try their Signature Fondue Tapas but since we were not hungry i choose to have drinks, though we had the above drinks, the service was fast and the drinks were flavorful as to the original hot chocolate, flavored latte and traditional caffe latte. I would be surely coming back to this place to try out their signature FONDUE TAPAS and some of their pastries as they were appealing on their display.

Actually, i discovered a new face of Rubicons Coffee Dubai Mall opposite Sony Experia.<br/>Nice venue, comfortable and homely dining set up, lovely and friendly members of staff. (Not like before)<br/><br/>Today is my birthday so me and my family members are having two belgium waffles one without chocolate sauce, one banana royal split, one caffe bianca, one caffe mocha, two cappuccino, one cinamon honey latte, one strawberry smoothies and one chocolate fudge ice cream. The order arrived earlier than i expected.<br/><br/>Banana royal split - quite expensive for the portion. But superb!!!<br/>Belgium waffles- was splendid.<br/>Fudge icecream/strawberry smoothies - refreshing.<br/>Caffe bianca - the mixture of the white chocolate and espresso was accurate but less portion.<br/>Cappuccino - accurately prepared, more foam and less milk.<br/>Cinamon honey latte - was too sweet for my liking.<br/>The most amazing part is that i was giving a privilege card with 20 percent discount.<br/><br/>The place is absolutely splendid and has encountered great changes recently. Feel free to check it out your self. I must say i witnessed a high level of managerial skills. If they continue like this the place could be excellent.<br/><br/>

If you're looking for a cozy little coffee shop, that's miles better than the big chains- you'll find it in Rubicons coffee! Rubicons is a great place to take a quick bite. I consider their  Chocolate fondue tapas and salad my best. Try these to confirm...Is actually a great place to be. U get the value of what u actually paid for. I cant stop coming to Rubicons coffee. The sitting arrangements can leave u to relax,chat and even make u forget your next program. In fact is a really a fantastic place to spend time for oneself and family. Really love this place.

The food was really amazing specially Fondue Tapaz, and we enjoyed the coffee with art. Highly recommended to my friends. Also it was nice to have a little break from tiring day.

It's in a great location and you can see the burjkharf through the roof glass of the Dubai mall, it's hot chocolate is to die for and their fondue tapas is a deal breaker, pop in and find out!!

Located next to the Dubai Mall Metro entrance, Rubicons is convenient to buy a coffee on the go. <br/><br/>I had tried their Cappuccino and Banana Muffin while passing by. The coffee was decent, it was more of a wet cappuccino (more milk less froth) while the muffin hardly had any banana flavor. It was a plain muffin and it was quite disappointing. <br/><br/>The staff was friendly and the service was quick (probably because it was to go) and the prices are fair as compared to other coffee shops. <br/><br/>However the lack of a good ambience is what is keeping Rubicons at the bottom of the list. The seating is quite open and in the middle of the restaurant which hardly gives any quiet time to work or read a book or just generally unwind. <br/><br/>Overall it is quite the average coffeeshop.

I have tried this coffee place on top most level of Dubai Mall before. Had the date and avocado shake which was outstanding at that time. Our trip 2 weeks ago though was a disaster. We seated ourselves. They only had one server there,who was too busy and she had the biggest attitude in this world. After 10 minutes or so when we noticed she is not coming to our table I waived at her and finally she showed up. She refused to look at us. Had her eyes and face in other direction and had a weird smile on her face. We ordered a plain latte, a butter pecan latte, avocado n date shake, Rubicon's shake, almond croissant, and spinach and mushroom quiche. First of all food was not arriving at our table. We waited n waited. Food was going to all tables but our's. Then finally came the Rubicon Shake and Date n Avocado shake. My kids had seen Rubicon's shake in menu so they were expecting it to be decorated like that but they brought it literally plain. Then we tasted the avocado n date shake and it had no sweetness in it. Tasted like plain whipped avocado. It was so bad! When I complained to that waitress she gave such an attitude. I asked her in menu they show marshmallows n cherries and chocolate flakes on Rubicon's Shake but here you added nothing, only little cream! She made a bad face, went back, put few marshmallows n mnm's and brought back. My kids were not happy. Then I told her about no sweetness and no date flavor in avocado n date shake and she kept quiet, took the glass back to kitchen with an attitude and made us wait n wait n wait. After 10 minutes I went to the counter and asked how long would you guys take to add sweetness in that shake or re-make it? The manager was there. He said: it's coming. Still I waited for the shake and rest of the items and they were not coming when there were only 1-2 more families sitting there now. Finally shake came back to table so late and was still tasteless, not like we tried it last time. Then I tried my butter pecan latte which had no butter pecan flavor. Tasted like almond!! And I hate almond essence in my coffee! My husband's latte was ok but they warmed up our almond croissant in microwave so much that it had become hard!! We were not able to chew it. This is when we had not even asked her to warm it. Only the quiche was better but even that came at the time when we were fed up and were asking for bill. Horrible horrible food , coffee and beyond words bad customer service. Kist went there for a casual coffee and snack with family. <br/>Coffee came 35min late!!<br/>Was luke warm!<br/>The almond croissant had no almond paste and was stale but reheated!!<br/><br/>Kids ordered choc shake and it came with none of the toppings as pictured... Had to be resent and then wait and wait.... Horrible experience overall. <br/>If there was a MINUS rating I would have given that to this place. Avoid avoid as much as u can.

Ordered the Cafe Mocha with a pump of Caramel syrup with chocolate drizzled on top. Too very sweet.<br/>Also, they did not have plastic cups for a frappe at 1 in the afternoon (Which well functioning cafe does not have stock during afternoons?). Packaging was a hassle because they didn't have proper lids for different cup sizes.<br/><br/>

After spending about two hours in Kinokuniya, we thought it would be nice to take a small tea/coffee break and we decided to sit at Rubicon's coffee. The server suggested spiced chai on their menu, but what actually arrived was an over sweetened, cold, spiced foamed milk. We just took one sip and asked the server to take it back, who offered to replace it with a coffee. However, the manager sent a message that unless we pay for the "chai" and the new coffee, they are not going to give it to us. Wepaid for the "chai" and asked if we could see the manager. And it wasn't surprising that the manager never came to meet us. <br/><br/>I don't think I would ever be going back to a place which is not even ready to take constructive feedback from their customers/visitors. For any F&B outlet, customer reviews, suggestion and feedback are the only way of knowing whether what they are doing is liked nor disliked. In my personal opinion, this "we know we are the best" attitude has no place in this industry . Good luck to Rubicons anyway, but they have lost one client/customer forever and I would definitely not be recommending it to anyone.

I was in dubai mall to buy a new phone for my mom and felt like having something. I saw rubicons coffee just opposite sharaf dg and decided to have a hot chocolate. I had never tried this place so was keen in tasting their hot chocolate.<br/>Staff: The staff is friendly.<br/>Ambience: I like couches they have. The chairs are not comfortable. <br/>Hot chocolate: I ordered a hot chocolate and that we of the drink was good. Not something different but it has the right about of coco and milk which made it perfect. It's a good place for evening coffee with Friends and family.

Been here few times, service is inconsistent; sometimes good and pompt, and sometimes not. Menu has a lot to offer though but most of foods&beverages are pricey compare to other coffee shops around. Nonetheless, I like their coffee be it hot or cold. And not to mention they do offer organics which is the healthier version. Ambience has an added points, and furniture seatings are homey, comfortable and relaxing.<br/><br/>So one of the good coffee shops where you could spend your idle time in reading and otherwise.😊

the seating in this place sucks to bo honest. very old furniture. the coffee was fine. but akl in all the seating and sevice is very mediocre.

They have changed the system..now you have to go to the till, order, pay and then sit down..only then will someone serve you..stupid system designed by someone who clearly doesn't understand service.

I don't usually do this but this has to be said, after enquiring as to whether there was table service or not I was very unclearly told I had to order at the counter. After standing at the counter for a good 40 seconds while the guys behind it were chatting away the lady that told me to order at the counter barked at them and pointed to me.<br/><br/>After a good 10 seconds passed I was casually asked what I wanted, at which point I walked away.<br/><br/>Great service guys keep it up, I mean after all there ain't a lot of other places to grab a coffee at the mall is there?

It took them 20 minutes to bring two black coffees. It is so disappointing. We even hand out hand up to call them and they just looked at us and nodded their heads without coming to us.

For me coffee is an integral part of living, I have been a regular since I was in class 2, well actually it was more like flavouring back then but I love coffee so when this place served me with bad and milky coffee I was disappointed. I went there over a Saturday and it was crowded so I assumed they served well but it was sad, more so because it was my first cup of the day. The coffee looked stunning when served, I asked for Italian cappuccino and a chocolate brownie, as waffle weren't available. The brownie was delicious but the coffee had no aroma and no flavour. We thought may be it needed more coffee and then the server took same cups...added a thick, granulated shot of espresso which made it weird. So yes highly disappointing if you like your coffee dark and strong. I think Costa serves way better or Pauls if you prefer a non chain cafe like me.

I had a chocolate espresso here and it was lush. I like the seating too, very welcoming and comfortable. I did not have a chance to try anything else but what I had was really good. Definitely coming back here to try some more!

Another great spot to watch TV in the stores or people watch and if you so chose look at the exercise equipment and work up a sweat thinking of the workout.<br/>Rubicons uses Kenyan coffee and makes a fairly decent cup of coffee and the crossiant with it made for a very nice snack.<br/>Service is quick and good.<br/>

I will give them 4.5, as I found their coffee to be very good and smooth, I have ordered a butternut pecan latte, the taste of the coffee was really good, staff were very good and very hard working but very few in number, would highly recommend the management to add more staff, the menu is vast and good enough, you will easily find few this to try not just one! Amazing desserts, nice and comfortable sitting area and furniture but a bit of noisy as its in the mall with outside sitting on the walkway! Contrary to what i read, the service was not late. The menu was already in the table, and after around 5mins of browsing, the waitress came to take our order. Today I am having avocado date shake without cream on top, dirty chai, and strawberry marshmallow fondue. The order arrived pretty quickly.<br/><br/>Fondue - expensive for the portion. Nothing special.<br/><br/>Avocado Date Shake - superb!!!!!!<br/><br/>Dirty Chai - it's got a very fusion kind of a taste (whatever that means!) you get the slight hints of espresso, ginger, nutmeg, etc. overall it's lovely!

This is a very inviting coffe shop in the middle of upper floor when and especially if you are already tired shopping and hopping from one shop of electronic/gadget store to another. Outside setting is very homey and and you tend to watch people passing by while sipping your coffee. We ordered a regular cafe latte with carrot cake and paid 54dhs for that alone, plus of course a small token for the attentive and friendly service - hmmm! except for the service, not so with the value of my money!

After having to wait for service as no one was at the counter we were served a hard dry muffin, asked for butter only to receive frozen blocks of butter. The tea was also served in a glass which was tricky to drink from. Cleaning supplies were left on the racks between the decor. Very disappointing indeed!

So Zomato finally added this restaurant after I begged them for it. <br/><br/>If you sit down it takes forever for the waiters to look at you yet alone give you a menu or take your order. I got tired of waiting and just grabbed 2 menus from the menu table place. Finally a waiter noticed us and we ordered one large zebra mocha with dark chocolate, one large latte, one cheesecake of the day (berr) and one tiramisu. Overall the coffee is okay it's lukewarm that does ruin the taste and experience. Out waiter mixed up our order and gave us a zebra shake, our efforts of trying to hail down a waiter were endless so we stuck with what we got. The tiramisu and the cheesecake were really good. The cheesecake was quite big and packed great flavors. Overall the bill was for 102 Dhs this really isn't worth a visit the service is terrible and there isn't any peace and quiet. Overall the desserts are excellent but the coffee is barely anything special.<br/><br/>This experience was initiated and paid for by me.
