يبدأ العمل مبكراً الساعة الثامنة صباحاً. و هذا مفيد لهذا الفرع الذي يواجه باب محطة مترو برجمان مباشرة، و هي محطة نشطة يرتادها المتعاملين المبكرون في طريقهم إلى مع القنصليات المجاورة. لكن لا يوجد مخرج من المقهى إلى المحطة. يوفر إفطار طازج بسيط، و مخبوزات و حلويات. سلسلة مقاهي تيم هورتنز الكندية في دبي في رأيي تركّز على جودة المعروضات و الوجبات الطازجة المطهية في الفرع نفسه، أكثر من المظهر أو المكان.. أحب مذاق القهوة فيه أكثر من سلاسل المقاهي الشهيرة الأخرى لأنها أقل حدة و مرارة و تحميصاً. Work starts early at eight in the morning. This is useful for this branch, which is directly facing the door of the the busy Burjuman metro stationtation, frequently visited by many early birds on the way to the neighboring consulates. But there is no exit from the cafe to the station. It offers a simple fresh breakfast, baked goods and desserts. The Canadian chain of Tim Hortons cafes in Dubai, in my opinion, focuses more on the quality of the products and the fresh meals cooked in the branch itself, more than the appearance or the place.. I like the taste of its coffee more than other popular coffee shop chains because it is less intense, bitter and roasted.

I’m not a fan of their iced coffees (the ice makes it way too watery at the end) but their warm french vanilla is the best thing ever 😍 I really like their maple dip donuts 🍩, I wish they made Tim bits that flavour too 🤤 They have decent sandwiches, their Tuscan chicken one is nice 👍🏼 They have a lot of offers so make sure to use them :) (entertainer)

The Mumbai Bhajji sandwhich is an offense to any Vegetarian, frankly. There is no spiced potato in the sandwhich like it should have. There is a warm stale leaf of lettuce for no apparent reason. Melted cheddar & tomato slices try their best to salvage this but in vain. Kindly reconsider the contents of the sandwhich or then rename it as it is an insult to a typical Mumbai Sandwhich.

Love the French Vanilla coffee from Tim Hortons. It is so light, so tasty and amazing. It is also reasonable. Love the Egg buns we had once for Breakfast which were cheap and so so good. Super soft buns.

A BOGO product..which says BUY 1 GET 1 FREE..so I did buy one but did not receive the free one..after the CS Help...they said you need to Buy 2 to get the BOGO Free...THAT IS SO MISLEADING INFORMATION!..and they said i need to order back again for that one more drink to get it...so it would cost another delivery charge and more time to wait...they Did offer the free coffee after the complain..but I need to pick it up myself in the Store. This post is for all the hot chocolate and non-coffee lovers out there, like me 🙋🏻 This is the Frozen Hot Chocolate which I've recently been loving ☕️❤️ It's basically a chocolate drink which is cold. So it's like, hot chocolate but cold (I hope that makes sense lol 😂) I've had this thrice in the past week and I'm in love. I go for the small size one! Oh and the best part about this is that --> this thing has the drink more than ice 🙄 Usually if you order any cold drink, it's half filled with ice. But luckily this is not. This Frozen Hot Chocolate costs 18/- for the small size and it's totally worth it. Y'all should definitely try this out. 👅😻

Visited the branch 10minutes back.. was very rather extremely disappointed with the measures taken for hygiene, the servers are protecting themselves with masks but dont wear gloves while preparing coffee or food.. in this time when we all aware of hygine measures, precautionary measures , how can they be so careless by touching glasses with bare hands inside out and serving cold lattes in those?? If there was anyway i could complain on this negligence i would ..keeping in mind of present circumstances, safety measures in cafes and restaurants are must .. surely not goin back here ..

Once I ordered a chicken wrap with potato wedges and they were served.. cold. this has traumatized me from stepping foot in any Tim Horton's ever again. But earlier I decided to give it another go and went back to the same branch i went to before with the cold potato incident and ordered donuts and I saw a fly having a blast on one of their smarties flavoured donut....HUGE MISTAKE. Mind you the guy at the cashier was also a bit rude. 👎🏼Tim Horton's french vanilla latte will always have a special place in my heart but i will never dare go back to this branch.

The place is crowded but couches / sofas are comfortable to sit on ; offers free wifi and some outlets are open 24/7. Cost of coffees and food are a bit lower than other coffee shops. i highly recommend their Turkey sandwich, cookies, french vanilla and iced cappuccino. The hot chocolate also is quite good.

My 1st time to buy in tim hortons...the cashier named AYMAN (in burjuman)..was very un polite... i bought a dozen of doughnuts then when im about to pay he said “34!!!” Sounds like i owe him... well at least say 34 dhs please. Then when he return my card and gave my receipt he did say any thing. Well my husband said to him “your customer service is not good.” The AYMAN (cashier) replied to us “ WHO ME?” then my husband said yes you. Worst ever customer service. Staff with heavy attitude. Even if we check for some offers, they don’t care. Maybe it’s a busy store, so they don’t have to satisfy all customers. Great place to hangout and have coffee. Perfectly located at the mall entrance right off Burjuman Metro exit 3. So you can have coffee and sweets before or after shopping. Overly crowded at night which means people love what they're serving. I always go for the classic Americano paired with a donut. We are always on the lookout for their 2for1 offers! Great flavors, great value for money, and great coffee!

I really love their French vanilla. This time when Id gone to this place, i tried their lotus infused French vanilla. Its absolutely heavenly for everyone who loves rich creamy flavour of lotus. Cold coffee is my all time favorite and there are very few brands that keeps up my expectation in which Tim horrtons is one of them. The caramel latte I ordered had the perfect combination of sweetness and coffee. Good location. Very near to the metro. Was very disappointed with Claudine cause she was so rude. Was asking for an extra cup and she turn her back on me and answer in a mean gesture saying it’s not allowed. We are a regular customer here. But her behaviour was not nice. I always get americano's at tim hortons and this time i got myself a complimentary donut for reviewing the service of the staff at the location by going to the link in the bill. The donuts here are unique and yum but also a little more expensive than dd or krispy kreme. I got addicted during the citibank offer days but now that the offer is gone, i still come here but hope they bring the card offer back.

This guy at the cash counter taking orders is the most rude person I have come accross in any coffee shop his name is Sarfaraz.. he is rude, unprofessional and arrogant... after around thousands of coffees in Tim Hortons this is my first worst experience.. I frequently visit Tim Hortons whenever I visit Burjuman Mall. My all time favourite is the French Vanilla, Tuscan Chicken Sandwich, and the chocolate cake. The outlet has very limited seating inside and there are quite a few tables outside. The staff here are very quick at taking and preparing the orders.

FROZEN/HOT French Vanilla Lattes are the best. The maple pecan Danish and triple chocolate (warmed) are great. The jalapeño cheese bagels are da bomb. But everything else just sucks. The English toffee used to be phenomenal too, but it was discontinued.
