Very nice Mutton biriyani with tender and small cut mutton pieces. Well cooked mutton and masala is not too much spicy. Special raita.Tried dine in also, Good service, clean and spacious.

The best butter chicken I have ever had, delicious and generous portion size. For some reason the branches in jlt & al barsha do not taste similar at all and I would not order from there. Hoping the chef never leaves the business bay branch (or can share his recipe across all branches!)

We just explored this restaurant last week as we previously only opted for the delivery. One of the most clean Pakistani/Desi restaurant in and around Business Bay. Food was very tasty especially the Haleem, Nehari and the Mutton Bihari Boti alongwith the Plain and Butter naan. I hope they keep up the good quality.
Food is good and staffs are very accommodating. Best pair of buttered chicken and garlic bread. You can even order in advance so your food is ready once you arrive in the restaurant. 👍🏻
Loved the haleem, just wished gave some extra ginger and friend onion in the side. Over all amazing taste.
We had heard good reviews about this restaurant and when we were in the area, we ordered for a takeout. We tried the haleem and chapli kebab. Highly recommend both these dishes. The meat in haleem was very well cooked. The pricing is also reasonable for the quantity of the food.

Great taste, reasonable price! Best palak paneer I've tried. Chicken handi Achari - amazing. Everything they offer is super tasty. The only problem is they don't allow to pay your bill with more than 1 card (not relevant for ordering online though).
Liked the grills served with puris and their mint and tamarind sauces. I would recommend the behari kebabs which are a bit spicy but the meat just melts in the mouth. The ginger chicken curry is nice too and goes well with a roti. Try their kheer which is perfect after the spicy food.
Simple ambience and delicious food,we tried this place for the first time last night and the food was great, freshly cooked very tasty and well presented. The waiters were attentive and service overall was good. The restaurant looked to have simple interiors. Overall a good meal and great value we will certainly be going back.
Chicken Tikka Inn has the best butter chicken. I hope they improve their delivery though.
Great food every time. I love the keema naan, mutton and chicken kebabs from here. I don’t have to go to Bur Dubai anymore. Wonderful restaurant right here on my door step.

It was our first time visit to this branch. Overall, pretty decent.
For lunch, we had Bhindi Payaaz, Butter Chicken, Chicken Biryani, and Naan.
Out of them all, I personally liked the Bhindi Payaaz and Biryani. All were fresh and hot.
The service was good. Pricing is decent and affordable. The cleanliness can be improved but otherwise, it is good.
Me and my colleagues have been ordering from here recently and we love their food.
Their Dal Makhani though a bit oily is delicious and their Mutton Handi Achar is succulent and tasty.
Looking forward to trying their other items next time.
We often order delivery from here. the grill is very very good however the packaging is horrible. The online ordering menu has items missing and the person that answers the phone is clueless at best.
It was quite difficult to find this place. We went here for dinner. They have really nice view if you want to be seated outdoors. The seating facility outdoor is bad compared to the seating they have inside. We chose to sit outside nonetheless to take advantage of the wonderful weather during Dec. They did not provide complimentary papad which mostly all Indian restaurants of this grade offers which was disappointing. The decor & the ambiance inside seemed pretty good. Staff was really nice & good service. We ordered Paneer Butter Masala for what I’d give 3/5 it was too sweet for a curry. The best was the Cheese Naan. They need to provide more drinks in their menu. Service was relatively quick. Bill for two was only 42 Dhs which is amazing & we were so full too.
One of the most reliable desi grill food outlet in town at affordable rates, ambiance and location is good in front of dubai canal with decent seating arrangements, food is served hot & fresh and tastes good especially the chicken grill & seekh kebab with puri & yogurt, sizzlers are a speciality of this food chain, service is fine. Overall a decent place for a budget fine dine-out with family & friends !
Nice place with interiors well done... Had the biryanis which were nice.... Chicken handi was very tasty and not to mention their mix grill... Its one of the best in the area.. Parking can be a let down as its very hard to find a spot to park your car... Overall its nice for a quick lunch overlooking business bay...

I was craving for homemade haleem and came across it on their menu. Ordered it with a confused hope, but to my surprise it was AHMAZING..... Prefectly cooked with all the right ingredients and spices. I couldn't have asked for more this afternoon as it reminded me of my mom's haleem. 9/10 for the chicken haleem. They should also add haleem with mutton (the real haleem is served with mutton) and some mint on top for a 10/10 😃
Food is very delicious, Good Value for your money.. Especially their GRILL-ed ones.

Went for their iftar buffet. A pleasant decor. And a value for money buffet.
As we walked in the table had already been laid out; chana chaat, samosas, pakoras and drinks. I felt they should have put it on the table only once the customers come in and have a seat. It should be served hot, no fun in having it cold.
I splurged on their Kebab variety. Tried out every single thing on the buffet. I felt a few of the Chicken Kebabs were slightly undercooked. But flavour wise they were bang on. I was already stuffed by the time I reached the main course. So I skipped that for the dessert.
But the only dessert left was custard trifle. Missed out on trying out the Shahi Tukda. The custard trifle was really good though.
In all a value for money and affordable food. Want to come back for their main course at some point in time.
Food was good. But the orange chicken was not proper which could have been made properly. Quantity for the iftar buffet was quite less. There was samosa which was cold.
Excellent food and reasonably priced. There is a wide selection of Indian food and the Flavours are very nice. Staff are professional and delivery time in good.

Brought back a lot of childhood memories. Used to be a regular at Chicken Tikka Inn as a kid and ordered the very same dish which we used to have. Chicken Tikka spicy with Poori's and a little bit of ketchup on the side. (Used to eat everything with ketchup as a kid) and wanted to have the exact same feeling. I would say the taste has become better and more refined after all these years, but would still prefer the 1990s version anyday purely for the emotional quotient.

located in Business Bay close to where I live, I ordered a home delivery, I ordered the Chicken Achari and puri paratha, Raita and biryani Rice. pretty quick delivery, the food was when it arrived and the chicken achari was out of this world. the Puri and raita was also very good. keep it up.
friendly staff, quick service , delicious Biryani with very reasonable price and decent portion they also - un like other Indian restaurants- serve it with big plate of yogurt which i found it the best part in this restaurant as whenever i ordered biryani i have to order yogurt or mange to buy it by my self from supermarket , recommended for Biryani

This place isn't easy to get to on your first attempt - but more on that later.
The Iftar buffet is small compared to the likes of BBQ Delight/Tonite or Lal Qila but at 45 Dhs / person it is excellent value. Aside from Pakoras, Samosas, and two soups, they had 8 mains and 2 desserts. The mains were mostly kebabs and grilled chicken. The star of the night though was the Chicken Achari Haandi - absolutely exquisite and rich in taste.
Service is excellent, piping hot parathas were being served on every table as soon as they became available, and the staff was quick to respond. Will go again but probably one of other branches that are slightly more easily accessible.
No onto the directions - it is right underneath Churchill Towers which if you're coming from SZR, you'll see on the left as you cross the bridge over the creek. A few yards up you'll come to the traffic lights where the natural instinct is to take a u-turn - this will take you back over the bridge however. IInstead: Take left from these set of lights, go straight on the road that curves towards right and take a uturn up ahead. Stay on the right most lane while going straight and it'll take you right under Churchill Towers where there's plenty of parking space on the sand on your right.
The mixed grill is awesome in all their branches. The delivery always takes come time and really they need to work out their packaging a bit better to save the mess. But food is very good
When you are craving some economical & mouth watering desi food then this is a place worth a try. It will have you coming for more.They have some of the best puri & naan. The bbq is really good no matter what you order along with their special mint & tamarind chutney which just enhance the flavor of the kebab . The biryani is ok as compared to the bbq. It is simple soul food.

Dropped by for lunch. The restaurant is nearly laid out and the staff was very prompt and polite. Ordered the chukka tikka (mild) with pouri and French fries. The food arrived in quick time. The chicken was grilled to perfection and was delicious. The pouri was too oily and makes you think about the calories you would have to burn afterwards. Overall great experience and definitely worth a visit or two
Ordered their famous mix grill. It was absolutely delicious and the portion was for 2 not for one.

As western European I don't like everything on their menu but I tried amongst others the mixed grill, the barbequed chicken with mushrooms and the one with pepper sauce. All pretty good and sufficient portions for very little money. When you order the delivery guys are always very nice and polite. Also in the restaurant they are trying their best to make you feel welcome and to deliver a good service. After all this is a simple restaurant and take away but they are trying to make a difference which needs to be honoured. I recommend the place.
Am not a specialist in the sub-continent cuisine. But I try to enjoy the Paki/Indian juicy dishes whenever possible. Especially that am a fan of spicy plates.
Chicken Tikka inn is without doubt a provider of such excellent varieties. The tikka has a fine well blended aroma n taste. Very juicy.
The curry dishes are quite succulents. The mutton is enough tender.
Delivery was a smash. Just 33 mnts from the time I hanged off the phone.
Good value for your money.
Highly recommended.
P.S. it would be an advantage if they come up with an online menu that has a picture next to the main dishes. So, we who are not sub-continent customers can relate to the available varieties more visually and dare to try out some unfamiliar names.

Chicken Tikka Inn, an amazing place with variety of branches all over Dubai. Visited their Bussiness Bay, branch i must say a beautiful location overlooking dubai skyline and mesmerizing canal view. Simply loved the Chicken corn soup. A perfect Desi style Chinese soup which tasted equally perfect. Generous portion with thick and flavorful taste.
Fried Rice.
Deeply in love with their Chicken Fried rice. Man the taste was insane. Loads of chicken with super fresh veggies tossed in amazing sauces gave the rice an absolute kick topped with spring onions and egg simply too good.
Mixed Kebab Platter.
Simply perfect you can feel the freshness in every bite.. An amazing colorful, platter with delicate kebabs, variety of mutton and chicken tikkas, fish tikka with perfect taste and tge best part it was so soothing to see an amazing color combination platter. A must try platter.
Mutton Biryani.
Perfect for all mutton lovers. Meat was so tender packed with freshness and flavor. Loved the amazingly delicious mutton biryani. In love with the long grains of the flavorful biryani which enhances the taste more.
Drinks.
Freshly squeezed refreshing orange juice really made my day. A perfect meal ending on a happier note. As They serves traditional lassi too. Guys do try this place tea as i am a tea lover and I simply loved it. A treat to enjoy in this lovely weather.
Overall Experience.
Highly Recommended place. In love with this place. What quality ingredients they are using in each and every dish that you can feel the freshness in every bite. Taste was mind blowing and the best part service was just wow. You get the homely feeling with such amazing customer service. Highly Recommended place for having a good flavorful Indian food in amazing ambiance with delicious taste.
