I have been here a few times and their quality is definitely consistent. The spicy chicken pizza, kebab pizza and the club pizza are my favorite. Ordered all 3 of them and all of them had distinct sauce and taste. This place is certainly unique. Not those cheesy mess you find in the name of pizza. Their chicken is well marinated. Sauce is well made. Crust is to perfection. The club pizza had roasted onions on top with a complimenting sauce, I honestly couldn't get enough of it. If you enjoy a bit of spicy tinge, the spicy chicken is for you. Yum Yummy! It's definitely worth a try. Keep up the great work Rolando's. You earned a great fan.

Where is my order Rolando's??? 9:23 pm was the promised time in Zomato. You HAD a good reputation for being on time. Not anymore! Order is delayed for 30 minutes now! For Christ's sake! Do you need 1 1/2 hour to make and deliver pizza?? You take away the fast in Fast Food! Unacceptable! I had to eat cookies not to pass out!!!

Huge disappointment, nothing close to the original Swedish pizza, and very cheap with the ingredients, salads and the sauce, don't recommend it at all

I had chicken chilli pizza yesterday and it was pretty okay. The food is pretty normal. You would find that sort of food in any of the Italian restaurants. Nothing special.<br/>The only plus point is that it is open 24*7 and you can satisfy the craving of Italian anytime.

I ordered the truffle mushroom pasta - which was decent, and the garlic bread - which wasn't garlic bread, but naan with a few tasteless dried green flecks sprinkled on it.  What kind of Italian restaurant gives you naan when you order garlic bread?

Tasty food, good prices, but sometimes they are very skimpy in some ingredients or dressing! I would have left a far better review if they didn't have this problem.

There are many pizza places in Dubai. Only this one takes two hours to deliver an order of 3 pizzas. (In the middle of the afternoon when it isn't rush hour, I should add)<br/>

Good pizza. A bit oily and the dough is a little dry. The delivery didn't take long which was good because I was starving. However, I must admit that there are better pizza places in Marina.

This is by far the most enjoyable pizza I have had. <br/>Their signature kebab pizza was without a doubt the most flavoursome and unique pizza I have tasted in Dubai. <br/>For a city that boasts diversity, the food has often been mediocre but Rolando reinforce the belief that Dubai is about providing unique experience. <br/><br/>Having been to Sweden, Swedish pizza's have very thin dough and soft. Rolando on the other hand, thankfully did not go this direction and maintained the Italian way. The dough is light yet strong to grip. I have to say, I was surprised that I managed to eat a whole Pizza to myself without the feeling to being stuffed. I felt satisfied, without the unpleasant side of feeling heavy/ bloated. <br/><br/>I do hope they put more branches through out the country.

Just made an order of margherita here for the first time . Food was delivered on time, served hot and delicious. Definetely coming back for more.

Ordered the Kebab Deluxe and the Pepperoni pizza. Delivery was fast, however after asking to specifically remove the bell pepper and jalapeños, the pizzas came with both. I called them and they sent us new pizzas. I was really looking forward to trying Rolando's Pizza as I am from Sweden and love the pizzas there, however, I can honestly say that this pizza is the worst one I have had so far. The kebab pieces were basically pieces of left over fat chunks that tastes very old and off to the point I had to remove them. The Kebab sauce was not good and the pizza was in general awful. Will never order from there again. It is such a shame, the only thing this place got on point was the pizza salad. <br/><br/>I don't understand how they managed to ruin a pizza.<br/>This was an utter waste of money and food.

Just tried this place and have quick comments. Pizzas look nice and ate juicy, tried the pepperori and it was a good pizza. Delivery is slow perhaps due to outsourcing it with the renowned slow any order delivery guys

Great Pizzeria! I tried their Primavera Pizza, it was delicious.<br/>The dough is thin and crispy, the combination of toppings was amazing. <br/>The pizza comes with a small salad as well. This is different and definitely an added value.<br/>

I'm a massive pizza fan but this was not for me.. from 100 pizzas I've tried from various outlets in Dubai this is by far the worst I've tasted and the only time I have been unable to eat the pizza.. I ordered the Kebab Pizza to try something different, I had to recheck my order as I was unsure what I had received, the meat unrecognisable both visual and taste, even by removing the meat I was left with a wet, soggy & chewy base.. won't be rushing back anytime soon

Good quality, good restaurant, nice service and the pizza is great. Probably some of the best pizza in town if you don't know about it and the prices aren't too bad. The restaurant brought the wrong pizza to our door and they immediately brought another one free of charge and the service was fantastic, I highly recommend them and blow up their pizza restaurant. It's fantastic!

Had the roast beef sandwich today for a change at work and it was average at best was a good price but came cold and put cheese on when I requested not to I imagine it's ok for pizza but anything else I would give a miss. Just thought I would give this place a 2nd chance after last time placed the order online I then received a call saying they can only deliver after the rain. This is a total joke. I said can you give me a time he said no just when the rain stops could be 30 minutes could be 3 hours. I cancelled the order and will never return

Looking for pizza parlors around the Marina area on Zomato led us to Rolando’s. <br/><br/>There is a lane of restaurants but they are hidden behind bushes making it impossible to find this place. The place is quite deserted, and nobody was at the restaurant, the waiters were so surprised to see customers waking in. We honestly weren’t expecting much out of the food, but it turned out to be the best pizza I have tried in Dubai. <br/><br/>We called for 3 pizzas – The Kebab pizza (they claim to be the one that invented this), the Chicken Chili, and the BBQ chicken. The pizzas come in one size (large) only, which could be a downfall. <br/><br/>All 3 pizzas looked equally delicious, but the one I liked the most was the Chicken Chili. It had a special sauce, similar to a pink sauce in a pasta, and it tasted heavenly! The flavor was unique, and it really was their specialty. <br/><br/>The Kebab pizza had chunks of doner kebab on it; I generally am not a fan of doner kebab, so I didn’t really like this much. The onions were also raw and crunchy, which I did not personally like. <br/><br/>The BBQ chicken tasted just like the one at Papa Johns, so it was nothing new to my taste buds; but good. <br/><br/>Overall, I really liked the pizzas and I would recommend everyone to try it at least once.

A huge pizza fan and so decided to order from Rolando pizzeria and the out their vegetarian optional.<br/>Ordered a vegetariana which has artichokes bell peppers onion mushroom etc.<br/>The pizza was delivered well within time and was piping hot when it arrived but it tasted somewhat bland.<br/>Not a very happy experience but not a bad one either. Pizzas are supposed to have balances taste of the pizza sauce, the toppings and the seasoning. <br/>Not many options for pizza sides as well. <br/>However I am going to give myself a benefit of doubt and visit this place or order from here again to try out the other options 😊!

I am extremely picky when it comes to pizzas. Ordered from this establishment. The pizzas came very hot straight from the oven. The quality of ingredients is very good. Both the pizzas I ordered were nice and flavourful. They were however a lil bit too salty, especially the rustica, but that might have to do with the beef salami. Generous size pizzas and reasonably priced. All in all highly recommended pizza place. Good job.

I tried their vegetarian pizza last night which came out to b pretty fresh, crispy, hot and loaded with cheese and vegetables like artichoke, black olives , bell pepper and onions. The location is perfect due to its approximity to nearest club Barasti so easy to walk and grab it. As far as price is concern I guess its worth it for quality they offer also their portion size is filling for three people. I can highly recommend this place to try.

I am truly in love with this place! I had it for my holidays and I wanna go back to Dubai just to have their pizza! I am sure to take a stopover to just eat their pizza. Their pizzas aren't cheesy and they bring together amazing flavour combinations which I haven't ever tried or thought of!  Love their pizzas to bits and pieces! If there's one thing I know, it's pizza. Believe me, I could live off it. Now Rolando's doesn't fail to disappoint. The crust was fresh baked, with a crispy yet chewy crust, a great base and high-quality toppings. If you're a fan of stodgy American-style pizza this won't be your thing, but for all you Italian pizza lovers out there it's perfect. They've annoyed me a couple of times though forgetting my soda and not reading requests properly but I'll put that down to teething problems. One of Dubai's better pizzerias, most definitely.

There was no choice of bread option on the menu and it looked like sliced bread on the image on the food delivery site. <br/><br/>The sandwich arrived super fast. It was an enormous panini with lots of mozzarella, very very little pesto and a measly amount of chicken. Even the sundried tomato pieces were unappetizingly huge. It was such a half-hearted attempt that was a major letdown.<br/><br/>No pictures coz I was too enraged to take any. Really enjoyed my first Order at Rolando's pizzeria! Ordered the sapori italiani which tasted fantastic. The ingredients are of high quality and the herbs used definitely gives the taste a nice kick. The complimentary salad that came with it is also very fresh and tastes so good with the pizza.

I just finished inhaling a Margerita pizza and Mexican salad from Rolando's. It exceeded my expectations. I thoroughly liked the flavor of the tomato sauce on the pizza. The cheese was tasty and the crust was perfect (thin and had the right amount of chewiness). I was surprised at how fresh the salad ingredients were too. The order arrived at record speed for me considering I'm used to waiting forever for my orders so I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Located at Marina Walk, this is a stunning place with lovely view. I decided to go for a take away. I ordered two pizzas. The Chicken BBQ pizza was not only appealing but tasted delicious too.. But the Pizza that bagged the crown, was the Chicken chilly pizza...hot & tasty. It was super duper delicious! My family loved it and so did I. While waiting there till my take away is ready, I decided to take few pics. I liked the interiors with beautiful paintings & a big TV mounted on the wall. And the setup was colorful. Though it did not take much time, I quickly got my pizza nicely packed in the boxes. The staff was very polite & helpful. Good service, great Staff and a nice Ambience. Well, the Chicken Chilly Pizza definitely stole our hearts with its taste, texture & flavors. We liked it very much. We liked the cabbage salad as well. So 3.5 rating they definitely deserve for their outstanding service, good quality & fresh ingredients, and for the quick service. We are going to come back for sure..

Overall experience was good enough to warrant a review. Pizza with a difference definitely. Variety of flavors available with special attention paid to each. Tried their 'Pollo' and 'Chicken BBQ' and both were far from disappointing. Customer service and ambiance added to the appeal. Will surely go back for having a go at more on the menu.

Second time I order from Rolando's and I have to say its sooo goood!!! Not that dry boring pizzas you can get all over Dubai and looks the same. The crust is out of this world, crispy on the outside and fluffy inside...Amazing!!! Last time I had the kebab pizza and it was delicious, that white sauce on top is perfect. Today I had the chicken chili and it was fantastic, spicy on a normal level and that sauce on top was yummi!!! This is nr 1 for me, no doubt!!

Overall the pizza was ok. A bit dry though, and the bacon toping was very chewy. Also it's important to say that none of the pizzas were spicy at all (despite the info provided on the menu).<br/><br/>As for the delivery:<br/>Side salad came in the same thermo pack as the pizza, so we ended up eating warm salad (not nice). Also i asked for mayonnaise and chill flakes but none of those showed up (request was ignored by the restaurant).

This was a complete disappointment for me. After seeing the reviews and pictures i was quite excited only to be disappointed. <br/><br/>I had the spicy chicken, it had creamy/may like sauce all over it. When i ready spicy sauce im expecting something closer to buffalo sauce or tabasco, anything except cream!<br/><br/>The other pizza i had was ai formaggi pizza and it basically just a margherita. There was very little flavour of grana or gorgonzola!<br/><br/>If you are looking for true pizza you will have better luck elsewhere.

I must be missing something here.  Had delivery the other week from here, and honestly I wasn't that impressed.<br/><br/>Being really keen to try this place based on the amazing reviews, so my expectations must have been high.  At the time of this writing there are 26 reviews, 15 of them are 5 out of 5, 9 are 4.5 and the other two are 4 and 3.5.  All I can do is tell it like it was for me.<br/><br/>My experience of delivery from this place was 3.0 at best.  For delivery we requested the sauces that are normally put straight ontop of the pizzas to be sent on the side to save the pizza becoming even more sloppy and wet during delivery.<br/><br/>We had the chicken chilli pizza and the kebab deluxe, both pizzas had a reasonable base and crust, but the toppings were not that great, the chicken chilli pizza is supposed to be hot, didn't find this hot in the slightest bit apart from when you bite into a jalapeno, and even then it wasnt that hot.  The kebab deluxe pizza was ok but didn't have a lot of flavour either, just bland on the palate and previously when I've had pizzas that have things like lettuce on them, for delivery these are supplied separately for you to put onto the pizza post delivery so they do not sit in the pizza box, in the pizza delivery pouch steaming away during delivery, I think this made what would have been an ok pizza below average for me, was just so sloppy, particularly coming to the centre.<br/><br/>The free little cabbage salad thing they give with the pizzas was excellent and we loved it, the Mexican sunset salad (without chicken) was also really nice and what brought the rating up to a 3.  The Italian job salad had a bit too much fresh mozzarella for my liking but I guess most people wouldn't complain about that.<br/><br/>I've had swedish style kebab pizzas before in other countries and enjoyed them alot more, maybe I'll try this again, it'll have to be solo though as my dining friends are not convinced to give it another shot.

The first time i was here, i was introduced to the chef, Rolando. Half Swedish, Half Italian -He's the guy in charge making sure your pizza will blow you away. <br/><br/>I had the flagship, Swedish style, kebab pizza which came with a bite size salad.<br/>The ingredients used harmonized with each other and the dough was near perfection. Think crispy on the outside soft on the inside. It was big, couldn't even finish it alone.<br/><br/>I've been there twice and the pizzas taste exactly the same - with the same level of passion put into. <br/><br/>If you are used to a regular Italian taste, switch it up, go for the Kebab.<br/>

Great pizza with a Scandinavian twist,  Rolando's pizzas are a mix between classic Italian and more avant-garde Swedish creations. Served with delicious "pizza salad" and lots of enthusiasm from the staff, the sit in experience was great. We ate a kebab pizza that had succulent doner meat and a really great garlic sauce topping. This was more than your average quattro stagioni each bite was bursting with flavor.  I'll certainly be back and would make it my first choice for delivery in the Marina.

Excellent Home Delivery service,  .."Sir, we will deliver the Pizza in 45-50 min" .. they said, but got it in approx 15-20 min and well Packaged.<br/><br/>Chicken Chilly - Spicy, great Sauce, Well Cooked Chicken Pieces and the Bread all the way till the ends of the crust was A-Class -  not oily at the base. Loved it.<br/><br/>haven't tried other flavors yet -<br/><br/>Enjoyed it and far better then the rest of them out there ..

Kabab pizza is the special one over here and it's really tasty and delecious. Most of the swedish style pizza s are available for a change in taste. Mr Rolando himself is there to serve you .

Went there the other day with some friends. We tried 3 pizzas. The kebab pizza and chilli chicken pizza were out of this world. Service was fast and smooth and the atmosphere was welcoming. Never had pizza that was this good before.

Impressive for new place,<br/><br/>Delivery was really fast if I compare with other places with same distance.<br/><br/>Kebap pizza is just like in Sweden, need to try more from Swedish section.<br/><br/>Furutti di mare was disappointing, I really can stand when I see canned product on my food, in this it was canned tuna.<br/><br/>Crust was nice for both pizzas.<br/><br/>I will definitely suggest worth trying.

Nice cozy restaurant near to the marina waters...Best pizzas in dubai that I had so far and that too economical...very good ambience and good service...Must try- chicken chilly and kebab pizza...I recommend this for all pizza lovers...best wishes...

My husband insisted I try Rolandos pizza as they just opened recently and he said their is nothing similar to it in the UAE...living close to the Marina we were able to get take away and I must say it is the best pizza I have ever had the Club house and Kebab pizzas are must try's! The special sauces on top are remarkable!!

I loved their pizza , specially the spicy chicken and the kebab pizza , the crust was amazing and the pizza was full of sauce . Highly recommended will definitely visit again.

We can try one of the best authentic hand made Swedish pizza. The thin crust pizza with their indigenous dip and fresh toppings can do wonders on your taste buds. <br/><br/>The hot and spicy chicken chilli pizza is a must try if you are more into spicy flavours and Calzone stuffed with turkey ham, pepper and mushroom was a delicious try. Overall a great experience with delicious food and enthusiastic staff.

I'm not one to topple quickly but boy this Pizza is just something else. Never knew Sweden had anything to do with pizza but this place has me believing. Can't wait to visit again. The Chef Rolando was on his break so had a chance to speak to him. Nice guy told us about the history of rolandos pizza very interesting. I give guarantee that this joint will satisfy you cause had the pizza a few times and it's perfect every time mashaa Allah. A truly Nayaab experience.

All Pizza Lovers ... the kebab pizza is a definite try ...  have just one bite and the next thing you know, your plate is empty .. absolutely delicious .. They have it all, style, top-class service and mouth-wateringly-good pizza!<br/><br/>From the Swedish Chicken-chicken chilli to the Italian Cosa Nostra, Rolandos menu spoils for choice with every option nothing less than extraordinary. <br/><br/>Each topping was fresh and I was particularly delighted by the perfect proportion of toppings on the pizza. Not to mention its served piping hot on fine, crisp dough with a complimentary Swedish pizza salad!<br/><br/>Would definitely recommend to all pizza lovers!

Not your ordinary pizza. I had the kebab pizza and it was wonderful, with a special sauce on it. Overall experince was really welcoming. Even the hot chocolate was delicious. <br/>

Rolandos pizza is very unique and tasty. I have never tasted the like, with the Swedish touch I enjoyed the donor kebab pizza and chicken chili pizza.<br/><br/>The pictures speak for themselves!!<br/><br/>Interior was very comfortable and enjoyed dining in here. <br/><br/>Will be back.
