Finally tried Hummingbird Bakery at Dubai Mall but my experience was 50 - 50 in terms of food that I ordered . I liked Chocolate Cake as it was very moist , very chocolatey and melt in mouth texture but the brownie did not turn out upto the mark in terms of taste and texture . Will not have brownie again but might give a try to any other cake slice anytime .
Chocolate cake was so delicious, soft and moist just the way I like. The staff, Ezy was so accomodating. He even gave me a complimentary cupcake to go. Would really love to come back
A rich chocolate cake, full of flavor, cake was soft and delicious not dry at all.
A slice was good for 2 people it was huge.

The Chocolate Mike High Cake was super moist and very fresh- This was an absolute winner & would order it for any occasion.The sweetness levels is perfect!

This cupcake is way too hyped and didn’t outshine itself.

Place is decent and not very crowded, i like their cupcakes but not a big fan of the cakes. I prefer juicy cakes.

I had a date with my husband a week ago and decided to eat in here. I must say One of the best pastries in Dubai Mall. I super love their cupcakes. a very soft chiffon and cute designs of cupcakes. Ordered the Mile High Chocolate Salted Caramel Cake for a birthday. It’s absolutely delicious! Not too sweet and yet so creamy and chocolate-y and lovely texture! The staff were also kind enough to put down a personal message on the cake when we requested over the phone. It’s a huge portion for the price. We had so much leftover even after 9 people sharing it! It’s easily become one of my favorite dessert places. ♥️ Definitely recommend!

I called them and was answered by Ms. Raquel the restaurant manager. She showed empathy, was a good listener, and was thankful that I called for feedback as she said it helps to improve and maintain quality. She asked me to visit the branch and gave my favorite cake for giving her the feedback. I am amazed with the level of customer service and customer satisfaction and special kudos for Ms Raquel. Awesome service from start where Raquel took our order in the most professional manner and gave me plenty of options to chose from to the cake decoration by Ghia and Arvin who did a wonderful job to the delivery man Faisal who made two trips to the Venue to deliver the cake Just In Time. I already love Hummingbird DUBAI MALL BRANCH :)for it's delicious cake (their chocolate cake is the best in my opinion) but now I'm sold on their fabulous customer service as well!
