We have tried the afternoon tea at Mashrabiya a few times. And we believe the the flavours at Mashrabiya, the variance of food items, the attention of staff, the views - inside and outside make them the best afternoon tea in Dubai for us. We really admire how much effort goes into every single component of their afternoon tea , and how they adapt their menu every few months.
Their starters are the warmer quiches which are creamy , cheesy goodness. The cold sandwiches are all so different including cucumber, egg, beef, salmon, chicken, foie gras sandwiches. They put so much effort into making each single one of them a gem in their own right, different breads, different flavours, different proteins, every single item is done to perfection. The same way their sweet pastries are different in the sense that a big focus is put on making desserts not overly sweet. You are having desserts but every morsel is immaculately balanced, the tartness of fruit, with creaminess of dairy with the crunch of nuts and visual appeal is all just done to perfection.
They always have some extra bakery items which maybe Madeleines, Pies, Chocolates or Fruit Cakes which accompany the Scones. They are among the few places in Dubai which do the scones fresh and it feels like it lands on your plate straight from the ovens. Which makes the experience that much more enjoyable.
In the end the staff changes, people come and go but somehow Mashrabiya manages to retain the very best individuals. Their staff will treat you like family and it's a magnificent experience in short. That's why we keep coming back.
Good place to have afternoon tea with friends. Unlimited tea and coffee, lovely food. Remember to make your reservation in advance to avoid waiting for long time, they are busy in the weekends.
I went there with my mother for their afternoon tea. They have really kind and welcoming staff. Their sandwiches and pastries are absolutely delicious. And the view is mesmerizing. Worth the price. I recommend

The selection of tea are all refreshing. The food and chocolates are irresistible!
I personally tried the Yummy Berry and Long Island Strawberry, both are subtly sweet yet refreshing. I wish I had more time to try their other teas but I had to leave for work.
The scones were served warm and soft. My personal favorite is the Salmon tart which was served as an appetizer.
We capped off this amazing experience with a complimentary charm from @theofficialpandora.

An absolutely fabulous afternoon tea. Great setting, service, food and drinks. Added bonus of being in the entertainer so great value for money.
We had a friends bridal shower here and the hotel was running a the valentines themed afternoon tea in February which was perfect.
You can have unlimited tea and coffee and this includes iced tea & coffee. Some of the iced tea were lovely and a perfect accompaniment to the food.
You also receive a welcome mocktail and warm quiche to start.
Food is plentiful and more than enough for one person. They were happy to give us a takeaway box for anything left which was good.
Already booked to come back again - can’t wait and I hope it’s as good as I remember.

Went there on Saturday afternoon and the service was impeccable and quick even though there were several large groups.
The savory quiche and sandwiches were great, and the desserts and scones were above average.
The tea was really disappointing, much worse than I've had ever imagined possible and I'm not that picky about tea. The iced tea were refreshing but only the flavoring was detectable.
The quantity and variety was better than expected. We went really hungry and left really full. The unlimited tea and coffee is a great plus.
I usually visit the Mashrabiya lounge for a relaxing afternoon tea with the family and always happy with the service and food. This visit I requested a special stand that is gluten free, dairy free and vegan! I was really impressed with the stand and the scones after. I enjoyed the mix of savory and sweet treats.
Good experience for hanging out with some set of friends .. definitely recommended !! Will visit again .. good selection of tea, pastries and sandwiches.
