I wasted my money on something which I don’t even like to taste anymore. I ordered paneer tandoori momos and dahi ke sholey. First thing momos came without any sauce and dahi ke sholey came without any salad not even onion. It was horrible. To be honest this restaurant i will never recommend even to my enemy. Food was horrible...! Service was horrible...! Only achari roll i can give 2.5 out of 5 , rest all is not even in the list of reviews. Thanks for wasting my money, Taste & Most valuable time.

I had a wonderful experience at Kaati. It reminded me of Delhi. The tandoori momos were delicious and every bite reminded of the taste I have been looking for here. On a hot summer day sitting in the open space of Kaati Express was a risk considering if the food would not be upto the mark it would have been a double whammy. What it turned out blew us completely and was the most amazing kaati roll eating experience. Their mutton bhuna and mutton kheema rolls were the amongst the most delicious experience in recent times. Icing on the cake and was the service from the owners Divya and Rohit and a smiling server Suraj. My best wishes and will surely come back (though it will be a long drive ) but it’s worth all the effort.

Just my experience and point of view. Ordered tandoori chicken with chicken masalla and rice. If you take ONE chicken thigh and cut into 3 Pisces ( one large and 2 small) and call the large one tandoori chicken and the other 2 small pieces chicken masalla is what you will get for 31 aed. The kaati Express located in streets of karama is famous for their kaati rolls. Their Chicken Kaati roll was the only best kaati roll I have ever tasted in dubai. This is going to be my permanent spot for dining for kaati roll. They also served us with their mutton seekh kebab, tremendously juicy and tender, loved every bit of it served with green chutney. Chicken schezwan rice was the best too. Perfectly Cooked Basmati rice to perfection. I will definately pay them a visit again after they renovate the seating area outside and try their other dishes. Few items are my favourite from their menu so thought of sharing it with everyone I.e Butter Chicken, Tandoori Chicken, Chicken tikka roll and last but not the least Tandoori momos (veg and Non Veg both). The Butter chicken @thekaatiexpress is creamy, flavourful and wasn’t a very thick gravy rather a perfect one to have their famous garlic naans 😍 The chicken tandoori is finger licking good. We mean it ‘finger licking good’. 🤩 Besides the food being so tasty, their menu is set at affordable prices with combos starting from 18.99 AED. Received some yummy food from Kaati Express for a tasting session. I requested them to pack some vegetarian food. I tried out the following: Hara bhara kabab: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, with a smooth texture, these were absolutely delicious. They were made perfectly with reasonable amount of spices and necessary ingredients, and was mildly spicy and flavourful. Definitely a must try! Tawa veg: mixed vegetables such as beans, carrots, bell peppers, paneer, were tossed together and well - cooked. The vegetables were soft, mildly spicy and full of flavours. Butter naan: the naans were freshly prepared and soft. Thank you Kaati Express for the lovely meal. Will definitely try other items on the menu soon.

Recently opened under new management, i was pleasantly surprised with their excellent service and hospitality not to mention the garden decor feels very welcoming especially early evening time. We started off with tea and later on we had malai tikka, paneer shashlik tikka, veg keema roll and hara bhara kebab with masala coke. Taste was rich and authentic and everything was fresh especially the paneer! Probably the most authentic tea I’ve had, had no powder based additives, felt like I was having tea at home! The amount of work they’re putting in compared to the price point is commendable and hence the 5 stars.

The new revamped Kaati is sooo much better than the previous. Really impressed with the quality and the quantity of the food. Some of the previous favourites have been removed!? And the chai is so deliciously Desi, freshly made with no powder or canned milk goes perfectly with the relaxing ambiance!

The renovation looks to have made a big difference to the restaurant. The outside seating area in this weather worked perfectly for the entire experience at this restaurant. The butter paneer roll tastes impeccable and I really liked the green chutney served with it. The schezuan fried rice was a good one too that wasn’t too overly spiced and the vegetables had a good crunch to it which was exactly per my preference. Will definitely come by again to try out some more dishes.

Kaati Express is my go to place for kaati rolls. Located in the heart of Karama, this place isn't a fancy one, but good food is definitely guaranteed. They only have outdoor seating and the service is pretty good. Depending on what you order, some items take longer than others. We went on a night when they had the "Buy One Get One Free" Kaati Roll deal. We ordered Chicken Achari, Bhuna Mutton, Butter Chicken and Chicken Lasooni Malai Tikka Kaati Rolls. All of them did 100% justice to each of their flavors. Highly recommend them all.

Awwwsome delivery, could not expect the delivery to be soo quick. Had ordered from silicon oasis and it was at my doorstep in just 35 minutes. Place an order from Kaati Express and then you can have atleast 2 hrs of sleep until they deliver the item. I ordered around half past midnight and received my order after 2 AM. Ultimately after waiting for 2 hrs, Zomato tells you that they're cancelling the order. Though I received my order after refund was initiated, I would like to thank Zomato from bottom of my heart for their "Goodwill Gesture".

So I happened to try them out again today because they are on promo, 50% off and I ordered the Mutton Biryani worth 52 AED, and I paid 31 including the delivery charge. The delivery was late for more than 20 minutes for a total of 1 hour (Estimated Delivery Time) and 20 minutes. The food is good for only 1 person with that price point and there are even less meat and more bone. If I went to another shop with 15 AED - 20 AED Biryani I would have more than what I paid for and not have to wait for the delay.

I ordered for a chicken reshmi pav (photo attached). Surely you might be confused too looking at the image on how the food was presented. A burger bun, few chunks of meat and half a cloves of raw onion. After making a complaint to Zomato, someone from the restaurant called me to justify and argue that thats how they serve and quality is justified. N since its a combo, a customer is at fault to accept watever the restuarant serve or delivers.

Today July 1 , I tried ordering from Kaati express thru Zomato as they were offering 50 % on all orders above AED 30 Shocked to fine that their Chicken combo price has been mentioned as AED 70 and then under offer they say its AED 35. All their menu and on all Kaati rolls they have hiked up their prices and offering 50 % discount. This is plain Cheating. You all need to do promotions fairly. Please check your original Menu prices and your Zomato prices. Does a potatoe Masaal kaati roll costs AED32 ?? and you offer it at 50 % discount at AED 16 ?? Please check your original Menu prices . One of the best places to try rolls and one of the few places open till late night to serve really good rolls and pavs. The taste feels so Indian. Staff is courteous and service is prompt. I always order the Chicken Tikka roll as it is my personal favorite whenever I am around the outlet. Also their pavs specially Chicken Tikka Pav and Malai Paneer kaati Pav(In Veg) can be tried. This outlet is surely worth a visit. Overall rating- 4/5

I lived next door to the restaurant and was a frequent buyer. The food used to be delicious. Now I've moved and decided to order via Zomato. I was given a 50% off on my first order at Kaati express. Looking at the prices I could see that they were doubled and offered back as discount. Did the restaurant actually double its prices? It was late night and we were looking out for some quick snacks. Kaati express is one of the few restaurants which are open upto 3am. We quickly ordered for chicken tikka roll, mutton kebab roll and chicken reshmi kebab rolls. All the rolls were served quickly and good to taste.

Their rate card states 18 aed for a mutton bhuna , butter chicken and spinach cheese chicken katti role and the bill I got for the three was 74 , they say that if you order through zomato they charge a premium !! What on earth supports this logic ! Zomato will you investigate why your partners state this ! O called the restaurant and the answer I got was don’t order through Zomato , come and eat at our place and we will charge less ! This is daylight robbery !

This small restaurant is located in the suburbs of Karama. It has awesome kaati rolls and baida roti. The dishes we tried here were, Chilli Cheese Toast Chicken Lasooni Malai Tikka Kaati Roll Chicken Baida Roti Chicken Tikka Kaati Pav Jumbo Vada Pav The chilli cheese toast, baida roti and kaati rolls were exceptional. Though the vada pav could have been a bit better. We ordered a variety of Kathis from here and were pleasantly surprised at the quality and quantity of the food ! It came individually and neatly packed and also remained warm until n hour after it was delivered! Each roll was amazing, enjoyed it along with the chicken tikka biryani! Bit high on spice but overall highly recommended 👍🏻

We ordered three different varieties of rolls- paneer tikka roll, paneer butter roll and paneer achari roll but we were disappointed to find out that all three was tasting the same and even that was not tasty. There was no difference in taste or ingredients. There was no extra flavoring to the roll. It was plain paneer masala (tasted raw) Rolled in paratha! It would have tasted better if you could make changes to the flavorings and use different paneer masala for different varieties of paneer as mentioned in your menu card. We hope that you make changes.

The Baida Roti from @thekaatiexpressuae took us back to Mumbai! 👆♥️ This famous street food is prepared all over India but originated from the famous Baday Miya in Mumbai - hence the name. Their delicious street style Kebabs and Baida Roti attracts locals and tourists every day. 🇮🇳 We loved the version of Baida Roti at Kaati Express. 🤤 Baida is basically Egg, and the Roti is stuffed with minced Mutton, onions, ginger, mint and coriander and masala of course. You have got to try this crispy delight when you're in Karama for sure! 😍
