Whether it's a weekday or a weekend, exit is a great place to chill out with friends.
The best part is you can order food from any restaurant of your choice as they serve only milkshakes, softdrinks and juices.
The ambience is relaxing with huge cushioned arm chairs and high ceilings not giving it a very congested feel. Afternoon its usually empty and cozy and can get really noisy in the evenings.
Their milkshakes are just amazing! Served in a generous glass and topped with a big scoop of icecream. This is a real steal for AED 18.
The Karak tea is also very good.
Coffee is great topped with chocolate powder.
Highlight - They have a huge projector which they use to broadcast cricket and football matches. So you can enjoy a good game with your friends and great sheesha.
One more amazing promotion, they have free Shisha for girls provided you order a drink along with it.
Pricing : Very Reasonable
Ambience : Relaxing and spacious
Presentation : Good.
Arrangements/ Service : Service they can improve in as you have to keep calling out to them to change the coal.
Quality and quantity : Quantity as well as the quality is just too good for the price they charge.
Sheeshas in the range of 20-38 dirham is a fairly good deal. Its a more youth oriented place and you can opt for some beverages both hot and cold in the range of 8-18 dirham. The downside is that they don’t serve food, but allow outside food.
One of the best chilling spot with friends on weekend. They are having a wide range of sheesha flavours over here. You can play cards or board games or even watch any cricket or football match over here. You can even order food from the outside as they even allow that!

Had been to this place for a sheesha. The sheeshas are cheap and taste decent too. The place has a very house/ family restaurant type feel - doesn't seem like a place to chill with friends. But apart from that everything was pretty decent. There were groups getting outside food from McDonalds and stuff - which wasn't discouraged by the staff. The staff is friendly and the service was good too.
Good service , good ambience , one of the best sheesha centers around. The drinks are a wee bit on the pricey side , but the time spend over there make it worthwhile. One more thing it's a bit cold inside , which makes summers feel like winter's and the best part being we can order any food from out and have food inside . I love that service.

This is a cool place to chill out with friends over sheesha, some nice shakes and games. The ambience is chilled out and the service is reasonably quick. A pleasurable visit.

If you are a regular at Oud Metha street for sheesha and haven't been to Exit yet, you are lying!
Any hour of the day and any day of the week, Exit is the easiest choice when you want to save on some bucks and smoke some quick sheesha.
While the prices are cheap, you may be disappointed in some other ways! The place is always too crowded and super cold at most times, especially in the evenings. Since it is a closed place, the ventilation is a huge concern. I always end up coughing or returning with a headache if I have to sit for more than an hour.
If you happen to be OK and get used to the smoke, you will have a good time with friends playing cards or chess or ludo or other table games.
Exit doesn't have food items on their menu but you always have the option of ordering from any restaurant of your liking. The star factor of Exit that it serves free sheesha to the ladies all day every day if you order a drink along with it, and it can be anything ranging from AED 8/- to AED 32/- like a soft drink or a milkshake or a fruit juice.
My Favorites: 1) I absolutely love their Chocolate Milkshake! It's a huge glass made of thick consistency with an amazing dose of ice-cream & cocoa syrup on top.
2) My usual order to beat the summer and afternoon heat is the Masala 7-Up! I can't get enough of this simple but refreshing drink. Basically, it is 7-Up, a slice of lemon and some mint leaves mixed with a good dash of black salt.
Yes, Exit also has too many TV screens for the sports fanatics.
I like to come to Exit only when I am low on monthly budget and some of the weekend afternoons to enjoy the sun-rays inside the cafe.
Spacious place. My friend enjoyed her sheesha was very pleasing. Ordered a fresh watermelon juice and indeed it was fresh. Games like cards, ludo, snake and ladder are available. Good place to chill.
After hearing about Exit cafe for years, I finally went last night and thankfully I was not disappointed. The place was crowded; understandable for a Thursday night. We ordered 3 sheeshas: Paan Kiwi, Grape Mint and Strawberry Mint; all of which were great. 2 out of those 3 were free for us girls which was an amazing deal.
We ordered karak chai, cold coffee and chocolate milkshake. The best part is that we can order food from outside while we sit and have sheesha.
The ambience was fine, well lit and a little noisy but not noticeable when you're having fun playing games! Staff were attentive in little bursts but atleast they do come immediately to come take your order instead of us having to wave them down. Once all the orders/formalities are done, you basically only have to call them to change the coal.
Would definitely come here again!
A good place to enjoy sheesha with your lady friends as the place offers free sheesha for women. Zanjabeel tea is a must try if you visit the place. rates are reasonable and you can bring your own food from some other place. they also offer free wifi.
My all time fav place friendly staff and amazing atmosphere and the best part for ladies sheesha is free and they have nice coffee tooo......
It's a nice place to chill and have sheesha with friends over a game of cards. They have really good kiwi paan sheesha. Want to make it better ask them to add ice with it.
This place has been there since so long..a nice place for a normal shisha hangout..they have great chocolate milkshake...and they have kiwi paan shisha also...also they give girls free shisha on purchase of a drink

Exit was another place I discovered during my university days, which was a while back :)! One of those typical hangouts, where you go because it's cheap, offers a fun vibe and experience and is laid back.
Visited the place recently and I was glad to see that not much has changed. Still a large space with no real ambiance or interiors as such. Just a simple, laid back and relaxed place offering great sheesha and the usual food and drinks options. The chai karak is pretty good, everything else is decent but nothing to ride home about.
Their sheesha more than makes up for the lack of an ambiance. Parking is a bit of pain in this area, so be prepared for that.
The staff and service are very good and the place is reasonably priced.
Nice and budgeted place to chill and play games with friends.. The ambiance and service is average.. I love their pan flavour hukkas. They provide free hukka for gals thats the biggest plus point for them. We ordered food from outside (some menu provided by the cafe) but was one of the worst food i had in dubai.

Okay so I am biased towards Exit. It's my regular hangout during the week or on the weekend. If I get a chance to work from here then I prefer to as they have a decent wifi connection.
It's quite spacious but note that especially on weekends this place along with other shisha cafes on this stretch get packed so getting a table and parking can be quite the task.
The shisha here is great and the price is unbelievable. (20 Dhs only!!! Before it used to be 18 but who cares!!!) The karak tea is amazing. Even though it's 8 bucks it's my favourite here. They also have fresh juices which I've never had before but certainly look good.
They don't serve food but that's not an issue as they have a tie up with a cafeteria nearby so just ask for the staff for a menu, call up the cafe, place you're order and you'll receive it shortly.
The service is from average to good and if you're a regular then expect even better service.
Overall this is a place I like to call my 2nd home.

This place I been to many times with my fiends and I would love to spend time with my friends with this place . You can play anything at this place and spend time with them . Best part of this place is you can order food from out side and can have it . For girls the sheesha is free and what els you need . Pocket friendly sheesha . Staff is very good . I would suggest everyone for this place and sure you guys will love it . Been this place is like my second home . Site talk to your friends chill for some time .

Definitely our favorite ONLY hang out spot since three years, love their Sheesha the only flavor we order is double apple, we go there almost every other week, love their masala chai, their shakes strawberry and chocolate is just too good! We love their staff very friendly and nice, we highly recommend this place

Exit Cafe (once you have gotten over its weird naming scheme) is a great cplace to enjoy some chill time with your sheesha and chai. Love the Masala 7-Up (Must Try) with mint sheesha and has been our hangout for many years which started during our Counter Strike addiction day, as many gaming parlors were located nearby.

Coolest place to hang out with friends...can play cards and great sheesha..had ordered for a karak chai was there in minutes..great service and excellent staff.
Nice shisha cafe, very crowded, mix crowd, parking is a bit hectic.
Free shisha for ladies if they order a drink, best about this place is they have big screens showing all important matches, and you can order any food from outside and get it delivered. People sit there daily, for work, studies playing cards.
Very safe place for ladies, even to sit alone, its always clean, washrooms are always cleaned. Staff is decent service is efficient. no nonsense hassle free place can walk in totally casual or dressed up no one cares, prices are very decent, compared to other spots in the same area. My to go to spot for easy shisha.

Great place for sheesha. My regular hangout to get some haji Ali. The kadak chai I must admit they make really well and sheesha paan raas I'd very good. Overall a great experience. It's a regular joint so interiors could improve a bit for sure but staff thankfully make up for it always smiling happy to serve and speed is also quick. My sheesha was in less than 5 minutes and tea took 10. Good stuff.
The place is very simple and prices are also cheap . If u want to sit and chat chat with ur friends for hours and play some card games then exit cafe is one of the best place u can go . Tends to be a little bit crowdy always.its a decent place for shisha and tea

Ugly Place with Amazing and Cheap Shisha and the best part is you can order in from anywhere and you also don't need to share the shisha with your partner (girl) as its free sheesha for ladies !
