(التعليق الأصلي) They market themselves as having the best tea in town and if you are a fan of Indian tea, the kadak chai from this place is brilliant. I didn’t even get a chance to finish it as my son decided he would help me finish it 🙄 The chilli cheese toast was really good, however the spice level was off the charts! If you like your food super spicy then you will love it! For me I think the heat level definitely needs reducing. For a cheap, cheerful and tasty lunch you cannot go wrong with this place.

We had been to this outlet of Cha cha chai on one of the weekdays. Had been just to have tea but ended up having sandwiches too. We had tried chicken keema sandwich and paneer tikka sandwich with karak and zafrani tea. Sandwiches were okay but loved their tea.

It’s a tiny food joint in Sheikh Zayed road. If u want to pick up breakfast for a very reasonable price, along the stretch of sheikh Zayed road, this is the place to visit. While they're always spot on with the chai and food, their delivery time really spoils the experience. Their delivery time says 50 mins but its happened 3 times now that I've ordered food for breakfast at 9.30am which turns up at lunch time. By the time the food turns up my hunger is dead and theres literally no point left in eating something after being hungry in thr past. The staff seems unperturbed and completely unapologetic when you bring it up with them. Disappointed.

Cha Cha Chai is the best place near trade centre area where you can relax sit and have your Chai/Karak tea with some snacks. I had ordered Samosa Pav and Karak chai combo (only AED10) the taste was good. Love their tea. The samosa Pav was grilled to make hot. And the Pav had only black dry chutney which made it more dry to eat. The green n red chutney were served separately. I suggest that atleast green chutney should be applied on Pav along with black dry chutney. This will authenticate the taste of Vada Pav. Overall the food options are nice and at good price.

We have ordered multiple times from this outlet and it serves reasonably good elaichi tea.. its called karak tea though its not karak at all.. The combos are nice for a quick snack with your friends.. Tried the samosa combo and the wada pav combo abd found wada pav to be better than the samosa..

Food is good but it took 4 phone calls plus a long wait to actually get it delivered, even though this cafe is situated five minutes by car from my location. Ordered for a paneer wrap and kadak chai. Service was quick and efficient. Staff was polite and courteous. The paneer wrap didnt meet my expectations though, it had a funny taste so I'm not sure if it was spoilt or thats how its supposed to taste. We regularly order Karak Chai from here and it's good although not typical Kadak Mumbai Chai but very close to it in taste. The muska bun is really good and goes well with tea. The restuarant is really nice to send extra butter on request. However, one suggestion for the restuarant team - you guys could please send salted butter instead of regular butter with muska bun it would really make us go back to the savouring taste Chai with muska bun.

Honestly I expected the food taste and the presentation of it to be of poor quality but I thought I'd give Cha Cha Chai another chance. I thought maybe they have improved during the long period of 2 years I have boycotted them but unfortunately the quality is still poor as it was back then. The chili cheese toast was stuck on the wrapping foil and the toast easily fell apart from picking it up. It was no longer chili cheese toast, it became chili cheese foil. The Vada Pav tasted and smelled horrible like expired seafood although it's not a seafood snack. The keema paratha wasn't impressive either, it came with 2 tiny slices of lemon which you can hardly squeeze any juice out of because it's so teeny weeny tiny, as small as your pinky toe.

My rating and review is purely based on my delivery order. I haven't really visited them, but have ordered quite a few items from them at work. My colleagues like their food, and they deliver super quick too, which is why we pick this place most of the time. I'm not a tea person so I'm not one to judge, but I don't like their tea(considering they're known for it) Love the aroma though. But taste wise it's not up to the mark. I'm assuming it's because I like my tea sweet. I've also ordered their chicken sandwich and pav bhaji. Chicken sandwich isn't great either. Seems pretty average to me. The bhaji is really good tho! So flavorful and delicious. My concern was with the bread. As much as we loved the bhaji we were disappointed with the bread. It tasted like leftover bread that had been toasted with butter. That definitely didn't help. Not sure if I'd visit or order again, but you must give it a try! My colleagues constantly order from them.

Without an effort from Crown Plaza Dubai (Sheikh Zayed Road), Cha Cha Chai is a heaven-sent quick stop after the church service of Gatekeepers. Cha Cha Chai for 6 AED. What’s the difference between Karak tea and their specialty, Cha Cha Chai? Basically Karak tea consists of tea, milk and sugar. On the other hand, Cha Cha Chai is a Karak tea added with masala and other spices (which I can’t remember). 🤦🏻

Four of us friends ordered from Cha Cha chai for breakfast and I was thoroughly disappointed. I ordered for a cheese toastie and it was such a waste. A cheese slice kept on top of bread slice and packed without any protection for the cheese. When i unwrapped it, cheese was stuck to the paper and it was impossible to separate. I had to throw it off. Another friend ordered omelette toastie - it tasted well.

No complaints about the food and staff. However, the air conditioning in Trade Centre branch SZR is not working for last 4 months. This has not been rectified despite repeated complaints. The shop needs serious maintenance. It’s summer now and the food in the shop can also get spoiled. Tx

Note that i'm rating a 4.0 just because i always get a leaking karak tea cup when delivered! I must admit the chicken keema parathas and omelette bun are the best. The taste is exact and if you order both as a late breakfast, you're full till the late afternoon. I do find the karak tea a bit sour at the end taste and looks darker than the usual karak tea i have tried elsewhere but the start taste is pretty good. The orange juice is so delicious (please don't change the oranges). Prices are reasonable too. The delivery is faster than the online ETA as well. But please do something about the karak tea from spilling despite the attempts of covering the cup with foil and tissue. I don't want to pay for a quarterly spilled tea! I have recommended you guys to my colleagues and friends so hopefully they have enjoyed the food too :)

Me and my boyfriend ordered egg omelette and masala spicy for breakfast and it was worth the try. It came with two hot brown bread and two sausages as well. It was nicely and neatly packed also. Chai karak tastes just right! The delivery was 30 minutes early and we were just happy not having to wait so much before we could eat to kick start our day. Will definitely order again and maybe try other dish in their menu soon.
