Had Gobi Paratha & Chana Masala. Puranmal always live up to their reputation of good veg dishes in every branch. Neat and clean.<br/><br/>The place also smells good making us more hungry. I love their sweets counter.

Got a take away of pani puri from here and it was averagely fine . Nothing to die for but at the same time not too bad either .

My favorite spot for Indian sweets. Im regular at buying ras malai from here. They have upstairs sitting area. The staff is friendly. Food is authentic. Recommended for vegetarians.

My husband had brought sweet from purnamal in the occasion of diwali . The sweet was mix ,but I don’t like it because their taste was horrible and quality wise not good .

Puranmal samosa is one of the best Samosa in the Dubai and mine favourite too. Sweets are also best in taste along with the quality. Highly recommended.

Puranmal was on my list to try for a long time I am hardcore sweet n samosa lover ( n tried a lot of thm frm different places in Dubai n different states in India) their sweets were ok not gr8 but their samosa n Jalebi were a clear let down.....🙄🙄 the Jalebi was sour (guess it was old) called thm up to inform thm but they were not really cooperative anywayz damage was done 😼😼😼

Food quality has deteriorated tremendously. Very disappointing as this used to be one of our favorite places for food. Hopefully it was a one off.

Yesterday i had order alu partha n onion paratha from this restaurant, food was really great it was hot speacilly they serve paratha w some pickles which one was really nice w paratha i just like to said thank you so much for such a delicious food . Highlly recommended

We ordered Samosas for our team and the delivery was done super quick. The samosas were hot and crispy with 2 different types of chutney, my favourite being the tamarind one. It had a good mix of all flavours and for spice lovers we had green chutney. We always order snacks from Puranmal and till date it has never disappointed us!! I have been a regular diner at this restaurant for many months. The quality of their food is excellent. I am a great fan of their Punjabi thali. The food is freshly cooked twice a day. The variety in their thali and the generous portions make it a good value for money. The curries are mild and less oily. I have tried their South Indian cuisine on different occasions and found that to be very tasty too. Their mithais looked divine and very delicious in taste. Truly amazing variety and the place is clean with immaculate presentation.<br/><br/>The staff - Messrs Pradip Gopal Kiran - were polite and helpful. Their job is to serve and not entertain their guests. They work hard and go about their job in a quiet and an efficient manner. It may appear to some customers that they are not caring enough or friendly. But in essence they are except that one or two of them are reserved and perhaps lack fluency in understanding and speaking English. But that does not detract from their commitment to work hard and serve the customers well. I commend them and am very grateful for their efforts.<br/><br/>Overall a first class vegetarian restaurant and I commend it warmly.<br/><br/>

Had some special occasion at home so we had taken takeaways of mysore park, rawa laddoos, boondi laddoos, besan laddoos and chumchum from this restaurant. All the sweets were the best especially the chumchums which everyone had enjoyed having.<br/>

Quality of food at this Puranmal remains great like the other branches. The thali is a great option for quality food at average prices. The ambience is much better than my usual dip location, service is good, price is slightly higher than dip but I still like it. Recently my wife made me taste their noodles samosa(didn't click) which was extremely tasty as well.

Though Puranmal does not specialize in south indian thier idlis are good.<br/>Delivery is on time.<br/>Idlis were fresh and soft. Dint like the sambhar and chutney much as they were watery than I like.

Compare to other branches this one is little dated. Today review is specially about their thali. we ordered their thali twice one in the afternoon at office and once at home both the times there was same food , same curry no change in menu in fact nothing was fresh that means they serve the same food whole day. Curries were too sweet too oily. we Spoiled our dinner. Highly regret ordering from here.

Today i had the worst experience with puranmal deira on muraqqabat. I regret every bit of dining in with puranmal. I ordered pav bhaji with less butter on the buns but when the order came it was full of butter. I requested the waiter to change the bun to which he said 'I told the chef to put less butter but he did not listen'.<br/>Theb i recieved the buns with no butter at all and which heated in microwave and not on the pan on which the buns are usually grilled. I again asked the other waiter to please grill the bun to which he replied ' we have swtiched off the stove'<br/>To this i asked if the customer asks you to heat it wont you swtich on the grill again. He clearly told me that he wont go back and grill again because they have switched off the griller.<br/>Upon arguement he angrily got me buns which was obviously were not in condition to be eaten because it had become as good as rubber.<br/>I went down to the manager Mr. Kumar, to complaint regarding the issue. To my shock he was not apologetic at all and was taking his staff's side. The chef downstairs told me that we cannot heat the bun without butter on the grill because it can stick to the pan.<br/>Whereas the waiter upstairs told me that we cannot heat it because we switched off the stove.<br/>I told the manager kumar to cancel the pav bhaji to which he insulted me at such a level that it left me so disgraced infront of other customers.<br/>When i told him to cancel the order he in a very insulting manner told me that he will not cancel it. Although the chef over there admitted that it was their mistake but your manager kumar was very adamant. He in an extremely rude and taunting manner told his staff ' cancel their whole order you can eat free from my side'<br/>He made me and my family look like beggers or as if we were doing the drama just to come and eat food for free. I have been eating puranmal since 28 years and this kind of behavior from Mr. Kumar has come as a complete shock and im sorry you have lost a very loyal customer. And i will let my friends circle and people know about this experience so that theyr not insulted.<br/>I want to know what kind of training do you give your staff?? Do you train them to insult the customers and make them look like they have no money so they just setup some drama and your managers insult them?<br/>To this i still paid for my order just to tell him that we did not come to eat for free.<br/>Not expected a staff in puranmal to insult customers like this.<br/>

One thing is quite common in almost all Puranmal branches, good food but bad service. This branch was no exception. Had lunch with a colleague and had to wait for 10 minutes before someone came to take our order. The menu is quite good and prices are very reasonable. Food Quality is quite good. As that was first time i ordered from puranmal, food was good but the service was really very slow and even i did’nt received the full order.

Ordered the Puri Chole and Puri Bhaji for breakfast along with Jalebis. The bhaji was very bland but the chole and jalebis were satisfactory. They can do better. :)

Warmth in the service with really well made food. The idlis, kachoris and the chaat was fantastic. The tea was also well made. I have had their sweets before and that happens to be their additional highlight.

Its an amazing restaurant for veg dishes. Be it punjabi, chaat, south Indian delicacies. I love the food here. And delivery was super fast. Would recommend to all who wants to eat vegetarian. Also the manager, Mr. Manjunath is very courteous and helpful.

Samosas are very good. However when they delivered the samosas the quantity of chutneys that came along with it was not at all sufficient for the 10 samosas we had ordered. This is inspite of clearly indicating to them they should provide chutneys proportionate to the number of samosas ordered. Even in the past 2-3 instances they had done the same mistake. Hence, the lesson learnt is that if you order 1 samosa or 10 samosas you will get the same quantity of chutney along with it!!

We always order samosa from Puranmal for our office parties. Everybody loves their Samosa and find the taste always same. They pack it well too.Their north indian food and chats are also very good.

Visited the place yesterday evening. Ordered a Bhel, Raj Kachori and Ragra Patti's. Raj Kachori was fine and the Ragra Patties was OK, except the Ragra was a bit too spicy. Bhel was quite a let down.. Completely soggy and devoid of taste. Ordered Rasmalai and Rabri.. Both a disappointment.. Rasmalai milk was runny and seemed like watered down sweetened milk. Rabri a far cry from what it should be.. They need to work on it.

Really bad deal. Unlike other branch this one dint serve me good food. I ordrd masala dosa, khandvi and samosa. The only thing good was samosa, hot and tasty. Khandvi was packed in box bt when i touched it, it was freezed cold and tasted like last nights khandvi, not fresh. Dosa batter and masala both were neither fresh nor tasty. Chutney had no salt at oll. Not ordrng again for sure!

Puranmal is popular for his vegetarian food. Everything was perfect and lots of variety. Chat , starter, main course everything is good . Visit specially vegetarian.

They have widest variety of chaats in whole city and the preparation also seems very DESI i mean the amount of spices and quality of oil it is almost same as your favourite corner shop of your hometown. Some of the dishes like Daal Pakwan which are available at few shops in our cities like Jaipur Jodhpur Udaipur it is so delight to see them here. All in all puranmal’s chaat can satisfy your evening craving to go out and feel like north indian.

It tasted fresh.<br/><br/>Pav bhaji (4/5)- pavs were really soft and were fresh and bhaji also tasted really good. Overall a good experience.<br/><br/>Indian sweets (2/5) - sweets were not as good as i expected. It was not freshly prepared. Would revommend them to prepare the sweets fresh.<br/><br/>

Amazing food

Coming here for like often times, it's so close to our building. Love the soda water but should be more cold, refreshing drink. Love the mumbai club sandwich. Also tried pav bhaji, veg pulao and veg hyderabadi biryani. Also tried some sweets here like dhokla, laddu, kaju katli and a lot more. Cozy restaurant, good seating and clean. Staff should smile more and happy.

Great food. Poor packaging

I have ordered pizza and there was no oregano and chilli flakes with pizza, this is hilarious. Never order from this restaurant. I am not sure why they have pizza in menu when they don't know how to prepare it, Taste was pathetic, its better to try some other good restaurant next time.

A one stop shop for all your indian vegetarian cuisines, specifically north and south indian, chats, fast food and juices. Their paav bhaji and paani puri is extremely good and a must try. North indian curries are also generally good and no complains ever with them. Though they serve south indian dishes, but there are surely other better options for south indian food.

The samosa and dhokla was very fresh and tasty but the cheese pav bhaji became non edible after a point! <br/><br/>Need to pick the right dish! Else you might be very disappointed.
