I have been eating from this restaurant for past 5 years and this is one of the best Punjabi restaurant I had food from. Even service is excellent may be only thing they have to change is the ambience little bit that’s all should give them 4.5 star
This place offers great punjabi food. Restaurant is quite big and spacious. It can accomodate big groups. Must try is their gaajar ka halwa- really yummy.
Omg!! Best punjabi food you will find in international city. Do try chicken latpat with roomali roti!! Loved every bite! Quick service and lot of veg and non veg punjabi varieties. Will def try other items.
Great food.. no fuss restaurant just straight up good and honest food. Must try the malai kofta and Kadhai paneer. Even the gulab jamuns were soft and yum. The ambience is basic but service is okay. Do go for a good budget Indian meal here.
Recommended for sure. The food was just amazing. We tried Manchow Soup 🍜 was completely different with authentic Chinese touch , delicious 😋 Masala Papad as starter 😁. The Malai Kofta and Maharani Dal Makhani was mouth watering. Even the garlic naan, butter naan and Kulcha which are regular food was prepared so perfectly. I will surely try other dishes from the menu.

A decent place which serves great mughlai cuisine and also Indo-Chinese food. Must have from this place is tandoori chicken, kebabs, daal and fried rice.

I ordered chicken lollipop, chicken biryani and egg biryani and Gilab Jamoon . Lollipop is simply superb but the biryani were little bit dry. Over all we can try this occasionally. Not a must visit place
Kesar has been one of our fav places in International city, when it comes to North Indian delicacies.A must try for those who love north Indian food.Usually we go there and eat but today for a change we ordered two tandoor roti and one butter roti and aloo methi ,online. Delivery was delayed.Instead of butter roti we got tandoor roti and they didn't even bother to check with us before sending.And by the time it was delivered, it had turned cold.Aloo methi was soo good as we were licking our fingers.
As I mentioned in the beginning, this place is one of the best in IC for North Indian food and family dine outs.
Small place but Great food, amazing typical punjabi taste. Tried typical butter chicken, Mutton masala, mango lassi, with laccha Pratha and butter naan. My friend take me there first time but now I go there atleast once in two week even when it’s so far from my place as I live in bur dubai but this authentic taste pulls me there so no regrets

Ordered the chicken tikka biriyani. The price is slightly higher than the restaurants you will find in International city. However the taste is too good. This was the spiciest biryani I had in UAE. Chicken pieces were large and tender and Accompanied with raita and chutney. I had to order gulab jamun to complete the minimum order but was worth after eating spicy.
Breads are just so fresh whenever you order.
I had ordered tava roti ,missi roti and rumali Roti and all of them where up to the mark.
Even ordered moongdal ka halwa it was also yummy 😋

I wonder why this place is rated so low. Kesar is located in International City cluster and serves best of Indian food. I tried Hara Bhara kebab, tandoori chicken and egg Curry. The service was quick, staff was friendly and food was equally good. Do make a visit.
Kesar has a really good dishes with typical Punjabi touch. But with a below average ambiance. Must try dish is kesar special chicken and kadai paneer. Provides really crisp rotis when have food at the place itself.

It was very good. They did marinated is so well. There's reason why this item is one of their best selling dish.
Chicken clear soup & vegetable clear soup:
Very good too. Maximum restaurant had their clear soup prepared. When customer orders they just put boiled veg/chicken according to order. But kesar did prepared both soup separately. Both has different flavours and taste.
Overall..I recommend this restaurant for both quality food in affordable price range along with their good service experience

Everything on their menu tastes absolutely delicious and I mean it, EVERYTHING!!
If you are going in groups of 4 or 5 then a bread basket is the perfect option (My favourites would be the Missi Roti and the Garlic Naan). Order a nice spicy gravy (Dal Makhani or Chicken Tikka Masala) and you are good to go!
Their chicken and paneer tikkas are a treat. Soft, succulent pieces of tandoor-ed goodness!
End your meal with their salty/spicy lassi (buttermilk) !!

Like Punjabi food visit this place, owned by a Sardar ji and all dishes whatever you will order will have typical punjabi taste. We ordered Chicken hot and sour soup, Chicken do payaza, Karahi paneer, Tandoori Roti and at the end Gulab jamun all food items were yammm 😋

We ordered Bhindi dopyaza and Egg Masala and the cook didn't disappoint us. Good place to try once. They have a lot of options in Indian-Chinese too

If you are from Punjab and want to try some punjabi cuisine in international city, this place is perfect for you. Average cost per person is around 25 to 30 Aed. But sometimes, you have to wait a lot before your order comes. But that's what a good food takes to be ready, so don't worry about it. Have a nice time.

We went there at 12 midnight and I must say that Kesar was open and all the items on their menu was available for order!
We ordered Chicken Kadai, Mashroom Masala, Daal Makhani, Jeera Rice, Butter Milk, Bread Basket and Chapati. All the dishes were good and were in good portion of quantity. The taste was real indian food with right amount of masalas / spices. The Bread Basket had Naan, Kulcha, Missi Roti and Tandoori Roti. They all were very good too.
Overall a nice place that serves Indian Food and is well within your budget.
