Best place in Dubai to smoke shisha.
I was here in 2016 and this year also. My friends and I were here EVERY single night to smoke shisha and drink karak Chai.

This is the best tea in the town, sply Zaafrani less sugar version. A must try for all tea lovers.

Just had refreshing cha cha chai. The freshly made cha cha chai made me more energetic and fresh in this cold weather. Over all taste is good and excellent service from friendly staff. The price is worth it 100% and am coming back again.
Cha Cha Chai is the best place near trade centre area where you can relax sit and have your Chai/Karak tea with some snacks. I had ordered Samosa Pav and Karak chai combo (only AED10) the taste was good. Love their tea. The samosa Pav was grilled to make hot. And the Pav had only black dry chutney which made it more dry to eat. The green n red chutney were served separately. I suggest that atleast green chutney should be applied on Pav along with black dry chutney. This will authenticate the taste of Vada Pav.
Overall the food options are nice and at good price.
We have ordered multiple times from this outlet and it serves reasonably good elaichi tea.. its called karak tea though its not karak at all..
The combos are nice for a quick snack with your friends..
Tried the samosa combo and the wada pav combo abd found wada pav to be better than the samosa..
Ordered vada pao n chai for snacks but my vada pao looks more like a burger but taste is good. I like it but you guys missed main ingredient of vada pao Hari Mirchi. But next time don’t miss it guys.

I wonder why cha cha chai has a low rating, but ordered from here since It was the only place nearby office that was open during Ramadan.I ordered the Egg burji bun which was really tasty as well as Zafrani chai. Fast delivery, homey food and easy on the pocket
I tried this place today as we ordered a whole bunch of Karak (tea) and they delivered it in some time. The tea was really nice and decently priced. This is a small good joint for varieties of tea and some snacks for a quick bite.

Have to give it to them for the creativity in the name. Wanted to try their signature cha cha chai, tried it and was not dissapointed. The flavour is not overbearing and is quite nice. Will try out their food menu next time.

the Kheema toastie is AMAZING
Ordered one zafrani chai it was really smooth and warm on the throat.
The saffron was very mild and the chai was somewhat sweet and hot so we drank for a long time
Note that i'm rating a 4.0 just because i always get a leaking karak tea cup when delivered!
I must admit the chicken keema parathas and omelette bun are the best. The taste is exact and if you order both as a late breakfast, you're full till the late afternoon. I do find the karak tea a bit sour at the end taste and looks darker than the usual karak tea i have tried elsewhere but the start taste is pretty good. The orange juice is so delicious (please don't change the oranges). Prices are reasonable too. The delivery is faster than the online ETA as well.
But please do something about the karak tea from spilling despite the attempts of covering the cup with foil and tissue. I don't want to pay for a quarterly spilled tea!

Me and my boyfriend ordered egg omelette and masala spicy for breakfast and it was worth the try. It came with two hot brown bread and two sausages as well. It was nicely and neatly packed also. Chai karak tastes just right! The delivery was 30 minutes early and we were just happy not having to wait so much before we could eat to kick start our day. Will definitely order again and maybe try other dish in their menu soon.
It was recommended by One of my friend!! She personaly loves Vada pav and chai. And so i ordered vada pav and chai oh my God its so good.. its a must try and even i heard chilli cheese toast and samosa are yum. But yes my personl recommendation is Should try Vada pav and chai.

They market themselves as having the best tea in town and if you are a fan of Indian tea, the kadak chai from this place is brilliant. I didn’t even get a chance to finish it as my son decided he would help me finish it 🙄
The chilli cheese toast was really good, however the spice level was off the charts! If you like your food super spicy then you will love it! For me I think the heat level definitely needs reducing. For a cheap, cheerful and tasty lunch you cannot go wrong with this place.

The staff are polite and give good recommendations. The masala chai and karak are good here. Prices are inexpensive. There's WiFi, a board game and guitar here you can use during your chai experience
