We ordered Hot & Sour Noodles, Beef Chilli Rice & American Chopsuey. Loved the Beef Chilli Rice, Loved the American Chopsuey... Sad about the fact that they forgot to leave Egg on the Chopsuey.. Hot & Sour Noodles was too saucy. We received our order extremely fast. Thank you Zomato.
I had tried Yin & Yang for the first time, and I liked the food very much. The fish was awesome and soup was delicious.
Food was good specially chowmein but dream of heaven pieces should be 6 not 4 so atleast two people can eat easily their deal of 39 aed is good but i found it little expensive, fish chilli sauce was not so good.. overall food quality is good

This place suffers from poor location and lacklustre decor, which might market it badly, because the food is actually good. We ordered dimsums which were quite perfect really. They might not have been pinched as perfectly as an authentic chinese place, but take nothing away from the dish itself, we were left wanting more dimsums. The chicken in black bean sauce had a bit too much soy sauce than one would expect, but was well prepared otherwise. The schezuan fried rice was well-balanced in its ingredients and flavour. You could see that they had put in effort, thought and care into executing their dishes well. Portions were quite generous. Adequately professional and polite staff. Definitely a place worth recommending. 3.5/5 for the food, 3.5/5 for service, 2/5 for ambience. 3.5/5 Overall.
Loved their Chinese food. It’s proper indo Chinese restaurant. I prefer the main courses over the appetizers. I feel they need to work on their dumplings. They weren’t too soft. Rest loved each and everything. Good quantity for two.

Visited yin and yang restaurant in silicon oasis today. We had an extremely wonderful experience. The food was mouth watering. We tried the fried wontons,egg fried rice and Hong Kong chicken. Each of the dishes was extremely tasty. We would also like to mention that the staff made us feel very special. Happy that we found such a gem of a restaurant in Silicon oasis.
I ordered the veg combo and sweet and sour chicken. The portion of the main course in veg combo was too small. It wasn't enough for the amount of rice given. It would be better to order main course separately.
The sweet and sour chicken was good. Price is slightly on the higher side.

I'm a huge fan of Desi Chinese and I absolutely had to check out Yin & Yang when I was in Silicon Oasis.
This is a nice little joint that serves good Indo-Chinese and also Italian food, but I only stuck with the former option.
We had the Chicken Dimsum, Masala Chicken Rice, Potato Chilli Dry and Chang's Chicken. The Dim Sum was freshly made and nicely cooked, and the spicy sauce complimented it so well. The Masala Rice was different from the usual fried rice that I've had, was mildly spicy and really good. The Chang's Chicken was a tad bit too sweet for my liking but tasty nevertheless. The Potato Chilli was my favourite, with the crispy potatoes tossed in a lovely spicy flavorful sauce.
The service at the restaurant is good, really friendly staff and decently priced food. The portion sizes are generous too, and definitely worth the money. Overall, this is definitely a restaurant I'd visit again to satiate my Indo-Chinese cravings.

Shanghai Prawns is our favorite! The crispy chilly chicken dry is a hit and miss - sometimes good, sometimes too salty (so, don’t forget to request for less salt) or chewy when arrived cold, but staff are good in following cooking instructions. Vegetable dishes are also good, esp. the Tofu bokchoy. Crispy spinach is good, just a bit oily - hope they can do something about it! This is still the best option for chinese dishes compared to other resto with similar menus in DSO. Delivery guys from Yin and Yang are always nice and polite which is another reason we always order here. Need improvement on pizza, pasta and salads hence only giving it a 4.
Proper Desi Chinese food. The order took almost more than half an hour but It was worth it. Fried rice was exactly what I was looking for, with chicken , egg and seafood. Beef in black pepper curry added more Flavour to my dinner. Perfect for sudden late night meals.
This place has my favorite egg fried rice! I always order it from here. The serving is huge and I don’t even have to add any sauces nor condiments in it.
Just for everyone’s information, the photo on the menu is not correct. The egg doesn’t come like that.
Yin & Yang is clearly one of my favorite restaurants for delicious Chinese cuisine! Have been dining here several times already in past one month and we have always loved the flavors and quality of the food served.

So when you are at silicon oasis and have cravings for Chinese food. Yes, proceed to yin and yang. Simple interiors, friendly staffs and lots of deliveries were being ordered when i was there. Ordered the special appetizer which had a mix of all the main appetizers, loved the prawn tempura and veg spring rolls. Other main course recommendations are chicken hakka noodles (bit oily) and their new addition to the menu - masala rice. Desserts were good too - had the tiramisu. Timely delivery and pizza arrived hot and fresh. Size could be bigger as “Large” which is what I ordered doesn’t really seem large at all compared to the regular size.

Last weekend, after work we decided to dine in at Yin & Yang at the Silicon Oasis branch. The decor is very simple nothing fancy, with a quite spacious dining area. They have a peak time during lunch hours but we went during dinner,so was not crowded.Also the building parking is free after 7.30pm.
My order here was mixed fried rice and fried wonton. Bery simple food but the flavors are just right. I love the fried wonton. Specially if it is dipped in vinegar sauce.

Yin & yang as the name suggests has Chinese good to satisfy your yin and Italian to satisfy your yang. This cute little restaurant is in the heart of silicon Oasis and is an affordable and easy going restaurant.
I started my meal here by having some chicken dimsum with a sweet and sour dip and a shezwan dip which had the right amount of spice. The shezwan dip was so unique and tasty that I'd just go back to try this one. The dimsum was delicious and reminded me of good memories.
I then had the chicken Alfredo pasta with Rosemarino foccaiaca bread and parmesan cheese. This was extremely delicious and filling. My kind of comfort food would definitely be this. The quantity and quality was perfect and it's a good value for money offer for all the working crowd and students in the area.
Lastly I had the sugary apple tart desert which a novel one as I've never had apple served up this way. It was soft and crunchy and the right amount of sweet taste too. This is a must try I feel if you're craving something sweet today.
Food was great, service was amazing but accuracy was not as expected!! Asked for extra condiments however only one received!! Overall 90/100 👌

Yin & Yang restaurant brings chines and Italian food with Italian pizzeria by offering a variety of dishes and pizzas. They have two branches one in JLT and other in Silicon Oasis. Chinese here is somewhat we usually like to eat in Pakistan and India aka a desi version. I have been looking this kind of Chinese for long here in good taste and quality.
It was really amazing experience in Yin &Yang Chinese Restaurant food was so yummy we order ch crispy and betterfly prawn and shanghai prawn and home style Chinese fried rice pasta it's my favourites dishes in quick service Yin &Yang Chinese Restaurant silicone oasis thanks a lot.
