TGIF is a casual restaurant located on the ground floor of Al Ghurair Centre. This is our usual place to dine in whenever we go to Al Ghurair Centre. They have lots of seating options and the staff is very friendly. They were so supportive when we had gone with kids too. They have lots of varieties on their menu so it is good to go with a group Appetizers' portion size is good enough for two people. Main Course portion size is also very good. They have a kids menu as well which we have tried. our kids loved the alfredo pasta. We absolutely love their sweet potato fries which is absolutely delicious! . Located in the Al Ghurair Mall, They are part of the Al Ghurair BoGO app. We went down to order the appetizer. To share or not platter. We get to choose 3 appetizers. We chose the Signature Fridays Sliders, Mozzarella Sticks and Mac N Cheese Bites with Ranch, Bleu Cheese and Sour Cream. The appetizer were crispy, tasty and good enough for two persons. We also ordered the huge glass of Oreo Milkshake. Staff are very friendly and Mr. Wyle the Manager makes sure to attend every table and check on them. Its a big place perfect for huge gatherings. They also have Ladies wednesday which has a Deal for 79 Aed where u can choose a starter, Main and dessert. Lovely time at a lovely hangout

Food was really good specially the BBQ ribs so tender and the Cajun Pasta with shrimp is really amazing but in Mac & cheese i bit quite disappointing. I have been to TGI Fridays last day to try their new menu. I mean it is a huge sin to miss TGI Friday's new menu. TGI Fridays have been recognised as a prominent eatery in the world, and their new menu is nothing less than extraordinary. I have tried Tennesse Chicken Bites (5/5), Twisted Chicken and Cheese pasta (5/5), Mushroom Chicken Mushroom (5/5), Blackberry Margarita Shaker (5/5) and Tripple Berry Smoothie (5/5). Everything served to me was extraordinarily delicious, and Tennesse Chicken Bites literally stole my heart. The staffs were absolutely amazing and friendly. They will guide you through the new menu asking your taste recommendations and suggesting the one that suits your palette. I hereby testify that their new menu is super duper delicious. TGIF – One of a very popular food chains in Dubai. Probably one of the places you get the best of comfort food in very reasonable prices. We were so amazed to see the huge quantity of each dish. The ambiance is American style and very specious. We started with OREO MILKSHAKE it was rich, thick and very creamy shake with whipped cream on top. CHICKEN FAJITA is DIY sort of dish where the filling and sides comes separately and you can make fajitas as per your choice and filling. You can choose side as per your wish, I like the fact that it is very customizable.

We come here often. I love the pasta here; just this particular dish; Cajun Shrimp & alfredo pasta. It is scrumptious!!!! We come her e often just for this dish. I have tried other dishes too & other pasta dishes here but nothing else is as YUM as this one. I have tried one of the cheese burger sandwiches here, but we didnt like it. The service is very good complete with a cheerful song & dance by the staff as a birthday treat for any customer along with a small cake. It is a nice treat to watch them for the other customers as well. They give colouring booklets with crayons for the kids as soon as we are seated. So, the kids get busy. There are lots of drinks to choose from. The staff is jovial, polite & prompt.

My all time favourite in TGIF is the potato twister, too bad when we dined in last night it is not available. I was broken! I told then thats the main reason why I am here however they did explain me very well why. I must say that I really appreciate their reason why it is not serve, the quality of the potato that they received is not that good I really commend them on this. This just show that they really value their customer. GOOD JOB! I tried their nachos hmmm amazing... it is well seasoned and it is spicy but tolerable by those who doesnt want spicy food. Hooray for Tuesday!! Loved their ladies day offer for 79 aed only where you get an appetiser, main and sweet. What else can you ask for! Today, we had nachos and chicken buffalo for starter. Chicken buffalo was a bit salty for me while nachos was so and so. It comes with guacamole and sour cream as well pico de galo in the middle but there’s really nothing special on it. For the main, we had baby back ribs, new york strip loin and their famous cheeseburger. Everything as usual is on point. Juicy, tender, off the bone meat, the sides were all wonderful as well. We had broccoli, fries, mashed potato, spanish rice and corn on cob. We had their passion fruit and strawberry drink which was bomb! Then for dessert, we had strawberry milkshake that has a cheesecake in it and the chocolate one with cookies and marshmallows in it. I’m sorry folks, didn’t have the time to pay attention to all the menu names of what we ordered since baby 😁 but everything was wonderful. Go on Tuesday where they have this offer for ladies, super worth it.

Food is great though i find the potato twister a bit salty than it used to taste before. Hope they don’t overdo it next time ‘coz this is one of their bestsellers. The wicked chicken suprisingly tastes good along with the rice & shredded corn. In all fairness, i liked their salad here. It’s flavorful & not bland at all. The pasta is fine but it could have been better if the serving is generously given. Regarding drinks, i loved it!! Always getting that margarita slush or any of their milkshakes!! The bomb! 👍🏻

I’ve been more often coming to TGIF branches every where me and my friends decided to celebrate the Valentine’s Day in this branch in TGIF Al Rigga we waited for 20 mins to get inside the restaurant the restaurant was too crowded and by the time we seat one of the staff greet us with smile..The food was amazing we ordered our long time favorite baby back ribs and chicken fajita,service was great even though it’s busy still can manage..nice photo booth we enjoy taking pictures, overall it’s was great experience..

Worst service ever!!!!!! Waited for an hour to get our orders take note the one who took our orders is I think a supervisor. I asked my steak to be medium and when it came it was well done. What a shame! The manager or supervisor didn't even approach us to check back the tables. In smoking area they didn't have ashtrays. When we ask the bill we waited 10 to 15 minutes. Another 10 minutes for our change. I don't want to do this but they didn't even bother to solve the complaint inside the store. Never gonna come back again!!

A nice cozy branch of TGIF. Located at the entrance of the main gate of Al ghurair centre. They have some decent menu of Lunch deals. They come wih a choice of Main course, a soup or a salad and a drinks. All these #37 dhs. You can upgrade the meal by exchanging the soup/salad with an appetizer with an addition of 10.50 dhs , from a select menu again. Ambience-4.5/5. American pub type. Interiors-4.5/5. Ditto. Service-5/5. I was served by one Mr. Islam among others. Price-4/5. At par with Peers. Mainly texmex cuisine. Food quality-4/5. Food presentation-4/5. Food quantity-4.5/5. I selected crispy chicken tenders as mains. I will rate it 3.5/5. The tenders per se were good. Crunchy and crispy with fresh chicken meat inside. Four pieces. Medium thick. Taste was okayish. Somehow I felt slight after-ffect of a bitter taste after each bite. For that I am giving half point less. For a main course, it's a bit less in quantity. The appetizers I chose were potato skins- 4.5/5. For me it was a great dish. Dry crunchy- not oily. The potato skins were pretty thick. Loved the crispy skins outside. Just adequate cheese in the inner portion , topped of by some bacon strips. Superbly done. It was accompanied by some super-excellent fresh white cream dip. The green apple slush I chose was very good. 4/5. Large quantity. Overall , quite value for money for a spread in this class of resraurants.

We ordered the lunch trio promotion for our group (soup/salad) + main + drink for AED37. The salad (caeser chicken) and soup (some kind of chowder) were REALLY good. The main dishes were chicken tacos and quesadillas. The quesadillas were good, and were accompanied by salsa, sour cream, and guacamole. The tacos were, sorry to say, not nice at all. There was a terrible bitter coming from the chicken, and we couldn't finish it. We got a green apple slush for the drink. I loved that most of all. Good once or if you need a quick bite, but nothing to write home about.

This restaurant have been known for their Ribs and Steaks. I normally dine in Mall of the Emirates but decided to try this branch because its near my place. Disappointed — not only because it took them a long time to serve the food but because the vegetables that came along with our steak taste like a full jar of salt we had to have it changed. Here are the food that we ordered: Drinks Iced Tea & Strawberry Mojito - I was really wondering when the server gave me the small bottle for my drinks i was thinking that it just a small zip for me but It's not. It's along with the presentation and service to shake the drinks in front of you. The taste was really refreshing as well in the presentation. Starter Southwest Crispy Potato Twister - We are actually about to eat steaks only but the server suggested this starter to us since the steaks will take 25 mins for a well done. The presentation was appetizing and the taste didn't disappoint us. A perfect match preparation for you Main. Main Slider- The burger patty was impressive along with the tasty bread. Not a usual break which you cant taste in burger chains. Steak Jalapeno Shrimp - This is one of my favorite here in TGIF, The shrimp was cook perfectly, not too soft but just tender and perfectly compliment to the vegetables broccoli. The Steak was descent enough as always to satisfy your steak cravings. Service The Staff were all attentive to all your needs. Kudos for the server also who assist us to use Smiles as this is our first time to avail one. Over-all experience was great! We will definitely come back for the next steaks cravings.

Had delivery from here via a food delivery service. Food arrived in a reasonable time and was warm which was fine. Had items from their new inspiring chicken flavours menu or whatever it's called. We ordered the - Garlic ginger chicken, while this dish had zero garlic or ginger flavour the chicken was fried quite well and was moist and tender, the accompanying sauce was ok. Harissa chicken and shrimp, the grilled chicken was not too bad, a little lacking in flavour but at least not dry and completely tasteless, the shrimp was also not stringy or dry, just again lacked any real harissa hit. The side of roasted potatoes had no seasoning whatsoever and just tasted like boiled potatoes. Carolina crispy chicken, this was by far the biggest let down. It's delivered in this flat container which completely squashes the burger, you then open it and have a look underneath the behemoth of a bun to find that chicken is only on 2/3 of it. Then you notice the distinct lack of the pickled vegetables, just a few strands of it, there was however an incredible amount of dill pickles. I ended up removing the chicken from the burger and ate a bit of it in its own, was ok but too dry, accompanying bbq mayo, which thankfully was served on the side helped a little, but overall was a pretty hopeless dish. Guys don't deliver burgers if you squash the crap out of them and don't put in a proper amount of ingredients, oh and reduce the bun size to match the other ingredients. Have a look at the pic and see what they think your getting and what u actually get. Woulda have been a 2.5 but can't rate that anymore.

Have been to TGIF a couple of times. They have yummy nachos, southwest potato twister, quesadillas and their pastas are creamy like they should be. However, this time what really impressed me is that they have a separate vegetarian food menu for all the veg eaters out there. We ordered toastados, creamy alfredo with paneer on top and a shaker which was very refreshing. Ideal for two,friendly staff and good food.

Went there for a dinner with my friend and actually did not liked so much, the food supposed to be spicy as per server he said from 1 to 10 the dish is 7 but i did not feel the spices at all not even the sauce, ordered a margarita drink it looked good but veryyyyy sweet like i was drinking sugar syrup with wild mint.... I'm rating 3 star for Service only.. They where very attentive and i really liked that Ambience 1 star and food 1 star, Not a ace to recommend and definitely not coming back again...

Went to TGIF a few days back. My friend and I both got the lunch deal. Ordered the French onion soup, chicken Caesar salad, chicken tenders, mac&cheese with the green Apple slush. I didn't like the soup much it wasn't what I expected. Salad and the rest of the dishes were great. Servcie is quick and ambience is nice.

It’s Friday the 13th and we are celebrating our second year here in UAE. Of course, there is no other great place to celebrate this but here in a place where it’s always FRIDAY! 😊 So we redeemed a discount voucher in Etisalat Smiles App where in you can get a buy 1 take 1 main course which really saved us a lot. We ordered 2 main course for a price of 1. We ordered Texas Spiced Short Ribs and Beef Bacon Crusted Baby Back Ribs. Along this 2 dishes we can choose 2 sides for each. We had Cheddar Mashed Potato, Crispy Seasoned Fries and 2 Spanish Rice. They also gave us some bread for our appetizer while waiting for our orders. For the beverage, we had bottomless Pepsi and Lemon Iced Tea. Their serving is really big and we take away a lot of left overs that we ate the next day. Price is quite expensive if we don’t have the voucher. But still, it is a good place to have ribs and steaks.

Fridays is very close to my location and mostly a good Choice. The service stuff is always helpful and welcoming. This time we choose some steaks which were very tender and tasteful. The potato skins on the beginning made it to a very nice combination. We should also say thank you to Etisalat smiles :‘)

Landed up at the iconic TGI Fridays location at Al Ghurair center one weekday afternoon. Decided to try their lunch trio and was not disappointed. The food came in adequate portions and was served quite well. Would definitely recommend to try this offer .

Me and my partner dined last night in this branch in Ghurair and we can say this is where we did get the best of service and food quality. We have dined in all the other outlets of TGIF in Dubai and we can say the experience we had in Ghurair was the best so far. Our most disappointing experience was the one in Dubai Mall and the one in Jumeirah. Kudos to Zaldy our waiter and to the rest of the Ghurair team! Keep up the fantastic team work!!

Visited this place with my wife for iftar today. She goes here mainly to have the green apple slush. The food was just ok ok. Not up to the mark, and i also believe they should give complimentary water for iftar.

I loved this place! the menu is so vast has a lot of variations and variety the service was good and the manager made sure that every table was served well and the people were happy with their food. we ordered for chicken mexicali : comes on a sizzler place, spicy tasty chicken breast served on a bed of Spanish rice and melting cheese. Every bite was a bliss! wicked chicken : again chicken breast with spanish rice and cajun sauce for the sides we opted for mac and cheeses without beef and bacon and we werent disspointed with that either. the quantity and the quality were more than expected 2 dishes good for 3 ppl. Overall a Must visit, must try dishes.

This place is amazing for sitting and best for get together for friends. Cuisine is american mexican mix which has menus differing from spicy to tangy flavours. Their staff is very polite, freindly and helpful. A Must visit.

The quality of the food has deteriorated drastically. We ordered a seafood pasta and grilled chicken something with corn on the side. The accompanied rice was soggy and smelly . Even the chicken wasn’t good. The seafood pasta was with mussels and prawns. The taste was just ok. In terms of service, it was pretty laid back and took pretty long to serve. Quite disappointed as I enjoy the food in their other branches.

I've always been a fan of TGI Friday's. What do I recommend here? Appetizers: Onion Rings and Buffalo Wings..Mozzarella Sticks is also good if you're not lactose intolerant Main Dishes: Friday's Cheeseburger, Cajun Shrimp and Chicken Pasta and Fisherman's Platter Desert: Brownie Obsession Well I don't really find anything that's not good in TGI Friday's it would just help to have more vegan options.

This place is my all time favourite TGI al ghurair. Staff are so warm and welcoming. Ordered fisherman's platter and Tennessee chicken it was delicious with complimentary garlic bread.Josh the manager in charge here is always friendly and takes good care of his customers .I have never left this restaurant feeling dissatisfied ever. I visit this restaurant at least 5 times a month and with a manager like Josh one would feel like returning back always.

Fun part of each off is my cheat day😋😋😋 I definitely find it here in your place,such a full pack of food a warmth’s smile of everyone specially Mr Joseph (Manager) I couldn’t hear anything around me while starting to eat it was very tasty and large portions of serving.so many things to share nor alone to enjoy 😉 thanks for the wonderful experience definitely comeback 😋🤗🤗

For the starters we had their SOUTHWEST POTATO TWISTERS. / Aed 39 / Spiral sliced potatoes , topped in sour cream , cheese and some spices. It was nice flavors , with the right amount of cheese flavors and spiciness. For the starters we ordered *CRISPY CHICKEN TENDERS / Aed 58 / The chicken tenders were really juicy and tenders in the side. It was served with Honey Mustard dressing which gave it the amazing mouthwatering taste and with crispy seasoned fries. *TEX MEX MAC & CHEESE PASTA Half portion / Aed 37 / Regular portion / Aed 58 / The pasta also had an amazing taste. The ambience is not so soothing here. The staffs are friendly and really attentive. Decent place for a casual dinner. Not really a fan of this place though. Food was fine. The lady who greeted us at the entrance did not look so welcoming otherwise the rest of the staff was quite friendly. The only good thing about the place is that they have new items on the menu every time you visit. We ordered two dishes: Extreme Buffalo Chicken Tacos which was meant to be spicy but tasted bland. Presentation wise it was okay but looked a little messy since it was loaded with a lot of veggies. Chicken Tinga Torte which was again meant to be a spicy chicken sandwich but was not so spicy and also the bread tasted very dry. We also asked the waiter to make it without avocados but he got them with avocados in it and then we asked to change it immediately. Overall, it was not so pleasant experience. Love love love TGI Fridays! The place is great to hangout and celebrate any occasion at. My definite recommendation: New York Strip - with Tennessee sauce (the medium temperature gives a good taste and texture to the beef and the sauce does all the magic) Cheese Nachos Tex Mex Mac & Cheese Crispy Chicken Tenders I have tried all in all 3 Drinks Strawberry Passion Tea, Lady Lynchburg Shaker and Electric Lemonade and I have to say Electric Lemonade is the best drink served, refreshing taste after such savoury bites!

Its a decent casual dine restaurant. We go there very frequently with the family. The food is okay, the staff is alright too. Overall a good experience every time. They do keep coming with new items on the menu which is extremely refreshing. Will be going back soon!

Everything in this plate was amazing. The ribs especially, spiced ribs was very tender and falls of the bone literally! The sauce was also stunning, it was sweet just perfect for the ribs. The salmon was less appealing to me coz for me it kinda lack seasoning. Same goes with the mash potato and the garlic broccoli. Its screaming for some salt. The shrimp and sauce on top of salmon was superb tho but the salmon itself could use a bit of seasoning. The mini bugers were not outstanding. Tacos were too salty, didn’t try the chicken wings.

Dubai Culinary

Last Wednesday , we went to TGI fridays in Al Ghurair city for dinner and tried some of their new menu items, the restaurant was almost empty ,we chose the outdoor seating. We ordered Chicken lava sandwich and Philly steak wrap ( both served with fries ) , the chicken was tender , juicy but the wrap was a bit oily. The service is prompt , staff is friendly. I would recommended it for a weekday quick dinner.
