It looked very nice but the rice was soggy and the vegetable roll was stale the rest of the combo was just ok. . Please pay attention.

The quality and quantity was fine but the customer service was very poor. The lady staff treated us as if we were waiting for the food to be served for free. Really felt irritated by the way she treated us.

The good thing is they've maintained the quality at affordable price (a combo meal for US$8.50) although their menu has hardly changed over the years. I ordered soups from Chinese palace and the packaging was cardboard container wrapped in cling wrap !! Imagine hot soup in cardboard container and cling wrap !! There was nothing to secure the container but just cling wrap.. I’m really disappointed and the worst was I was asked to contact zomato for refund, considering they messed up with the packaging. zomato hasn’t also called to address the issue..

They delivery is not the same how I order ... I tried calling the restaurant and she cannot answer me , I tried chatting with your online chat and it’s useless . !!! They forgot the spring roll and the soup is completely different on how I order . So frustrating !!! Always a mess ordering here , cannot follow a simple instruction and choices !!!

The food was really good at Chinese Palace . Unlike other chinese joints in foodcourts , the food came hot . Ordered Chicken Combo which included, from among the many choices, 2 chicken dishes and veg fried rice , an spring roll . Combo had good portions of food for every item . Overall food quality, quantity and taste is very good . <br/>Will definitely go back again !!

We had visited the Dubai Festival City for some shopping and since we had a wonderful experience at the Dubai Mall Chinese Palace outlet, we decided to revisit Chinese palace.<br/><br/>Started off with the scrumptious Spring roll which was served Hot and Crispy, Golden Prawns which was very nice and crispy, served piping hot. Supreme Fried rice which was veg and Shrimps with a special sauce marination which made it much better than the fried rice. This is their best seller and as said last time highly recommend you to try this one. Chilli chicken and Chilli fish were amazing and it went so well with the Supreme fried rice and the egg fried rice. We also tried their garlic based Chicken Shu mai. Dumpling, This is one of the best Dumpling.<br/><br/>The servers at the counter are always smiling and cheerful. Excellent teamwork. Overall we enjoyed thoroughly the great hospitality of their Staff and good food.

Absolutely clueless staff members, 3 times ive placed an order and it was 2 hours late and cold food. they cancel order because they don't have any riders even though their status is ready to deliver online. Wouldn't recommend this experience to any other customer

I am in shock that I have received my order in this state. There is nothing worse than receiving food late and in this condition. Seriously have nothing more to say than I am never ever going to order from here again. Let the pictures speak for itself

I don't get how this place can have a 2.9 rating. I tried a variety of items and all of them were good(some better than the other of course). At the store Marites offered us a taste of a few of the main course items on a tooth pick which helped us choose based on taste instead of just visual appeal. We picked exactly what we liked + tried out some other items too. The supreme fried rice(5/5 - similar to chao fan and filled with mixed meats), butterfly prawns(5/5 super crunchy) and szechuan chicken(4.5/5) were our favorites and we loved these. The other items we tried were crispy duck(4.5/5), steamed bun(3/5) and chicken wings(3. 5/5). Overall there isn't a safer choice for Chinese in a food court and with good service from the staff who let you taste before buying you can't go wrong.

Items ordered:<br/>1.) Supreme chowmein: The dish was spicy and hot since it took a while to eat. The dish was delicious with a lot of veggies in it.

Chinese food is close to my heart since I was young so visiting Chinese Palace thrice in three weeks was no shocker. <br/><br/>Ordered a Smart Combo, my fav from them all, a Hot & Sour soup, and a Chicken Shui Mai. <br/><br/>Great service and staff. The dumplings were delicious and juicy within. It is worth a try and worth the money. <br/>

One of the better cheap Chinese food. Wait was not long plus it is very affordable and filling at the same time. Taste and food quality were great for the price. Would definitely go back to eat here again.

Ordered 2 chicken combos and sadly they did not have many chicken items available . Also the staff was quite rude. The combo comes with spring rolls which were served with our meal and when asked I was told off rudely that i can have it once its ready. If I did not bother asking, im sure I wouldnt have had it. <br/>Overall the food is fine but maybe a little customer service wont harm . The food is quite oily as compared to other Chinese places I have tried.

Chinese palace is one place that I believe should upscale their outlets. Their food is so good and I believe they should get it to as many people as possible. The orange chicken is probably the main reason I go there. It’s affordable, tastes great, even better with chilli oil. 5/5 always and forveerrrrr!!!!!

I’ve been coming back for their beef noodle soup. But today, the soup tasted bland. The dumplings sure enough, were old. The staff (one from the kitchen, one from cashier) were fighting and shouting at each other. They don’t even care at customers looking at them. Good thing it wasn’t a jam-packed weekend. The whole experience was just so ridiculous.

Order was delivered on time. The duck was old and super dry. The chow mein had a terrible fish taste, was super oily and they use the mini shrimps, which are tasteless and small. The fried chicken wings were soaking in cooking oil, not edible. The sweet and sour chicken was fine but lacked flavor. The seafood soup was okay. I would not recommend this place, way more good asian food at the same price point in and around town.

My order was delivered on time. The food quality is brilliant and so is the preparation. Thank you Team Chinese Palace. I will look forward to order in the immediate future.<br/>😀

Been here last weekend, bought Chinese food from here and another Chinese restaurant. The staff here is not friendly. Didn’t like their service. <br/>Food was average. Not served hot.

Whenever I want to get affordable food and feel that I need to have some vegetables this option is somehow okay for something on the go ..<br/>This is what I order the most which is the noodles with vegetables. I am no longer ordering the chicken because last time it was prepared in a way that is mostly flour and lacks chicken !<br/>Service is quick and staff is friendly .

I will suggest not to visit this place because the food which is served is uncooked and according to the taste the rates are very high. I ordered chinese noodles which was uncooked and the second dish i ordered was Beef Manchurian which they served with very less quantity and with just 4 piecies of beef along with 8 or 9 pieces of chillies. Just wasted my 90 Dhs on this two dishes. ( this total is before VAT implementation ).

When you are hungry and want to grab something to eat herein Chinese Palace try the Orange Chicken its really awesome its my fav! and also if you are looking for a hot merienda and something for sharing try also the beef noodle soup the beef is very tender!!!

This is one of my favorite chinese food place and comfort food here in dubai. The food was very tasty and delicious and staff was also accomodating and you can saw to them that they were happy to serve you as a customer :) they were very welcoming :)

Not the best & taste so original yet satisfactory in taste to fill the stomach.<br/>As fast food it works but typical dine in mood would be a spoiler<br/>Selected 2 types & both have similar taste with an exception of veggies.

Whenever I crave for chinese food, I come here. Especially for orange chicken. Service was good but they always forget to give the sauces. That is my one big complain😅. <br/>1️⃣ Fried Rice: They have reduced the quality of their rice. It is not that good like before. Its always overcooked, oily and tasteless.<br/>2️⃣Supreme Fried Rice: It was better than the regular one only because of shrimps but still lacked some essential flavours.<br/>3️⃣Orange Chicken: The best. It was crispy and tasted the way I like it. <br/>4️⃣Kung Pao Chicken: It wasn't so good and spicy. Acceptable taste.<br/>5️⃣Chicken Manchurian: It was soft but lacked some flavours. <br/>Im still gonna eat from here when I have no option😅

Mercato was their first location where I had tried chinese palace for the very first time and I infact liked it . This time also I thought of ordering for the same dish which was the chicken combo which had chicken Manchurian , cashew chicken , vegetable spring roll and rice . All of them were precooked it was just been heated and served to us . To be very honest , it was such a let down , apart from the springrolls nothing was even ok in taste . The rice was undercooked , the chicken was way too hard . Dissapointed !

I got a sample of the orange chicken, which was just brought out of the kitchen, crispy and fresh. I was so excited. Halfway through eating I realized the new was mixed with the old, and most of my dish was leathery, cold, soggy, and inedible. It should have been thrown out altogether, not mixed in with a fresh fresh. Everything else was fine but too greasy.

The food is ok. Everything is precooked and is readily available. If we compare the price compare to the quality and quantity of the food, it is little over priced.<br/><br/>I would recommend to add the fresh sizzler options but should be priced right!!!

I love it when i am in the mood of a quick, pocket friendly and yummy Chinese food.<br/><br/>I was lucky because the fried rice was just cooked and was sooooo delicious! On the side i ordered sweet and sour chicken and cashew chicken. <br/>The above combo is for 29 only !

Out of all the chinese/Asian resturants, this is most probably my least favorite. The food wasn't hot, it was almost cold. It didn't taste fresh, and the variety wasn't extensive. I prefer Magic Wok and Fujiyama ny time over Chinese Palace. I was very disappointed.<br/><br/>Value for money is similar to any other fast food Chinese resturant.<br/>

One of the guaranteed restaurant for Chinese dishes... Price is a bit high for combo meals... If the price is balanced, then this place is one of the best in town

I tried the smart combo fair enough for 29 aed. Rice is nice, spicy beef is delicious, sweet and sour chicken though was a bit dry but tasty, i only didnt like the spring roll its like dipped in oil and dripping

My go to restaurant when I have to choose at a food court. I enjoy the chicken combo with chicken Manchurian and orange chicken. Its not exactly a healthy option but it sure is super comfort food.

I was in no mood to have burgers or fried chicken pieces, so I opted to go for this. I went for the Smart Combo in which I chose noodles with chili beef and manchurian chicken (spring roll as a complimentary).<br/><br/>The portions are big, and fit to be shared between 2 people. The chili beef was definitely chili; the manchurian chicken, which was gravy based, was a good decision as the other two were dry options.<br/><br/>This place is not in any way a healthier option to burgers or fried chicken, but if I have to compare it to Panda Chinese, Chinese Palace delivers a better overall taste.

Review summary: You get what you pay for.<br/><br/>Decent food for the price. I like their simple concept and their food selection. I also like their chicken corn soup.<br/><br/>Food taste and quality is fair to it’s price and quantity.

The Chinese Palace is a typical food court restaurant. No frills attached. What you see is what you get. I have eaten here several times and always try their different combos. Its good combination of either chicken,  beef, lamb or fish. The food needs to be more heated as sometimes when it comes to you on the plate it is cold.The Manchurian and beef chilly is always flavorful. Portions are good and can be shared with small eaters.I would definitely opt for rice or noodles over deep fried food!

My mum and I love shopping. So do we love our food. After a busy day, I decided to try out the chicken combo that Chinese Palace offered. <br/><br/>The server was very friendly and helped me with my choices. I picked up a chicken schezwan and chilly fish combo. <br/><br/>The fish was anything but amazing. Spicy chili sauce with a hint of coriander. The chicken schezwan was good too. However the noodles and the spring rolls were pretty oily. <br/><br/>This place is in the Festival City Foodcourt and one of the few good options there. The food is nothing but average. However the fish is must have.

Chinese Palace is your typical chinese fast food place in a mall. You wont be impressed with a dish here nor will you be disappointed. It is in between and for that you can try out all their dishes once because they prepare it well. <br/>Working in the festival city area i have had the pleasure of trying out almost all their items.<br/>My favorite in order are the tempenyaki chicken and beef, the seafood selection with the shrimp and fish are good and the curry chicken is also another of my favorite. <br/>You can order their meals with noodles or with rice. I mostly opt for their rice because i feel like its less heavier than the noodles which come because the noodles retain a lot of their oil. You can also have your desired level of spiciness but beware they use fresh green chillies so only if you can take that level of spiciness go for it. <br/>Note the menu above is not being used at the moment so if you consult it before coming to this outlet you will be disappointed as more than half the items on the menu are not present. Chinese Palace in DFC has maybe 15 items at the most off the list.
