I am a regular at the CuiSines restaurant. The food is great, and I especially like the service. All waiters are very attentive, always smiling, and caring for their guests. They help each other, show wonderful teamwork, what makes me always feel well taken care of. Akmal is my most frequent service provider, who is pleasant to have a short conversation with.

We did the Thursday night Butcher's Block with free flowing house beverages. Absolutely stunning array of fish, chicken, lamb and beef marinated to perfection which the chef grills for you. There's a large variety of salads, burgers, roast lamb, curries, lasagna, etc., on offer. Very reasonably priced and the stewards are extremely attentive when it comes to refilling the glasses. Highly recommended.
Thumbs-up! Everything here is so good! The ambiance is very cozy, the food is sumptuous and hot. The staff is so nice, friendly and always at your service. Everybody is smiling and I hope that the Management of this hotel valued their employees really well, you guy's has a great asset. Our experience at CuiSines for their Butchers block night was fantastic. The service given by Nischal was exceptional and he took good care of us. Will definitely visit this place again and recommend everyone to visit this place.
Visited this place for their butcher block night which happens every Thursday which was reasonable priced which had poultry , seafood & meat lovers cooking station which was nice along with soup , appetizers , Maincourse and desserts as well & for drinks red & white wine was a part of the package . Staff people were friendly and quick in service , ambience wise the place was decent as well . Staff lady Ms Mary ensured everything goes perfect with our table .
We were invited with couple of friends to this cheerful place very close to Jumeirah road. Access to the hotel was easy and when we reached, I was thrilled by the buffet and the options it had. The best I loved was the seafood stew which was very tasty and rich with ingredients. Whether it is a quick lunch or a nice theme dinner, I suggest this restaurant to all people using Zomato.

Cuisines is one of the restaurants at the newly re-categorized 5 star hotel that is Ramada Jumeirah.
The restaurant serves mostly Indian and Arabic food. I’d have to say that the Arabic is the better and definitely more popular of the two as I noticed many customers were going for those items. The grilled meats were especially delicious.
The cold appetisers were also amazing. Perhaps the best part of the experience is that they are part of a dual brunch that combined their restaurant and the one across the hall for an amazing experience that is not seen in many hotels around town.
There is also a kids section with their most favorite dishes along with a play area where they can play with other kids while you enjoy your brunch.
The time flew by during the brunch which was unexpected as most of the time, I’m finished with the brunch in about an hour. I had such a good time that I wish the brunch wasn’t ending so soon.
The prices are incredibly affordable and pocket friendly for a 5 start hotel. Sometimes brunches are so expensive that you keep eating and eating just to get your money worth and end up being uncomfortable full. With the down to earth pricing that cuisine offers, you can eat in peace.
Overall, great experience that I wouldn’t mind enjoying again.

Had an iftar gathering there lately, the food was very nice and well cooked, one of the best ozzies I tasted here. The desserts were nice too, very delicious. Very reasonably priced, i guess the only down point that it was really packed, but still was a very good experience...

I visited this place along with the family for Iftar this Ramadan, and needless to say, we all loved it. The place has a beautiful interior and an amazing ambiance, making it one of the more comfortable places to dine in.
They have a buffet for Iftar, mostly comprising of Arabic dishes such as Kibbeh, Shawarma Platters, Shish Tawuk, Kebabs and most importantly, Lamb Ouzi. The salad bar had a huge variety of Sides, along with Soups and Cheeses. Loved the focus on taste and presentation of the whole variety of food, although I do recommend an improvement on the Hummus.
The staff is super-friendly, and is very attentive to the guests at all times. I love that. The dessert included Riz bilHalib and traditional Baklawa amongst others, but these two are definitely worth a mention here. We were also offered Gahva at the end of the meal, which was absolutely in line with the Dates and Baklava. The best part about all of this is the value for money, which is quiet unmatched if you look around Dubai. I loved it, the family loved it, what else do we look for when dining out ?

I got invited by Muneer Baloch for dinner . Apparently it was a Thursday and they have a meat themed buffet which are only on Thursday’s . Its called the Butcher ‘s Block . This buffet is a true Meat Lover Heaven. There are various cuts of meat available and there is a live cooking station where the meat is cooked according to your taste preferences . The end result was that the meat cooked for me was tender and juicy . There is also a Make your own Slider burger station where the buns , patties , the veggies you want to add and the accompaniments with the burger like steak fries and mushrooms are also available. They have very limited but good main course options in the buffet aside from the meat options . There is dishes like cottage pie , baked pasta also available. There is also a good salad section with a variety of Arabic and continental salads. There are also a variety of desserts available at the desserts counter, but the dessert that caught my eye was the Date Halwa where you also have the option to top with some cream on top . The Date Halwa was a yummmy end to the Meaty meal . The staff is very helpful in assisting with anything you require during the meal .
They served very delicious and quality meals. The staff was very nice and friendly they took care of my comfort. Especially Mr.Florin, Mr. Vasu and Mr.Bayu,my glass was never empty. It was nice to have breakfast until 11 am and I was delighted to have dinner until 10:30pm.

When I spot dry fruits & nuts in a buffet this is a good indication a restaurant does not sacrifice on quality & want their patrons to indulge in a lavish spread. They have a great buffet spread with delicious main course dishes & grills from Arabic , Iranian & Indian cuisines. In addition to main courses ; they have a a nice salad bar , wide range of appetizers which includes crispy pakoras ,soups & a lush range of desserts.
From a huge variety of appetizing dishes I loved the lamb ouzi & Iranian kababs. The lamb in the ouzi was tender soft & succulent . The Iranian kebabs were fantastic & had a beautiful aroma . In the desserts I loved the jalebi's & chocolate mousse. Being a fanatic for eggplants ; Cuisines had over 4 varieties of eggplant dishes!
Cuisines is a great place to dine without breaking the wallet.
We visited this place for a family iftar, and we were not disappointed! They have a good variety of kebabs, ghoozii, fish, salads and sweets! Their chocolate mousse dessert was exceptionally good, the service was really good as well. We were not disappointed!

CuiSines features a lovely, spacious and neatly set out hall, and hosts a delightful Iftar buffet, for which I was invited. Priced at AED 119 per person, they have a lot of varieties to offer in salads, starters, main course and desserts. The moment you enter, an array of dry fruits and dates welcome you to the Iftar Buffet. The ambiance of the restaurant is very pretty, and the staff were always on their feet to serve everyone.
As mentioned above, there were so many tempting items to choose from, such as Pasta, Lamb ouzi, fish and pakodas etc..
From the salads section, we tried out the chicken liver salad, libiah bin zait, tandoori chiken salad and Sea food with mango salad. Sea food with mango was was my favorite as it was very delicious. The mangoes were soft, the drizzle of prawns were crunchy, and the salad was slightly tangy.
Then we moved to starters we had different types of kebabs, fish and pakoras. The pakoras were sufficiently soft, crispy, freshly prepared, perfectly fried, non – oily and full of flavors. The kebabs were quite appetizing. They were soft, had a smooth texture, and the mined chicken was made with just the right number of spices and necessary ingredients, making it mildly spicy and flavourful.
Coming to the main course, we tried out lamb ouzy, pasta, shawarma, mixed grills and stir fried seafood with garlic sauce. Definitely a must have! The grill was freshly prepared and soft, The seafood was cooked perfectly with adequate number of spices and essential condiments, making it mildly spicy, flavourful and enjoyable.
For the desserts, we tried different pastries, umm Ali (oh sooooo yum and creamy), chocolate mousse katafay etc. everything was so on point and mouthwatering.

Visited on Thursday for Butcher's block and had an amazing experience from food to service. Booked over the phone and reached there around 9 pm, few tables were occupied and sever happily settled on our desired table. The ambiance was cozy and comfortable.
The highlight of the day was uncooked meat including steaks, sausages, lamb koftas and chops which were being prepared according to desire by active and attentive chefs. The food was promptly being delivered to the table. The best among the meat was the mutton chops which were pure heaven.
There was a burger station where chicken, beef and mutton patties were available along with sauces and salad so we could fix our own burger. Steamed vegetables, steak fries, potato wedges, caramelized onion and saute mushroom were among the sides. Other food option were also there including fried and boiled rice, butter chicken and pasta. Butter chicken seemed completely out of place.
A nice mix of salads was available including a variety of olives, pickles, fruit salad, coleslaw and Arabic salads. Soft drinks and canned juices were included in the buffet.
An assortment of desserts was laid nicely. Chocolate pudding was the best amongst all. We finished our dinner with a cup of green tea with lemon and it was rejuvenating.
Servers were cheerful and efficient in responding to each guest. The supervisor came thrice to check if everything was ok and we were enjoying our food.
Overall great concept, nice ambiance, efficient staff and yummy food made it a great experience. Highly recommended.

My kind of Buffet is an "All Meats" Buffet indeed and the one I visited Cuisines was outstanding.
What's to love about the Butcher Block Buffet.
🍖A concept of raw meats from chicken to beef to lamb you name it and they have it displayed, take your pick and have your choice of meats grilled in front of you on a live cooking station.
🍗A live burger making station with handmade fresh beef, chicken and lamb patties and an array of veggies and dressings to go with your BUN.
🍖A beautiful salad station with a display of varieties of greens both Mediterranean to continental style to compliment your choice of meats.
🍗Also available are Mediterranean dishes part of the extended buffet and a dessert station with a lovely display of mini cakes and pastries.🍰🙌🏼

Trust me, CuiSines is definitely a hidden gem, why I say that is this, ( may be I'm giving the logical reasoning away, well if it benefits, then take it) When we all look for price conscious places to enjoy a decent meal, which is equally complimented by great ambiance and excellent service, well only a few could fall in that category, moreover their buffet is maxed out at double digits and stays there, but not the value for money.
When we went it was Thursday and Thursday is Butchers Block and I kid you not, straight from the suppliers cuts you'd see Steaks, Lamb chops. Chicken wings, Sausages, Kebabs and much more, and these is only the meat part. So you get to pick, what ever you like and then head over to the live station, there you would get 2 chefs ready to cook the meat as per your liking. ( think how much steaks/ lamp chops will cost at this moment). Well there is salad bar, starters, sliders, paella and much more. The food was delicious, with a good spread you wouldn't know where to start. The Dessert spread is equally good, loved their small cheesecakes and other varieties of sweets which was on display. With time in your hand and all this food for you to enjoy, dont even think of leaving any time soon.
Apart from this, the service was excellent, staff were with a smile and ready to help, Restaurant Manager - Neeraj was a through n Through restaurateur, such a professional and it was a pleasure to meet him and he went one step ahead and introduced to us the Executive Sous Chef- Gaurang Dilip. Well he took our experience to another level, sharing about the restaurant and the stories and concepts. Most probably I would forget the details of the food that I had here, but the pleasure of meeting these two is an experience what i will cherish for a long while.
Going back to the point of this maxing out on double digits, would you believe that you get all this for AED 99, yes Ninety Nine Dhs. Cmon on, still amazed, visit them and you will definitely be a regular.

The place was good.. peaceful.. very nice and peaceful .. equally good ambience to match with.. very friendly staff.. specially Neeraj Sharma the Restaurent Manager look after your small to big requests.. however the refilling of buffet was taking bit longer than usual. All in all good Restaurent to enjoy your special day..

It was my first time visiting cuisines to try out their fantastic new concept - The Butcher Block. I loved how creative the concept was in addition to the mouthwatering meat prepared for us. The butcher block concept is where we get to pick various cuts of raw meat and it is cooked to your liking in the sauce of your preference. I loved the ambiance at the restaurant and found the food to be very soothing to my palette. I highly recommend visiting here as the staff make you feel really welcomed.
Great variety of fresh breakfast from light and fresh fruit salads to heavy Indian breakfast. They have an egg station when you can ask the chef to make eggs how you prefer it. Bakery section is amazing plain bread, fruit ad chocolate bread to pastries and tart, price is affordable an they have a free valet parking.

Was staying at Ramada for two days so the selection for both breakfasts did not vary much.

Went for iftar at Cuisines and loved the food. The prawn masala was really tasty, one of the best I have ever had. There were a wide range of desserts to choose from chocolate mousse to mini pieces of cakes. Loved every bit of this iftar.

Visited this restaurent only once. Loved the lobsters served by the chef. The buffet had quite a lot of options to choose from. The starters and deserts we're really good.
Tried their vegetarian pasta from the menu as well, and that too tastes nice.

Been to CuiSines for an Ifthar dinner with one my client and the spread was good to indulge. They had a goat biriyani which was the hit that day. Saw everyone was digging in to it and soon it was vanished. Salad bar was nice with many choices to select as per the taste. Not forgetting the desert spread as well which complimented the money spent overall. Other dishes were equally good and recommending to anyone who loves to go there for a casual dinner.
Staff also very attentive and quickly changed the cutleries as we were enjoying the buffet which was quite an ease as didn't have to wait till they do it. Good place to go again and surely will visit for a dinner to check the normal day buffet as well.
Great food for a great price. Friendly staff, good service being a buffet. Basically a smaller version of spice island in Deira crown plaza. Totally worth the money specially with the lobsters being there.
