Online shows this is what people loved here, but I do not really see or taste anything special besides the triangular shaped dosa which is usually cylinder. Its a crisp dosa with yellow potato filling or bhaji. The bhaji taste like something that babies can eat, it’s a bit bland but it will taste better once dipped in the chutney or sambar. Dosa is even more enjoyable with lip-smacking chutneys that accompanies it. A flavorful chutney requires fresh ingredients, especially the coconut. Usually chutney is thick and with grated coconut. As you can see on the picture, the consistency is almost the same as sambar. The chutney is tasty, but very watery. I cannot scoop it off my plate. Their masala dosa is as what you will expect of a dosa. There is nothing bad to say but there is also nothing that can make me say wow. Firstly the order was delivered after an hour and an half . And the packing was really bad that the food was spilt all over . I had ordered non veg meals, tomato soup and drums of heaven not even one tasted good . Horrible taste and the quality of the food was also so bad that It did not suit my body ! Please think twice before ordering .

One of the best restaurants, good with taste with typically original south Indian taste and it is cooked and served in a perfect south Indian style. Moreover It was yummy and very delicious ... Location is easy. Parking is also convenient. Ambience is comfortable and the servers were very attentive and helpful. Briyani was good but the malai kofta was delicious! Filtered coffee was on point. We got free payasam which I thought was a nice touch. Warm reception and ideal for families. Price-wise, it is really pocket-friendly with value for money food.

#chaipakoda (AED 7) - If its rain in India, then what is that first thing manifest in your mind? Of course! chai pakoda. Pakoda is a gram flour based snacks made in almost every Indian house especially when you get together or weather is awesome. It has loads of onion, green chilly and pinch of turmeric powder. The best combination to have it with Indian tea (Karak chai). The chai in this restaurant is irresistible and loved it. Pakoda was freshly cooked and crispy. Loved it so much that I won’t hesitate to give 4.5

Had Worst experience. Placed the order at 10am and still after almost 1h 30 mins the delivery guy doesn’t know where to go even after explaining directions to my location. The reason restaurant gave me was that the delivery guy is new so he cant come. And all of it the restaurant dint even bother to inform me even after the delivery guy went back to the restaurant without delivering the order. Not recommending this restaurant at all.

The Hudaiba branch has definitely improved. The food is flavorful and always fresh. My place to have the weekly fix of comfort food ( south veg thali). Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Today ordered lunch from Chennai park restaurant. It was overall an average experience, the best amongst the fish thali, mutton korma, fish fry and chicken lollipops was only fish fry being the best and mutton korma was sheer waste of money as it was only loads of masala with bones with no meat . I have tasted the vada sambar and the masala dosa from this outlet. The vada could be crispier. Masala dosa is really good, especially for breakfast! Chutneys can be improved as they are quite watery.

2.5 is the kindest rating I can give them. Masala dosa was very plain, coffee was not filter coffee, it was just a watery milky coffee. I would appreciate if they told me there is no filter coffee! Chili gobi was OK. The chicken masala dosa got good reviews though. Service is cold as well.

When ever I am in around satwa this is the restaurant I would never miss to have my lunch. What's good about this is the Chinese dishes. Service has improved a lot over a period of time. Yes delivery has always been on time sometimes a bit delayed but that's understood. Boys are very friendly and always advice on what new in the restaurant. I have been to this place more than any other restaurant in my life. And i moved to Dubai only about a year back. So thats saying something. On a good day its good and on a bad day you might as well go home hungry. They do get a lot of take-outs, but the way they manage things is highly inefficient. I have seen customers walk out during lunch hour a couple of times.  Kinda sloppy is the right way of describing it. But all in all i cant complain. I frequent this joint most often, however not recommending it or anything. Felt like writing a review thats it.<br/><br/>No problem for parking whatsoever.<br/><br/>Ringa ding ding!

I have been ordering lunch from Channai Park as it is close to my office. Ordered a chana masala once and a north indian thali. The food is really good no doubt about it. <br/>The packing also seems hygienic. Would recommend to others too!

Hi I have been visiting your restaurant quite regularly and the food is really improved. Being a well wisher and your regular customer I wanted to just bring few details which I found little flaws which are slightly annoying, like the staff inside the kitchen has been always extremely loud and seems like fighting with the other staff / particularly with waiters as they are also pretty loud inside the kitchen. Being a cm to u r restaurant we are here to eat food and not listen to the fights or arguments of u r staff. Please don't take this review as complaint , but this is a honest review and would certainly be u r loyal cm.

We are a regular. We normally order, have never been to the restuarant. I must say the food is nice and the prices are economical. We normally order Chicken pepper, chicken chetinad, dal and sometimes grilled chicken. Their grilled chicken in particular is nice and very reasonably priced.<br/><br/>I do not like their fish curry dishes though and their chapatti too is not so good. Thali's are slightly below average too.

I couldn't find a Negative value in the rating else i would give them a big negative.  This is restaurant is most dis organised restaurant i have seen. even though they are away from the crowded areas, the people work slow and often don't show up on time. <br/><br/>If you order your food, then you need to wait minimum 2 hours else and if you dine in you need to wait at least 45 min for simple food. <br/><br/>they don't open even 8 am in the morning and worst part is that if you order your food, then don't pick up your call to respond what is status and they have standard dialogue, the delivery boy is new. <br/><br/>i believe its right time Chennai park management should step in and make things right

I decided to visit Chennai Park along with family and friends for a bite in the evening. At first glance, it does do good to the eye. The prices are very reasonable compared to most restaurants in the area.<br/><br/>The service was reasonable and the food arrived within 20-30 minutes. The chicken Lollipop, butter chicken, Chicken Tikka, Ceylon Parathas and naans were hot and inviting to our ravenous mouths. The food was delicious and not too oily, nor were there any after effects. <br/>It was a good thing I decided to wash it all down with a nice warm cup of payasam.<br/><br/>I didn't have the time nor the room to try out pastas and pizzas or the other specialities, but there always is next time..

The food was good and tasty. True you dont get many items on the list. But you people should really try out the new Chicken Tandoori, Its a bite of heaven for a lover of spice...<br/><br/>Food Rating-4.0<br/>Service Rating-2.5

Before chennai park It was called As denvar Which ws famous for pastas...most of the days whn i get bak From colg i order a pasta....Bt then alter It Name As well As the food changed...Which put stop to my pasta luv...Then i Thot of hvin indian food to see If they Good in Tat... I dont knw y ppl sy Its epic...bt i dint lik evn a bit the dosa sambar all tat was horible. ..omlet was okaish

Food is good however they have very few items on the menu which is actually available.

Do not eat there pizzas and burritos I was so disappointed I had to w8 for 1hr to get the dish and then I look at this guy picking up my burrito bara hands and it the food discussing I would rate 0.5 out off 10

Ordered home delivery many times and they have good food with too much oil. And which can be seen on the delivery bag and container. So whenever you order make sure you say to put less oil and whenever delivery come cross check as may be sometime one or two food items will be missing.

Why would you call it "Chennai Park" when you put all the pressure to cook most cuisines on an innocent chef? Perhaps the chef is from Chennai. Went for a quick bite because I was in the mood for Indian-style cream overdose tomato soup. It didn't disappoint! There was so much corn flour and sweetness in the soup you could throw some chicken tikkas into in and called it Butter Chicken.<br/><br/>Second order was the kottu and it tasted better than in Sri Lanka (this is not a political statement). Since I cannot stomach spicy food, I asked them to take it easy on the spices, and they listened. The restaurant is pretty small and generally feels like it's usually the choice for take out and delivery and because you'd generally find bachelors in lungis there, it seems justified. Chennai Park has people in Lungis, yes, I said it (no, not like the song).<br/><br/>The staff is very polite and always smiling. They did go the extra mile to make us feel comfortable.

Worst Ever Service!!!<br/>Delivered 2 meals after 2 hrs when the location is only 3 mins away!<br/>The food was all smashed - like it was all thrown into a bag before being dumped in the garbage!

A restaurant called Chennai Park, that serves, Indian , Chinese and wait for it.. Italian and Mexican !! , yes as odd and out of place it may seem, Chennai park does serve all these, and with a slight Indian touch to it.<br/><br/>Tucked away in the Satwa colony, but visible from the main road, this tiny eatery with a seating capacity of around 15 - 20, serves some authentic, south indian dishes and some chennai inspired Chinese dishes, the dishes are more Indian than chinese, but its the exact way you get them served back in Chennai.<br/><br/>The dosas, vadas and usuals, are authentic and have a great home made feel to it, with very less oil and feels healthy. The chinese manchurians, lollipops and 65 are exactly the Indian flavoured chinese you get back in south India. Also do try the Srilankan Kothuparatha, thats served here, usually served mild, they can push up the spice factor as dishes are prepared only after the order is placed, so be prepared for a wait. <br/><br/>Now comes the party trick for this petite eatery, its Pizzas named as Denver pizzas and Mexican dishes, the pizzas and pastas are not the authentic variety you expect, as these ae mostly Indian inspired ones, more on the lines of those from Haji Ali and other joints, the pastas tend to have a bit of Indian influence with chilli flakes, or more cream textures to it, but still am sure its worth a try as its much ahead of any cafeterias or namesake italian joints in town. <br/><br/>The Mexican is more of a take away type, but can be compared to on par, or at times above to what Taco Bell sells, the prices are a bit more than taco bell too, the Burritos are really good, although guess its the South Indian influence, the veg mexican and italian dishes tend to score more. The service is really courteous and great, and the restaurant is well maintained and ofcourse plenty of parking too, which makes this an ideal late night stop over or a quiet dinner spot, a real hidden gem in Satwa. Must try.
