love the chai , and the sandwiches , they also have various combos from time to time.
bottom line ; good tea and quick bites , worth a try for sure , dont forget they have offers occasionally with good discounts that you’ll love
As the name suggests, go for a good time to have tea and snacks. Tried the chicken kheema and Coleslaw s/w. Very nicely made by the chef with right amount of masala in the Kheema ideal for sandwitches. Very soon will visit for the All day nashta of Masala fried egg which looked tempting
Loved the Karak and Masala Chai. Excellent in taste and we had second round of the Karak chai.
Tried this place tea so many times but found it just average and above all the prices they are charging is definitely more.
Had to leave early for some work so ended up having breakfast in this restaurant. Located in the deira city centre area, this restaurant is fairly big with decent ambience. We had ordered for masala omelette and cheese chilli toast along with karak tea. Enjoyed my breakfast here. Service is very quick.
Nice place to grab a cup of chai during the middle of a work day! They've got some nice sandwiches and snacks as well. Would be nice if their menu expanded a little more.
The staff are really kind and friendly. One evening, a group of us were in the middle of some intense board games and the manager was extremely kind enough to delay closing the place just so we could finish our game. :)
Keep up the good work!
A good place to chill in evenings with your friends. A very calm place that has amole seating for you and your friends to have a light snack and play a few games around with you friends.
Masala chai for 75 people we have ordered.
Taste was good and best part is they put less of sugar and masala was just prefect for the taste.
Served in hot packs flasks and kept it hot for Almost 2 hours.
A great place. Was a bit apprehensive when we first entered but they have very good karak and a nice selection of pastries and sandwiches. What stood out for me really was the keema paratha. The keema was really nice and flavourful which is usually rare and the parathas were soft and moist. Coupled with the nice ambience and outdoor seating was a definite winner for me!
I was sure for chai that it will be delicious but cheese toast was speechless and that chips it was adding great flavor on my morning breakfast.
It’s perfect in all way.
I love their tea and combos. I order it atleast once a week.. but in my last order I saw lipstick marks on my cup.. this is very disappointing as we trusted their hygiene!
amazing taste and great service
Please advice the restaurant not to serve brown bread without our concern.
The concept is great, Vada Pav is great with Chai, even chilli cheese toast is also so delicious. Good place for tea & quick bite as well, truly deserve a visit for sure !!!!
But again the two breads stuck to each other and ripped the topping off.. taste is never a problem
Visited this place to have their snacks. They have good and amazing variety of quick small bites on their menu. I tried their paneer burji and chicken tikka wrap. I loved it. I loved the burji. It was delicious.
My go-to lunch joint. Love the food and service of Cha Cha Chai! The best part? They deliver food under 30 minutes 😊
Best atmosphere, soothing ambience...enough space for all ..good sheesha ,food & shakes . Prices are reasonable and service is good too !i highly recommend cha cha chai..My review is about both place the one which is in Karama that is te best ❤️
The best part was the delivery time of 35 mins and then having it delivered before time.
Food was good, a bit cold though. Would be amazing if they can introduce better packaging that would help keep food warm. All in all, I would love to order again
Budget wise 👍🏻
Location 👍🏻
Less crowd 👍🏻
Karak chai 👍🏻👍🏻
You can enjoy their free karaoke and play guitar along with your friends while having a good chat. Place is pretty cozy. Nothing fancy but you’re getting good food for a good price!
I tried their combo of wada pav and chai.while the wada pav was ok, not the best I have had. The chai was really good. Piping hot, fresh and full of flavour. Good ambience and friendly staff.
Shopping breaks call for some chilly cheese toasts with hot zafrani chai. Found this small joint and I was really happy I did. The toasts were perfectly crispy and scrumptious while the tea was refreshing. Exactly what we needed after some tiring shopping! Friendly staff and quick service. Do check it out.
Wide choices of milk tea and variety of sandwiches to match.
A bit pricy compare to other cafeterias offering same menu.
Free wifi
What I like most about this place is that it rarely gets crowded, ambiance is perfect for casual dining.
Ate on the counter is a little suplado, didnt get the name tho.
But overalk experience is ok.
This is the only place that delivers food at my workplace without any minimum order. We have ordered for samosas, vada pavs from here too many times to recall.
Last week ordered for a samosa pav - which comes laden with cheese salad (onion tomatoes) and chutney. It's really yum and value for money at 10Dhs.
However didn't quite fancy their paneer burji paratha. The paratha was like what you get in flights - dripping with oil. Burji was okay.
Guess we should stick to our regular menu.
Have tried the pav bhaji from this place as well which is barely 10 Dhs but not sufficient for one person.
I tried their Oreo shake and it was just normal only the thing was they mixed Oreo biscuits in milk and blended it nothing special just a normal taste but the place is good and specially the services of Filipino lady are good and they have very nice sitting arrangements outside the Dubai Economic Department
Excellent and very professional . Will order soon again
Very nice pocket friendly restaurant. Amazing service and good quality and quantity of food especially the keema sandwich, Vada Pav and their ☕️ Tea.
This makes me order from them frequently as it reminds me of my back home.
Simply Home Away From Home.
Well done!!!
Our all time favorite Karak Chai. We got both our favorites the Zafrani and the Karak Chai with cardamom delivered. The best thing is the flask. Amazing idea of delivering tea in a flask. Stays hot for such a long time. My favorite part about Cha Cha Chai is that they give you a choice for preparing tea without sugar in it whereas other places don't do the same. That way customer can add their own amount of sugar in their cups.
Their shami sandwiches are also pretty good.
Would love to order again.

We always order from cha cha chi... this time we ordered ... chilli cheese toast, grilled sandwich and samosa pav... but at the time of delivery we got chilli cheese toast, one samosa and poorly grilled sandwich... but everything was tasting delicious.. first by seeing i was very disappointed.. but wen we had... it was tasting good... i would advise them to note the correct order.
Chachacha for Cha cha chai. I always tend to compare any cup of tea I have with Filli's. Well Filli's is another different ball game altogether but this one outlet of Cha Cha is not bad either.
Their tea is cardomom flavoured and has its own charm. Is it my cup of tea. Well yes and no! Yes because I liked it and no because I have sworn allegiance to my cuppa:- Filli !!
The branch near to clocktower is one of the great place to have a meal in. The staff are very helpful and they are serving quickly. The prices in the restaurant in general reasonable. All the best and keep it up:)
The service was quick and the food was delivered nice and hot. I enjoyed the Samosa sandwich. Personally, I am not a fan of the chutney or sauce that was supplied along with the samosas. But overall I was satisfied with my order.
Ordered a Brownie from this outlet. It was ordered almost half hour before the delivery time.
The brownie was decent. I wouldn't call it the best, but it was pretty good. Packaged well, it was rich in chocolate.
Its a great and warm place. Infact the staff is so warm that even if the food is not warm but yet it tastes delicious. Also the staff is very friendly and specially the head of the cafe mr.rahul.
Heard a lot about this place thru friends who are madover their chai and dont literally miss a single evening without having their Chai .
The place is small but doing great in terms of serving good chai with snacks.
A tasty Saviour present in the business village arena...best place for refreshments.. good ambience.. welcoming staff but always love cha cha chai on my work station.
If you are having one of those days, when you need to deal with the Economic Department and luck is not particularly on your side then you can be rest assured that at least Cha Cha Chai will be :).
I truly thank them for their presence at this location as in those frustrating moments a good cup of tea and a fun Indian snack can help change your mood. Also, makes me happy that we have a nice Indian brand spreading its wings across the U.A.E and bringing Tea to the forefront of drinks.
Tea is a personal taste and some might find their tea milky but I am quite happy with it as it hits the spot when needed the most.
Value for money combos (specially their latest addition - Keema paratha.
Excellent service and tea. Professional staff, specially Ariane- she is a fighter when there is shortage of staff. Good place to chill out with family and friends. Try, the masala tea and omelet sandwich as well.

One of the cool place and people. I enjoy the tea and stuff served in the cafe. You as greeted with smile by the staff they treat you special
Situated perfectly on the ground floor of the business village in deira.
Perfect place to grab a quick bite and a drink when you are trying to finish govt papers in the same building.
Good service.

Friday afternoon we bought cha cha chai before going to the beach. The original plan was to buy 5 cups of tea but when we entered the shop we saw the advertisement of a tea flask. We liked the idea and requested one tea flask of Karak. It was a disposable insulated bag and it was placed into a box with a handle. I think there were 8 to 9 cups is tea and it remained hot for an hour.
Chai was strong in flavor but smooth texture and enriched with cardamom flavour.
The advertising banner showed the price 35 for flask but we were asked to pay 39. Upon questioning the server said that it's like that then handed us coupons of 15% discount on next purchase.
I heard a lot about this place and since I was a chai lover decided to try it out. But I was a tad bit disappointed cause it was like any other chai. I ordered the karak chai and the keema sandwich. The keema sandwich was really tasty and the karak chai was just about okay. The price is affordable. The place was too small so we decided to parcel the items.
their chef omelette and caesar roll are my favorites. Their Hot chocolate is great as well with an affordable price. I can even stay even after i eat and drink my favorite chai tea to smoke at their outdoor sitting area. Their indoor seats give me comfort with all the furnitures and the way they designed the whole place. The place is a very good relaxing area during and after my shift. The crews are friendly and incredible customer service, so I'm really enjoying my visits at the restaurant. All in all, the place is my favorite. :)
Friendly and Amazing service , good food and special cha cha chai 👍👍👍recommended for all food and chai lovers..........!!!!!!!!!!!...........
Like the food here. Love the chocolate fudge cake.
Came here to collect a Jersey that I had won from Sagittarius Strikers. Decided to have a sandwich also. Tried the Chicken Tikka Roll.
I really liked it. The bread seemed fresh and the filling was so tasty.
I'd recommend this sandwich if you're going here for the first time.
The place is good too, lot of seating available and they provide free WIFI as well!

From my office window I would see their advertisement on the bus stop and every day it would make like to think I need to have tea from there well it was few lanes next to my office behind the deira day to day .... And one day we group of colleagues walked and from then it was our joint for Thursday's the tea, samosa everything we have tried we love the Indian stuffs with a twist they serve there
Tried their hot latte coffee here for the first time and was great. It was not that expensive also unlike other huge coffee chains in the market. What more is that, they do have great comfortable furniture seatings. Service was quite impressive as well. I think this is another great place to hangout with family or friends.
Hope to try their signature teas by next time we come.
Their hot freshly made caffe latte did us good after a heavy wholesome lunch meal. Not intended to go there though but spotted them when came in the area and was the nearest to get some hot beverages. Service was satisfactory; staff are welcoming and friendly. Price was decent as well. Too bad, they do not have skimmed milk, only full cream to which accordingly, what they regularly served.
Furthermore, they do have pretty good options of hot and cold beverages particularly teas, I noticed, and with pretty decent price too which is way way cheaper than some other huge coffee chains in the market. Besides they do have great spacious seating area and clean ambience. Good we tried and hope to come by again.
My saviour in world of coffee ...my love for chai indian style well cooked makes me order from here everyday ..adds is chicken tikka sandwich ! mustvtry their combos n omletter bfast combo n omlette bun 😋yumm
Decided to stop for a quick chai after a long day..The service was slow as they were busy serving other customers..but it was worth the wait as the chai was good and they got snacks as well. .Value for money
Having arrived here one late evening for dinner I was looking for a chilled out vibe of a "tea shop", what I got was so much more.
We started our dinner with a chilli cheese toast - simple and perfect!
A surprising favourite was the chicken ceaser roll which we were expecting to be bland, but it was quite the opposite with flavoured chicken and fresh greens, this turned out to be our favourite dish of the evening.
The kheema sandwhich although a bit spicy was a perfect "Mumbai kheema sandwhich" authenthic to its flavours it was a sandwhich that we felt was imported straight out of a Mumbai station!
I'm not a fan of Vada Pav's - not at all infact but our server insisted we try their vada pav's which are one of their best sellers. I can see why. Maybe it was because it was hot and perfectly toasted, but this was one of the best vada pav's (not like I've had a lot) I've tasted.
The chicken omelette too was light and fluffy and definitely a great way to start the day.
A biryani and coke combo priced at AED 18.00
Ofcourse our main intention for coming here was the Chai! and we were definitely not dis-appointed. I'm a huge zafrani chai lover and the chai here was perfectly prepared, not too milky but spot on with the flavour.
Since it was a weekend and we visited the branch which is busiest during office hours, we really got undivided attention from our friendly servers. Cha Cha Chai we will be back for more!
The Random loves:
1. The Kheema sandwhich (AED 14.00) 2. The chicken ceaser roll (AED 14.00)
3. The vada pav (AED 7.00) 4. The zafrani chai (AED 5.00)
