One of my favourite place to have South Indian food.
Visited on a Friday afternoon. Inspite of the weather being hot and humid.
We had Ghee Roast Masala Dosa, Rava Dosa, and Mix Uttapam and Filter Coffee
Ghee Roast Masala Dosa - the dosa was so crispy and very huge. They were served with red chutney ( spicy), green chutney (delish) and Sambar.
Coffee - the filter coffee was decent.
Overall the food is satisfying and filling. The place is well priced and easy on the pocket.
The service was good, We had a good time.
There's no better place than Sarvana Bhawan when it comes to south Indian food. Me and my wife went to this Sarvana bhawan and we found the food so very consistent as it is at other Sarvana bhawan.
The sambhar and chutney are so very good. We asked for a complimentary chutney and the restaurant obliged without charging. We loved that and the staff is so good and polite. Speaks English and Hindi very well.
We had variety of food followed by our favorite filter coffee.

Saravanaa Bhavan is a popular south indian joint located in Amman street of Al Nahda. We had visited this restaurant last week for lunch. We prefered to have masala dosa, idli and medhu vada.
Masala dosa was crispy and was looking very appetizing, it had generous filling of potato bhaji, together it tasted quite good. Idli was superbly soft and we enjoyed it with sambhar and chutney. Medhu vada was fried perfectly, was crispy and hot when served. After the meal we had their famous filter coffee too.
Service was slow.

Loved the Ghee roast masala dosa, poori and vada we ordered! We are frequent visitors of the sarvana bhavan dine-in and the service has always been great! This is the first time we ordered for delivery and it came on time and more importantly, twas hot!
If you want to have a personal dining or casual dining you must try this place that provide you best filter coffee masala dosa masala idli with great sense of taste

This was our first visit to this branch . I really liked the service here , each staff was so welcoming and courteous. Being a religious mini tiffin lover I couldn’t resist trying that. Along with the mini tiffin we ordered Idli sambar , Plain Dosa , Mango lassi , Paneer butter masala and plain Roti . Upon the staff’s suggestion we tried the Karivepillai soup ( curry leave soup ) . Out of everything this soup was the best. Loaded with curry leaves ,ghee, black pepper and other spices inspite of having it in the beginning of the meal , it was a show stopper for me. We liked everything here but was a little disappointed when they said they don’t serve tea or coffee with mini tiffin . I think the tiffin is incomplete without that , hoping for it next time .Overall a good experience though .
An amazing Vegetarian Restuarant with South Indian Cusine as their speciality, it is also a very nice place to go for breakfast, very conveniently located in all residential areas. The staff here is really friendly too and will try to get any specials made for you.
Their home delivery is very slow, litterally two bulding away takes 45 mins to delver.

We had thali and Sada dosa, the food was flavorful as usual.

Love being vegetarian at least once a week , this place has varieties of dosas which I like the most , onion rava masal dosa is the crunchy treat for me , filter coffee is a must try
I've been here a couple of times and it is a satisfying experience overall.
It's the best place to enjoy typical south Indian favorites (like Dosa / Idly / Sambar and Mixed rice).
Price is a bit upwards compared to similar restaurants, but the quality of food and taste is good.
I would not recommend the north Indian items / Chinese items, served in this restaurant.

I am fond of their Dosa and Mini Thali. In Dubai I have visited three of their branches, they all are build average, but, food is good.

Authentic South Indian cuisine I have tried in a while. I am a fan of their ghee roast, mini idlis, medu vada and filter coffee. Worth trying. Value for money.
Food is good but takes more than an hour for delivery
I am not a big fan of dosas and idlis but my wife like to visit this place for their ghee roast. Very typical and standard south Indian joint with same ambiance and feel as the original outlets in chennai were I had experience their food years back and it's still the same. Food is good in general with the ghee roast on top of the list and other recommended dishes are the masala dosa, Poori masala, Channa bhatura. They serve 3-4 different types of chutneys with their dosas and they are delicious. Service is professional and prompt. Portion size is good and pricing is decent.

Food quantity is great, regular dosa is also large enough for one person meal. Tastes great no matter what you order from the menu. Love to order for breakfast specially, and any other time as well. Different kind of idlee and their compliments are also great. Thanks.
Online order review: Ordered mini tiffen for dinner. Delivery was fast and ahead of scheduled time. Packing was as usual. Medhu vada was good and soft. Mini idly were good. Sambar was great. Pongal portion wasn’t enough compared to competitors. Masala Dosa was big and tasty. Coconut and Coriander chutney came along which was ok. Good dining experience.

Unlike others, I will recommend something different... My favorites are Veg crispy, bisi bele bhaat, filter coffee, idli vada dip and Veg schezwan fried rice. Consistent across all its outlet.

Decent delivery time and the best masala dosa ever at a great deal. The sambar and chutneys are delicious themselves and the amount of potatoes inside the dosa is a lot. I stopped going anywhere else for dosa. :) So far, they are the best.

Original South Indian dishes here. Even if you just order a masala dosa , it will be too heavy for the tummy. Good service. Tidy place. Comparatively it can a be a little expensive than any other south Indian restaurant. But food is a guarantee here. Must try.
I love their sambar its Yummy and strong filter coffee in south indian style ☕️. Their sweets are not that great. Idli is so soft.
The best part of saravana bhavan is they serve 4 chutneys plus sambar 🤷🏻♂️

Myself and friend went there at 5PM to have lunch. There was only chappathy set which we ordered along with tea. Both were exceptionally hot and fresh. There were three chappathy and two curry and curd/yogurt salad which is more than enough. The tea was very refreshing except for being very very sweet. They should put sugar as per the liking of the customer. Me a diabetic couldn't leave any drop of the tea even though it was exorbitantly sweet. The staff is fine. The final thing which is the bill is very high for an ordinary person. But the quality warrants the cost.
