The kiosk is easy to use and can be paid directly. We get the ramadan meal with the chocolate date pie. It has a big portion for three people I also added a chicken tenders and we merely did not finish the fries at all. The pies was good and not too sweet.

I happened to visit with my wife and 4 year old kid at around 9 am. My son wanted to have the Happy Meal (obviously) but it was breakfast menu time so technically it wasn't available. Quick Service Restaurants are all about Service because the food options, portion size and taste never really differs between outlets. The food at most McDonald's outlets are pretty similar, decent value for your money, served quick, no hassles and of course the fries are always above par. What differentiates each outlet is the kind of staff deployed there. I've enjoyed my trips to McDonald's always, up until this unfortunate encounter with one of the most unpleasant staff members I've come across at any outlet. Our office team decided to grab a bite at this outlet and placed a decent sized order for 10 people(around 400 dhs). We received the order and had one gourmet burger missing,which was pointed out to the manager, an extremely rude and unapologetic, Sunita, who in turn treated this event like we intended to swindle McDonald's off one burger. She later relented, albeit with an unpleasant attitude about it all. It was resolved, by her letting us have the missing burger like it was a favour meted out to us. By then she'd taken a look at the cctv footage and realised that someone else had taken the burger by mistake. A reluctant apology was conveyed to one of our team members who'd gone to place another order later on. Mistakes do occur from both the staff's and customers end, but it's how these sticky situations are handled that makes a difference. Completely dented our teams mood that evg. An extremely unpleasant encounter with an extremely unprofessional staff member. Thankfully, McDonald's keeps it standards with its food. With this particular staff member, Sunita, the less said, the better. Avoid

Visiting a McDonald's in Dubai is a completely different experience. There is so much of variety from the menu that you would not be sure wat to pick. So I decided to choose something from their Ramadan special menu. I decided to go with the Chicken McArabia wrap meal. There was delicious patty served with fresh veggies wrapped in an Arabic bread. Loved the taste of the mayo that was used with the wrap. I did not enjoy the fries that was provided with the meal. They were very soft and soggy. Not very crisp and well done like I expected. I also thought that the quantity of the food was a bit less as compared to the price of the meal. However, the wrap itself was absolutely delicious.

Quick in taking the order and serving it. We ordered two regular meals of grand chicken burger ( one spicy and one special). The burgers were really grand and had quite some chicken in it. The special one had salami inside with the chicken which was the only difference with the spicy one. The spicy one although was quite spicy and both tasted fabulous.

Had been here to grab some Oreo softie, lotus Biscoff and the ice latte with hazelnut. Each item costs 5AED and everything is drool worthy. The service is a bit slow as compared to the mc D at the Tunisia court even though the crowd is less here. The staff is very helpful.

This is your yet another McDonalds outlet located in the food court section. Tried 1AED icecream cone, its alright for the low price it is available in. No dedicated seating as its in the foodcourt. Its located at the metro link so one has to park in the mall parking only. Staff is quick and efficient.

Visited this place yesterday afternoon to have their chicken burger , it was freshly prepared , rolled , packed within 5 mins of time . The burger was strictly ok could have been better , staff people were decent and pricing wise after VaT the prices have increased .

i recently went here to try out their new Asian burger that they have at the moment and it most definitely did not disappoint. I found the burger to be different from all of the other burgers they have on their menu and they did well on the spice factor of this burger. Would highly recommend trying this burger before the offer ends.

So let's make this review quick and short, We went for Mc Donald's Breakfast which we were told is finishes by 11, I'm only wondering how will the people know what timings is it available ? So I decided to try McArabia now I agree it doesn't necessary have to look like in Pic! But at least proper stuffing ? When you for in both the parties together at the bottom of the sandwich it means you are only waiting the bread and salad in the first half or you decide to open the entire sandwich and do the stuffing yourself ! Not happening !

Life's little pleasures which are still affordable like the 1dh cone icecream from McDonald. Complete value for money , the creamy texture of the ice cream and the crispy wafer of the cone is so worth the money. That's all I love about this place.

Wanted to grab a quick snack here before going off to work. This location isn't bad and the inside looks surprisingly clean. Tried and ordered the limited offer for Deluxe Duo (Beef/Chicken) where you can get two Burgers with French Fries and a Drink, if you go large that’s all for only 18AED. Food is pretty standard as per usual. Food came up fast - burger was hot, cheese was melted perfectly, fries were tasty.

Decided to try out their mccafe. My review isnt for maccas..dont feel it needs a review as we know what to expect of it. However, mccafe is a semi new concept of maccas that they introduced this concept here in a few branches in dubai. They haven't initiated this concept in all their branches yet. Their concept still needs to be further developed in comparison to developed mccafe franchises in nz and other countries.. i felt here its lacking in their variety of items. They dont have healthy gourmet sandwich or salad options, and mostly serve food items to go with your coffee like cakes and macaroons. They feature it on their product display but doesnt look appealing.. On a positive note they use arabica coffee beans. I quite liked their americano and found it tasted better then costa's americano. Stronger in taste which is to my liking. Will have to try their other coffee selection to make a fair judgement. I would say if you are in the area refueling car gas it is good for takeaway coffee on the go or not bad to sit inside, as seating is quite comfy and cozy to make it like a coffee shop on their mccafe side.

Slowest drive through ever!!!! It took more than 10 minutes to get hot cakes and a coffee! Everyone was honking out of frustration while the staff kept the pick-up window closed. I also expected my coffee with milk to be premixed, especially since I was driving. Will never visit again.
