HUMMUS:Very smooth and flavour full.
MUTABAL:little sweet little salty perfectly balanced with spices.
FATTOUSH:very fresh loaded with cucumber,onion,tomato and topped with some fried bread and sour dressing.
TABOULEH:chopped parsley with tomato and very fresh.
MAIN COURSE:-
SHARWAMA PLATTER:sharwana was very good fully loaded with chicken and fries wrapped in thin saj bread and served with fries and garlic sauce.
MIX GRILL PLATTER:for 2 person
2 Lamb kababs very soft and juicy.
2chicken kababs was on point juicy.
1 lamb chop very tender and soft.
1 skewer of seekh tawook was little dry but taste was on point .
2 piece of arayes crunchy bread filled with lamb meat kabab.
And served with khubus bread.

If you love simple but classic Lebanese food @automaticrestaurantuae is best place for you with perfect ambiance and very good food too.
Ordered the family mixed grill. Fries, hummus, chicken, kebabs, meat and shish tawouk are all part of this meal. The food was perfectly grilled giving the charcoal flavour and aroma.
We ordered felafel , kibbeh and chicken shawarma and it was all good .
Shawarma could have been better but overall i was satisfied and happy with what i ordered
Firstly they delivered before time . Food ws hot .they provided pickles ,tahina, qaboos .
I fail to.understand why are they so poorly rated on zomato .im surprised .

Automatic is one of my favorite Arabic restaurant , over last few years the management has changed but the taste still remains good . The boneless grilled chicken remains one of my favorite dishes . The daily dish meal is also wholesome and they offer different varieties daily . The chicken shawerma is one of the best in town. Overall , highly rated for its food .
I enjoyed the Rocca Salad. I liked the fact that the dressing didn’t have too much olive oil like before it was a bit much! This time was perfect. And loved the falafel 🥙 sandwich
This is a good place for some yummy Lebanese food...the staff is friendly...food is fresh.

Finger licking good, yummy food. Must try for people trying Lebanese cuisine for the first time. Lots of options for vegetarians too. falafals are a must try with garlic sauce

1.) Grill chicken: The taste of the grilled chicken was good but it was a bit dry. It tasted better with the fries and hummus.
The food is very delicious specially chicken it was fresh and tasty

This place is been one of the best places I have ever been too. U get all variety Arabic food here. Very delicious. Only suggestion the restaurant should have more of vegetarian otherwise it was really fabulous and the food was also yummy
I always like to have freshly baked arabic bread. This is one place where you get this. Fresh bread with hummous tastes great at this place.We had a half platter of automatic special. It had mixed kebab of chicken and lamb. Lamb tasted very good. We had fresh juice and the restaurant was curteous enough to give us a wonderful dessert for free. Looking forward to be there again.

Best shawarma I have eaten in Dubai, hands down!
A few weeks ago everyone in the office wanted to have lunch together with our pick being to order shawarmas. None of us had ever tried Automatic but they delivered to D3 so we thought we would give it a go!
Myself and a few of the other girls opted for the 20AED meal deal. This came with: two mini shawarmas (which were basically regular sized), a small fries and a drink. Can you believe this was only 20AED ?!?
The shawarmas tasted sensational when they arrived, piping hot still and the chicken was extremely juicy with plenty of garlic sauce hidden within, just how I like it! However, some of the girls wanted a mix of chicken and beef shawarmas and when we called to place our order they told us they had run out, we called at 11:30am, so we thought this was a bit odd.
Despite this hiccup, I will definitely order again in the future as this place is a gem hidden in plain sight!

The view is great, the ambiance is excellent in-spite it in a mall. I simply love the food when greens are combined with meats. I had the Zucchini stuffed with lamb and curried with laban. The fattoush had a hint of balsamic vinegar and with lentil soup It was a full meal. The restaurant offers great Lebanese food.
Its a good place to try Arabic food and service is fast. Shwarma and mixed grills along with hummus & moutabel are my favorite. The meat is always juicy and tastes great and the staff makes you feel welcomed and attends quickly to all your requests.

Lately I have been on the hunt for a favorite shawerma, so after reading some lists I ended up here. Despite the fancy menu, they did have what I wanted and here is how it went:
Food:
Olives (passivetizer) - nice olives with a unique taste which I couldn't put down. Large quantity too
Meat and Cheese Sambusek - this appetizer proved to taste rather good. I preferred the cheese slightly, but both had nice filling and pleasant dough
Chicken Shawerma - ended up being possibly my favorite shawerma: the chicken was soft and there was just enough toum to amplify its taste. It wasn't stuffed with fries but also had just enough to compliment. Bread was a bit plain but that counted almost nothing against it
Meat Shawerma - also delicious although different. Might have had a bit too much seasoning, but it was still delicious and I'll get it again too
Fries - very good, but slightly plain and a bit soft
Service: very nice, although the first waiter could not speak English. I couldn't call that a complaint though
Ambiance: very nice and casual although the music was quite... different
Bang for Buck: could be a bit cheaper, but not bad at all
In summary, their Chicken Shawerma is now in the running as my favorite and I'll be happy to have it again.
Thought I ordered for a meat sandwich which usually is mutton but I got a chicken sandwich
No better way to celebrate Eid with delicious, mouth watering and tender chicken/ meat grill 😍 A special shout out to the staff who were extremely welcoming and caring !! All in all a wonderful experience and definitely worth going back 💯💯
We started our dinner with hummus beuriti and for main course we ordered chicken shawarma platter and kebab platter. Overall food was delicious and ambiance was fantastic. Hummus and shawerma was 10/10 while kebabs were 7/10. Lamb kebab is a must try though!!
I think they need to focus on customer service and presentation of food.
The place is known for its amazing shawarmas and it never disappoints. The soups are warm and delicious. The Automatic special grills are great and their meats well seasoned and cooked. Their hummus is creamy and perfect. Falafels a favorite never disappoint us.
I only they have the options of sugar free fresh fruit juices.
The restaurant is located at the beginning of Jumeirah, ambience is very simple and not very fancy. Recently visited them and had their mix grill it was really tasty and worth the value. Presentation was also good. Even like their chicken shawarma plate. Avocado juice is average since I have had...
Ordered the Food through Zomota at 1:05pm and got a message that I will receive my Order by 2:05 by received it at 2:20pm and food was entirely cold.
Had ordered for my office guest and was totally disappointed with the delay on top of it received cold.

They have good shish taooq and masahab chicken.
There homos, motabal, fatosh and taboolah are all good.
I ordered for delivery from this branch today. The food as always was excellent but the delivery took over 90 minutes. The delivery eventually arrived and as I said the food was great. It is the start of Eid and so I should have expected there would be high demand and waiting times during this holiday .
I must say, its not just about the food being served but the service these guys give. I want to name a few who did a splendid job at serving during my course. They call him captain Nazir. Truly a one. Had ordered wings and had mistakenly told them to pour in the sauce on the grilled wings!! Never ever do that! to myself to all of you. The captain stood there in front of kitchen literally me waiting and witnessing it, unmoved, till the chef re-makes the wings to its optimum. I feel sorry for the captain to have made him doing that ofcourse. But hard work pays, someway. The dish recreated was Fantabulous! it was a real treat. Also I could sense a lot of team work and discussion behind taking orders from every table. So credits to the guys who I met - Mr Saeed the manager, Mr Nazir the Captain & Karen the waitress who served. Good job and recommend more visits to the restaurant.
This is the real deal. Lebanese food that is just like it should be, no frills just good honest food. We order the mixed grill most days and all the items whether chicken or meat is succulent and smoky grilled with a bit of charring. The generosity of old school Lebanese restaurants is fading but not with Automatic, who gladly throw in whatever is expected as sides to the main course, and during Ramadan you will even get a few added surprises in keeping with the holy month traditions. Automatic is like ordering food from an aunt. Their drivers are great too and their muhalabiya is the best I've ever tasted.
Love their kababs it's always juicy and filling.
Another dish that is really goo is their hummus and meat. Yummy 🤤

Automatic has been serving the same assign taste since I can remember. Their kebabs are just to tasty. This branch getting a table is easy and ample parking available. Here we ordered
A. Chicken shawarma sandwich - they had a promotion going on. The sandwich was served with fries and drink for AED 12.
B. Filafil sandwich - we asked them to make it spicy. It was decently good.
C. Humoos - one place where the regular humoos is better than humoos Beruti.
D. Half grilled chicken on charcoal - good portions served with humoos and fries. Really good.

Automatic is one of the oldest chain of Lebanese restaurants. Visited this restaurant on 10 Jan 2017. Ordered Hommous, Tabbouleh salad, Okra, Escalope Chicken.
Jumeirah Beach Centre is a very quiet mall so there isn't much rush here. Food and service was ok here not as good as some of the other branches.
Our favorite Lebanese restaurant specially for delivery. We order it at least once a week for a health meal.
Their shish tawook is yummy and grilled meat and arayess along with all the hot and cold mezze they have.
Their restaurant in jumeirah is nice a little bit old but for the quality of their food you don't really care about the interior of the place.
Their delivery service is fast and reliable.
