Location and cleanliness of the restaurant is good, staff are pleasant and that's the only reason it squeezes out 2 stars from me. It's situated inside a small mall and benefits from the available free parking.

Seriously unimpressed with the Arabian Ranches Souq branch. Only offers 2 types of sodas and found out that you no longer offer the brunch deal. Service was dismal and we only stayed for 5 min. The waiter did not even inform us of the new Friday special!

Saw there 20% off summer promo between July and Sept. Seemed like a good time to try out their brunch as I'm round the corner. Turns out the promo doesn't apply to any of their daily offers (brunch included). Unfortunately their promo does not state this and thus got me into their restaurant under false pretences. After challenging them in this issue they did the right thing and honoured the 20% discount. Both my office and home are close to two of their branches and I can safely say that their decision to honour the offer as written has saved them a loyal customer. A lot of businesses in Dubai could learn from such integrity.

May be the best Sushi in Jeddah. Fresh, delicious and extremely friendly. I came with my family and when we were giving the order, the restaurant manager advised that the order is just enough and we should not add more. Definitely will come again.

I had such an amazing delivery from Chez Sushi. The delivery was fast, portions are great. Every item was fresh and tasty. I really loved everything. My favorite was the tuna sushi. The tuna was so soft and flavourful. The miso soup was hot and delicious. I love that they give a great portion of soy sauce, ginger, and wasabi. Definitely recommend trying it. I’ll be ordering more from here for sure.

Make your own sushi! you won't regret it. I personally suggest the white rice + crabsticks + tempura prawn + spicy mayo with tempura bits! Go on then. Indulge a little ;) Also you gotta try the rock shrimp tempura appetizer at this place.

This is the second time that I have visited this place and the quality of the fish is still not the best. The fish salmon and tuna on the nigiri and sashimi is tasteless and dry. It doesn’t feel like whether it’s good quality fish or if it’s fresh. The management should look into the same.

This is a nice casual place with good sushi. The fact that you can personalize your own rolls is nice. As many sushi places in Dubai, it’s not very cheap, but they have some amazing special offers on certain weekdays such as 50% off for dining in which makes it a great option for Japanese food. I usually visit this branch because is not crowded and the attention is good.

Loved my visit to Chez sushi at their Arabian Ranches branch. Recommend the corn fed chicken katsu curry, crab salad, gyoza and their wasabi prawns. At Chez Sushi you also have the option to customise and create your own sushi, as well as choose from their favourites on the menu. Super cool experience & amazing staff! You can also find them on Uber eats, Talabat & Deliveroo. They also have the sushi burrito which I had been seeing all over Instagram, but I have to say that after trying it, I still prefer regular sushi :)

I ordered Delivery for a first time from here. Vegetarian gyoza was a carrot gyoza, i could not taste anything but carrot and was cold. First time tried burrito i think it's just not my taste at all. Philly maki was great, salmon tasted fresh. Maybe will order philly maki another time but nothing else as maki variety is very pour. Delivery was earlier than expected and operators were friendly and they did note my comments. Thanks

Soooo the first thing I happened to eat after I landed in Dubai earlier today was Chez Sushi, my sister and her husband usually order from there so tonight ended up being another one of those days. Delivery time was okay, didn't take forever but also not that quick. Packaging was perfect as everything arrived in great condition & perfectly equipped. The sushi was wonderful honestly, fresh and delicious. However I have a few negatives; I think that most of the rolls all had a similar spring onion-y type of taste, maybe that could be adjusted.. and the "crispy" rolls weren't as crisp from the outside as they should've been. The spicy tuna temaki was average if not below average.. And finally, I think there needs to be more variety in the maki roll section of the menu. I really did enjoy the meal all in all though, really fresh sushi with a great taste, especially compared to other sushi places in Dubai.

Chez Sushi is a casual dining, modern interpretation of a Japanese Sushi restaurant. It is unique in that, like building your own Subway sandwich, here you are allowed to build your own Sushi. Or you can simply opt for ‘auto’ and order from their extensive menu. Vegetarians and non-vegetarians are both catered for. Although 90% of the orders at this Arabian Ranches branch are home delivery or take away, the restaurant itself, located on the first floor of The Village, has a handsome interior. But even on weekends, if you choose to dine in, you will be in a minority. Part of a stable of restaurant brands which include sho cho, Flooka and Loca, you know you’re dealing with people you know a thing or two about food, and service, which is super friendly and fast. And now, with the addition on soba and ramen to their menu, Chez Sushi is worthy alternative to Sumo and well worth a visit. Waste NOT. Want NOT.

Love their sushi!! My go to place for sushi and to satisfy them sushi cravings anytime as they deliver too! Not only is their sushi tasty but affordable too! I particularly love the spicy salmon and Philadelphia maki rolls ! Oh and their mochi is drool worthy!! Specially the dates and orange with chocolate flavors!

Service was good and fish was decent. Had the sashimi and sushi bento box. Haven't had a good piece of tuna since I've been to Dubai, the salmon was good though. Sushi rice was overdone and not correct. Not sure if the rice wine vinegar ratio is off or they just don't know how to do it. Average sushi with good service.

Word of advice for management: Ramadan is a time of fasting for Muslims. That includes people in the UAE. First restaurant I've seen in this country where we arrive and th fast opens and we ask for something to open our fast with, and the guy gives us the weirdest look ever seen. "Fasting". Huh??? Then we ask for some water, comes 10 minutes later. Wow

Delicious as usual, great service as usual. Love the fresh quality of the food and the menu in these restaurants. There has clearly been a lot of thought and effort put into the whole concept and it shows. We ordered both types of Edamame, rock shrimp tempura, two custom rolls, and the beef teriyaki bento box. Wasn't a huge fan of the veggi tempura however everything else was great as usual. Thanks team!

Not bad at all, a good place to grab quick Japanese food as far as service and quality are concerned. Although the pricing is rather on the pricey side, it's definitely the quality of food and super fast service that brings me back the second time. I hope this place picks soon cause right now it's great for a cosy meal only. Prime seating is at the outdoor terrace right now with the weather nice and cool. Their tempura prawns are amazing, nice and crisp, right amount of crunch and no heavy batter just how tempura should be. I'm not too tickled by their rock prawns, I love the way many Resturants now try to mimic the PF Chang version of Dynamite. Why can't chefs be a bit more original, give it another sparky name and try and keep the sauce different too.... Then maybe your onto a hit number! The calamari salad was deliciously yum and the sushi nice and fresh. Love the location of this place so quick to get to and super fast service for when hunger pangs have taken over.

It's a good place to go for the salmon terkayi bento. The restaurant is clean and the decor is nice. I still feel it's overpriced and not so much a sushi place for the sushi lovers.

Whats up with the cold AC ?!!! Good music , I ordered two lemon with mint and he came back saying we only have one lemon would you like to have orange?!!!!!!!!! Anyways the food was good .. I ordered California and dragon but the size of a single piece is too big. Tasty though....

Last time we order Mr. Chez suchi, just ordered and they missed the chopsticks & soya sauce and couldn't believe the crab salad size, it's so tiny for a 49dhs. Salmontini is still the best and value for money.

Nice place, good food. Wasn't impressed with the spicy salmon. It mentions spicy in the menu but it had zero spices. Something to work on. Another point was the super Cold AC that made me leave earlier and drop the desert.
