Charcoal party..!!<br/><br/>Yes on 10th it was my little ones birtday and bcz of this pandemic we choose to be home and enjoy max..!!<br/><br/>When its a family party or dinner party our first option is always the indian dish and offcrs our special item charcoal..!!<br/><br/>When the name charcoal come that should be from mumbai haji ali for all the texture and juicy chicken..!!<br/><br/>We got the delivery on time , we just love both the flavour very well ( pepper and red chilly )<br/><br/>The packaging was just perfect and food was all fresh and hot<br/>

Ordered food at around 9:15pm and we were told that it'll be delivered in 15-20mins <br/>Called back at 9:30pm to track order and the response was delivery boy has left , has few orders with him he'll be there in 5-10mine, waited for another 20mins still there was no delivery.<br/>Then got a call from delivery boy saying I've your order but soft drinks are not there as I gave them to someone else by mistake , please try to arrange by yourself , after arguing with him , he went back and got the soft drinks , in total food which was supposed to be delivered within 20mins came after 45mins and that too after arguing with delivery boy and restaurant manager.<br/>Very poor service, no value of customers , harsh replies on call.<br/><br/>

This restaurant in my list since 2014 for one of the best charcoal chicken. I highly recommend this restaurant for charcoal grill chicken. The chicken is well grilled and juicy accompanied with salads, hummus, garlic and mutabal. With reasonable pricing you can have more food.<br/><br/>Even the ambience and the location wont suits for a family dine in, they management has kept almost lady staffs which will encourage family to have a try. Staffs are friendly even the partners are well mannered.

The mixed fried rice is awesome and the fresh juice combination was really good the ordertaker suggested to mix the juice and the result was really tasty fresh juice. I keep ordering order as delivery is very fast and spot on.

I am slightly confused with the brand name "Haji Ali". It is seen at many places but not all are the same. Not all of them have the same tasting food. This one was not very satisfying.

Very nice falooda, I was tried Haji Ali falooda as my friend suggested me to have a taste, I loved it. The staff was welcome, the ambience was cool and located in Naif Dubai. Recommended falooda in town, try also their food its tasty and fresh fruit salad.

I used to love their Chinese until I visited today. We ordered Chicken 65 and they seemed like pakodas from the inside plus has bone in. Further we decided to order garlic chicken gravy and chicken Schezwan noodles both of them were average. The chicken seemed to be frozen and not fresh. The jhuboos was missing that comes with garlic chicken and overall it was just a mess. Please improve a bit. I have always liked your food but today you were not upto the mark.

Worst food ever. Unhygienic and staffs need to work on their attitudes about not only selling the food but also satisfying the customer with the taste and quality of the food. I had recently ordered shawarmas and when I opened the pack it was drenched in oil, in fact oil was dripping out of the shawarmas. When asked about, all they had to be is persuasive and complained that they had insufficient staffs to take the food returned.

I ordered one green chilly chicken full here, after 40 minutes i got the order.. Chicken was old. I think that was marrinated before 3- 4 day and also hammus is not tasty..i complained there.. One delivery boy came and returned the item...we four people tasted that, so some pcs we used.. Thats y they told me that we can only return 10 aed.. i told them we dont need payment back..i paid 35 aed for this worst chicken.. Atleast need an apology..service and food was very very poor.. never ever order here..

Causual restaurant with reasonable prices. Seekh kebabs are excellent so are the sharmavas. Customer service needs to be improved (they forgot to bring our plates!!). Chinese/mughlai section needs to be improved too. Gravy served is less and chicken pieces are more especially in take away. Rest all is up to the mark!!

Best order is chicken charcoal. Awesome taste. Finely roasted juicy chicken with garlic mayo. No other place can compete on charcoal chicken with this outlet. The only issue is they dont deliver less than 100bucks order.

Dining wise it is just average though their showarma is very good in taste. I like the taste of their Charcoal Chicken and Hamour Fish as well... The place used to be fantastic for sitting in the evenings when there was an empty plot on the right side which used to allow you to view till the Naif Police Station. The start of the construction on it now makes you feel bit congested. The sitting area which is outside the premises of the restaurant is not ideal due to the traffic noise... Staff is most welcoming and love to cater you at their best....<br/><br/>If you get time and you are visiting Naif Street then do pay a visit but avoid the weekends due to rush...

The chicken was very dry and sauce was of low quality. Juices were fresh. We had haji ali special and pomegranate.<br/><br/>This place lacks cleanliness :(

Don't get how this place has got nice average ratings?!<br/>So my work place is at the back street of this restaurant and on that street you can see the kitchen of this place.<br/>Just the other day I saw chopped onions kept on the floor without any covering and houseflies sitting over it. The minced chicken was kept out the same way as onions.<br/>A total disappointment for hygienic conditions.

Haven't dined in their restaurant, but since my room is near by them, have tasted most of their dishes. <br/><br/>The biggest plus is that, they have a variety of menu items for our choice. <br/><br/>The best thing I have tasted is the Hummus. It's really tasty and is authentic. <br/><br/>Biriyani is decent, Kerala style. <br/><br/>Hummor Fillet is really good. But too much for one person. <br/><br/>Their Grill chicken is also good. <br/>Their juices are tasty as well. <br/><br/>The only negative point I saw from them is that, their delivery boys are totally arrogant. Really had inconvenience with them, especially when you don't know or speak to them in urudu/Hindi. <br/><br/>At times they have refused my order stating that the delivery will take more than one hour and that they cannot serve me this time due to rush. (Which is totally unacceptable, according to me.) which I purely because I don't order their standard dishes, rather I ask for the food, which many people don't order much. <br/><br/>Overall the food is above average but the quality of service is bad.

It was a lazy friday evening... We were craving for chinese... Thats when Mumbai Haji Ali came for rescue... I see this restaurant like almost everyday but never tried it... I called in for a home delivery... I was sure that they wont deliver as i see it most of the time busy especially on fridays... But they took my order and agreed to deliver. They delivered in 15 minutes and that was great. Food was not that impressive but did satisfy my chinese cravings... Thank you Mumbai Haji Ali...

I have been surviving on their charcoal chicken and fried rice for more than a year. It was great until recently. Looks like the chef has changed, and the charcoal chicken has become more desi than it was before, with onions on top of it, that makes it very smelly. Even the fried rice has recently become very dry and difficult to eat without any gravy.

Upon calling, the guy was so rude..he said I don't know anything. .I took order for chicken burger! I'm like I'm a pure vegetarian, how on earth will I order a chicken burger! Well this place is near to where i stay..and me and my friends thought to go to mumbai haji ali..but the place to sit inside was full so we had to sit outside without ac. Then we ordered snacks and faloodas but amazingly the falooda came fast where we had ordered food before falooda and tat to 15mins back. Service is very slow..not happy at all

I opted mumbai haji ali because it was close to my house and they have home delivery service.I was really not happy with their service. They took more than an hour to deliver the food. I ordered a zinger wrap and a falooda. The zinger wrap was wrapped in quboos. <br/><br/>

A place to have snacks and juices which they prepare very well. Love the shawarma as they put more tahini with garlic twist and well cooked shawarma chkn. Like the fresh juices and faloodas are also yummy and my wifes Fav. Grilled chkn not so grt had once and will not have it agaim. A good ambiance bit crowdy but they have good seats placed outside on the footpaths close to busy naif junction which i like. Quick home dilivery too and always serving hot.

I always wanted to try this place, Now that i had the chance, its not bad , and its not that great either, i tried the burger. Then the noodles and the broasted chicken were way too oily. Maybe ill gather my courage and give this place a second chance. Perhaps the Juices or the Falooda for next time.

Have tried Haji Ali in kochi. Don't know if its the same joint over here in Dubai. Tried Chocolate Falooda and Haji Ali Special Falooda with chicken shawarma. Yes the Falooda was indeed great specially their signature Falooda. Didn't quite enjoy the shawarma. I ordered for a spicy one but it didn't seem spicy at all. Ambience is great with friendly staffs. Go try the faloodas.
