Oh man, what a view! Yes that's the first thing that enchants you about this place, the mesmerising and breathtaking view of the Atlantis, Palm Jumeirah.
The second thing that tells you that you have come to the right place is the staff especially the charming and delightful manager of the branch, Mr. Wael. He makes sure that you are having the best time.

I opted for the vegetarian version with portobello mushrooms.
The marinade was DELICIOUS and I enjoyed the sides too, especially the guacamole, flour tortillas and pico de gallo. It's a meal in itself.
The price of the sizzler is 77 aed but currently a PROMOTION is going on wherein after 4 pm on SUNDAYS, you can have any sizzler for just 59 aed. That's a GREAT DEAL. So what you are you waiting for. HURRY.

They have a great lunch option. 1 appetizer and 1 main course with a soft drink for AED49!! so we decided to try it.
We paid an extra AED19 to get the steaks, which were good, but not excellent. All in all a decent option for the price and the service was very good.
Located at very beautiful location, pointe palm jumeriah. We ordered for morzella sticks as starters and ribs eye as well country chicken with coke, by the way,Coke is unlimited. Food was good as always.
The meal was amazing along with the service from afar khan. Tasty as recommended by our friends. The music and ambience was also so good. Thank you TGI FRIDAY TEAM.

Went here for a nice Friday Evening Dinner. It is located in The Pointe with a good outdoor seating which has a beautiful view of Atlantis and the sea. They accept Entertainer so we got a good 2 for 1 main course deal.
What I ordered. Cajun Chicken & Shrimp Pasta, Sizzling Fajitas, Chicken Quesadillas, and Chicken Tenders.
My favorite were the Quesadillas, really good fillings, tasty, perfectly cooked cut in 5 pieces served with a Salsa Dip. The second best was the Cajun Chicken and Shrimp Pasta, the chicken and shrimp were well cooked. The Sauce was what made the Pasta even more delicious. I recommend these 2 main courses.
The Chicken Tenders though a Main Course, seemed more like a starter. There were 5 pieces of chicken strip, which was served with Fries and a really good dip. Though the taste was good, I feel the dish was little overpriced.
The Sizzling Fajitas was something different for me. It was served as a Sizzler with Flavored rice on one side and Shrimp and veggies on the other. The Dips, Salsa, cheese, guacamole, and tortilla were served separately. So you have everything given and you make your
Fajitas by yourself, they way you like so that was fun. It was delicious too.
Overall I had a nice experience. Our Server Akmar was also great, great service, good food, nice ambiance, and the steal the beautiful View.

TGI Friday’s never disappoint, wherever I go (so far). They maintain the same quality of food and service, I guess, everywhere in the globe. Never have I have been upset in any TGI Friday’s I have been.
Their branch at The Pointe brings a good impressive (at least to me) when we dined for lunch. Their colleagues welcomed us with complete warmth as if they welcome us in their home. We’ve had few special requests, that their staff considered and did not just say ‘No’ without offering alternatives or options. This for me is very impressive and very important for a business as this is the way to earn loyalty of (potential) returning guests. It is not always about the product at the end but also the service they extend. We’d like to commend our server, June Zapata, who’s been very patient and ultimately helpful. He helped us decide on what to have and what best to order to effectively spend for lunch. He also had his way and practically up-sold us to ordering another meal which made sense for three diners.
Our food were: Southwest potato taters, Korean rib eye sandwich, and Cajun chicken pasta. Southwest potato taters is always present on the table. The saltiness of the cheese is countered by the chopped fresh onion and capsicum. The potato taters were seasoned just right, the flavor of the cheese, onions and capsicum compliments each other. Korean Rib Eye sandwich was a hit! Didn’t realize you can make a Korean rib eye to a sandwich. If you are not a sauce-y person, the sandwich might overwhelm you. For me, it was alright. The chicken cajun and shrimp pasta was superb! I really like it. The shrimps were perfectly (not overcooked) charred, the white cajun sauce was mixed just right with slightly charred chicken. It was a filling lunch but worth all the calorie! Love it!!!
The highlight of TGI Friday’s at The Pointe, Palm Jumeirah is its view. We are lucky we have the perfect weather nowadays. Better make your way to TGIF The Pointe and enjoy the food, the view and its people. To the Management, please ensure to make your staffs happy - their happiness affects us too! One of the best location for TGI so far. I loved my view and amazing food. The menu has recently changed so do look throughly. If there was an institution I would ask them to hire TGI’s manager of this branch to train and teach the waiters of the future. After a little techie issue on my phone the manager was trying to correct his staff on how to behave and even speak with us. As a matter of fact he was constantly rephrasing their words. Im not saying to believe in customer is always right policy but rather to have that sound level of understanding how to converse was honestly recommendable.
Their food as usual was great. I tried the new wings from and also ordered two ribs. Both were fall of the bones and finely seasoned. Those who loves ribs TGI is the place for it.

TgiFridays is really close to me and my Babe's heart, we always celebrate our special moments with them but since today is a special day, we decided to celebrate it here on THE POINTE...
Our experience here never failed our expectations, from the Host to the server Raquel to the manager specially to Mr Wael... they are all very warm and accomodating, very friendly and nice. We really enjoyed everything specially the frame, it was so much fun.
Looking forward to another special moment to celebrate with them again...
