My friends ordered food while I opted for carrot juice. I ask the staff nicely if they can see and check if my carrot juice is correct because it does not feel like a juice, i can still feel the carrot like smoothie almost like a pudding nothing to sip, she bring it down and came back with the same glass nothing changes. Did not say anything as I don’t want to sound rude and ruin our night because of this. If you are looking for something healthy option just avoid this place, they are not accommodating for your needs. Place is nice for fun only.

i ordered sinigang and and chopseuy, i did not eat it,when i tried the fish it taste old and smelly, if i where not hungry i will not it the chopseuy coz i was really disappointed. then i tried the vegetable, the okra was teribble, it was tough as well,how can they serve this kind of food. it was jot cheap as well

The delivery is on time but he said he forgot the drinks. So im a little bit dessapointed. When I opened the food it's messy the condiments they scattered. They didn't put a wrapper even the main course and the cutlery so unhygienic this will be my last order.

Overall, i was surprised and amazed with their servings! They really value your money! The tapsilog I ordered was a superb! But a little disappointed for the kare-kare, cuz it tastes weird. Im not sure if its because of the saltiness or it seems like an indian food.

I have ordered the same food for the last three months at both branches and consisitently they have been giving me same. Sometiems they will give me overcooked or undercooked rice or fried rice, i just let it slide. I always order Sizzling bulalo. I know how it taste, smell and how it looks like. <br/>Today i got a different sizzling bulalo, the guy said, this dish is cooked by two diff cooks at the resto, so I asked them to send me the right one, the one i have been getting for the lat 3months or so. So i waited for another 30mins. Hungry as u can tell as its already 5pm. Imagine my surprise when I got another dish exactly the same as what they have given me. These people dont pay attention regardless if u have been loyal clients!<br/>You should really work on your customer service level. Altho i got refunded, i was still very hungry and frustrated for waiting 2.5 hours for NOTHING! <br/>I have the least degree of expectation in ur resto, just send the right food and im happy. But somehow u just wanna mess that up.

Good place for filipino alacarte and buffet. One of the pinoy buffet pioneers in dubai and known for its affordable good buffet choices. Loved the sizzling bulalo and kare kare as the flavors were authentic. The interiors were repainted and redesigned which made the restaurant looked better. Friendly staff and management.

Food is awesome. Very delicious and definitely authentic Filipino taste.<br/>I loke the pinakbet the most and the sizzling chicken sisig. They even have free karaoke upstairs to entertain their customers. A good place for party or any occasion. Only thing that's makes not so perfect is the AC for me its a bit big deal cause really i can't focus when it's hot. Please pay attention to that specially its buffet so people will eat more and they will even feel more hot. 😊😉😊

I was invited by Whattoeatmaria to try out Filipino food for the first time! We ordered two dishes out of which one has become a favorite which I would want to eat again . The dish which I loved was a sizzler called chicken sisig . The second dish was called karekare  - a dish made with beef , peanut sauve & eggplant. <br/><br/>The sisig was hand down delicious . The dish comes in a sizzling platter & is made with eggs , chicken, tomatoes & capsicum. It was appetizing & felt like a sub-continental cuisine on steroids. The second dish karekare wasn't something I liked. Could be the fact that they add beef intestine to the dish . I cannot palette the taste of intestine & chose to avoid dishes with it.<br/><br/>The desert halo halo was a welcome treat. I was a bit curious how would red beans taste in a dessert as in addition to red beans they also add in sweet corn along with tons of fruits & sweet treats.<br/><br/>I so look forward to try out sisig & halo halo from other filipino restaurants.

Disappointed of wat i order today.chicken was not proper cook and not fresh at all,it seems from earlier or yesterday and they reheat only.delivery was fast but the quality of the food is low..bfore was ok,i dont know wat happen today.my hungry turn into angry bcz im starvng.

I order the food still more than 1hour the food didnt received i called the restaurant they will prepare till 10mins because its traffic blah blah still 10mins passed my order still not arrive what kind of restaurant you have you are the worst ever you should not consider the traffic or any case because you have timings here and you are very near to my home how about the other restaurant they come on time

This is not my first time to visit 365. Today their buffet dishes are amazing!!! We ordered karekare and chicken sisig. For me both dish is awesome delicious. And for the dessert I'll give 6out of 5! Super milky alot of toppings!! All in all 5 /5 for the food.<br/><br/>The staffs are nice and friendly but since they are all busy, they cannot assist all their guest.<br/><br/>Ambience is ok. The lighting in the second floor is a bit dark and feels sad. They should put more lighting to brighten up the mood.<br/><br/>

i put 3* . but the food is 5* because its really delicious and a good portion. just that little bit sad because they did not pay attention to customers request and allergies... its been 3rd time i order same food. and i always put same request. hope next time they will also read customers request or allergies.

I usually to order Sizzling bulalo in Rashidiya branch, and now I ordered the same in Satwa branch but I was very disappointed upon receiving the food. It was just like a normal homemade gravy. It's very thick and the taste is not good. 👎🏻

Craving for Fried Chicken at the same time with noodles and Soup?....well... i found it here. Honestly... i really said "WOW" for the food serving because it was really too much for 1 person like me. The best place I can be .. I just ordered chicken wings and fish combo... tempting Asian food.. exotic good. As i love Asian food especially Chinese,Malay,pinay and Thai.. lovely food and healthy except few foods which I feel fatty foods.. cheers.. and waiting for the food to be delivered..

As we were roaming around satwa for a while and were quite hungry, this was the first restaurant we came across and decided to dine in for a late lunch.<br/>We ordered 3 Chinese combos, chicken wings and fried rice and chicken Manchurian. The food was very average. For drinks we had the orange and watermelon juice which was refreshing. Our waitress was very nice and helpful though.

I ordered using zomato app and it declared that i will recieve my order in 1 hour. And my order disn't came on time, it was delayed for half an hour. I complaint in zomato customer desk and they apologized.<br/>When I am about to eat the bulalo i was thinking if it is really bulalo becoz it looks like nilagang baka and the worst is i can't eat also becoz they put alot of salt. I feel that I ate a salt with water. <br/>I will never order again here.

I had delivery from this outlet a couple of times. The first time, it was for the tapsilog (beef tapa, fried egg, fried rice) and beef menudo. I liked how prompt the delivery was. It is always nice to receive your food on time and still warm. <br/><br/>Upon opening the package, the free fish crackers was the first thing I noticed. It was a good gesture so another plus point. Both dishes that I ordered came in generous portion. The tapsilog was good. The fried rice was flavourful, the egg was a beautiful easy over and the beef tapa tender, juicy and tasty. The beef menudo came as a surprise. It is usually cooked with pork. It was my first time to try a beef version and it was delicious. It had all the right flavours I expect from menudo, apart from the subtle livery taste. <br/><br/>That first experience left a very good impression that I decided to give the place a second try. The delivery was on time again, showing consistency. This time I had pancit palabok (noodle) and tocilog (tocino, fried egg, fried rice). The palabok was rather disappointing. There wasn't enough sauce and the flavours were very mild. It was also missing a few ingredients I would expect from palabok. The tocilog was not good. I expected it to be at par with the tapsilog I had before. However, the main item - tocino - was a let down. It was dry, a little hard and did not quite had that Filipino ham flavour. This experience was very underwhelming.<br/><br/>I had two experiences that were very different. The first one a big positive while the second one did not not quite measure to the first. I would still consider ordering from here. There are other dishes on offer that look good. Those might be even better than the first ones I tried. Besides, this place is so pocket-friendly that experiencing otherwise will not hurt as much.

Very nice simple fresh food. The chilli broccoli and spinach stir fry was delicious and the rice n noodles good too. Arrived early and the delivery driver was very friendly. You get very generous portions too so have leftovers for breakfast.. 😁<br/>I asked for soy sauce and it arrived because sometimes restaurants forget. It also came with Prawn Crackers which i thought was sweet. Great value for money. Definitely recommend this place.<br/>Thankyou xD

One of the restaurant i've tried here in Dubai.  I recommend this restaurant to anyone. It's a combination of  Chinese and Filipino Cuisine. There are a lot of food items to choose from.During my experience here,  i saw different nationalities trying their food.Do not expect more of  the service. Staffs are good. I must say its a must try restaurant especially their buffet. If you're a foodie who loves to eat in a dining restaurant either casual or fine dining why not explore  and try the Simple Asian Buffet like what they have.

Im so upset i ordered today filipino vege adobong sitaw and its not what i expect the taste is not for filipino, and its not veges half is beef and so many green chillies included i was unable to identify which is beans and which is chillies... you know im ordering filipino dish you should know that filipino dont eat chillies... im confused if it was adobong sitaw or adobong chillies...

2-3 times a week me and my family always visiting this area, last night around 9:00 pm we visit the restaurant and we surprise that all the plates they have and cutleries is disposable. Well the main issue is the Waiter last night who approach us and saying why we have more than 1 plate in our table. I got shocked when he told to me like that, of course rice and main dish is together and Noodles is separate. I use also 1 soup bowl. He wanted me to use only 1 plate to put and mix all my food there. He told also that they don't have enough water to wash it. There is two waitress and a guy in cashier area got shock when I told to them what happen. I lost my appetite last night which is I always wanted the buffet menu. I feel disrespect and humiliate, I will never come back to this restaurant again. I've planned to celebrate my birthday and my wedding here because of the reasonable price but kind of service like that is I can't. I will ensure 100% not to recommend  this restaurant. My Family raise me to respect food and someone in front of you while eating is need to respect. I really feel bad and until now I can't remove on my mind due to first time happen this in my Life. Corrective action i did not wish too, damage for my feeling is my concern, emotion. (BUFFET)

I had dinner with friends and really upset for the rude attitude of the cashier named Cherry. I worked in the same field,and for me it's not a good way to argue with your customer. If she is trying to explain she should come and talk to us in our table and not talking behind us.or while walking she's talking when we already told her enough. The management should train the staff to have good manners when dealing to customers. I will never come back to this restaurant again and not even to recommend it to my friends.
