It was really disappointed tonight , when we took our iftar in Monte Carlo stars in Dubai Marina , comparing to the last three years the ranking is zero in service , food quality and Quantity, lighting , restaurant manager attitude ,and finally the price has increased VS last year, it seems that there is a management change , and the results that we won't come back again to this place or even recommend it to anyone.
1) Food very less , no variety and no refill
2 ) AC is out of order , and leaking from the roof.
3 ) Floor is slippery and many kids slipped many many times , without any action
from the management
4 ) Just one simple question to the Egyptian manager , and i found him changed his attitude and became aggressive , and dealt with the situation very unprofessional when i faced him with the fact that there is a huge negative change over all the place.
5 ) Wrote in the FB page that there is a program for the kids , and nothing happened.

The best place to have diner with family. Almost 3 hours I don't even hear my son who always gives me hard time. Now he enjoys his time in kids room. And the staff is so nice (2 in1) waiters and baby sitters. Great!!! Thank you.

A good place to forget about your kids but bad service.. people are aggressive. . They need a course in customer service and how to respect their customers. . Not all of them but at least one of their big bosses is rude although he should be an idol

shisha here is really good, plus they stock a few Starbuzz flavours which are like gold dust in Dubai. Staff are friendly and the quality of the food is high. Can't go wrong with this place, give it a try. And trust me.....I've smoked shisha in many many places around the UK and the UAE.

A sorry looking restaurant with none of the staff willing to serve you. Excellent location but a typical case of mismanagement and lack of interest. Waited 30 minutes for the pizza and another 25 for the hummus which never arrived so had to leave as hunger had died anyway. Shisha was below average and the charcoal was being changed after decades so there was no use to sit and wait for it. Really hope they can improve their quality of service as they have an excellent location at their disposal and their food is decent.

Food was OK, ambiance was OK. tables and chairs are very old. I would suggest replacing them immediately. Shisha was disappointing. I liked the valet parking service.

This must be undoubtedly one of the worst restaurants in the vicinity of Media City. The hummus was horrible, pita bread was stale, the salad was tasteless, the main course pasta didn't have any chicken in it (they blatantly lied to us saying it had chicken), and the pizza was sweet. Places like these should be shut down as a public service to poor souls who may be swindled into eating here.

the location is good .. but they need to take care of lot of things like the tables are ugly and looks very dirty and old ..the staff are horrible not friendly and we felt if they smile they will be fired ... food quality 3 of 5 but i dont recommend .the shisha is very good and clean .

I came here with friends to have coffee and play cards. The place is located on the Marina Walk and it has an "indoor" shisha area. The staff are friendly however the service is a bit slow. I had their watermelon juice which was good and fresh. The ambiance is good but when it gets crowded it tends to get loud. <br/><br/>Good hang out place <br/><br/>From Sara, with Love ❤️

The ambiance is kind of bizarre. A mix between a sports bar with big screen tv and loud music on a friday afternoon, a shisha bar, and a family restaurant with a play area. At the end it is none of them. In addition, the place needs a serious cleaning: couches are full of stains and the kids play area is dirty and sticky. And has almost no toys.<br/><br/>Can't comment much on the food as we just had appetizers and a coffee but it was rather average.<br/><br/>Positive: free valet parking and good marina view.

Please note this review is purely on shisha and drinks. I visited this place after iftar, I had grape and mint shisha and Moroccan tea. The shisha is ok but they did not change the charcoal often, fairly priced (50 dirhams). The Moroccan tea came in a tiny pot but it was good. The service is not that great, the ambience is ok but nothing exciting. Free valet parking is a bonus.

Calm and relax, I had a very good experience in Montecarlo Stars!I discovered that place as I was invited for the Birthday party of my friend s son.I enjoyed the coffee and desert with my friend while the kids were enjoying the playing room.<br/>A nanny was paying attention to the kids, that is the reason why we could really relax and enjoy the view. But the best part came, my friend s son was so happy when the clown came with the birthday cake and all his friends were singing happy Birthday!Thank you so much to make his day.

Came here to meet some friends for shisha and ended up having a meal. Ordered the chicken Caesars salad and was really good!! The chicken is nice and tender, served warm. Shaved Parmesan is sprinkled on top a bed of crisp lettuce tossed with Caesars dressing. And the croutons, very toasty and enough served for the entire plate. Devoured it to the last bite! <br/><br/>The shisha on the other hand was ok. Flavor wasn't strong enough. Needed a lot of attention (frequent coal changes) which made it a bit annoying. <br/><br/>Love the view of the marina from the restaurant. Will surely be back, if not for the shisha, then at least for the salad!

Comfortable seating . Ok customer service and good shisha depending on the staff that serves it . Overpriced, food is ok nothing outstanding. However very bad ventilation during summer so if it gets crowded during evenings it gets too smokey and pretty Hot<br/>It has a kiss area for families with children however it gets too loud with kids running in and out of the place and playing in the background

Excellent tasty shisha, qualitative shisha service and follow-up.<br/><br/>Quick service for tasty Moroccan mint tea.<br/><br/>Kids room in order to keep them busy and apart, therefore the place is quiet and comfy. <br/><br/>In short, very good shisha and very good tea.<br/><br/>Just take care of the vallet: they appropriate the car, change settings, even change the settings of the passenger sit and give back the car with 10 extra kms and huge increase in petrol consumption average. I guess my car has been doing some racing in JBR :@ 😡

Oh dear, Monte Carlo, no stars.<br/>Lamb Shank was just terrible and actually inedible. Had to return it to the kitchen and thankfully wasn't charged for it. Had a strange chemical kind of taste like it had been soaked in baking soda for days to make it soft instead of slow cooking it. <br/><br/>Service was lousy, the other food items average, the whole thing was a low quality affair that was over priced.

Have been to Monte Carlo stars several times for lunch. The place is huge with seating's inside and outside next to the lakeside in the marina. The restaurant is family friendly with a children's playing area and also some arcade games for older kids at extra cost. The place is done creatively which i will leave for you to experience when you visit the restaurant. The staff are welcoming, quick to respond and helpful.<br/>Everyday they have a selection of 2 dishes for lunch and of-course you are free to order other items from the menu. On my last visit i had<br/>Lentil soup: A generously filled bowl which tasted great till the last drop.<br/>Chicken Kabsa with Rcie & Kurd: The rice were garnished with nuts which tasted awesome with the barbecued chicken.<br/>Lamb with white Beans & Vermicelli Rice: The lamb meat was firm yet tender and the combination of the white beans and curry with rice was very pleasing in taste.<br/>All their servings portions are large and satisfying.<br/>The place is ideal for Shisha becuase of its location and the guy serving the Shisha freshens the charcoal regularly and is eager to please. Those of you who don't like smoke have the option of a non smoking area in the restaurant.<br/>Great place......2 Thumbs up for me.

One of the best affordable shisha places in Dubai Marina, the food is not going to set the world on fire but the service and shisha is. Only been there a couple of times to meet business colleagues, but always welcomed with a smile and very happy people. Lots of children around which you can make up your own mind about as to what suits you, but well worth an affordable chill out session.

Food: The variety and selection of items on the menu is quiet impressive. The shisha and the deserts are a must try.<br/>Ambiance: It is one of the best I have come across.
