The price to quantity ratio is at par. The only problematic thing was the waiting time after ordering food which was considerably longer & nothing was done to compensate for it. I came here for lunch I would recommend this restaurant only for the Mixed Grill Lebanese, to any foodie on a budget living in that area and if you happen to get yourself caught in an unfamiliar location like Al Quoz, you know where to head out. Bad quality and bad service. I have a had a vanilla shake today at this place, as there is very less food stalls in Al Kahail mall. Initially when the item came, the shake was literally like water. Very poor consistency and terrible taste. Later I requested to the waiter to change it and all they did was add excessive sugar to it and serve.

One of the favorite restaurants in Dubai. The food is absolutely wonderfull from preparation to presentation and everything tastes amazing. The menu is perfect.there's something for everyone. Got that amazing traditional taste wich we used to get from Calicut,kerala. Everytime when I go there,i use to order something different than before. And I have to say that everything I order till now has been amazing! Best for friends and family. it is usually crowded on weekends that you may have to reserve your seats at restaurant for family.. One of the best restaurants for carving in AL Quoz area.. Delivery are late sometimes but dine inn experience is really great.. My friends have been regular here.. They recommended me to try their Nadan tea and their Arabic dishes.. The food was on time, wich takes 10 minutes to reach ur table.. The chicken was really fresh and tendy .. I loved the masala and the fresh bread with Hanmous And tomb... Really poor service and we 5 family return back because they refuse to open the family sitting area. And they are telling there is no person for serving inside family room so they can’t open. Even we 5 family 10 adult and 6 children came out of restaurant they didn’t care for the business they are loosing. I had a worst experience today when I went to have a lunch. When I requested them to serve additional gravy but nobody was ready to even hear my request. Then I escalated the issue to the manager in a suit but he also neglected it. Finally I spoke to the supervisor that their service was utter poor then he responded me arrogantly. Then I paid the bill and left the restaurant leaving my lunch incomplete. I never suggest this restaurant to any of my friends.

Wide range is actually the right name for this restaurant coz it genuinely has a wide range of food items on their menu. Their menu has so much, you'll actually get confused on what to order. Food We ordered the Veg Chicken Hakka Noodles, Veg Manchurian Gravy and Chicken Schewan Noodles. The Veg noodles was very bland and lacked salt. The Manchurian Gravy was fine and the Chicken Schezwan Noodles was awesome! It was not at all dry and tasted really good. Service - Was fine. Will try other stuff too.. :)

I just now ordered burger with fries and ice cream. And I keep on ordering to your restaurant cause I know you will give me nice service. But when I eat the fries it's very hard, the burger which i like because you put fresh vegetables, now you cooked it, it's a burger, not a sandwich to put into a sandwich griller. I've had bad experiences in the past with dine-in here. Yet, today I decided to go and check it out again after many years, hoping that things would've improved. Alas! • Only 1 server to serve the whole dining hall. • Something as simple as tea takes more than 10 minutes to arrive. • They shouldn't really dare to call themselves a south Indian restaurant, if they run out of idli at 9:30 AM already. • Just a bunch of clueless staff wearing jackets & ties, but that doesn't impress when the food is so mediocre. • Sambhar served is thicker than a 'cream of ___' soup. Chutney served doesn't even measure more than 2 spoonfuls. The masala dosa that I ordered: OK, but I've had better even at roadside thelas. I hate to be so negative early in the morning, but you leave me with no choice, Wide Range Restaurant - Al Khail Mall, Dubai. 🙁🙁🙁

I would not give 0 stars for this food i got. I ordered 2 veg fried rice and a vegetable manchurian. First of all food came after more than one and a half hours secondly when got the food the vinegar was spilled all over the takeout containers. The fried rice was made i think out of spite. I have never saw a fried rice with some much oil. The vegetable manchurian i didnt see any vegetable in it i just got some kind of bland flour balls.i had to throw away most of the food!!!

Had quite a bad experience at the restaurant.. went there around afternoon time and surprisingly they didn't have biryani! We asked for Chicken Tikka Masala and they didn't have that as well! Disappointment start then and there itself! Asked for spicy curry and the server suggested Alleppey Chicken, which didn't have any spices present.. When we asked about it his reply was really blunt as well! Food tasted okay.. satisfactory!

A very good place to have Indian food if you are looking for options to dine around Tecom area in Dubai. They serve authentic south and north Indian dishes. Chinese, Filipino, Lebanese dishes. Some healthy juices. They have tables and chairs outside as well. The service is good. The food is delicious as well.

One of the Indian kerala restaurant in Alqouz area. We had very bad experience on last Thursday for dine in. We order chicken tandoor, kutta Adam duck roast, onion fry mutton curry. Mutton curry and salad is very poor in quality and taste. Moreover service is too bad.

Having moved to the vicinity of the place we now tried lunch twice at wide range inside Al Khail mall. Family area is decent and have to say the food is decent too. Tried Kerala parotta which was very good along with butter chicken that was surprisingly not bad. Also tried the ghee rice and chicken curry combo, pothi biriyani and fish curry meals. Food is not bad at all.

Ordered a dish Named Chicken Kurumulaku Fry and I ended up getting a chicken Masala (semi Gravy type) dish. Upon asking them this I had to listen to a 10 min explanation of theirs where they said “It’s a fry but we make this in this way and this is how it is” Guys, You have mentioned FRY and I don’t think I should expect to get a curry out of it... FRY means FRY and in simple English, I hope I got this for what I ordered... your imaginations can be kept for your own good... and the cheep explanation does not count well after waiting for this for almost 1 hour and had to call a couple of times for this... The food wasn’t tasty also... waste of money!! I have posted the pic.. please have a look

I used to try a Restaurant by starting with their biriyani especially in Indian Cuisine. This biriyani stands literally very bad, I ever had in Dubai. I think better they can shut down this branch Ordered the biriyani only because of the Wide range group name. Packing a Normal biriyani with banana leaf doesn’t makes the meaning that biriyani was prepared fully under banana leaf. My rating 1* (literally even less than that)

Have oredered from widerange alquoz several times and never been dissappointed . Their menu has every Indian food that one could possibly crave for and at very affordable prices. Delivery always bang on time and the food hot and fresh. Have tried their south indian breakfast items and all were delicious. Except chutney was a bit watery could have been better. Loved the sambhar. Definately recommend their gobi manchurian .Its super yummy and good portion. Other roti sabzi type items are also good.

Pls do not make an order for delivery. I personally had a very bad experiance. The food is delayed and as of now, almost 45 mins delayed for delivery. As per the restaurent, it will take another 15 to 20 mins. Which means, a delay of alomost 1 hr.

I Ordered Chicken & mutton Vazhaiyla Biryani, got chicken & mutton pothi biryani delivered, order was placed at 12:17pm and got delivery after 2pm, called the restaurant numerous times as I was so hungry , the male receptionist could not talk in English nor could understand, food quality & taste was so horrible. Every time I called, they said 15 mins more to deliver, and finally a lady answered saying more 30 mins, tho it took 45mins, never expected such service from Wide range, as I have eaten at other branches of theirs, would never recommend anyone to eat from this branch, would suggest to take orders only if you can deliver on time, with correct orders & provide better service n quality, also please mention the description/ingredients of the food items on your menu.

the quantity ie enough for 2 person. the butter paneer is mild and kadai paneer and veg kurma is pretty spice.the missing item is always no salad or no pickle.

No complaints with the taste of food as such - just the service of delivery wherein it took 2hours for the driver to deliver the food. They need to be attentive and should send the delivery to the address that’s mentioned on the Zomato and not on the system that they have.

Wide range is good at preparing South Indian breakfast, one should try masala dosa which is awesome. (at this price its a steal) of course they good at preparing lunch meals. one can also try north Indian thali which is fulfilling. faster deliveries, hospitable and courteous people at the reception are few highlights.

Food is so yummy. Though we may feel little bit expensive compared to other, It’s worth. Ordering is quite simple through Zomato. Even though it says 60 min, it’ll be delivered in 30 mins.
