This is a great spot for ice cream lovers to entertain their taste buds with some sweet treats. The cafe serves some really tasty ice creams with a lot of flavors. They have delicious crepes and shakes to be served as well. We tried the pistachio and lotus ice creams. It tasted really good and was price worthy. The staff was very polite and kind having a speedy response.

We didn't really have the entire cafe sit down experience as we just ordered 1 scoop of gelato after trying 2-3 different flavors. Most of the flavors we tried were good but the Ferrero rocher type of flavor was the one selected over kit kat which was also good. Definitely tasty gelato, will come again.

Caffe Divino is an open cafe located on the first floor of Al Ghurair Centre.<br/>We ordered their freakshake - ' Lotus Bombshake'.<br/>It's a thick shake prepared with lotus sauce, topped with a glazed donut, lotus biscuits, peanut butter kisses and almonds.<br/>The consistency of the shake is good, it's the perfect sweetness, peanut butter kisses goes really well with the taste of the lotus shake. <br/>The freakshake is quite heavy given it comes with a glazed donut and can easily be shared by two people.

Highly disappointed. Went there today with my friend and it turned out bad. We weren't quite sure of this brand and wanted to try it. First experience worst experience. Firstly the Filipina lady at the counter misled us and cheated us. Instead of offering three scoops and free toppings she offers 2 and when we ask her why she didn't tell us before she lies that she did tell. The menu said for AED28 three scoops of your choice and free toppings. She gives us 2 scoops. No mention about the free toppings and because we are new to this shop, we didn't know it until we checked their menu. Secondly the ice creams taste horrible. I tried one flavor and it tasted spoilt. Highly disappointed with the service and the food. And that Filipina should be fired from her job for cheating. I highly UNRECOMMEND this place. Avoid!!!!

Great ambience, friendly staff, but at first they told me that 2 scoops cost 48 dirhams which is insane, I later on asked another employee at the cafe who said they were for 18 dhs, ripoff much?<br/>Anyways, I tried the bounty and the chocolate divino, tasted amazing! Creamy and fresh! Would definitely try again.

Visited this place number of times and so far, we have not disappointed even once. Coffees are competitive and always served them with creativity. They also have great selection of pastries that comes with their gelato ice cream, a perfect dessert combination. They also serve breakfast and sandwiches which are good and with reasonable prices.<br/><br/>And though seating area is open but with enough space of privacy; clean and tidy.<br/>What more? Staff here are more attentive, welcoming and friendly compare to other branches.

What a pleasant surprise! I was expecting nothing off this humble café that I have been passing by for.. ever, maybe? But one day my foodie friend was adamant that she wanted their Red Velvet Cake, and lo and behold! It was heaven in my mouth. Unlike their branch at DFC, here they have much more to offer -they offered strong connection of wifi, they do have skimmed milk, their coffees have great presentation with creativity. Even the tiramisu cake that comes with a scoop of mango flavored yoghurt ice cream served with great presentation. Staff are very welcoming even before we set in, cheerful, friendly and very attentive. Indeed, very impressive, hope they keep it up! ;)

Caffe Divino has one of the best Panini sandwiches I've ever had. Their fusion flavors just burst in your mouth, with an exotic aroma. I recommend this place for breakfast.

Located on the first floor of Al Ghurair Centre, this place took me some time to find as theres a lot of renovation going on currently. The place looks pretty with many attractive and delicious muffins cakes on display. WiFi is also available. The staff was friendly and cheerful in taking our orders. Ordered for a Chocolate Waffle and a Grilled Chicken Panini. The service took about 20 minutes. The Waffle was amazing topped with Chocolate ice-cream, a perfect and certainly a must have treat. And the sandwich too was delicious, one of the best I've had in a while. Overall, decent pricing and I'd definitely visit again to feast on some more chocolate cravings.

Their icecreams are really good. Since i am an opter for tangy over mere chocolaty flavors, i loved their berries and wild berry flavor. Cheesecake tastes good too.<br/><br/>Being a group of 4, we ordered for 2 mocha frozen blended coffee and 2 chocolate chip blended coffee. Both tasted almost the same. At first they tasted really bitter, however after putting in 2 packets of sugar in each, you kinda like the taste. Luckily we had some entertainer coupons to split the bill off by 50%, it came easy on our pockets, else its not much value for money!
