The hummus was ok thought the portion compared to the price is really high, the vine leaves were ok, the batata harra (spicy) potato most of them were raw and not cooked well, the chicken skewers were ok and nothing special about the taste. I was big time shocked as I’m a big fan of Lebanese food and this place is not delicious. Won’t be ordering from here again. I rated the place with 2 stars but one the reply of the owner is even more shocking than the food I'm giving them a 1 now. This is not even an OK customer service. I'm sure this place will shut down with this service and quality.

Price and delivery time was decent, and food quality was fine, but to be honest all the mezza we ordered was pretty tasteless. We ordered batata harra, halloumi, hummus b lahmeh, fattoush, chicken shawarma and falafel. Even though the other items were average the falafel was very good - nice and crispy and fresh.

The delivery takes forever. If you wish to savour the flavour, my suggestion would be to not waste your money on placing a delivery. Atleast an hour before the food arrives. I am two buildings away in Al Seef 2 and one hour so it is understood by the time the order arrived, its zest.

We ordered a few dishes to try it out. Zomato delivery was very quick. Food came as hot as you would expect it to come. Food was very tasty. The garlic was legit. Chicken was super juicy and tender. Decided to try Mezza Lebanese Kitchen as my wife and I fancied Lebanese food for Thursday night takeaway. Must admit that I am not impressed and advice to definitely avoid the Chicken Shawarma Plate with rice. That is unless you fancy some chopped up dry chicken and boiled white rice (no species) in a plastic container. Needless to say that my wife is not having it. Ful Medames also was so salty that it cannot be eaten. For Mezza Lebanese Kitchen's benefit staff did say that they were about to coles at the time of our order, it was the last one and they would consider full refund the following day (it being past 9pm in the evening); however, manager called and started arguing on the phone on the definition of what Çhicken Shawarma Plate actually is. I.e. as per the manager it is exactly what we were delivered with the expectation that we should use the 6 small pieces of bread included in our with also Mixed Grill Plate and the Tabouleh we ordered as a side to the Shawarma to assemble our own. It being Thursday night I decided to leave it as I have better things to do than have a confrontation with a takeaway restaurant manager / owner on the phone; however, thought it prudent to just give people a heads up on what to expect.

When I think of a friendly place that serves good Shawarma in JLT, I think of this place! It might give you the feeling of a foodcourt, as you go right to the counter, order and pay... then they will bring the food to your table... but don't let this put you off. We ordered the Fattoush, and the Mixed Shawarma Platter which was served with both chicken & meat, hummus and fries on the side. It was a big portion, so it can be shared between 2 people. Loved the flavor, loved the juiciness of both meats, and the freshness of the salad. You will also notice that they have this written on the wall "Eat Like You're Family". Which is spot on!

Extremely disappointing service. No comments about the food because we dint receive it! The order was confirmed and one hour later we were told that the order was not accepted. The food alone doesn't make a restaurant a good one, customer service and honestly go a LONG way. When it said 30-40min and Obviously the food arrived stone cold Second the food quality, take a look at the fatoosh salad for yourself. How can you get that wrong???? Been eating fatoosh all my life and that’s not how it’s done. It was cut big chunks, missing most important ingredient crispy bread. Shawerma sandwich seriously can it be any smaller???? the meat was dry and it was soggy, the only thing nice about it was the pickles

Ordered from this restaurant a chicken shawarma sandwich, a tabbouleh salad, fries and a side taouk skewer. Food delivery was fast and food was warm and fresh. The shawarma sandwich was good, enjoyed having it in Lebanese bread since it’smore common to find shawarma made with with saj dough here in Dubai. The taouk skewer was also good. Fries were okay, but the tabbouleh was not really good compared to other Lebanese restaurants here serving it. In my opinion it needed to be more rich in other ingredients like tomato, onion, and it did not have any burghul in it. Also the sauce had too much lemon in it, it needed more olive oil and a bit less lemon.

Good hearty portions and well done food. We tried their grilled chicken and chicken shawarma. The grilled chicken was really good however the shawarma was a bit too oily. I would have given them one point less for that, however the grilled chicken did quite make up for it and I was quite happy with the overall experience. Tooooooo spicy, like your chef is definitely bot from Lebanon or the levant and I am not sure what he was thinking!!! The chilies killled the taste . Hot potatoes are a speciality of our cuisine...you destroyed it! If you want to make it burning spicy , add your extra chillies on the side, and whoever wants can add to their plate.
