Let me start with the service. I normally miss out talking about the service in my reviews. But here is a different story.
I hosted a farewell party for a friend a day before they leave and the party wasnt planned at all. Thanks to Mina who has been so helpful and made our planning easy.
Now to the food:
The buffet was overflowing type. We were served dishes suitable to half arabic half pinoy family. From my favorite watermelon and feta cheese then steak, pasta and samosas to desserts the selections were the best at a very affordable price. Aed55 per person.

Food was nice and place is family friendly. The staff is extremely friendly and service is amazing. We were vegetarian and Mr Baljit made sure we were well taken care of. He even added some extra dishes for us to accommodate our dietary requirements. Will visit again!
Staff, ambience, food quality all deserve a big 5 ⭐️. I was staying in the hotel and used their Cafe for my breakfast. Food quality was really good and they had some indian food items on their menu as well (definitely scored a point).
we went for a birthday party of my friend ,which was conducted in half portion of gallery cafe,the food was pretty good and tasty, tried the marinated fish fry and chicken kebabs for the starters,there was hakka noodles and mixed fried rice for main course,the chicken leg curry was also yummy ,there is live kitchen station , for desert ice lollies was a rare item the kids loved them,teh gulab jamun and other cake desserts were good

Being a star hotel 🌟the ambience is good and the staff and the waiters were really polite 👨🏻🍳and quick serving everyone I have met has been really nice from the front desk to the cleaner to the cook and everyone else in between
A wide spread of global cuisine, 🍲there’s a variety for everyone. The buffet is always changing it to up everyday 🔄to something different. It has good number of options!
They have live counter 🍳for some of the items you just have to place the order and it will be delivered at your table
And my favourite is pastries 🥞🥐and pudding 🍮
It’s worth a visit to enjoy the decor and relish the food 🍞
We had iftar buffet. Nice place. Good ambience.. Well attentive staff .. The buffet was rich, Ramadan drinks...pepsi fridge. Coffee machines around you. And well sorted buffet..sweets section was not perfect but accpeted...nice place

I got an invitation for the Iftar Preview at Gallery Cafe, Hyatt Place Al Rigga. A special thanks to Mrinaliny Mitra, Marketing Communications Manager for the invite. It was a fun-filled event with delicious food especially concentrating on Arabic Cuisine. The ambiance is perfect and the location of the hotel is easily accessible.

I have gone to try out their new iftar buffet for 2018 and I was pleasantly surprised by the huge spread of buffet. The highlight of the night has to be the dessert table which had at least 50 different types of dessert and fruit selection and no I'm not even exaggerating. It was beyond good and I was overwhelmed with the quality they delivered for the variety of the dessert selections.
They had a live bbq station where you can choose your meat/fish/chicken and have it grilled fresh for you and served right then and there. Having iftar in mind, the selection was of Arabic/Middle Eastern cuisine with a few mix of items as well, so there's a little something for everyone including a daily special. I absolutely loved their harira soup, one of the best I had. Also, the lamb orzo was really good. The ambiance is hotel chic with light Ramadan decor and the staff were really friendly. However, a little disappointed with the selection of appetizers hence a 4.5
All that for such a reasonable price, it's a must visit!

Recently invited to this place for Iftar preview and OMG can we talk about the the deserts? since its the first thing you see as you enter! wide variety of yummy deserts, from red velvet to trimasu they have every thing. the food is international with Moroccan touch, the grilled fish was defiantly they star of buffet.

Recently Hyatt Place have become best place for Desserts. One should stop and drop by to Hyatt Place Al Rigga to try some awesome and creative Desserts at the Cafe and All Day dinning restaurant. This is the collection they had for the Valentine's. So awesome and delicious cakes and desserts. Souffle, Moose, pastries.... So so yummy... Ordered as a take away too.

The Gallery Cafe is one of the nicer dining options in Al Rigga. Located in Hyatt Place, the food lives up to the standard you would expect from Hyatt. In fact, I would say the food is somewhere between a 4-5* hotel’s quality. As Iftar is one of the most important meals in the UAE, The Gallery Cafe spare no expense and brings us an impressive spread of items that covers a great deal of traditional arabic cuisines, along with a few extra cuisine from India, steaks, and other goodies.

My review of Gallery Cafe – when you see the name, you would think it is just a small cafe serving small meals, but this place was actually huge! I had the pleasure of attending the Iftar buffet and I would have to say that the selection here will not disappoint you. There are many items to enjoy and the flavours were all there.
I had an amazing time enjoying these items from the buffet: cold mezze dishes, vegetable fatayer, harira, malai kofta, gratinated potatoes, penne Alfredo without the meat, and the massive dessert options.
I could only enjoy the vegetarian and seafood items, but it was nice for the chef to be able to prepare some fish and shrimp for me on the side. There was a raw meat station that I could not enjoy but it is great for those who love meat where you are able to have it cooked on the spot for you.
What I ate minus the sausages (it was for looks for the pic)
Every dish that I had was full of flavour, and was cooked evenly and perfectly. I thought that the fish stood out the most for me from the buffet. It was seasoned nicely and it was pan fried with the skin being extra crispy.
My favourite part of the dinner was the dessert obviously, as I loved how there was an even ratio between Arabic and Western dessert to choose from. Finally, I was so happy to see lychee fruit in the buffet, as I haven’t come across them yet for my past iftar experiences.
This restaurant deserves a rating of 4/5.

The service that I received here was a little slow, as I believe I only saw a couple of servers around. The dirty and finished plates were lingering on the table for a while, I had to motion for the server to come and take it away.
The ambience of this restaurant is modern and is decorated nicely. The restaurant is large with many tables around. Located in the Hyatt Place hotel in Al Rigga, the place here really stands out on this road.
Visited this great cafe and restaurant for their Iftar special which costs 99/- per head. With some great variety of Indian, Mediterranean and Italian dishes, it's a place to break your fast!
Their starters were great. It consisted of a variety of breads, hummus, tabbouleh, olives, pickles, chicken salad, etc.
A variety of drinks were available like Laban, Assorted Juices, Rose Milk, etc.
A live station was also present with beef, chicken, fish and sausages in place.
The main course was limited, however, it was good. Though I wished there was more variety there. Meat Lasagna was the best.
The dessert section was impressive with more than 20 types of varied desserts. From donuts, to cheesecake, tiramisu to Indian sweets, and some great authentic freshly made Arabic sweets, this was the best way to end the meal.
Great ambiance and staff, it's a place to try out.
Let's say you have given yourself 75 to get pampered, and find yourself at the start of Rigga, not far from the best Syrian sweet shop Al Shamal in town. This could be your fancy day out, at the buffet counter of GC: feasting on lamb chops, sipping TWG tea as many variants as you want, then giving yourself the benefit of a neat selection of desserts of which particularly popular Indian gulab jamun and rasmalai stands out, then offering yourself unlimited supply of well brewed coffee from a new age coffee machine. What else could you want? Well, there's plenty more, all of which is bonus.
Decided to come here for the '' BBQ By The Pool ". Scenes are pretty fabulous. Quiet environment which was not at all crowded and enough cozy seats and tables. The pool was really good looking and i regret not taking my swim wear!
Anyway, there were a few drinks offered at the bar, which were non alcoholic. I tried all the drinks and the ones that i loved was the Masala Coke. Cold Coffee and the Virgin Sunriser were pretty good too. The Kiwi Cooler was tasteless and the Apple Mojito was alright.
For the BBQ the only selections were the Shrimps, Lamb Chops, Fish Fillet, Beef Patties, Beef Steaks, Sausages and Grilled Chicken. Loved the Ships and the Lamb chops!
There weren't a lot of desserts, but the ones served was good enough.
The price is 95 and it is worth it and i would suggest it! This ends 31st December 2015!

Visited this place for the event BBQ by the pool happening every Friday until 31st December. The event is held on the first floor beside the pool, where they also provide unlimited soft drinks and mocktails. The food variety is quite limited with a few options of salads and desserts. Under the BBQ section, which is the best among all - Shrimps, Lamb Chops, Beef Steaks, Beef Patties, Fish Fillets, Sausages and Grilled Chicken are provided, tried everything and loved the Shrimps and the Lamb Chops, the Fish Fillet was soft and quite delicious, however the rest seemed to be way too oily, which kind of ruined the taste. Among the Mocktails and soft drinks, Kiwi Cooler was tasteless and just felt like one was drinking ice. Masala Coke was delicious with the added chaat masala, Apple Mojito had very less flavors, while the Cold Coffee sort of made up for the lack of variety in the Desserts. Pricing is about AED 95 per person, only the bbq section is worth it, rest are okay.

The BBQ was very delicious , all kinds of drinks were served , the outdoor seating was very nice as well .
