I ordered aloo paratha exactly at 9.40. I am intentionally mentioning time here because dats what m disappointed bout. Even after 1 hr i didn't receive order. I called at 10.40 ge said its yet to dispatched as delivery boy was out. And added he is jus leaving with delivery. I said ok n waited for my order. It arrived at 11.20. Can u imagine it took 1 n half hr for single aloo paratha. Dat was really annoying.

I placed an order through Zomato, 3 items. The delivery gives me a miss call, 25 mins late from the time it was supposed to be delivered, I let that slide. I called him back and he starts barking at me on the phone, “where are you, I am ringing....” I said no one rang the bell, he gives me the security of the building to speak to, who says “he has come to the wrong building”. (The first time in 3 years someone has gone to wrong building). After he comes to the correct location he calls me and barks through the phone “you come now down”. I wend down and he attacks me in a hostile way, and starts to argue with me out nowhere, he says “why you send me there, you put location there” and shouting at me. How is it my fault when you were supposed to check the location properly when it clearly mentions on the bill. He was still barking at me that I wanted him to take the food back. After I went to the room, opened the bag to find that the juice is spilled and the curries oil is all over the bag. I didn’t want to write this kind a review for a small company, but this is an Insane treatment and therefore will never order from this restaurant. Hope you guys don’t need to get this kind of service, save yourself!

They used to have good food and service but now sadly it has become terrible. About 2 hours to deliver last order of just 4 items. Don't think will be ordering from them again anytime soon. Too many better options available, i suggest you find another one or order lunch at breakfast time to get delivery for lunch 😀

Worst food I ever had and spoiled my weekend, delivered after 1.5 hrs that to delivery person was at different location, in Chinese thali they didn't have starter so replaced 2 times with noodles. After tasting also the dry item I didn't understand what it was. Felt like onion pakoda they added sauces to show like chilly vegetables. Fresh lime mint water was of no taste only 1 glass of water

First when I came to Dubai this was the place from where I got the mess facility for 1 month. Their quantity is good but the taste of the food is nt upto the mark moreover the vegetables and roti are not good n repeatation is more. Also when they participate in zamato offer they increase the price of the food cos of which u will pay the more then actual price. When it comes to quality , delicious vegetarian food with reasonable pricing , this place stands out in international city . We had jaipuria Dal -baati and regular thali combo . We did a pick up our order and it was ready within 15 mins , super impressive . Dal baati combo was served with daal +2 pieces of baati, garlic chutney and pickle and was lipsmacking delicious however baati should have been slightly softer as it was pretty hard . Vegetarian thali combo had sabzi, dal, rotis, papad and rice , and was delicious . Both were priced at Aed 16, the quantity was good , the taste was great

I am a fan of both Rajma & Bhindi, so if these items are not cooked to perfection, i get seriously pissed. well, this time i am not as the Kurkure bhindi was as kurkure as promised... wow... it was kurkure even after around 45 mins since it arrived. LOVED IT !!!!! The rajma was good too, and tasted awesome with the white rice, i would have preferred a little less salt in the rajma though. but overall exprience was great.

So the only things I tried are their daal Makhni and kurkuri bhindi. The bhindi was amazing it was super crispy, and it remained crispy for a very long time. The serving was enough for three people, it is s great appetizer. The daal was also delicious it could have a little more spices but was still very good.

The deliver time was pathetic. An hour late than the stipulated time. Ordered at 3pm, received lunch at 5pm, they kept telling its coming and on the way and eventually they stopped answering. Highly unprofessional staff. They ruined my sat afternoon. Keep away unless you want to suffer!

I'd like to give them 3.5 but no option. Chinese thali was very nice and I highly recommend it. Veg thali was little disappointing. Not very nice. Veg noodles were good as well. Though portions are decent size for all the food items I would have loved to have better Desi food quality which was lacking. I was also disappointed that after placing the order they called and said that they don't have Rajasthani Churma available and sent 2 gulab jamuns (very average). All is all they are good. Food was delivered on time and was hot when it reached us. I probably order the Chinese thali again but not the Desi one.

Our regular place to order from while at work. Vegetarian restaurant. Limited breakfast items. Usually order the onion koki and poha which are tasty. Tried the chinese combo as well which was surprisingly good. Noodles with veg manchurian. They have discounts mostly when you order through zomato.

Worst delivery. When you get late to deliver its perfectly fine but when u start lieing by saying 5min-5min thn things gets irritating. I ordered food, it got late, I waited almost 45 to 50min still it didn't came. I had to rush for a meeting so ultimately I had to cancel the order. Decent restaurant: *What I liked the most about tiffinwala is delivery time, it was fast! 5/5 for delivery service. *Food is also good in taste,tried several items: Dal makhani: 4/5 Samosa snack: 3.5/5 Thali: 3.5/5 One time they disappointed me with the thali packaging, it was all messy. I avoided that as exceptions are always there, but considering the other days, packaging have always been good, so not reviewing on one day experience basis.

1. The food delivery was late by about 20 minutes. However, the food delivered was hot. 2. Ordered items as follows: Aloo Green Chilli Pakoda - More oily than usual deep fried stuff Dahi Ki Salted Lassi - Got it wrong and delivered me Sweet Lassi instead. I do not prefer my lassi to be sweet on any given day and that lassi was all wasted (money I paid for it wasted) 3. Pav Bhaji - Decent bhaji (the portion maybe small for some people) and the pav was grilled on one side only 4. Sindhi pulao - Decent taste and quantity The food was packed well enough! Doubt if I would order again. Late delivery is still bearable but late delivery + wrong order is a no no for me.

If you have ordered enough from a place like international city you learn that almost everyone here is for quantity and not qualty, the restaurants in the area caters to mass instead of class which makes more sense in a business, so moving to the food category, i ordered a Regular Thali and a collection of coke (to make the min order). The thali as expexted was suffice to fill your bowl but not your buds but the affordability factor is solely driving you to try it more and more.

Had a very bad experience last night. I have placed my through Zomato at 9:00 and sent a follow at 10 to check the status and the Zomato Representative replied saying bare for 5-10mjn as your order is dispatched. After 15min I sent one follow up msg and they were like restaurant is not responding to our calls and asked me to wait for 5-10min as you reach the order and they try to contact the restaurant again. So I have to wait for some more time by the time it was already 10:30. After sometime I had to send a follow msg again to check what’s happening and they turn up saying regret for unresponsive behavior or restaurant. I was way to hungry and can’t wait long so I asked them what’s the procedure to cancel the order and get my money back as I have paid through card and as soon I type I received a msg stating that restaurant has declined your order. Then msged Zomato to confirm whether the order has cancelled? And they it is cancelled by restaurant. Then I called restaurant directly and asked him you accept the order and after 1hr 40min you realize that you cannot make it and you cancel the order and he was like may be it’s on the way, he has no idea that the order has cancelled or declined and when I asked him did you receive a call from Zomato he said no. And after confirming from their delivery guys he is like order has never placed in kitchen and who declined it he don’t know. Finally I had to go out and look for restaurant at 11 in night. Such a negligence from whom? that is the question Restaurant really took my order or they just played? Has the Zomato Representative called restaurant as the restaurant guy claims he has not received any? And who declined the order as both claim it is done by other party? Though their food tastes good which made me order from them but last night was disappointment which ended up with no food.

The channa bhatura was not just one bhatura and chana, but two. The funny part was they were offering more bhaturas at 4 AED each. I am not sure, how one could have three bravuras for a single meal. Make sense if shared by one or two friends. Tasted really good and one may end of eating all those and immediately regretting the over eating part.

Best home made food I’ve had in Dubai... it’s just so homely, gives you the warmth of mother’s hand cooked food when you are homesick! Love the Mini thali, enough quantity for one person. The rajma and bhindi are my personal favourites. Must try once! 👍🏼
