Fresh bite convienently located in Karama. Ambience was very nicely done, small but swanky, neat, clean and very nicely maintained. This is perhaps the first outlet in Dubai to offer Shawarma made from Charcoal fire. The Shawarma is loaded onto a Horizontal Drum and rotated automatically to evenly heat the chicken meat over the entire circumference.
Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani served with Raita and Curry. Biryani served with a mixture of gravy made from selected spices to give it a nice texture & Flavor not too spicy on the taste buds.
We also tried their mix non veg platter, it has an assorted chicken and mutton grill, which were all delectable. The Next surprise was Hummus which was better than what we get in Arabic restaurants. Well grounded and very tasty served with Arabic bread.
We ended our session with karak Chai. Though a bit more on the higher side of sweetness but can be excused for taking that liberty as it was very refreshing.

'The place for fresh bites!'
We visited Freshbites restaurant in Karama, Dubai one weekend evening. It serves Indian and Arabic bites, including burgers, salads and a variety of juices, shakes and faloodas. There is seating inside and outside the restaurant too.
Here is a review of what we tasted:
1. Beverages: The Day burst, Cold coffee and Royal and Avocado faloodas were all refreshing and tasty. They were served chilled.
2. Felafel balls: They were crunchy and delicious. Not too oily and served with some hummus on the side.
3. Cheesy fries with jalapeno: This was very good and is a must try!
4. Charcoal shawarma: This was one healthy and tasty shawarma.
The staff is polite. The ambience is very quite good although space is limited inside the restaurant. There is paid car parking outside the restaurant.

The first outlet i have heard in Dubai to offer Shawarma made from Charcoal. The Shawarma Chicken is loaded onto a Horizontal Drum and rotated automatically to heat the chicken meat.
The best Chicken Shawarma we had with a unique flavor added due to the Charcoal fire.
The Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani is served with Raita and Curry. This also is one the best Biryani we had with very soft and tender chicken.
The Avacado Falooda is served with 2 scoops of Ice Cream. Very nicely innovated by them.

Charcoal Shawarma is a must try! I have been searching for charcoal shawarma in UAE for 3+ years. I bought a big one with medium spice for AED 7. They also have a smaller variant of AED 5.

Visiting their store for first time. While passing by, their decoration and those outdoor hanging lights are attractive and soothing. I’d to wait 10 mins to get a table inside. The waiter suggested me to try spicy grilled chicken and special spicy shawarma. Being a spicy food lover, I can promise that you and your friends will not be disappointed. The mango milkshake is a must try! However, the restaurant seemed to be only have four tables inside cause it’s too hot outdoors nowadays. Being a first time customer, I surely will visit again and refer to my family and friends. 💯
Great place for hangout over a quick tea and snacks. Fried snacks are fresh. Paratha rolls are made well too. Cheap eats. Good quick service.

This is one of the best shawarmas I have had in Dubai. Especially their special shawarma. The quantity is good and I think the best part of the restaurant for me is their green chilli chutney which is mouth watering with or without the shawarma.
They serve some good grills as well. Definitely will go back for more.

We were just passing by this shop and our eyes glanced on the shawarma stand. So we started craving for chicken shawarma. We ordered few chicken shawarmas and those were really good. It was good juicy and really very yummy. Hope they keep up with the same taste. Overall a good experience.
I visited so many time here, restaurant is decorated nicely with painted walls & bright lights. They had a small area for outside sitting. I had tried so many dishes like paper charcoal chicken, healthy juices names are By Five & Healthy Relief Arabic Shwarma, zinker chicken club sandwich and onion bhajji.
Foods are good in taste and they are maintaining quality and hygiene .
Now I visiting them regularly for their Zafran tea👍.

Fresh Bites, yet another amazing restaurant to add to karama’s evergrowing list of restaurants.this restaurant has outside seatings too which is preferred area to enjoy your meals in this beautiful weather.Been here on weekend and was amazed by scrumptious food being served here.
To start with we ordered plate shawarma it was so good and tasty and not overdone, spendid taste and their signature chutney was amazing
We also ordered the grill chicken, chicken was well cooked, it was soft well cooked which were freshly prepared and served warm.
Overall loved the food served here,beauty of it is the freshness of the food served here.

Visited the restaurant post-work on a weekday. A very economical restaurant that has some really great flavors and out-of-the-box dishes to try out!
Fresh Bites is located next to the Karama branch of MTR, near Pizza Hut. There is a parking lot right outside the restaurant so parking is not much of a hassle.
The joint is really small and has very minimal seating. It would be advisable to get a takeaway or delivery since the food is prepared super quickly.
For drinks we tried the Lotus shake and Baba Sultan. The lotus shake was actually very nice and worth it for the price. It's great for those of you looking for a quick lotus fix. The Baba Sultan was also very nice and great if you are a fruit juice lover!
For food we ordered the charcoal chicken shawarma. This the the speciality of this restaurant. The chicken or meat for the shawarma is cooked over charcoal. That is the reason the shawarma ends up becoming a bit dry. Albeit is is healthier than your usual shawarma. We also tried the Potato Shake. Yup, you read that right! The potato shake is basically a cup of different layers of fries in different sauces and topped with sausages. It was soooo delicious! Definitely going back for this!

I had been to this restaurant with Riya Srivastva to try out their charcoal chicken shawarma. The charcoal chicken shawarma is a bit dry despite it being accompanied by garlic sauce and a secret sauce of Fresh Bites . Tastewise it was ok . We also ordered a potato shake , which consisted of three layers of potato fries with different sauces topped with sausages. This was yummy indeed 😋 . Also for drinks we ordered a lotus shake and Baba sulthan . The lotus shake was good for the price, and if you like fruits in your shake then Baba sulthan is what you should get , it was pretty good . They also have outdoor seating which is perfect in this weather.
Newly opened restaurant in Karama and its easily one of the best. I've tried various things like the charcoal shawerma, chicken charcoal, club sandwiches, milkshakes and fresh juices over the past couple of weeks and the restaurant has never failed to impress me! Being a regular in karama, I can easily vouch for this restaurant to be the best!

Its the newly opened restaurant in karama. I had tried there mubarak and baba sultan fresh juice which is really good and you guys must try it.
An affordable place to feed your hungry tummy. The charcoal grilled shawarma is heaven on earth. No oil, and the taste is perfect. I love the unique concept and the taste of fries with sausages. 😂 The mixed grilled is a bit dry but i like the taste. Their drinks is one of a kind. Staff and ambiance are also very good. 😊😊😊

The overall dining experience was fantastic, had the opportunity to try Mix grills, Arabic shawarma, Falooda and cocktail emarat.
The presentation of the drinks was also nice. The Arabic shawarma was impressive as the meat was grilled over charcoal, well toasted and is highly recommended.

Fresh bites restaurant is a newly opened hidden gem in Karama. This place is way different from the regular cafeterias you usually come across. They are the first in UAE serving charcoal shawarma, a unique and innovative concept which makes the shawarma healthier in all ways.
We visited this place on a Friday evening to try out their charcoal shawarma and milkshakes.
We ordered some jalapeno cheese fries to start off our meal. The fries were super cheesy and jalapenos were so fresh.
The Arabian charcoal shawarma was grilled before being served which made it crispy and yummy. The shawarma was nice and moist and is a must have for every shawarma lover. The shawarma is served with a green sauce which is really spicy and goes really well with the fries and the shawarma.
Their falafel balls are also really yummy. Crispy falafel not too oily, served with some tasty hummus.
For the drinks we tried their Snickers milkshake which was really delicious. It's one of the best milkshakes we have ever tried. Smooth milkshake, full of flavour with tiny bits of snickers. We also tried their special day burst drink which is a two layered, passion fruit flavoured drink and the layers never mix. Sweet fizzy drink with a lot of mystery.
We ended our meal with a Falooda which was filled with goodness of fruits and nuts and loaded with two big scoops of Ice cream. Can be easily shared between two people.
Their takeaway service is also very good.
Their staff is friendly with customers and food is served real quick. The ambiance is nice, not too crowded. They have spacious indoor and outdoor seating. Ample of parking available opposite the restaurant.

My experience with Fresh Bites was really good!! I had gone there twice.
When I had gone there the first time, I had ordered shawarma plate and avocado juice. Both of these items were really good. Shawarma was extremely good it came along with a spicy chutney that was really really spicy which I loved a lot ! ( for those who love spicy stuff). I loved the avocado juice. It was fresh avocado juice. No artificial flavors or vanilla essence is added.
The second time I gone there, me and my friends ordered charcoal and two avocado juices. The charcoal was good. It was crispy in the outside and tender in the inside.
Overall, it was a good experience. The customer service is also good. The restaurant decor is different. And it’s not too expensive nor too cheap. A must try place!
Good flavor and humble staff. Only tried the chicken spicy shawarma roll and water melon juice the chicken was crisp n right amount of spiciness the watermelon juice was refreshing and thanks to the staff it was flitered and there was no seeds like how most places give it.. menu looks affordable.. but once again another Cafe in karama.
Had visited Fresh Bites restaurant last weekend and had tried mini mixed grill, chicken doughnut and 50X50 juice. Their grills are extremely soft and tender. They are the first store in Karama to introduce charcoal shawarma. The chicken doughnut was crispy on the outside and deliciously tender inside. The 50X50 juice was fresh and tasty. The service and ambiance was very warm and welcoming. Also, it’s a good place to chill and hangout with friends. Shall definitely visit again.

Went there during the weekend and the restaurant seemed to be newly opened. We were very politely welcomed by the waiter. The charcoal Arabic shawarma was recommended by the waiter, we were glad that we tried. It was really good, since it was crispy and filled with tender chicken. I would definitely visit this place again as their CHARCOAL SHAWARMA is something new and special for a shawarma lover like me. Over all the place is good and welcoming and the food is worth the money.

Our go to place for grilled items. Their charcoal chicken is spicy and worth the cost. They have shawarma with spicy sauce and a cheese addon can be added for 1 AED. Two different sizes are available medium and large. Shawarmas are very yummy. But their juices are not so good. Only watery content is provided and not the pulp. It happened for us two times. But overall they provide tasty food at affordable rates.

The Kebabs here are Indian taste and not Authentic Arab taste. The portion is quite less. But the customer service is really good. The people are nice and helping the customers.
