The service as always when I go to any Carribou store is superb! I love how extra they are with their service and products! One of my go to cafes in Dubai!
Pretty friendly barista, which is essentially what I go for when it comes to coffee shops (the coffee tastes the same everywhere). The place is clean (as you’d expect), the WiFi was fast and the couches are comfy. What more could one ask for.
Very cozy place, quiet and quaint. The carrot cake was amazingly tasty and fresh. We got the espresso cooler with the perfect coffee blend. Early morning or late evening are recommended time.
Smoky latte with muffin is the best combination. Also ordered a grilled panini. Service was good. The staff was very courteous. They tried to sell their new dishes. Which is good as we end up ordering the same old order again again..
I had the Northern lite latte from here and it was beyond expected and a really delicious drink you're a good Saturday morning. I usually have the hot chocolate which itself is a brilliant drink from caribou
This is my favorite coffee place, the cold brew is awesome. I love the marshmallow brownie and the cupcakes as well. They have little toys for my son, who can play while I can sit and chill. I love their services and smiling faces whenever I visit them.
One of the coffee alternatives in JBR is Caribou. I like the coffee of Caribou but more importantly I like Caribou's comfortable coaches to relax and sip my coffee. Caribou in JBR presents this environment successfully. Service is nice here as well.
The friendliest staff ever at JBR shop. Coffee comes quick and delish. Could add coconut milk option, otherwise 5 stars well deserved. I like how they sometimes move the furniture around to give the place a fresh touch. Nice music on the background. Wi-fi could be better sometimes, but i guess we all could. ☀️ oh and carrot cake 🖤
They supply me with very good brew coffee and coffee beans, and have a good place to sit and read or study. I just wish they had an on-site bathroom - you have to walk across the plaza to use a JBR public bathroom.

My review of Caribou Coffee - a cafe that works hard on delivering the best fresh coffee. The menu consists of different beverages that can be iced or hot, and the food menu is decent for when you are wanting an afternoon snack.
The white chocolate mocha was not too sweet, and still has the original mocha flavour that I like.
The grilled halloumi sandwich was perfect for an afternoon meal, and the halloumi was not too salty, which is how I like it. It was not over seasoned, and the sandwich was made fresh.
This cafe deserves a rating of 4/5.

The pricing here is inexpensive.
The service was good as the staff members behind the counter had a warm smile, and was quick at ringing in my order.
The ambience of this cafe has a modern and sleek finish to it. The theme of the place is the cabin/camping feel, it reminds me of the times I was in Canada and went camping in the mountains with caribou and elk roaming around.
i love this shop. come here almost everyday. the staff is amazing and its why i prefer this place to starbucks or costa which are both close by. The staff is what makes this place special. The management should reward the team there, am sure all the residents come here because of the special attention the staff gives and the prompt service.
Friendly and always welcoming in the restaurant. The food is what you expect from a cafe of sort.
The drinks tho are always good, and always a nice monthly drink which keeps your mouth watering when ever you read it.
The fudgy wudie snowdrift to me is a very good drink for your chocolate cravings that will be leaving your sugar at all time high.
Located at first floor near Dubai Marina Mall (precisely JBR1 Tram station), this cafe has both wonderful indoor seating and open yet quiet outdoor seating arrangements. Perfect for wonderful winter and spring weather of Dubai. Caribou has finest coffee beans and their delectable coffee preparations of Mocha and Caramel Budino are refreshing as well as new on the block. Good quick bite options are available as well. Their staff is warm and welcoming.
Early morning americano is mandatory for me so I decided to visit Caribou located in JBR . Ordered for a americano it was been freshly brewed and served to me within 3-4 mins of time . The coffee was thick , strong and good in taste , infact i find caribou as the best coffee places compared to the other coffee stations as they have a very unique set of coffee available which tastes very much unique . Pricing wise its pocket friendly and ambience wise place is decent .
Initially I wanted to rate Caribou Coffee JLT Mazaya BB2, but couldn't find this branch listed so I am rating the nearest to me . Anyways, I love Caribou coffee.
First of all it delivers very fast whenever I, or my coworkers place an order it's maximum , at the latest here in 20 mins.
Secondly, today for the first time I ordered my usual double shot cappuccino with Hazelnut, but it came with a strange taste, as if the milk is spoiled. I thought not to care about this incident, then I decided to just call and inform the team there. Upon my call, they said they will check that, and get back to me. In 10 mins, I got a call that the delivery guy is outside, and without looking to the second cup, he just apologized and offered me another one . Well, thanks a lot for that kind of customer service, I was very pleased with this, and the first thing I did once I got to my desk is to rate you. You deserve not less than 5.
Loved their coffees and their food..always loved their caramel flavored coffees..yesterday tried their caramel salt frappe and it was delicious...

An amazing little boutique coffee shop with nice seating and great working spaces. The salted caramel boudino along with the spinach healthy bagel makes for a good start to the day breakfast.
I love the cozy, warm and amazing feel at caribou. The place is done up to remind you of a winter cabin, complete with a fake fireplace. It smells fantastic and I always love walking in. I have spent several afternoons working here without being disturbed by the staff.
The service is consistently warm and friendly as well, and the coffee/food comes quick. Another plus is that they deliver (I think within JBR) which is sometimes a much needed and appreciated luxury.
The coffee is of course, excellent as well - I recommend trying the coffee of the day, salted caramel boudino and mint condition mocha.
What sets Caribou Coffee apart is their myriad options to customise your coffee - you can choose just about anything to put in your coffee and they will have it.
That and the peanut butter chocolate cupcakes ofcourse !
This is a well known coffee shop chain in the country and the one in JBR makes it worth a visit. Carmella and Cheesecake is the must tries in this place ! Nothing better than a Short and Sweet Review !

After dinner at the JBR walk decided to have caribou. Be warned its quite a trek from JBR walk to where caribou is located but after having their drink it was totally worth it!
Ordered the dark cherry and pomegranate iced drink and stop the press... This is incredible! Loved it! the dark and sweet combo and frozen element was just delicious! I think i found my favorite drink in Dubai!
Apparently it's only a limited edition drink so I need to make my way to their other outlets.
The service was quick and friendly. We went pretty late at night so the place looked a bit unkempt - mess on the tables (but will let that slide as it was probably a long day).
We also ordered the turtle mocha - tasted good and banana strawberry frozen drink - apparently strong banana flavor.
Caribou Coffee always ticks all the boxes for me - it is well made, there is always a consistency in flavour - so I was excited to try out the newly launched Dark Cherry Smoothie. I was not disappointed! It was delicious - gave me a bit of a brain freeze, but was completely worth it !

Tried the Iced Turtle Mocha from Caribou and I absolutely loved it! The whole composition and combination of caramel and chocolate in the mocha was heavenly for me. The mocha had chocolate milk and espresso. It was then topped with whipped cream and chunks of snickers, finally drizzled with caramel syrup. It was not too sweet or bitter, just perfect.
I have even tried their Iced Campfire mocha, it was pretty good too but not as good as the turtle mocha. It was sprinkled with mini marshmallows which I found quite cute.
The ambience is just like any other coffee shop with very polite and helpful staff.
I live nearby and always order coffee from there and very decent coffee. I wouldnt order the sandwiches, they aren't bad - they just dont make them there so they cant be fresh.
Lovely place to spend time with friends and loved ones. Their smoothies and sandwishes are worth a try.
