I know its very sinful and most likely not good to my blood sugar level but its so damn good. Not overly sweet and a hint of salted cheese. They have introduced the pancakes which can be a bit pricey but i do recommend try the surprising salty variety. The lines can get long during peak hours.

Happy Lemon is located in the ground floor of Burjuman Mall. They have varieties of flavors to choose from. I opted for their Oreo Milk Tea with extra tapioca 😍 and I must say I have enjoyed it.

I have been seeing this popular filipino joint for quite sometime before carrefour. There is always so much rush that didn't dare to enter.<br/>Now I had a salted cheese milktea. At 18dhs, it's slightly costly but very tasty. I added the bubbles at an additional cost of 3 dhs. Amount is quite big. It can be had hot or cold too.<br/>Nice positive bright yellow colours. Difficult to get a seat.<br/>Recommended..

I ordered Wintermelon Latte,it was too watery..sweet and very less of the black pearls..I will never come back on this bubble tea shop again.Its not even busy but why the quality is of their product is lame..black pearls are jus 18-22 pieces..😩

Happy Lemon is located just next to the place I work so I often come here at the Burjuman center for my Matcha Latte. Being a regular customer here, I always hesitate to come back because of poor services by the staff but I keep coming back just for the Matcha and hoping there would be some change with the attitude of the staffs there. However, I always end up being disappointed coz they seem to be least interested to the of service to their customers. Several times I've waited at the counter with no cashier present and during hours when they're not busy at all. The place is almost empty with just two or three customers sitting at the table and I've noticed several times that the staffs are more interested with their mobile phones and gossiping with each other. They see me waiting to place my order at the counter yet they don't bother to inform the cashier to attend to my order. I kept ignoring this attitude several times whenever I visited but after today, I felt I had to put this review up. The cashier saw me but she chose to ignore letting me wait for her while she sweeped the floor all around taking her own sweet time while there were around 3 staffs who were just laughing and chatting in the kitchen and 1 staff was at the preparation section laughing at something in his phone. All of them saw me yet none ever bothered. Really disappointed.

This is my go-to milk tea now. I love how the puff cream makes it more delicious.<br/>Milk Tea w/ Salted Cheese - 5/5 another favorite, if you want a mix of a bit salty taste but equally delicious. I recommend this. Just don’t forget to mention you want to add pearls/bubbles as it is not included in the price you need to pay extra.<br/>Matcha Bubble Waffle - 5/5 comes with a dip, love it. always made fresh. Went to Burjuman Shopping Center just try their milk tea but fell in love with their bubble waffle dessert. Although the milk tea is not bad its not different from the other milk teas I tried before.The bubble waffle though I had my reservations when I saw cause I thought it would be too dense and sweet for my taste but surprisingly it wasnt. The round bubble parts that are filled with redbeans inside has a soft outer cover but the crust in between the sides of the bubbles are slightly crispy which I could be compared to the sweet ice cones. Since I was having the Bubble Classic Milk Tea the bubble waffle didnt taste too sweet making the two a perfect match.<br/><br/>As for the ambiance the store is too small to accomodate a lot of sit in customers and it felt a bit warm sitting in too.<br/><br/>Since it was my first time in I was glad that their staff was accomodating enough to explain and recommend the best in their menu.<br/><br/>

**Long post<br/><br/>When we were here yesterday I ordered 4 large cups. While a staff was making my 1st order, he overfilled my cup and tried sealing it. Obviously since it was overfilled, complete seal was not attained. He tried repeating this cycle for 3 more times until finally he ripped it open to pour out some milk tea and tried sealing it for the 5th time. By this time I requested to make a new one instead seeing how untidy my cup, and the process of making it was.<br/>Another staff was preparing my 2nd order, for which I payed for an additional salted cheese (total 2 servings), and he poured too much milk tea leaving just enough space for barely 1 serving of salted cheese.<br/><br/>Another incident at your Al Ghurair branch last month.<br/>The staff, while preparing my order, smelled another unsealed prepared cup placing it too close to his nose. Too close for hygiene standards. That time I let it pass by telling myself it's ok, maybe he loves the smell of freshly made milk tea (Who doesn't?!). However after that, the same staff, while putting the bubbles in my cup, spilled a piece of bubble over a stainless steel cover then scoops that same piece back to my cup. Seeing that incident made me furious of course and I called him and politely asked for an explanation for his actions. He answered me, saying that the cover was sanitized but I insisted to have it changed because no sanitary standard could justify this action.<br/>3 staffs were preparing the drinks and we still waited for 25 minutes for just 4 drinks. Another customer waited for 15 minutes just for a single drink. Take note that this was not a busy time and the place wasn't even half full.<br/><br/>I actually don't have any intentions of posting this. But having another incident yesterday made me do so. Me and my friend were craving Boba so we decided to go to Happy Lemon!<br/><br/>We ordered the Bubble Milk Tea with Puff Cream and Red Bean Milk tea with Boba.<br/><br/>The Bubble Milk Tea with Puff Cream had really great sweet but earthy flavor from the tea and the puff cream just made it ten times better. The Boba is nice and chewy and had a wonderful texture.<br/>Rating: 4.5/5 ☕<br/><br/>The Red Bean Milk Tea with Boba was amazing as well. It takes some time for you to get the Red Bean flavor but after mixing it for a bit, you start to taste it. This is great for someone who likes a not-too-sweet Boba and I frankly enjoyed it very much. I visited happy lemon at burjuman centre. I tried bubble tea with puff cream. It's a easy grab place and there are seating as well. After trying this I really wanted more of bubble tea in my life.<br/><br/>There are many options such as waffles and also you can opt for booba with jelly or red bean.

Always buying milk tea from Happy Lemon and I noticed that they are losing the quality of their tea and how the staffs are serving their customers is not representing the ‘Happy’ in their brand.

There is always a long line of customers - buying and waiting - but still management is not doing anything to hasten the transactions. Staff could also use some customer service training as they are not welcoming, not smiling, and could be rude to some of the customers. I understand the pressure and frustration that they go through but still they should at least be accommodating and smiling so that people in line would not feel as if we are wasting their precious times by ordering from them. Also the queuing system is quite confusing, I think it’s best to invest in digital queuing systems with LED screens like the ones you see in other establishments. That’s all.

I ordered 2 Bubble waffle (chocolate & oreo) and the passion fruit lemon Slushie for take away.<br/><br/>The guy who took my order made the Slushie before he even started making the waffles. (He just started the machine right that minute and Immediately dispensed the slush before the ice and juice had blended. Making this first would have been ok if he had handed it to me at that point. But he didn't because it was a take away order. 20 minutes later my waffles are done and the lady hands me my cup of syrup and two waffles.<br/><br/>I pointed out that the slush should have been prepared last as it was an ice drink and it had been sitting out for 20 minutes. The lady said "oh, but he already made it before" like that is compensation for the fact that the drink is now no longer a Slushie. I had to live with my syrup as I was not going to get a refund or a remade drink.<br/><br/>I enjoyed both waffles. But I will probably never go back because they obviously do not give a damn about their customers and the food and drink they are serving. If they did she would have remade my Slushie because it was not up to standard.<br/><br/>The drink was horrid. So tart. They also put lemon jelly which made it even more tart and the sweetness cut up the tongue. Would never get this again.

Located at Burjuman quite close to the metro station. The shop is always crowded. So we decided to try this place out. <br/><br/>We’ve tried a couple of things from this place:<br/><br/>- Passion Fruit Jasmine Green Tea with Jelly <br/>Not a huge fan of jasmine green tea, but they hardly have any fruit tea options. But I like passion fruit, so the taste of jasmine tea was bearable. I would have preferred a simple green tea instead of the jasmine one. <br/><br/>- Chocolate with Sated Cheese, (I added pearls)<br/>It’s my favorite thing at this restaurant. A chocolaty drink, but more than the chocolate it is the salted cheese that I love. The perfect blend of salty and sweet. <br/><br/>-Chocolate Bubble Waffle <br/>Didn’t get to taste the chocolate flavor at all. This was the first time we tried the bubble waffle. But it was a total disappointment. I expected it to be a little more crispy. Although the cheese dip was good accompaniment, I wish there was more of it.<br/><br/>At the moment I’ve just found one thing that I really really like. So will be coming back only for that. I wish they took cards as well. But I guess cash will do for the time being.

The Oreo milk tea is amazing. When you drink it you feel you are eating Oreo and same time drinking milk at the same time a flavour of real tea. Excellent happy staff service from happy lemon. Affordable drink and enjoyable experience.

I ordered milk tea oreo but the tastes lacks sweetness. And it does not taste good :( I expect more of it like tasty and sweet. I would like to approach them to revise it but I doubt that maybe they are not gonna do it.
