My friend ordered Veg Biryani. Pepper King delivered Chicken Biryani after removing chicken pieces. While eating he found some small chicken pieces in the Biryani. He knows that it was chicken as he used to eat chicken one year back which he has quit. When complained about this, at first Pepper King refused to agree, later they said that they might have delivered Chicken Biryani by mistake, but then why there were no actual normal chicken pieces in the Biryani and only few very small chicken pieces. People if you are Vegetarian then I would recommend to skip this place and otherwise also you should skip this place as Pepper King doesn't treat you like customer or Human but like an animal whom they can serve as per their convenience, they will serve you what ever is possible to prepare regardless of customer preference. Please also note one thing that Pepper King delivered such food to the customer who is very frequent to go to their restaurant for lunch as it is close to his office, so even regular customer are of no value. One of the fancy Indian restaurants in Bur Dubai. Food tastes very good, as well as the place’s ambiance and service. All in all nice experience and we’ll definitely have a repeat.

Located in a decent place in Mankhool. Had visited this restaurant for dine in and hadcliked the Falafel served here. This time placed an order over the phone from this restaurant. We ordered for pepper king sharwarmas and falafel plate. Delivery was ontime and food was packed nicely. Falafel was good but shawarma was okay.

I ordered chicken fried rice and crispy fried vegetables and honestly they should never even try to make Chinese. It was terrible, the crispy fried vegetables honestly tasted like pakoras and feels like no effort was put into making it even look remotely close to real Chinese food, it also had a weird oily smell that was a major put off.  The fried rice had no flavour, just bland with a significant amount of omelette pieces that were uncalled for making it seem all the more dry as well as coriander. Side dishes included sliced carrot, sliced cucumber, sliced onion, yogurt and ketchup which ideally speaking should have no correlation with the cuisine of food I had ordered, but maybe went in with expectations that could not have been fulfilled. Really unhappy with the experience, the one star was only for the quick serving time and average ambience. Never planning to come back.

I guess if you ask for anything boneless - they are using the same chicken pieces - Chinese / Punjabi / Chilly Chicken / Etc. Today i asked for Punjabi Chicken boneless - Specifically with tender pieces because the last time the pieces were Literally Uncooked and Chewy. I was told by the gentleman he will ensure the pieces are well cooked and tender. When we opened the container - smell / taste of gravy was very good. Pieces were smaller than before but still chewy and uncooked... This was our last attempt to get food from here... however Chicken Lollipops we have had 2-3 times and they are pretty good...<br/><br/>Its sad the gentleman on the phone refused to agree that the chicken pieces received are uncooked.... i had him called back.. and he said I have specifically taken the pieces to ensure they were well cooked...

Very bad experience, as I was with my family I told them specifically not to make food spicy but it seems they didn't care. We complained but was unheard as there was no one present from management side. Can never recommend to anyone.

Tried dinner at this place this weekend , my friend was recommending me their biryani since ages but being from Hyderabad its very difficult to convince me that the Biryani is good as ive already tried the best out there , but needless to say this was the one of the best ive tried in Dubai in my last 12 years of being here . Along with that we had chicken jalfarazi and chicken tikka , i must say the chicken was soft and was filled with flavors if you are a chicken tikka lover this is the place to come . Nice Ambience and overall a good restaurant to come with Friends and family . So the experience is 5 star from my side .

As a pure vegetarian i have ordered the veg biryani and while eating i found a one piece of meat in my mouth.Thats ridiculous how they can spoil my belief and religion and i don't how many already ate the chicken biryani what they delivered after removing chicken pieces from it. Please be aware of these type of restaurants who don't respect anybody's religion<br/>

A clean and decent place for a quick bite. Their Punjabi Chicken and chicken 65 are good. Biryani is a bit dry and lacks flavour. The delivery is always on time.

Veey tasty food. Friendly staff. I really love to eat here almost everyday. Their best dishes are vegetable soup, panner and chicken butter masala, chana masala and dal fry. <br/>I really loved the ambiance of the restaurant and the service. I wish I could give negative ratings to this. My Thursday night got totally spoiled when I ordered a chicken biryani take away. This restaurant was just near to my house so I thought I will just give it a try. My hunger was completely wasted with this tasteless biryani. <br/>I could not guess what spices were added while making it. I had to throw more than half coz it was so badly cooked. Rice and chicken are two things which I can eat separately even without spices added to it. Now u can imagine how badly cooked it was that I had to throw it. <br/>The only thing that was good was salad which was fresh 🤣🤣

Mughlai dish was beautiful except it could have been made spicier rather sweety..

I’ve ordered egg fried rice because rice or egg are spicy because I don’t eat spicy. I’ve got super spiced, Tabasco and chilli rice... that was not mentioned in the menu!!! 🤮😡

The chicken 65 was good but the 65 biryani was blank, the butter chicken was too sweet even when I had informed them to make it spicy. I really loved their paratha.

The place was nice and decent and they serve indian dishes only . ordered veg biryani which was excellent and also the veg combo thali was good. staff was extremely polite and treated us like own family members which was really nice.

I wish I could give a negative rating ! I don't understand who puts sweet chilli sauce in a SPICY Shawarma?? absolutely horrible. I ordered for spicy Shawarma...was sent the regular One...when I called to complain...the attendant says u never mentioned spicy.. after a spat.. sent the replacement.. and there is no difference in the chicken pieces of the ones sent earlier and and Now...then how do you differ ur regular shawarma and spicy... just load it with sweet chilli sauce !<br/>hopeless restaurant staff and hopeless food.

They cancel the prepaid order as per thier wins and fancies. Disappear completely, where in we have to search for them and when we do after a good period of time they claim they cancelled my order.

My all time favorite is pepper chicken biryani. Its very yummy. tasty and satisfying. It was delivered on time. Quantity is good enough for 2 people.

Food was tasty and fresh, service was excellent, restaurant was clean with nice decor. Plenty of parking outside. A hidden gem and highly recommended.

We ordered for half chicken tandoori and chicken tikka. Both tasted good and yummy. The ambience here is quite average but overall experience was good

Now a senior colleague of mine recommended this place to try out for the Kebabs served here.At first when I entered the place it looked like a biryani hub as most people here were craving for biryanis.But surely this place is a Kebab fav one.They are the real experts on the Kebabs .Cheers mate👍

The ambience is perfect for a family dinner. <br/>The shawerma is one of the best I have tried in Dubai and the paratha is so soft it could melt in your mouth.<br/>Soup could've been better though.<br/>All in all it was a really good experience.

One of the best Restaurant in Bur Dubai for sure!! I had Mutton Hyderabad Biriyani one of the best signature dish & also tried pepper king shawarma which is also one of the best shawarma i ever had, restaurant staff is more friendly which adds up to the treat overall best place to have food on!! If you're in Dubai, you ought to try Pepper King's shawarma.. its the best one that I've had so far. Prices are reasonable as compared to other places in dubai. Good service too.

Service is very impressive, Pepper King Shawarma is the best I have eaten so far, also it's Tea and Biryani is also very good, Prices are very reasonable. The quantity of Biryani per plate is more than other restaurants.

This restaurant has really good juices, milkshakes, and shawarma. I personally have this on the go usually.<br/>It's atmosphere is also peaceful.

A new kid in the block, literally. For the building is new, so is the restaurant. Barely two weeks into its being, and it is already showing street smarts. A brilliant takeaway in chicken shwarma with spices unique to this place. But what takes the breath away, in admiration of course, is the mutton biriyani. As good a Hydrabadi signature you may get in this corner of town, add to that the supple presentation of naan with pepper chicken and you have a hit nightout. Well done with the menu selection, tidy interior and pleasant service.
