Good 4/5
Ambience 4/5
Service 3/5
It's a nice place with free parking outside.its famous for grills. I tried their grill platter with 4 different varieties of chicken. Malai chicken, chicken wings, saffron chicken and Tikka. The platter was good enough for 3 persons served with bread. The fresh orange juice was refreshing.
A good place to try out with family.
This is the favourite place for my friend whenever he craves for Iranian Cuisine.
The restaurant is clean with enough comfortable seatings. There are separate closed cabins if one wishes to have privacy. The food is served on time once ordered but the servers need to improve their dealing with customers.
We ordered Kabab Sultani and Tikka yogurt marinated with rice. The grills were juicy and perfectly made. We chose 2 different types of rice (Safron Rice and Baqela Polao) both were soft and fluffy. Enjoyed our meal very well. They serve a complementary soup. Its filling and tasty.
We finished the meal with a cup of fresh solaimani tea.
A good choice for Iranian Cuisine.
I have never dined in over there; instead, we have had their food delivered at home. Their mixed grill is really amazing with the various types of rice that they have and serve.
And by the way, they have wonderful Aush (idk if i spelt it right) 🙂👍
The restaurant has a great and wonderful management service, you can just feel it by the staff and the service that the restaurant offers , it recommend
Nice and tasty food . Ordered chelo kabab koobideh and it was very tasty. But the order took 2 hours to be delivered. However taste was nice
Kish seems to be small restaurant with the best hospitality, friendly and attentive staff all the time around you to serve best. Price is good. Their complimentary Mushroom cream soup was really yummy... we ordered kabab with rice, Rice was so aromatic... meat was juicy too. looking forward to visiting Kish again...
"One of the first persian restaurant that I have fancied going to in Dubai. Initially I loved the flavours here but I think that has started go down with time. The meat is still tender and juicy, the chicken is still cooked well but it just lacks a lot of flavour in my opinion. I think they need to get back on track to hold their loyal customers such as myself.
Ambience: This place is a comfortable seating and nice atmosphere. A nice family kind of place.
Service: The service was quick - the staff is friendly as well.
Food: The food here is more or less average. It is tasty but does not really stand out. Still a good eat out spot.
Location: The location was easy to find. Parking is plentiful in this area as well.
Recommendations: It is a nice place to go to once in a while. I have visited a few times and don’t see a reason to not go again.
Follow my insta page @talkthetaste for ratings on their dishes!"
One of the few Iranian restaurant in al qusais... was there with family food was good.. service was good... value for money for sure... will be going there again for sure
Wow Amazing awesome fantabulous superb excellent food. Wow Amazing awesome fantabulous superb excellent staff. Wow Amazing awesome fantabulous superb excellent service
Kish is a Persian-Iranian restaurant with three branches in Dubai; Garhoud, al-Warqa, and this one in Qusais. The interior of the restaurant is simplistic, functional rather than pretty. As with many eateries in the Qusais area, there are partitioned cubicles for women and families, in addition to the common dining area. The Kish menu is dominated by kebabs, many of which I have tried and liked. The starter section is disappointing, comprising mainly of non-Iranian dishes such as Hummus, Mutabal, Tabbouleh, Fattoush and French Fries; the Mast-o Khiyar (cucumber raita) however, is beautifully tangy and welcomingly cooling in these hot summer months.
Kish has a decent selection of Rice and Seafood dishes as well Khoreshes (stews) on its menu. I’ve tried their Khoresh Bamiyeh (Okra Stew) but was not impressed, too bland. Stick to their kebabs but note, this is not a South Iranian restaurant so their Tikka Masti will not be the same as Ostadi or Al-Fareej. Instead of Masti try their Koobideh or Joojeh, or their Mixed Grill which includes both. Iranians are masters of frying fish. Try whatever is freshest…the Iranian way…with rice. Service is friendly and fast. Worth a visit.
Waste NOT. Want NOT.
A small but a nice place to have Arabic food ! Ordered a mixed grill platter , and everything was juicy and well cooked . The khuboos was a bit dry and burnt , but over all the food was good . Loved the kebabs in particular.
All I can tell is verrrry good food specially I am away from home when I taste there food wooow! Super love it I felt like I'm home.I want to go back there again next week.
Went to this place while I was passing by and really craved some Iranian food.
And let me tell you the food was way better than I expected it to be.
They welcome you with fresh bread and some soup, and the menu is very pocket friendly ! Compare to when you get , definitely worth it !!!
Authentic iranian food
Try the eggplant and meat 'saloona' (curry)
Great with rice or bread
The kebabs are good too.
Haven't dined in at this place but always ordered a takeaway sandwich delivered to my place of work. I can't compare it with other Irani joints as I don't have enough experience in having Irani food as such, but I would highly recommend their lamb / chicken rolls. I order from this place atleast twice a month and love their rolls, which they call sandwich. Almost as long as a foot long sandwich, you choose your type of meat; my personal favorite being lamb. 2 sandwiches should be enough for an average person.
The one time I did visit this place personally, I found it nice and cozy with ambient lighting and family cubicles, covered with a curtain. I also had their cream puffs, dessert, the last time I was there and it was pretty good I must say.
I will try and dine-in the next time to evaluate the place further; it's already aroused my curiosity regarding Iranian food!
Having Kebabs on a menu is a big deal. Many restaurants fail at Kebabs but many win. Kish Restaurant is my go-to mutton Kebab place because they just know how to get it done... right.
Ambiance: They have private cabins and the usual table, chairs. The ambiance is very cozy and comforting. Not too rushed. I liked it.
Food:
We ordered their signature Mutton Kebab along with Chicken Yogurt Tikka. Ofcourse there was hummous and bread.
Mutton Kebabs: You have to try this. FOrget everything you ever knew about Kebabs. The meat is super soft, extremely delicious and just makes you wanna gobble down every last strip.
Chicken Yougurt Tikka: Not as soft as the Mutton, however the meat had absorbed all flavours despite being slightly burnt at the edges. I think this worked very well as far as its flavours were concerned. I am sure to order this one again.
We were also served a Barley soup. Very thick, tastes really good. Don't finish the whole thing, it will fill you up.
Plus:
Delicious Mutton Kebabs. Beats all mutton Kebabs I have tried till date.
Minus:
Nothing really.
Ok food.. To far but nice ambience like the privacy of the little cabins.. And the cleanliness of the cutlery, it comes in these little paper pouches..which is really old school and I for one love it!!
