TGI Thursdays, a watering hole at one of the oldest and most well known hotels in Bur Dubai - Astoria Hotel. Very lively ambiance and very well lit. Seems more like a cafe than a bar. Good selection of music and a lively crowd. One drawback, if any, is the lack of easy parking in the vicinity. And most often than not, the hotel parking is almost full. Goes a long way to tell one about the popularity of the place though.
