A good place to 'Grab N Go'.

We dropped by during lunch hours, where people getting their takeaways. 

Ambiance:
It's a small outlet located right outside Omniyat building with lamp lighting and outdoor seating with umbrellas. The same theme of white and red stripes is throughout all their branches with which how they began the franchise.

The outdoor seating is perfect for an evening snack during the winters, but if you're a summer person by all means enjoy the outdoors!

Bite Board

1. Green Detox: The perfect mix of greens and a refreshing drink to complement the meal.

2. Iced Latte: It would have been perfect with a little bit of sugar added to it.

3. Watermelon Lemonade: This was a refreshing drink and an innovative combination that we haven't tried before with chunks of watermelon pieces in the drink. The lemonade overpowered the drink though making it sour with certain sips.

4. Caesar Salad: We relished eating this one, as it the caesar salad dressing was on point. The chicken was cooked perfectly and overall could turn out to be a meal in itself.

5. Quinoa Salad: A healthy option for those who are keen on fitness. The salad was fresh and light.

6. Caprese: Piada with chunks of mozzarella and slices of tomato. Fans of cheese prefer this one.

7. Arabica: For all the non-spice lovers, this would be the best choice, but we felt it was a bit too dry maybe some dressing would make it better.

8. Spicy Indian Piada: If you can't manage without Indian food, try this one out! A spicy flavor with chunks of chicken perfectly cooked.

9. Tiramisu: A delight to have, it was sandwiched with mascarpone cream and garnished with coffee beans! The cake was light, soft and moist which just melted in your mouth. The coffee flavor was bang on.

10. Tenerina: This was our favorite dessert, but this time we found it to be a tad bit too hard to enjoy.

Service:
We had Abhijeet attend us and he made sure we had a lovely lunch and a comfortable time at Piadera.

Cash Outflow:
The prices are quite reasonable for the quality of food being provided.

Circling Back:
We would be heading back for more coffee and tiramisu in the future!

This place is a must visit if you love Italian food. I was invited here for food tasting and tried their flat bread piadera which is very delicious with original Italian flavors. They make it in front of you and use fresh vegetables and bread.

If you love Italian food with an Indian twist then do try their spicy Indian piadera. They also serve delicious smoothies, I ordered a strawberry smoothie which was indeed perfect for this weather and very refreshing. There is also a good range of fresh juices, detox (packed with nutrients) and Italian drinks.

Their iced tea is also a must try. For desserts I ordered chocolate cake, carrot cake and chocolate tiramisu. Tiramisu was soft fluffy and yummy. Chocolate cake laden with white powder sugar was so delicious it won my heart. It's a must have and my favorite.

Last we had a perfect heart cappuccino to make the evening more delicious. They also have an outdoor seating arrangement. I totally recommend this place.

We have been to Piadera restaurant after recommendation from one of my friend.this is a very cute and unique restaurant, we tried some of their flatsbreads,like piadera ,caprese ,and drinks of the day,and eventually coffee ....I think i tasted the best espresso in dubai .. I am a big fan of everything Italian. I tried the grilled chicken, chicken curry and tuna. The taste was satisfying and delicious. The ambience is cheerful and serving staff are friendly, definitely will visit again sometime.

Piadera cafe's Burrata Salad is one of the best I have had in Dubai. Burrata was incredibly fresh, rich and absolutely delicious! Perfect for cheese lovers

"Tiramisu is a popular coffee-flavoured Italian dessert. It is made of ladyfingers dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of eggs, sugar, and mascarpone cheese, flavoured with cocoa." I didn't know how tiramisu was made until I saw in google. But this was one of the besr dessert I ever had.
I got an opportunity to taste the food PiaDera This is an Italian Restaurant. The food was delicious.
The breads made in here is their secret recipe and it tasted different than regular ones.

I always thought lasagna was non veg. But when I saw vegetable lasagna here I ordered and it was one of the best.
As I am vegetarian (egg is OK) I don't know how non veg tastes. The food that we ordered were really good. I would visit once again specially to try Tiramisu. .

One can never really tire of good food, especially if the food in question is one that has conquered taste buds around the globe. Despite a full week of back-to-back reviewing Italian restaurants across town, when I got an invite to review Piadera - the Authentic Italian Flat Bread restaurant in Dubai, I gladly accepted it.

Went for dinner on a Thursday. It's this small little italian place with great food. They don't have a vast menu, but everything on that menu is delicious.

We started off by ordering our flatbreads and drinks. For the drinks we had the lemon mint juice, the drink of the day and an italian soda.

We had also got a Caesar salad, but it wasn't as good as expected. It wasn't fresh nor warm. The chicken pieces were really hard, but the caesar sauce was just great.

We also had a yougurt granola cup, filled with yougurt and fruits.

For the flatbreads, we had,
•ARABICA : flatbread filled with grilled chicken, rpclet salad, zatar and garlic sauce. Great in taste and I found it best paired with the Caesar sauce.

•Buffalo Calzone : a closed pizza filled with buffalo mozzarella and tomato sauce. Deliciously amazing. It was my favourite.

•Spicy Indian : flatbread filled with chicken curry, onion, tomatoes, cucumbers and chilly sauce. A great mix of Italian and Indian. Must try.

For the deserts, we had,
•Tiramisu : with chefs special mascorpone cream, lady fingers and italian coffee. A great blast of flavour in the first bite.

•Apple cake : cake made with fresh apples and a touch of lemon. It was a amazing dessert, not too sweet nor too plain.

•Tenerina Chocolate Cake : The star of the night. I absolutely loved it. It was served to us warm, and it was just delicious.

•Nutella flatbread : flatbread filled with nutella and banana and strawberry pieces.

It was indeed a great night with good food. Thank you Dxbdessert_muncher for inviting me to accompanying you.

Service and Staffs are Quick and Very Informative

Has anyone seen a mini restaurant in a pillar? Well Piadera stands in a PILLAR. I dont want to exaggerate but from outside and once inside one would literally feel its inside a pillar with no support from above in a cyclinderical shape. But not to worry there are a lot of floors above the restaurant. Piadera is a very comfy and cute little restaurant just like one can find, if one has visited Italy. Itlay is quite famous for its miniature restaurants drowning in its vast culture, where one can find on hills or even while walking around the streets. Loved the fact that same concept has been applied into execution of Piadera.

Started on the streets of Romagna Rivera of Italy, there lived a Beautiful Lady named NORINA who was vigorously crafting Piada FLATBREAD by Hand. A Foreigner struck by this sight, called her PIADERA, feminine dialect of PIADA. Thus, dedicated to the Artisanal Craft of Piada, PIADERA was born keeping with the Authentic Italian Traditions.

Piada's are Smile-shaped Panini from Romagna at the outskirts of Riviera of Italy. These are hand-made daily doughs, Low Yeast, from 100% Italian flour, that are stone grounded with No additives and GMO-free.

DRINKS

As i got seated first were served the Drink of the Day which varies on a daily basis. Drink was a mixology of Lemoanade and Cucumber. Second Drink was the ABC detox with a mixology of Apple. Beetroot and Carrot. Boy this was so refreshing and revitalising.

SALADS

Salads had the Quinoa Salad. Speciality was it had the RED Quinoa, gluten free, crowned in a bed of radicchio and rocket salad, mised with onions, cucumbers and tomatoes. Super Healthy and yet delectable. Italian Flag Salad which had Pesto marinated Farfalle pasta in a bed of rockets, tomatoes, lemon and topped with shredded mozzarella cheese. Grilled Vegetable Platter Salad had grilled zucchini, eggplants, capsicum on a base of rocket salad drizzled with oil, lemon dressing and italian parmesan. Burrata was so fresh with oozing cheese on a bed of rocket salad, carrots alongwith balsamic vinegar and olive oil. To be note all their salads were fresh, healthy and wholesome. On-the-go Salads and a must ry flavours.

MAINS/PIADA

Piadera, Signature piada with valtellina bresaola, grass-fed beef, sandwiched with stracciatella cheese, rocket salad, drizzled with modena vinegar. First time trying this kind of beef and it never failed with savour. Arabica, piada consisting of grilled capsicum and chicken on a bed of rocket salad, Zaatar and garlic sauce. One of my favourite as it had all the mediterranean kick of palate. Sicily, piada sandwiched with grilled eggplants, zucchini, capsicum, onions topped with Truffle sauce and parmesan. Their grilled vegetables are to die for and i loved this Vegetarian piada. (Do not want cheese do tell in advance).

DESSERTS

Apple Cake made the Italian way with fresh apples and chef's lemon magic. It had a cinnamon kick and was very soft and moist just like the way i love my cake. Trust me this was so Luscious. Tenerina Chocolate Cake is the traditional pie cake of Romagna. Its also said its a similar version of Brownies but i did not feel that way. Good moist chocolate cake where the chocolate was so rich in cocoa relish. Tiramisu, Oh Boy, was delico, luscious, scrumptious and toothsome. had strong coffee flavour lady finger biscuits with a mellowy mascarpone cheese.


COFFEE, TEA AND CROISSANTS

Very strong Italian brewed coffee came with ball shaped biscuit which was very very sweet. Basically those who like it strong and bitter can sip as it is but if your like me likes coffee on a sweeter side bite the biscuit and sip.
Tea had Red Passion tea which was not strong yet so fruity sippy. 
These 2 were accompanied by the chocolate croissant yet again so freshly baked with oozing Nutella.
On the whole Piadera has a lot to offer and it can take one back to the street and chaos of Italian music, dance and Food. Concept of fresh ingredients coming all the way from Italy makes it even more Authentic, Appetising and Scrumptious. Also there are mini bars of Italian drinks and Yoghurt Granolas and Fruit Salads.

Their speciality ?! The homemade flatbreads, yes I said homemade the food is light and healthy, they have flatbreads, salad, pasta salad and dessert with the iconic Italian tiramisu ! Guys you should visit it because it worth it !

Ordered for Delivery this time:
Piadera with extra filling and extra truffle sauce is absolutely excellent. Fulfilling yet very light.
The extra filling was extra bresaola but not the cheese.
The Dubai Arabica was rich and the chicken tasted good yet it was dry, needs more dressing.
Delivered in time and still in perfect temperature.
All in all, excellent!

Once I am near the area for meetings I am always doing at least a stopover for a fast Piadina! Piadera can easily satisfy the combination of an amazing Italian lunch and the speed. Highly recommended for the healthy salads and the yummy Piadina Caprese (with mozzarella) and the one called “Piadera”. Suggested for quick business lunch also.
The coffe at the end is a must .. also because it’s Caffè Diemme!

The “Piadine” (Italian flatbread) at this outlet is very similar what you would find in Italy, combining good quality ingredients and fair presentation. The only remark on the food is the quantity of the Piadine’s fillings that, in my opinion, should be increased slightly. This is a very small outlet with only three tables indoor and an outdoor seatings area. But due to the ongoing construction works next door, the tables tends to be dusty. Other than this a found this venue to be very pleasant and with a good service. Recommended

The place is hosted by only one staff as we reached by 7:30 pm. As the gastric juices were creating rumbles, we pounced on the menu like hungry wolves and ordered quinoa salad and vegetarian lasagne to start with. This accompanied by Iced Mocha and Ginger Ale, both presented elegantly. The lasange was pleasant and salad was wholesome. This was followed by Sicily and Piada Italian bread, both served in a wrap form. While the first was modified with chilly paste to satiete our spicy food cravings, piada was not up to the expectation. Being the only customers in the place, we were are served promptly.
