This is by far the best restaurant offering a mix of Rajasthani and Gujarati cuisine. Each and every item was extremely delicious, to mentioned few kesar sarbat, daal baati churma, dokhla and specially walnut halwa.
A must visit place as they completely justify the price they charge for a thali.

Had been on our list for a while since all our friends who’ve tried the place loved it and have said it’s a must try.
We walked in and the chat corner was at the entrance where we had to control ourselves from filling up with just the delicious pani puris. As soon as we were seated, the servers brought out the drinks and the various dishes of the day’s menu. The mango lassi was delicious. Although the masala papad was a little soggy than crispy, all the rest of the dishes were tasty and served fresh, especially the breads. Our favorite was the hot fresh beetroot puris.
We had some trouble with the bill and no one seemed to speak in English so communication was a little difficult. We also noticed that the washrooms were dirty and stinky. Overall, love the food experience.
Nice seating arrangement. Chat items like Pani puri, Dhahi puri, bhel Puri is available as soon as we enter the Restaurant. Khasta kachori chat was really good. Surti plaza is a must try one. In main course Tirangi Puri is delicious. Moongdal Kichadi and Pulao is also good. Overall the thali is delicious one.
My love for thali is real. This is the spot where I go to when I am super hungry and when I crave for some veg thali. Their service is really good. From the welcome pani Puri to malai kulfi, the food is amazing . The staff are very friendly and the managers never fail to check if we are okay . It was great when they had Zomato gold. Because 1+1 is a real deal.

Variety of breads,,but the Puran poli with ghee is so soft n fresh..it melts in your mouth.
They have a chaat counter too ,serving panipuri, dahi puri.
Khatti meethi gujrati kadhi to Rajasthan style kadhi..everything was tasty.
The dessert is Gulabjamun, walnut halwa and a stick kulfi for all.
A kid friendly place as they give soft cooked khichdi with ghee for them.

This place is the best best best thali place in Dubai that i have tried. We have been visiting this place for quite sometime now and have tried almost all their options. The best time we had was in the AAM RUS season. They serve amazing food, they are quite busy on the weekends and hence book our table in advance, the place is quite big and staff is amazing.
Lately, i guess the place has evolved a lot as I see a lot of side items on their menu. they have kulfis, chaat, chai. Its like an all in one package deal!!!

Being a Gujarati and growing up eating Thali's, this place is my second home and is literally the only other place that gets the flavors spot on for a Thali.
They have 30 menus for 30 days - that is a different menu literally everyday! So if I eat here every single day, I know I will be eating something absolutely different. The food is inspired from the West of India and the they are taking every safety precaution for Covid. I highly highly recommend dining in for the full experience!

The restaurant and its staff are taking precautionary measures due to COVID-19 and it's perfectly safe to dine in. It comes as no surprise that this restaurant’s slogan is ‘eat like a king. The Live counter is a treat to watch.

We actually purchased zomato membership just to dine at Magarajabhog😂. We dined before the covid effected our lifestyle.
The food at maharajabhog was too good and heavy that filled our tummy and heart.
They insist and keep on giving anything everything in their thali items unlimited. Being a keralite I haven’t heard or had most of the items in the list . It was trult a feat for eyes and mind.
One should try their thali atleast once.
We will definitely visit them again very soon.

The staffs just pamper you when you are in this restaurant. The chat items and kulfi are just out of the world. Thali gets served until you beg the staff to stop serving you. This is one of my favourite restaurant. Visited few times with my family and every time thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Excellent ambience..friendly service..tasty food..unlimited quantity..the list is big. I have also taken Europeans couple of time and they were awestruck and could not believe vegetarian food can be so delicious and elaborate.

Clearly as the name suggests the meal fit for a king 👑, and this was surely it. This restaurant is based on a sit down all you can eat👅 THALI buffet. My plate 🍽️is filled with over 25 different dishes 😱. Loved the simplicity of the food, it was nothing less than a home cooked meal, clean and delicious ♥️.

I feel all of you at one point of time would want to experience how a Royal Family is being served right, with lots of variety and don’t know which to choose from. And later when on table try everything, lol 😊.
So this is a place where I have tried quite few times and all those times the standards were kept high. Premium Veg Thali is what you are going to experience, that’s my guarantee. I wanted to point out that its safe to dine in, they have taken all the precautions to give you that experience. All the servers were polite, pleasing and around you for your requirements with a smile, which was not seen due to the masks 😊 Also, you can check their website out for their daily menu before heading out to dine in.
You can always opt for delivery options, you can choose from Small Box, Express Meal Box, Big Meal Box and a Fitness Box Combo. I would prefer dine in, where you get to experience hot food and unlimited.
When you enter the place, hand sanitizers are placed to clean yourself up and temperature checks are done for safety purposes.
The interiors give you that royalty feeling, they have several live stalls that comes to your table and a Chaat corner right in the front.
Welcome drinks were Kesar Chandan Sherbat, from the live stalls they served the Masala Chaas, Smoked Chaas and Mango Mint Lassi. Also a live stall served us Bombaiya style Masala Papad, It was amazing.
For Appetizers – Hara Bhara Tikki and Sevaiya Dhokla. Also 4 - 5 varieties of pickle and chutneys.
Dish of the day was Rice Khichu, it was good.
The Chaat Corner had Pani Puri, Sev Puri and Dahi Puri, I just loved it, it’s my favourite street food.
For the Vegetable dishes had Methi Leela Kanda, Paneer Jalfrezi, Mogar Lacha and Aloo Dilkhus.
From the Dal & Kadhi section, there were Rajasthani Kadhi & Dal and Gujarati Kadhi & Dal.
Indian Breads to have along with these are Fhulka, Methi Thepia and Palak Puri.
That’s not it, Rice items were, Moong Dal Khichdi, Jeera Rice and Steamed Rice. I love having tea while having mains at times, Masala Chai is available as well.
Ok the best part are the desserts, served were Kesari Kheer and Apple Halwa, oh it was amazing. Well they were like not finished yet, Malai Kulfi was left, I was like no but then how can I miss not trying it 😊, loved it.
That’s the end, its worth the experience and the food was rich, yum and delicious.
Our go-to place for a good wholesome Indian thali in Dubai has been Maharaja Bhog. We have been visiting Maharaja Bhog from years and they’ve never disappointed us. Last week we popped in at their venue for lunch. Located in the popular foodie hub of Karama, Maharaja Bhog is a spacious restaurant with comfortable seating area. I suggest that you come hungry as there is too much to eat.

I am not usually a veg food lover but this place made me realize how much I actually love veg dishes. It’s just that I have never really been to the best Veg restaurant!! If you are a vegetarian I definitely recommend this place a must try if you are looking for a good dinner or lunch option. And for all others , it’s always good to try something different specially when the Veg dishes taste so so good !! Starting with the rose drink, followed by the Dahi Chaat and then Masala papad and so many different gravies, Parathas, Freshly made crispy puris, the moong dal Halwa, mango Lassi and ending with the most amazing Garam chai ! Ended the meal with the best feeling ! Overall I loved it here !! 😍😍

For the perfect indian cuisine and thaali try this place. The service is just extraordinary they serve everything on the table. They have almost 14 items and they keep on refilling the food.

For the main course they had Paneer palak corn lasuni, Undhiyo, Chole masala, Aloo mutter. 🥘
For currys they served rajasthani and gujarati dal and kadhi 🍛
Their dish of the day was Dal baati churma which is a well known rajasthani staple food and this one was absolutely delicious 😍
The unique variety of chaas they had tempted us to try all of them 😍 which included Masala chaas, Smoked chaas and mango lassi. My personal fav was the smoked chaas ❤
For desserts they had Jalebi, Malai Kulfi, Aamrass and moong dal halwa🤤
Overall an amazing experience for people in the mood for vegetarian food and a heartwarming hospitality 🥰

I visited Maharaja Bhog to have Rajasthani/North Indian Thali to celebrate Janmastami, and trust me MB won my heart through stomach !One of the best veg restaurant in Dubai that serves authentic Rajasthani/North Indian Thali with more than 25 Items to chose from.Huge area with nicely wall décor reflecting Indian spices, is truly unique in nature. Don’t forget to take a snap while you pose on royal seat kept outside & tag MB on Instagram.Service was prompt and we literally confused where to start from.Golgappa and chaat counter is out side area and good to start withfollowed by kesar chandan sharbat and mango lassi, a true refreshment in this summer days.The menu was pretty extensive and post the starters came in fresh and hot Fulka rotis, puri, theplas, daal, different types of vegetables and plain curries, khichdi, jeera rice , halwa & mixed fruit custard. With pure ghee served on the khichdi, it was true indulgence. I just got my hands now on thier rajasthani Thaali. Loved it! Its pretty good. I am a south Indian, and u know south thaalis are best in their way, so this is my first time trying north style thaali- but it came far better than i expected. Delicious food, quantity is pretty fine, only thing i did not like was the appetizers, but that was okay because the curries dal, pickle and yes the gulab jamun was yum. I would recommend this one for those who want to try rajasthani or north thaalis which has good quality, good freshness and yes delicious too and lets not forget the excellent packaging. And yes appreciating the on time delivery.
Traditional Indian setting that fills your heart with joy with traditional Rajasthani and Gujarati fair, we were treated like royal guests and the waiters could not do enough to make our visit enjoyable. Great starters too - paani puri and chaat - delicious.
Rajasthani thali was just what we needed to reconnect with our roots! It felt like 'India on a Plate'. The best part of the thali is they display the menu of the day on their page. So you have an idea about what you will be served. Excellent service was provided by the staff at Maharaja Bhog. Extreme care was taken for hygiene and social distancing, the servers wore masks, and thus we could enjoy our meal peacefully. We left with our tummies full and a huge grin on our faces. I will definitely visit again soon!

One of the most famous Rajasthani Thali in Dubai. Always packed, so you will need to come a bit early and wait till you are seated. They are very accommodating though, and will ensure you get a table as soon as possible.
They do have a Chaat corner, where you can snack while you wait.
I loved the size of the Thali, which comes with a welcome drink, appetisers, Indian Bread, dal & kadhi, rice, and desserts. They will top it up whenever they see your plate is empty, so you will need to tell them to stop if you are done.
Then finish off with the amazing Masala Chai.
It's priced at AED 53, which is a bit expensive compared to other Thali places in Karama, but the food is excellent and is a good indulge once in a while.

I wasn’t well and couldn’t cook, doc asked me to eat something lite... the only thing i wanted but a khichadi but after reviewing so many restaurants i took a chance on the North Indian maharaja bhog.., my expectations we really low but they proved me wrong...

Maharaja Bhog is a very good option for vegetarians. It is a pure vegetarian restaurant influenced from West of 🇮🇳. We went there on a Monday evening.
The restaurant has a different menu style everyday, which is really something different and amazing (a typical thali includes three starters, four main course veggies, two types of dal, three kinds of bread, rice and dessert).
The décor is amazing. It is all you can eat, sit-down buffet menu, with servers coming and serving you. All the guys explained what they were serving.
The best was their staff uses sign language to communicate with each other for refills.
I think there were in total 8 bowls of different dishes. the vegetables and kadhis were so good. And the chapattis and the other bread varieties were simply awesome. The service is excellent. As soon as your bowl is about to get empty the server is right there to fill It again. Our experience was good and we were happy with our meal.
